Had a boiler replaced, work done quickly and efficiently. Ashley was friendly, ensured I was happy and left the place spotless I had a small issue after he had gone and I cannot believe how quickly it was resolved. Customer service second to none. Would happily recommend to family and friends

I was extremely happy with the service I received when my new combi boiler was installed. Simon, Darren and James were all fantastic throughout the entire process. They were professional, friendly and clearly very committed to doing a great job. What really stood out was their dedication to getting everything completed in one day. They worked extra hours to make sure the installation was finished properly, which I really appreciated. They also took the time to explain everything clearly — from how the combi boiler works to how to set up and use the Hive thermostat. On top of that, they patiently answered all the random questions I asked throughout the day without ever making me feel like I was being a nuisance. Overall, the service was excellent and the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I’m very grateful to Simon, Darren and James for their hard work and professionalism, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Rob the heating engineer phoned the day before fitting to give time etc that he would arrive, he arrived on time the following day and got straight to work replacing my old boiler he didn’t stop till it was finished, his work was outstanding very professional explained everything to me and set up timers etc to suit our needs . Very clean and tidy covered surfaces with dust sheets and cleaned everything up on completion making sure i understood the system before leaving would 100% use again

The Heatable engineer was polite, friendly and professional. He was a tidy worker and cleared away after he'd finished the job.

We enjoyed excellent customer service from Heatable, plus a very reasonable price for a new boiler plus fitting. Our fitter, Harley, was lovely, got the whole job done in 4 hrs (including removal of the old boiler) and gave us some advice about the oddities of our heating/hot water system. Would recommend Heatable to anyone.

I booked for a new boiler exchanging my 37 year old one via Heatable website on a Monday for the engineer to carry out the work the next day. Heatable phoned me shortly afterwards to say that day is not available and would 2 days later be acceptable which was okay. Heatable kept me informed via emails of time the engineer would arrive and his name and brief discription of his qualifacatons. The Engineer arrived at 08:00 and got straight to work removing the old boiler and installing the new Worcester Bosch GreenStar boiler. Chatting with the engineer while he was working we established a few things in common which gave me piece of mind that he was a sound professional guy. The engineer worked hard, completed and tested the boiler in 1 day and being very pleased with the outcome I said I would clean up. Heatable added a few other objects to the job, which the engineer fitted, which other company's didn't and was cheaper when I checked online. I will contact Heatable and ask for the engineer (if he still works there) to service the boiler each year to keep the 10 year warranty in place. I can't thank Heatable enough to have this engineer carry out the work, he's very professional, knowledgable and chatty. Thank you.

I contacted Heatable for a quote for a combi boiler installation and cannot fault the service received. I was looking for removal of a hybrid heat system boiler and replacement with a standard gas combi boiler for a 3 bed terraced property. I had quite a few quotes but Heatable stood out for good communication and value. One company tried advising it would cost an additional £2k to £3k extra for the same job! Heatable reviewed all the requested survey photos and rang me to say they were satisfied that the job could be done at their standard boiler replacement pricing. I did contact them with queries over warranty, payment and service and their communication was friendly but professional throughout and all questions answered. I also took up a 0% finance offer that was offered as I was wanting a quick install after having no hot water for 4 weeks and husband due to have surgery the following week. My installation was booked for within 48 hours of payment being received. I was sent details of my installer (with a photo) and clear advice on arrival times. Simon was very professional, explained everything fully and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy with the service received and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Simon and Chris turned up and got stuck in straight away , they had the work done very quickly with no issues, they took the time to show us how to set the app up and how the battery works , you wouldn't have known they were there ,very clean and tidy, They even texted the following day to make sure everything was up and running and that we were satisfied with both the work carried out and the battery. I’ve just had solar and a battery fitted by Heatable . I have to say from start to finish the service and quality of the work has been amazing. I’ve thought about getting more panels fitted with battery storage for a while and I’m so glad I went with Heatable. Initial quotes were delivered quickly and once agreed upon I was kept well informed They arranged the scaffolding which was installed exactly when they said it would be. The lads who did the actual install Bradley, Max and Steve did a really neat job. Explaining things to me along the way. After the installation my app login and next steps were clearly explained. All in all a fantastic and easy experience from start to finish. A great company with friendly and very knowledgeable people. If you are thinking of Solar I wouldn’t hesitate and get in touch with Heatable for a 1st class service.

My boiler broke on sat evening . Heatable came Tuesday morning. Good communication. The fitters were friendly and explained everything clearly . I would definitely recommend.

An excellent service from start to finish. Heatable were very keen to ensure we ordered the correct product and provided an extremely competitive price. Darren, the installer, was fantastic - he was a lovely man, very helpful and provided an excellent handover, leaving our house tidier than when he arrived! Very pleased and would highly recommend.

From my first phone call to the installation and after care Heatable were Top class great communication and instructions gave me an appointment that suited me and on the installation day Simon was keeping up to date with every part of the job he was a very experienced tradesman and his work was so clean and tidy I would recommend Heatable and Simon to anyone who wants a rolls Royce service of boiler installation and fitting.

Very easy from start to finish. Helpful salespeople, especially Rob. Installation over within the day. Installation completed within three days of booking (should have been one but there was a technical glitch). Overall a great experience. Finance options fantastic.

Heatable are a “no nonsense” company who have made my life a pleasure when it comes to new boiler installations. This being my 3rd. Everything is fine tuned and the engineer Luke was on time, informed us how long the install would take, mage the paperwork a lot neater than it was and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of this install. Every question was answered without holding back. Really appreciate Heatable and their staff and a very nice guy in Luke. Will use again. Highly recommend.

There's a reason Heatable has the reputation that it does. Everything is by the book. No cutting corners. All relevant documentation required for future selling your home. I nearly went with a cheaper company, they had no accreditation but assured me it was no longer necessary (specifically MCS). Octopus did something where they no longer required MCS for exporting...I don't know if that's still the case. But it didn't matter, our home insurance requires it. You might save a few quid going cheaper, but ultimately, you'll probably require something the cheaper company skips out on and you'll end up regretting it. The scaffolding and roofers and electrician were all premium service. I'm not in the trade world, but they were so precise with everything. All very polite and friendly. All cleaned up their mess and took it away with them - instead of leaving loads of cardboard/plastic everywhere. When it comes to your home, I think you need to make sure you do everything correctly. Heatable just makes it super easy.

Very easy process to buy and book a new boiler. Competitive fixed price with no hidden costs. Great communication and a professional job all round. My engineer, Mustafa, went above and beyond to meet my expectations and was very thorough throughout.

My old (very) boiler finally died on Saturday 14th February. By Wednesday 18th February I had a new, much improved boiler installed and fully operational. The whole process with Heatable was fast and efficient. I had a detailed conversation with the Salesperson on Sunday and received a quote which showed, in full, what I would be receiving. The price was very competitive; much less than others I had been given. A word about the engineers who carried out the installation. They let me know in advance when they would arrive and arrived on time. They were very polite , friendly and hard working. They also stayed late into the evening dealing with an air blockage and wouldn’t leave until I had heating restored. I was very grateful for this as I have a baby granddaughter in the house. Would highly recommend.

Jordan came to do the job for Heatable and we were so impressed and happy with the installation. Very professional, tidy and efficient they were able to deliver our installation in a remarkable time frame removing all of the old equipment without any fuss. Nothing was to much and they fitted our new boiler taking into consideration our family requirements.
