Reece and Tylor did an excellent job. The replaced my old Vaillant Eco Tec 618 18kw boiler with a new Vaillant Eco Tec 625 25kw boiler and gave the whole system a magna flush clean. They arrived on time were very polite explained everything and left the job very neat and tidy, no mess.

We had our oil boiler replaced with an ASHP, and Heatable has provided a professional service from start to finish. The new system was installed efficiently and is up and running great. We are very satisfied thank you!

From start to finish Heatable have been first class. I made enquiries online on their website, put in the required info and had six quotes for different boilers with all the relevant information for each. I was also given a list of what was included in the installation and what was not. I had a phone call from Scott Broadbent who gave me more help with the choice of which boiler was best suited to my home. An additional item was the free survey; all I had to do was send photos of certain items old boiler location, flue outlet, gas meter accessibility, etc. This then gives the installer an insight into any problems there might be before arrival on site. I was informed who would be fitting the boiler, his name, photo, and date and time of arrival. I had a call from James the installer the day before to confirm his time of arrival. James did a brilliant job left the job cleaned all the areas that he worked in, took away all the waste materials. Very clean worker. At the end of the day first class from start to finish with Heatable.

My 16 year old boiler suddenly stopped providing hot water over the weekend and I decided to replace it. By chance Scottish Power my utilities provider had emailed me a few days previously regarding their choice of Heatable as a partner. I did some research on the Internet over the weekend and found that Heatable had excellent reviews and were very competitive in their fixed pricing that covered every aspect of the boiler installation. I contacted them and spoke to Scott with regard to some technical questions about the types of boilers and was very pleased with his open and honest replies. It was very easy to place the order online and the following day I had a new boiler! David the installation engineer was first class, did an excellent job and explained everything thoroughly. From initial enquiry to installation was 3 days. Simply marvelous and very impressive. I had also contacted some local companies but nobody could beat Heatable on price or speed of installation. In fact the best price from a local company was over 40% more expensive and they couldn't start for some 2 weeks. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Heatable to anyone who needs a new boiler. What I thought was going to a stressful experience was entirely the opposite and I am more than happy to give Heatable a 5 star review. Well done!

Pros: The estimation and planning stage was excellent. The consultant was highly responsive and patient during the evaluation of different scenarios. Ultimately, the battery and solar system provided met all requirements and represented good value, as pricing was competitive for the quality offered. Additionally, the digital ordering process was clear and straightforward. Cons: The post-order process was poorly executed and quite stressful, primarily due to the following issues: 1. Survey: The initial site survey was rescheduled from Tuesday to Wednesday, the day before it was due to take place. After the customer waited in all day, the surveyor failed to arrive and the appointment had to be rescheduled. Furthermore, no contact number was provided for the installers. 2. Installation: No advanced notice of the installation date was received until a scaffolder arrived on a Friday and suggested the work was scheduled for the following Monday. After Heatable was emailed, the company confirmed a Monday start time of 10:30 AM. However, the installers did not arrive until after 2:00 PM. While the battery was installed quickly, the team lacked the correct fittings for the specific roof tiles. They returned on Wednesday, but there was a further wait for a delivery that arrived at 10:30 AM. The work was finally completed by Thursday lunchtime. The main issue appeared to be that the installers had a six-hour drive to the property and had no way to source parts locally.

Glenn the heatable engineer was fantastic, the whole process was very easy start to finish, work was of high standards and couldn't do enough to help and explain the new system, would definitely recommend, prices were also very fair.

I contacted Heatable along with three other providers with regard to a quote for a new boiler due to my new boiler having finally packed up for good (we think it's over 15 years old). Heatable were polite, cheery and helpful from the beginning. They provided an online quote and then followed up with a single phone call, or I may have called them. No heavy sales, just a simple call to discuss my preferred option, payment options, the process to make it happen and confirm availability. I was a bit nervous going with an online quote rather than someone physically seeing the set up, but I was clear on which boiler I wanted and knew it suited the house size and energy usage, where it was going to go, etc. The customer service/sales team were clear and helpful and reassuring. There were a number of different payment options, including interest free credit /paying by instalments. I was keen to get a new boiler as soon as possible but also didn’t want to make any mistakes. Heatable were happy for me to get multiple quotes for comparison. Their price was one of the least expensive, like for like, and £1000 cheaper than one of the biggest well-known providers. I committed to finance and sent photographs to the link they sent me. Within 48 hours of the initial enquiry, I had a new boiler installed and working. Installers/Engineers were tidy, communicated clearly, punctual, efficient, and made everything good (possibly cleaner than they found it). Fabulous!

Well, where do I start. From quote to complete installation, going via great support from the sale and customer service team and regular communication, the whole experience was absolutely great. When you make such a purchase as a boiler that is what you really need! Thank you for the team! And yes, by the way, great price as well!

Our old boiler finally gave up and Heatable were great. Their website booking and payment system was straightforward, their prices were competitive and the gent who came to fit the boiler was fantastic. Very efficient, clean and thorough. He talked us through everything and explained any changes that were required before completing the work. He was very professional and considerate in our home. Great experience!

Josh and Harry installed my new Heatable gas boiler exceptionally well. They arrived promptly, were friendly and professional throughout the installation and worked efficiently. From my initial phone call to Heatable we were helped all the way along the process, including the finance. One thing we particularly liked was the survey done about a month before installation. The whole thing was well planned. On the day we were texted with expected time of arrival which they beat! It was a three-man team and they worked very well together. By lunchtime, the 12 panels were installed. The rest of the time was wiring in the gateway, changing my Tesla charger and the Powerwall. By 5pm it was complete. The Powerwall was connected to the mains and internet and after the software update it was working The installers showed me the main functions and explained the various switches. They cleared up all the packaging etc and left us to play! What could have been a stressful day turned out to be a great day. Many thanks to Neil, Paul & Cam for an excellent job. Thanks too to Heatable for coordinating the whole process.

We had a Viessmann Combi Boiler fitted today. Everything from start to finish was first class. Dan and Kai went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was completed not just in one day but correctly. All rubbish removed from site also. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heatable to friends and family in the future. Thank you!!

Job completed within 2 days of booking, so it was super quick. The engineer was Will McIntyre, who did an exceptional job. Very tidy, professional, and friendly. We are very pleased with the finish. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish Heatable kept me informed every step of the way, exactly as arranged. The gas engineer, Felikss Lipins, arrived on time as specified and carried out the installation of our Worcester Bosch Greenstar 400 boiler on Tuesday 28th July 2026, working in a professional manner and keeping us updated throughout the job. On Friday 31st July 2026, he returned to fit a new, larger gas pipe on the face wall, running it from the meter, across the loft, and down to the boiler in the airing cupboard, after identifying that the original pipe was undersized. While on site, he also traced a fault with the gas meter's governor and arranged for it to be renewed the same day. All work was carried out to a high standard, and he left the work area clean and tidy each time. My wife and I are very happy with the service from Heatable and all the work carried out by the engineer. Would highly recommend the company. 5 stars!

Heatable, a company I had not heard of, were excellent from the very start, the online quote was easy to complete with a vast choice of boilers and various payment methods including interest free. I made my boiler choice, picked a day for the installation and shortly afterwards received a quote which we thought was excellent, so we went ahead we chose 40% upfront the remainder interest free. We were told Luke would be our Boiler fitter and we couldn't have had anyone better he was excellent from start to finish, Heatable also allowed Luke to deal with any extra issues we may have been having with our existing system obviously at an extra cost but meant that the whole system would be fully operational on completion. I would highly recommend Heatable.

5 stars for Paul and Heatable! Paul installed our new boiler and was brilliant. Professional, extremely hard working and so knowledgeable. Explained everything, did a perfect job, and was great value. We feel in safe hands. Would 100% recommend and use again.

From my initial discussion with Andrew to the installation by Evolution Solar Services (ESS) everything was great. I contacted Heatable and spoke with Andrew on 12th June. We agreed a system to suit our budget and paid the 25% refundable deposit. On 15th June Craig our Project Manager sent off the DNO for the G99 to supply electricity back to the GRID and informed me who our installer would be, Evolution Solar Services. A date of 25th August was initially set for the installation. On 19th June Neil (ESS) contacted me to say the G99 had been returned and we agreed an new installation date of 27th July. 13th July Neil arrived for a pre site inspection. Neil explained everything regarding the solar panels battery and wiring positioning etc. Friday 24th July Phoenix Scaffolding Bristol arrived after confirming a time earlier and began to erect the scaffolding. Brad and the team were polite friendly and professional having the scaffolding up in half an hour. At 8:00am on the 27th as arranged, Neil Paul and Gary from ESS arrived and immediately started work having the full installation completed that day. Paul explained the workings of the Alpha ESS app so I was aware of what my system was doing. Before they left everything, boxes and rubbish were all cleared away which was great. I can't praise Heatable and they're installers Evolution Solar Services and Phoenix Scaffolding Bristol enough for the excellent work installing our system. I would definitely recommend to everyone 5*

It was a replacement boiler job. From stage one to completion, it was a pleasurable experience. I cannot fault any aspect of it. I thoroughly recommend this company and I am fussy. Well done everybody from the office to the engineer.

Our old boiler was becoming unreliable and it was time for a replacement. Our local heating engineer suggested a Worcester Bosch system, with a choice of thermostats. I disappeared down an internet rabbit hole researching boilers and smart thermostats - I had no idea it was this complicated. Turns out the Worcester Bosch boiler didn’t support OpenTherm so it would be a little less efficient with the Tado system but only a small amount it seemed. I needed to speak to someone who understood all this bc to cut through the noise. With a 5* rating on TrustPilot, I decided to give Heatable a go to see if they could beat the quote we’d been given - and they could, by nearly £500! But then a very friendly and knowledgeable chap, Scott, called me from heatable and spent be 30 minutes talking me through the complexities and making the choice of an OpenTherm-supporting Viessmann 050 an easy choice. The install day was less than 48 hours away. On the day, I got regular messages informing me who would be attending and at what time. The engineer who attended was friendly and helpful, answered my questions and helped setup the Tado system. He also spoke highly of the Viessmann system. He left the place spotless and even tidied up the pipeline which was a bit of a mess. The boiler itself is great. Super quiet and much better performing compared to our old system. It works well with the Tado thermostat and smart valves on every radiator. Overall, excellent experience.

It was very easy to kick the process off online. My project required a few changes so Heatable were quick to contact me and sort things out. Agent was knowledgeable and was easy to discuss the options with. Communication overall was good and the whole journey was easy. I took out an intrest free option which also fitted in easily with the overall package.

From start to finish the process was great, communication, response to questions, time of arrival was perfect and I was advised in advance by Daniel the engineer. His first thing was to check my gas system and discovered a leak which he repaired. The boiler installation was seamless and quick and I was very impressed with the quality of his work. Daniel was good-natured, polite and completed the job leaving nothing for me to clear. A very energetic young man, I would highly recommend the service I received from Heatabe.
