The initial hurdle of our installation date being moved twice left us without hot water or heating for a lot longer than initially expected. People at heatable were in contact with us and really went out of their way to resolve this as quickly as possible. The installation took a day and no mess was left anywhere, the plumbers did a really good and tidy job with it. We went for Valiant ecoTec plus and the plumbers really knew this boiler in and out and I can't recommend them enough. Far better price and experience than dealing with local plumbers directly.

From first contact to the completion of the boiler installation, I cannot fault the service provided. The engineer was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable, explaining everything he was doing. The area of the install was left spotless. If I could give more than 5 stars I would !!

I contacted several Boiler Install Companies (5) for quotes to have a replacement fitted including Heatable. My experience. Another company asked me to book a Survey, I did this. They agreed the date for the Survey to take place and said I would be contacted by the Installer to confirm time on the agreed date, no one contacted me and they didn't turn up. Two days after the agreed Survey date, I received an email, asking me how the Survey went, so not confident, I discounted them. Three of the other companies responded via email, asking me to send photo's of the Boiler and related areas, e.g. Gas Meter location, etc, I did this. The fourth company didn't respond. I looked on the Heatable Website (finding it was Which recommended). I could immediately see the cost of a replacement Boiler, plus the extras included in the price. The quotes from the three Companies, they were marginally less than the Heatable price, but this made my decision easy, I choose Heatable. They asked for photo's, as per the other Companies. I was able to choose an install date and knew exactly what I was going to pay. The Boiler fitter contacted me the day before to confirm his arrival time. The Fitter came (nice chap) at the agreed time. He told me exactly what and how he was going to complete the install, and if there were any issues he would let me know, the install took less than a day. before leaving he tidied up, explained the Boiler, Thermostat Controls to me. Very pleased. Brilliant Service!

I’ve been extremely impressed with Heatable from beginning to end. The level of professionalism and customer service has been excellent throughout, with clear, prompt, and helpful communication at every stage. Although much of the work was subcontracted to E-Verve Energy, the quality and consistency of the teams involved was outstanding. Everyone we encountered — from the groundworks and scaffolding teams to the roofers and electricians — was polite, tidy, respectful, and happy to answer questions. The work was carried out efficiently and with great care for our home. Overall, the whole process felt well managed and joined-up, despite involving multiple trades. A very positive experience and one I’d be happy to recommend.

Heatable brilliant service
I had never heard of Heatable until we thought about replacing an old combi boiler. After doing a search for UK boiler suppliers Google, i came across quite a few suppliers. The reason for choosing Heatable was not just on price, but the different range of manufacturers listed. After doing an Internet search on quality, longevity etc of the makes, I decided on Viessmann. Placed an order on Monday, got it delivered and fitted by 5pm on Tuesday. The installer (Ionut) was simply brilliant, polite, knowledgeable, gave updates on what he was doing throughout the installation, upgraded the pipework from 15mm to 22mm without any need for redecorating. After finishing the installation he cleaned up, leaving not the slightest bit dirt behind. Overall a brilliant experience.

We found Heatable on YouTube where we appreciated the advice and up to date reviews on combi boilers. With the information and advice there we were able to decide on the best option for us. We had a quote from their website, which was much lower than our previous quotes so went ahead and booked the fitting. Within 3 days it was all done, fast efficient and a stress-free experience. We can highly recommend this company.

I can truly refer the service from Heatable. I was provided information, and support in sorting out the finance for the boiler (which was a very simple process and completed and reviewed within 24 hours). The ease of booking the install was again easy and hassle free. The turn around is very quick (within 48 hours) and when the installer arrived he conducted himself professionally and his work was to a very high standard. He cleaned up after himself and the service throughout was faultless.

Especially given the price, I have nothing to complain about. Even though something went a little wrong (a non-essential part of missing), the plumber acted efficiently and kindly to find a resolution. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent work. The engineer seamlessly installed the boiler and cleaned up as he worked, respecting my property at all times.
Chris is a charming and respectful gentleman. He called me the day before to introduce himself and to let me know his time of arrival. He explained to me for example why he had to go into the loft, and the various checks eg the flue, gas etc. He did complete all the scheduled work specified by heatable from the list I had. I found his attention to detail admirable, because I noticed him rechecking his work quite a few times. He mentioned to me that he have to make sure no mistakes are made. He made sure I understood the workings of the boiler eg timer etc. plus aftercare etc. I have no qualms recommending Chris as an engineer who works with Heatable, and the excellent service that I’ve received from the company. Fantastic caring and empathetic customer service staff who really went out of their way to assist me. I’m a very happy customer and would definitely recommend you. Thank You !

Catalogue of Errors
I would love to be able to provide a review of the air conditioning that I ordered from Heatable, unfortunately they failed to get anyone to actually turn up . . . three times!! I watched their YouTube videos and was very impressed with the down to earth a realistic information they provided. My first gripe is that their web site does not give you the option to ask questions or talk to a real person, especially if your request is not straight forward. This is fine for a boiler replacement, but not if you want aircon in a loft conversion with limited space. Eventually agreed on the 12th Dec for an installation date. I cleared my lounge, moved cars and made space in my garage etc. I’d had an (automated) email the day before to confirm the installation. Nobody turned up. They were profusely sorry and we organised a new date in the new year. Nobody arrived. Today was the third time they failed to get someone to turn up. So I have asked for a refund of the £4.5k that I paid back in December. Obviously communications is not their strong point and you need to remember that, I presume, if you’re not local to them, they farm out their services to contractors around the country, so you may as well go direct to them, noting that these sub suppliers won’t necessarily be on the Which recommended list. All in all sadly disappointed and quite angry for being messed around so much.

After some issues with getting quotes, and having an order postponed by a rival company 2 days before Christmas I was not sure what to expect. I hoped the good reviews for Heatable would back up my decision and they did. The boiler replacement was completed on time, the engineer Ryan was great, and when I did call heatable after placing the order they were very friendly, efficient and no nonsense. I will use again.

The boiler arrived the morning of 13/01/2026 shortly followed by Johnny the fitter. He started by removing the old Vaillant boiler that we'd had for nearly 20 years. We have solar panels so Johnny said that he would have to route a new flue in the roof space & out of the gable end of the house. Our boiler is located in the airing cupboard. He did an excellent job of it. Johnny was a top guy and he new his stuff he answer any questions we had and cleaned up after himself (were really impressed with him). The whole experience from begining to end went smoothly.

On day of installation notified when fitters were an hour away. New boiler installed quickly and efficiently. Wrong flue was sent and fitter was not happy with it so went into Town and purchased a swan neck flue which was much better. Impressed with fitters work ethic. Highly recommend.
