Heatable

Heatable, a company I had not heard of, were excellent from the very start, the online quote was easy to complete with a vast choice of boilers and various payment methods including interest free. I made my boiler choice, picked a day for the installation and shortly afterwards received a quote which we thought was excellent, so we went ahead we chose 40% upfront the remainder interest free. We were told Luke would be our Boiler fitter and we couldn't have had anyone better he was excellent from start to finish, Heatable also allowed Luke to deal with any extra issues we may have been having with our existing system obviously at an extra cost but meant that the whole system would be fully operational on completion. I would highly recommend Heatable.

5 stars for Paul and Heatable! Paul installed our new boiler and was brilliant. Professional, extremely hard working and so knowledgeable. Explained everything, did a perfect job, and was great value. We feel in safe hands. Would 100% recommend and use again.

From my initial discussion with Andrew to the installation by Evolution Solar Services (ESS) everything was great. I contacted Heatable and spoke with Andrew on 12th June. We agreed a system to suit our budget and paid the 25% refundable deposit. On 15th June Craig our Project Manager sent off the DNO for the G99 to supply electricity back to the GRID and informed me who our installer would be, Evolution Solar Services. A date of 25th August was initially set for the installation. On 19th June Neil (ESS) contacted me to say the G99 had been returned and we agreed an new installation date of 27th July. 13th July Neil arrived for a pre site inspection. Neil explained everything regarding the solar panels battery and wiring positioning etc. Friday 24th July Phoenix Scaffolding Bristol arrived after confirming a time earlier and began to erect the scaffolding. Brad and the team were polite friendly and professional having the scaffolding up in half an hour. At 8:00am on the 27th as arranged, Neil Paul and Gary from ESS arrived and immediately started work having the full installation completed that day. Paul explained the workings of the Alpha ESS app so I was aware of what my system was doing. Before they left everything, boxes and rubbish were all cleared away which was great. I can't praise Heatable and they're installers Evolution Solar Services and Phoenix Scaffolding Bristol enough for the excellent work installing our system. I would definitely recommend to everyone 5*

It was a replacement boiler job. From stage one to completion, it was a pleasurable experience. I cannot fault any aspect of it. I thoroughly recommend this company and I am fussy. Well done everybody from the office to the engineer.

Our old boiler was becoming unreliable and it was time for a replacement. Our local heating engineer suggested a Worcester Bosch system, with a choice of thermostats. I disappeared down an internet rabbit hole researching boilers and smart thermostats - I had no idea it was this complicated. Turns out the Worcester Bosch boiler didn’t support OpenTherm so it would be a little less efficient with the Tado system but only a small amount it seemed. I needed to speak to someone who understood all this bc to cut through the noise. With a 5* rating on TrustPilot, I decided to give Heatable a go to see if they could beat the quote we’d been given - and they could, by nearly £500! But then a very friendly and knowledgeable chap, Scott, called me from heatable and spent be 30 minutes talking me through the complexities and making the choice of an OpenTherm-supporting Viessmann 050 an easy choice. The install day was less than 48 hours away. On the day, I got regular messages informing me who would be attending and at what time. The engineer who attended was friendly and helpful, answered my questions and helped setup the Tado system. He also spoke highly of the Viessmann system. He left the place spotless and even tidied up the pipeline which was a bit of a mess. The boiler itself is great. Super quiet and much better performing compared to our old system. It works well with the Tado thermostat and smart valves on every radiator. Overall, excellent experience.

It was very easy to kick the process off online. My project required a few changes so Heatable were quick to contact me and sort things out. Agent was knowledgeable and was easy to discuss the options with. Communication overall was good and the whole journey was easy. I took out an intrest free option which also fitted in easily with the overall package.

From start to finish the process was great, communication, response to questions, time of arrival was perfect and I was advised in advance by Daniel the engineer. His first thing was to check my gas system and discovered a leak which he repaired. The boiler installation was seamless and quick and I was very impressed with the quality of his work. Daniel was good-natured, polite and completed the job leaving nothing for me to clear. A very energetic young man, I would highly recommend the service I received from Heatabe.

Very professional operation, detailed quote provided which included everything. Sub contractors used were excellent, install took a few days longer than I expected but contending with exceptional weather conditions. Scaffolding taken down promptly, and so far the system is generating more than forecast. No nasty surprises, no pushy salespeople, have already recommended both Heatable, the local sub contractors, and the scaffolders to friends and neighbours.

Very pleased with all dealings with both Heatable and the gas fitter. Work was carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption to the house. Heatable were easy and quick to contact and kept me well informed. The free Tado was out of stock but they rang me to find out when I would like the electrician to visit - obviously the boiler works fine without it so no urgency, although they are fitting it next week. Very good experience with Heatable from start to finish.

Did an initial online enquiry. Spoke to Scott who talked me through my options and the products available but didn't in any way try to persuade me to go for things I didn't want or need. Price agreed which was fantastic compared to other big brand companies. Installation booked for a date that suited me(bonus with my hectic work schedule). Day before Installation i got a call from Glenn who was coming to do the job, and an email with a photo of himself so I could be sure it was him! Installation day, arrived bang on time and ready to go. Explained the process and got straight to work. Extremely clean and tidy with minimal noise. Talked us through every step along the way and set up the new mini hive. Tidied everything away and showed us exactly how everything worked then registered the boiler. Extremely good at his job and very professional in every aspect. Overall we couldn't be happier with the service received from start to finish and would highly recommend to everyone who is thinking of replacing their existing boiler

Heatable:- From the videos with explanations about boilers and what’s recommended. To filling in the questionnaire and boiler options. To the finance/ purchase and how quickly I was able to get someone to fit it… It was a very easy process. The engineer was timely, friendly, knowledgeable, tidy, thorough… I couldn’t fault him! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a boiler replacement.

Heatable has a website which provides options for customer to select boilers with fixed prices. The company sent engineer to install boiler next day. The engineer, Den, is caring, responsible, and punctual. It is a good experience to have the work done.

Heatable advisor and boiler engineer provided a great service. I was provided with all the information I needed prior to the boiler installation and the boiler was installed without any issues. Engineer was very tidy, polite and helpful. I would recommend this service.

Excellent all round! The online quote process was amazingly easy and painfree! Quotes were highly competitive. the fixed price quote gave peace of mind. The choice of installation dates and fast availability was amazing. I was sent details of the gas engineer ahead of time so we knew who to expect. Want to give a big shout out to the gas engineer who was assigned to do our installation: Jordan - he arrived prompt and early on the appointed day, polite and friendly and reassuring as to the conversion job (system boiler to combi). As the home owner, I have to say that ours was a ‘mare of a job - amongst other things, the central heating pump valve was finally tracked down and found to be located under the floorboards of the back bedroom under the carpet!) and the labyrinth of pipe work to sort out re the hot water tank, and then the cold water tank in the loft and the separate shower - the loft was hot like a spa as this was during the heatwave - but Jordan never stopped smiling - he remained stoic and cheerful and he worked hard, he was meticulous in everything and didn’t even stop for lunch. We plied him with lots of tea and iced water. He tidied up after himself, kept us posted as to progress and went above and beyond to ensure that the boiler was installed and up and running within the agreed two day period. I am especially grateful that he was thoughtful and took great care to ensure that as little damage as possible was done to kitchen wall tiles

Such and great company to deal with Scott called me and went through different boilers to suit my needs. Justin who fitted the boiler always amazing. Very helpful and went through everything for us step by step Brilliant service.

Great customer service, from the staff at the office to the installers, polite, explain each detail before it was done, authentic and just a nice bunch of people to do business was. I was drawn in to the company from the excellent range of YouTube videos, which help me decided if Solar and battery was right for me, not just in terms of product but what the market was doing, and perhaps heading towards. Including the rational behind which products they used and why.

The first appointment was cancelled but the second appointment was arranged for just 2 days later and the job was completed in 2 days. Everything went according to plan and the place was left clean and tidy both inside and outside. Fortunately it has become really hot again and so I am sitting in my lovely air conditioned room. What a relief!!

Found and booked online next day service. Engineer was on time polite efficient and tidy. All at a great price and much cheaper than the likes of British Gas . I would definitely recommend and use again if the need arose.

I had my old boiler replaced with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000. The price was competitive and included a chemical flush, fitting of a magna-cleaner and a pressure feedback device (for the water meter). Luke was our gas safety plumber. He turned up on time and did the whole job by mid-latish afternoon in a friendly and professional manor. The new boiler is great - and nice and quiet. Hot water is delivered so much quicker. Great service at a good price :-)

The whole process was absolutely refreshingly flawless! Genuinely! Great value as well. My old boiler was leaking and kaput really so I compared some services online. Had a little hiccup ordering with a coupon and that was quickly rectified with the coupon being credited/refunded no issue. Next day Johnny came and was brilliant from the get-go - my system was full of gunk grimy water so I also got a power magnetic flushy thingy - well worth it and was professionally advised not sold. New Glow Worm boiler is great so far. Followed up with Live Chat with Jason and Ruby and clarified a few queries with fun respectful and personable emojis and even gifs used to show mutual appreciated (T.Hanks gif is a winner). I've filled in the survey to get extra cover, and more than happy to leave this five star glowing (see what I did there) review of Heatable. Also love the graphic design and UX flow of the website.

Having approached several companies for quotes for a replacement boiler Heatable proved to have an extensive range of options on offer. The process of getting the quotes was remarkably easy and their offers were very reasonably priced. The customer care team were happy to answer questions, and the booking process was very smooth. I finally settled on the Vaillant ecoTEC plus with a Tado thermostat. Installation took a little longer than anticipated down to components being out of stock. Will, the engineer who installed the new boiler went out of his way to keep me informed of progress and completed a top job. The hot water supply is excellent, so far very pleased with the upgrade, although not tried the heating yet given we are in a heatwave.
