The whole process was absolutely refreshingly flawless! Genuinely! Great value as well. My old boiler was leaking and kaput really so I compared some services online. Had a little hiccup ordering with a coupon and that was quickly rectified with the coupon being credited/refunded no issue. Next day Johnny came and was brilliant from the get-go - my system was full of gunk grimy water so I also got a power magnetic flushy thingy - well worth it and was professionally advised not sold. New Glow Worm boiler is great so far. Followed up with Live Chat with Jason and Ruby and clarified a few queries with fun respectful and personable emojis and even gifs used to show mutual appreciated (T.Hanks gif is a winner). I've filled in the survey to get extra cover, and more than happy to leave this five star glowing (see what I did there) review of Heatable. Also love the graphic design and UX flow of the website.

Having approached several companies for quotes for a replacement boiler Heatable proved to have an extensive range of options on offer. The process of getting the quotes was remarkably easy and their offers were very reasonably priced. The customer care team were happy to answer questions, and the booking process was very smooth. I finally settled on the Vaillant ecoTEC plus with a Tado thermostat. Installation took a little longer than anticipated down to components being out of stock. Will, the engineer who installed the new boiler went out of his way to keep me informed of progress and completed a top job. The hot water supply is excellent, so far very pleased with the upgrade, although not tried the heating yet given we are in a heatwave.

All parts of the process have been straight forward, clear, on time, reasonable priced and professional. Booking with Heatable was easy and clear, the prices are very competitive on today's market. Their approved installer Oliver from Hampshire Heating Services done a very good job installing the new combi boiler, explaining all my options and staying late (7 PM) to complete the job as promised. His professional attitude both towards the job and to customer are beyond what I ever experienced. I would recommend using Heatable to anybody that needs boiler replacement done.

The boiler was easy to order and the installer did a brilliant job Took a bit longer than I thought it would to install but the installer made sure everything was done properley.

Having previously used Heatable to install my solar system 18 months ago, I decided to add another Tesla Powerwall 3 Expansion pack as we are now running 3 electric cars from the property. I got a quote from Heatable within a couple of days after discussing my requirements with them. I was more than happy to proceed on the basis of this quote. An installation date was set for two weeks later. Simon and Chris, the local installers, arrived promptly and carried out the work required quickly and efficiently - I knew we were in safe hands as these guys installed my solar system 18 months earlier. Everything was sorted and left tidy and it was a pleasure to see the guys again. My Powerwall Expansion is working like a dream and I am a very happy bunny. We had a brand new combi boiler fitted by Jordan and his team through Heatable. The service was excellent explaining every step of the way. Very polite and respectful team and very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job and were very clean too. Would definitely recommend them!!! 5 stars service that was!!!

Had a home battery system installed by heatable and their contracted installers and found the process from start to finish excellent. Clear communication, sold me the system that made sense for me, no hard sell, great offer, and installation team just worked on the hottest day of the year and got everything done to a high standard. Really couldn't be more pleased with the service received this far and the system in place.

We've been looking investigating a solar battery installation for about a year, and the "heatable" way of managing the booking process is just in another class. One company's "free, no-obligation survey" resulted in an albeit lovely salesman spending about 2 hours with us trying to get a sale. One company's version of "please leave me with the quote to process" after a 1 hour design call was "Sure - can I book in a call with you tomorrow to see what you're thinking?" Not Heatable. We had our design call, there was no pressure, Isobel, our designer, was knowledgable and polite, but when we were finished (in about half an hour, I'll add), and we asked what the next steps was we were told. "Quote is valid for 30 days, call or email if you have any questions, or if you want to go ahead". Perfect. And sure, I'm sure their CRM would have thrown a task for Isobel to followup if we didn't respond, but being able to leave us following the call with no hanging actions or pressure was brilliant, and the first time we experienced this with solar battery installers. Price was fair, value was good, and the local installation team were great, but the highlight for me was the booking process. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Heatable

Today we had our Solar panel and battery system fitted. The whole process from initial contact, choosing the correct products, payment options, communication during the application and arrangements to fit were excellent. 5 stars from us.

Very responsive, reliable, professional and helpful. Gas engineer, Paul, problem solved issues that arose with replacing a very old boiler to find a solution so the replacement could go ahead - very happy.

Communication with this firm was superb and very helpful. All done on time.the engineers who fitted the heat pump air conditioning/heating were very polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile on their faces. They did such a clean and efficient job that you wouldn't know they had been here. I am now enjoying the air-conditioning on this hot day. Thank you all for making the installation so easy especially as I am in my 80s!

Got this company from a comparison site. Had a look and read the reviews. Went into their website, which was easy to navigate. Within minutes I had about 6 quotes for boilers. Once I picked what I was looking for, they have me a call. Got everything sorted, Scott explained everything to me. Could of had it fitted next day however that didn't suit. They arranged to fit it when it suited me. Would certainly recommend Heatable.

Originally looked at due to the decent prices and quick installation options, but when I found the option for an interest free Klarna plan with a deposit it was a lot more enticing. What I wasn't expecting though was a very pleasant professional experience, an excellent job and an 11 year warranty on what was basically a budget option. More than happy to recommend this company to anyone that requires a boiler installed. Everything was all in and included in the price, so all in all, very happy and impressed with both the price and the service.

I booked just before 3pm and was able to have the installation started the next morning. Website was easy and straight forward to use. The engineer who carried it out worked so hard from the moment he started just after 8am and was non stop doing it all by himself. Very polite and professional and was knowledgeable and didn’t seem deterred by the work that needed doing. Said it was easy and straight forward so takes away the guilt that I sometimes had in the past when other engineers from other companies would complain.

At first I was very confused about all the traders out there offering boiler replacements. I read a few reviews and decided on Heatable. I was not disappointed in my decision. It was easy to follow the instructions on ordering a combi boiler and was easy to do. The company kept me informed throughout. The engineer that fitted the boiler was very knowledgeable, polite and kept me informed on what he was doing. Heatable were so much better than all the other companies I'd contacted regarding my solar and battery installation. Completely professional, listened to my needs and didn't try to fob me off with a system that wouldn't work, unlike some other companies that I spoke with.

Professional from the initial phone call, to survey, ordering and installation. Easily contactable as I changed my mind and wanted to add an EV charger at the last minute. Aircon was fitted soon after booking, polite and helpful engineer - installation was fast on the day and looks very tidy. Only issue was the website initially let me book an unavailable date but this was quickly sorted when heatable called to follow up the booking.

Went for an online quote as it was a lot cheaper than the local plumbers. All the materials supplied and used were either Bosch or approved by Bosch. The engineer arrived on time with most of the parts required in his van. Although the work went into two days, which was not a problem for us, the engineer went out of his way to source the parts required to complete the work. One minor problem was because I had booked for the worked to start on a Monday and the engineer did not get the job until the Saturday it was impossible for him too know exactly what parts were required. If I could have submitted more photos it may have helped. The price quoted is the price you pay. All is covered by the Bosch guarantee so can't really go wrong.

5⭐️’s is not enough for the outstanding work done by Heatable from start to completion. John in the office was extremely helpful & easy to talk to re my boiler of choice. As a pensioner I was not able to pay £3-4,000 up front, so finance was quickly arranged that Friday afternoon. It was all accepted within minutes, with really reasonable monthly payments. The boiler was installed by Jack on the Monday morning. So fast! He was most diligent, professional, hard working & didn’t leave the job until everything was working perfectly. A problem occurred with the Thermostats & he took his time to make sure it was correctly “calling” & producing the correct temperature for water & heating. He checked all the rads & showed my son how to gently remove caps & carefully de-limescale the cap fixtures, so that they worked & no leaks created. He arrived early morning & left around 8pm after making sure all was explained & paperwork left with details. He was so polite, amenable, a stalwart worker who clearly cares deeply for providing the best possible service for the customers. I would wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful company to everyone, as they are an outstanding company. Thank you so very very much 😊

Amazing service! I had a new boiler installed recently and the process was so smooth from start to finish. Great communication and any issues that arose during installation (through no fault of the installers) were all resolved very quickly. Would highly recommended!
