From the booking process through to the actual fitting, I would highly recommend. The booking system is easy to navigate and booked my new boiler just over 24 hours later. The guys attending contacted me the day before and then again in the morning to keep me updated. I have inherited a very old boiler so it was quite a difficult job switching this out but the guys were fantastic and worked late until all work was complete. Highly recommend

From finding the right boiler, sorting the right add ons, sorting the finance and then the install. Heatable were superb. I was honestly super impressed with these guys and I would highly recommend. No one likes spending money and a boiler isn't that interesting. But the whole experience has actually been fun

Excellent service, fast, easy to complete the arrangements and a professional installation with nothing too much bother! Cost-wise, the same conversion was priced by British Gas at 2000 pounds dearer! So, its not cheap but definitely cheaper going with Heatable. Gordon was faced with a back boiler conversion to a new Valiant 32 kW system. Lots of work involved in the reconfiguration of pipework, installation of the new system, including wireless controls, testing and commissioning. All completed with care and respect for my property by an experienced professional installer, A good reputable company using great people to provide professional and tidy installation. I had both solar, batteries & Boiler installed by Heatable Ltd From the start , no pressure sales I found them informative very polite & helpful explaining what works for me ! Installation was a breeze the fitters were very well organised and quick again very helpful nothing was too much and explained in layman terms how to operate the system If your looking for a no nonsense company I highly recommend Heatable to anyone looking for renewables or replacement Boilers to look no further !

The whole process was so easy from start to finish. Everyone involved in the process were very helpful and made the install seamless. Install day was great. The whole team worked very hard and the work was complete in a day. (14 panels and Alpha battery) I found the price very competitive and chose heatable over the large energy company that I work for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend heatable and will use them again when I'm ready to expand the battery storage. A Big thanks to everyone involved.

It was easy to arrange the installation of our new boiler, and the cost was very reasonable. Veron, the installer, was excellent and did a very thorough job, and was very helpful, explaining everything about the boiler. He even stayed late to ensure we had hot water for the evening before returning to finish the rest of the job the next day.

When searching for the right company to install a boiler, I was hoping to find a decent company who would give me the knowledge of their expertees. So far so good. Within days the boiler was installed. The installer was efficient, arrived on time and his work was continuess until he had finished.

It was easy to book installation on a date that suited me. The fitter arrived on time; I even knew what he looked like as they provided a picture of him before the day so no chance of inadvertently letting someone else in. Heatable's price competitiveness was excellent and they were very helpful in configuring the type of layout I wanted. They also removed the burden of submitting G99 application for DNO approval off my shoulders. Four courteous and friendly installers from Electrical Innovations (Derby) installed the roof panels, battery storage and the rest of the electrical system. They did a super efficient, clean and tidy installation finishing with an overall overview of the systems functions.

I would recommend Heatable as they were able to let me put together a package online, send a few photographs and then arrange for a gas safe registered engineer to fit my boiler. Not sure if I’m allowed to name names - so I’ll just say that the engineer that visited was courteous, professional and worked hard to replace my boiler. They did a great job - the pipe work is tidy, the instrument is working great and they gave me a demo on how to adjust settings/top up pressure as it is a more modernised design to the old filling loop. Would recommend Heatable - great comms, great staff and an efficient service overall.

I was recommended Heatable through the Gary Does Sollar YouTube channel (which is excellent). Heatable was a great recommendation. I was really well looked after by Paul Roper initially and then Anna, who organised the install. RPS did a great job on the install and made sure all the cabling was tidy and they hoovered up everything after themselves very nicely. Well done everyone!

After years of disservice from my boiler cover and having no hot water or heating for the last 9 days after multiple replacement parts I opted for new boiler after recommendation from the insurers engineer. I looked at a few companies and heatable came out the cheapest. A range of boilers to suit all budgets and one fixed price including parts and fitting and few extras thrown in for free including reconnection of my hive system. So easy to book and setup finance if needed. Was booked in for next day and all the engineer needed was a few photos. Engineer (Sulayman) turned up early next morning as promised. He was very pleasant and got on with job right away and was finished within 5 hours, explained everything before he left and I now have hot water and heating. Would highly recommend.

I wasn't sure about using Heatable at first. It didn't seem right arranging a new boiler installation without someone coming round to survey first. But, I trusted the excellent reputation of Heatable and I'm pleased I did. So easy to book, and to submit the required photos. Paul, the engineer who came to install, did a great job, didn't create any mess, and explained how to use the new controls. They were also a fair bit cheaper than the other two quotes I'd obtained.

I had heard of Heatable through a utube spectialist Gary Does Solar. I was very impressed with the sales team Andrew who walked me through all the options. The design was not fixed and could be modified during the DNO waiting phase. I was pleased to see my deposit was also placed in a protected scheme without me asking. Similar to landlord deposit protection. After the follow up site survey, i decided to increase my battery capacity as the cost were reduced as scaffolding was not required as my solar panels were installed on garage roof. Anna heatable kept me upto date every few weeks while we waited for DNO to confirm the Export limit (6 weeks). Once the limit was confirmed, site installation dates were offered. They kept intouch and reminded day before. On the day, two team were on site. With Spencer heading the battery install and network cable connections, followed by the solar roofing team . Both teams were informative and offered improvements to inital plan or seeked approval where change was required in cable routing or panel postions. Spencer and his team walked me through the sigenergy /enlighten applications and confirmed solar and battery useage though the apps . They left site tidy and all cables were neatly installed and well clipped. Would recomend .
