Heatable is a genuine supplier and installer of gas boilers and a trusted company we had our old gas boiler 14 yrs old removed and replaced with a new Worcester Bosch 4000 model easy to operate and oh so quiet Adam came out on time and worked diligently to complete the works he gave us clear instructions about use and as a gas safety engineer he supplied sheeting together with office staff. Great experience 😊😊😊

Ordering a boiler and installation online was something I have never done before and I was slightly nervous to do it, but I had no reason to worry. From the moment I ordered to the end of the installation was seamless. I was kept informed of everything and the installation team were excellent. They were respectful of my property, friendly and professional. They explained the workings of the boiler and talked me through the heating controls. Great value for money and a thoroughly pleasant experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish – great communication and planning. From the initial survey to final commissioning, everything was explained clearly and carried out on time. The engineers arrived punctually, worked tidily, and showed real pride in their workmanship. Old equipment was removed safely, and the new boiler was installed neatly with minimal disruption. They tested the system thoroughly, demonstrated the controls, and answered all questions patiently. Paperwork and warranties were provided promptly. The heating performance has improved noticeably, and efficiency is better. I would confidently recommend this team for professional, reliable boiler installation services with outstanding customer care throughout.

From the moment I made contact I felt confident that I was making the right choice,even though I had already been given a couple of quotes by other companies. There was no hard sell only relevant questions regarding our needs, Matthew and Sam the engineers were excellent and very mindful of our home and furnishings. Just had a new boiler installed through Heatable. Cannot fault any of the process from initial research into what boiler to get ( they have so much really useful information to help with decision making ) to the actual purchase process and then fitting. Their website was easily navigated, very clear and price was very competitive. They answered any queries almost immediately. We received an email with details and a photo of our installer the day before the install. Harley, our engineer, was brilliant, worked quickly and cleanly and answered all our questions and explained the system thoroughly before he left. Really professional. I can’t recommend Heatable highly enough. Brilliant job done all round.

I contacted Heatable late in 2025 to get a quote and information about a solar and battery install. I found them knowledgeable and professional. The quote wasn't the cheapest but I was swayed by the customer service and thorough explanations of all the various options given. All subsequent contact with Heatable and their installers was first rate. The work was completed in just two days by a fantastic team from Wye Energy - who were hard working and took the time to explain what they were doing and how to use the system. I recently had a battery installed through Heatable, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. The customer journey was excellent – everything felt smooth, well-organised, and clearly communicated at every stage. The team were incredibly helpful and approachable, and it was clear they’re experts in their field. They also offer a great selection of products at competitive prices, which made choosing the right option much easier. Being a Which? accredited company gave me extra confidence, too. On top of that, the turnaround time for installation was impressively quick, and they were very accommodating with scheduling. I wish I hadn’t stressed so much in advance about replacing my boiler, because the whole process with Heatable was seamless and stress free - to the point I felt I must have missed something?? It’s not supposed to be that easy, surely?? Gordon in Glasgow was brilliant, a real asset to the team.

Smooth operation from ordering to having my EV charger fitted by Harvey who was a tidy and put the charger exactly where I wanted it rate the company highly.

Great process from start to finish. No pushy sales tactics, no overload with techno waffle, just plain speaking to understand my needs and give me options to meet them. The fitting of my Solar and battery was one of the easiest processes that I have gone through, from my initial contact with Heatable to the fitting and commissioning of my system by their approved installers.

Booking process was simple, booked on Friday afternoon when my old boiler packed up and got a slot for the following Monday. Heatable called me to clarify a few points raised by the photos they asked for. Took a bit longer than expected due to the ancient existing boiler, but Tom did a good job and kept me updated. House now warm!

From the booking process through to the actual fitting, I would highly recommend. The booking system is easy to navigate and booked my new boiler just over 24 hours later. The guys attending contacted me the day before and then again in the morning to keep me updated. I have inherited a very old boiler so it was quite a difficult job switching this out but the guys were fantastic and worked late until all work was complete. Highly recommend

Great work ethic by Ionut. Arrived at 8am and did not stop until the job was done to his high expectations. Cleaned up afterwards and went through everything with us, from the boiler functions to the controller. Would not hesitate to recommend this company

From finding the right boiler, sorting the right add ons, sorting the finance and then the install. Heatable were superb. I was honestly super impressed with these guys and I would highly recommend. No one likes spending money and a boiler isn't that interesting. But the whole experience has actually been fun

Excellent service, fast, easy to complete the arrangements and a professional installation with nothing too much bother! Cost-wise, the same conversion was priced by British Gas at 2000 pounds dearer! So, its not cheap but definitely cheaper going with Heatable. Gordon was faced with a back boiler conversion to a new Valiant 32 kW system. Lots of work involved in the reconfiguration of pipework, installation of the new system, including wireless controls, testing and commissioning. All completed with care and respect for my property by an experienced professional installer, A good reputable company using great people to provide professional and tidy installation. I had both solar, batteries & Boiler installed by Heatable Ltd From the start , no pressure sales I found them informative very polite & helpful explaining what works for me ! Installation was a breeze the fitters were very well organised and quick again very helpful nothing was too much and explained in layman terms how to operate the system If your looking for a no nonsense company I highly recommend Heatable to anyone looking for renewables or replacement Boilers to look no further !

The whole process was so easy from start to finish. Everyone involved in the process were very helpful and made the install seamless. Install day was great. The whole team worked very hard and the work was complete in a day. (14 panels and Alpha battery) I found the price very competitive and chose heatable over the large energy company that I work for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend heatable and will use them again when I'm ready to expand the battery storage. A Big thanks to everyone involved.
