Well for me from my initial contact to the installation everything was top quality, they sell quality and from the bottom to the top are brilliant, customer service second to none, There upfront and honest what more could you ask for , Thanks for all your help

I was recommended by a relative to use Heatable for my central heating boiler replacement and I wasn’t disappointed. The online process for choosing the replacement boiler and booking my installation date was very easy and I was offered technical help by the knowledgeable Heatable staff throughout the process. The Which reviews, cost of installation, extended warranty and very short lead time convinced me to go with Heatable and following a flawless installation and follow up call from them I couldn’t be happier.

Very happy with my new boiler as well as the brilliant service from start to finish at such a reasonable price. The engineer completed a full boiler conversion and didn’t leave until he had completed it all due to the weather being so cold, he didn’t want to leave us without heating overnight. Would highly recommend.

Customer service was timely informative and not pushy whilst organising boiler being replaced with easy to use option to choose date to be fitted within days of order . Boiler arrived by courier on morning of fitting and Nick the plumber arrived on time . He was obviously professional and very hard working in sorting the removal and replacement of the boiler . Finally giving clear instructions as to usage of controls . Nothing was to much trouble and tidy in completing this work. Highly recommend Heatable for the service from beginning to end .

From purchase of the boiler through to installation- the whole process has been easy, straightforward and exactly as prescribed. The engineer who installed the boiler was brilliant. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He talked us through everything and what he was doing. He removed the old system and installed the new one ensuring everything looked right and worked perfectly, clearing g up after himself as he went. He could not have been more helpful.

Compared to glowgreen they are miles betterC cheaper prices and very truthful. They will do what they say, they explain everything, they deliver on time and they are very honest. Boiler broke 3 days before Christmas as we had a new one by the 30th of December. Installed and set up, cheaper than that of glowgreen. They are honest and reliable they have really brought peace to a stressful situation.

First class service, I ordered my boiler late Wednesday evening and it was delivered and installed by Friday afternoon. The installer was polite and efficient. The best retail experience I have ever had. Well done Heatable.

Very easy and considerate company to deal with. Communication and planning has been excellent. Solar panal and battery installation just completed. All work carried out very professionally and competently - by a pleasant and respectful group of installers - leaving a clean slick installation. Working straightaway and producing solar power even in mid/late December in Northumberland.

I was nervous using an online retailer for something as important as a boiler but I need not have worried. Competitive price and good website, not much help in choosing but I knew what I wanted anyway. Easy to deal with all the way through, online booking and payment was simple, they even split the bill for me over 2 cards. Installation slots available in as little as a day although it suited me to be a few days later. Engineer - Ionut communicated well, arrived promptly, was knowledgeable, skilled and tidy. Installation was no issue. Up and running by mid afternoon. Overall great experience

Went through several quotes and although Heatable wasn't the cheapest option it was by far the best option with 0% finance and Maddie and John on the phone were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. So often the sales people as so blasé about selling you items... a boiler is a significant purchase for most, they treated as such, there was no pressure for any additional extras and it was all sorted within a short time. The next morning the boiler arrived and the plumber arrived as it was being delivered. Our plumber James has done a great job and it's all working fine. All in all, I would recommend Heatable.

Quotation online was simple and if extra assistance was required their customer service staff are great well informed people. Interest free credit available on some boilers which was a great help to us. Their chosen gas fitter Ashley was brilliant. A first rate service and I would recommend this trustworthy company.

Heatable have been great from start to finish, customer service were very easy to contact & helpful. Tim who fitted our boiler was friendly, super efficient & explained everything for us, nothing was to much trouble. The main reason we decided on Heatable was how helpful & affordable they are compared to other companies we had quotes off, we saved over £1,000 going with Heatable. We are really happy with the service we received.

Very happy with the team at heatable from start to finish, super helpful and friendly. Lewis who installed the boiler really impressed and did everything possible to ensure the job was done to a good standard, he was also very knowledgeable and kept us informed along the way (especially with the hive which was a pain to connect). Tonys work was very professional and he finished the work in very good time and made sure I was happy before he left and left me his phone number if I had any problems later.

We had a boiler crisis a few weeks before Christmas. Our old boiler had a critical defect that was not capable of being repaired. I contacted Heatable and found them very easy to deal with. We agreed on a replacement boiler, and it was fitted and working within one week. Their fitter was fantastic, so helpful and professional. We were in safe hands! Highly recommended.

We had solar panels and battery installed. The service was very quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything explained clearly. The scaffolders were nice and particularly the installer from Biotech Renewables was very friendly and helpful. Tidy workers, no mess.

Our old 19yr old combi boiler broke down so decided to purchase a new replacement. After seeing adverts on TV & looking online chose this company. We ordered on the Wednesday a Worcester Bosch combi boiler & 2 days later it has been fitted & all old taken away. I chose Heatable to install Solar PV, Battery storage and an EV charger at my new property. The whole installation from start to completion was completed in under two days. The quality of the work is excellent and staff were professional and friendly. All liaison with the Local grid supplier was promptly concluded. Purchased the Vaillant boiler due to my old one breaking down. Decided to upgrade to a Combi boiler. I have a 4 bed Edwardian house with 2 bathrooms, the improvement is amazing. I was initially worried about the water pressure, I didn’t need to as it’s now fantastic. Absolutely brilliant experience with Heatable from start to finish. Easy to understand which boiler to purchase, secured installation booking date quickly. The installation team were brilliant, tidy, helpful and great communication. Would definitely use this company again.

Everything went well on the agreed day for the boiler installation. I was concerned that it would be a difficult job, but the engineer, George, was always positive and driven to get the job done to a high standard, all in one day. Two days before the boiler was fitted I had discussions with the customer help team (Sonia was amazing and knew a lot about the process). The fixed price estimate was clear from the start and the figure was the price I paid. I have always waited ages to get a local gas engineer at short notice, and so this method with Heatable smoothed the way from quotation to completion.

Marcin arrived on time and got going straight away. When told of the problem with fitting the flue he just got on with the job and fixed it. Fitted the boiler in no time at all and explained everything to me. Customer service also need a mention and are very helpful. Great company.

We'd only just had the boiler serviced and about a week later It went Kaput.Decided it was time for a new one.Seen a couple of adverts on TV and decided to research best boilers and came across Heatable good boiler and good price.The installer texted the night before with ETA and turned up bang on time.Dean was our installer, did a great job.Super service, would recommend.Thanks Peter.

Old boiler gave up the ghost last Friday. I contacted Heatable on the Saturday, and they responded very quickly as I needed reassurance and had a few questions. The process was very straight forward, from start to finish, all staff courteous and efficient. All I had to do was provide them with a number of photos of the old system and stuff to get the process going. So I committed to a new Worcester Bosch 4000 Greenstar, it was due to be fitted on the Tuesday, but I had a call saying it will have to be Wednesday 10/12 which was fine with me. The engineer, Jack, arrived early and had already started work as I had been walking my dog. Jack was industrious and his work first class cannot praise high enough, very professional and took pride in his work. All done by about 5.00 p.m., Jack explained how the new system works and other relevant things, plus left me with all relevant paperwork. I highly recommend Heatable, seamless process from start to finish and a new Boiler and a very reasonable price, just before Christmas.
