Appointed by insurer. Responded very quickly to an escalated situation given my concerns and vulnerability. Delivered exactly what they said they would do on time, efficiently with no fuss. Engineer was first class, on time and knowledgeable. Fitted new boiler in jig time. Office staff set up installation and quote easily and kept me informed all the way through. Delivered exactly what they said they would do.

They went beyond my expectations. Rory the engineer was brilliant, a real credit to his company. We had ordered the extra full flush £195 but he deduced that our system was clear so we didn't need it. saved us £195 and cost him £100, total integrity. Also he checked the hot water from the shower - it's tepid - dismantling it and demonstrating that our shower was the problem and not the hot water feed. he didn't have to. Paige in the office kept us updated all the way. We felt we were in safe hands. Wouldn't hesitate to use these people again and recommend them.

So an honest review, booked online, chose the device, sent a couple of photos, then got a delivery date, 2 days later. So far so good! In fact start to finish the service has been really good, customer service, the installation chappy who was really good according to my wife, polite did everything he said he would, and even cleaned up after himself. Winner! I liked the price as the same boiler on British Gas was £900 more. Imagine that. I am happy, wife is happy. Shower and hot water are like a dream. A good choice.

After a nightmare previous year with our old inefficient boiler that was fixed on more than one occasion we knew a new boiler was needed this year. After looking online to see what was on offer we came across Heatables that had great customer feedback and compared to other online company’s were offering better pricing. With being online you get a little worried thinking are you making the right decision but after answering a few questions online (giving you the recommended combi boiler) and calling to speak to their customer service team we felt we made the right decision. Ordered our new boiler through Heatables on Thursday and Dan, our fitter was sent out on the Monday morning. Quick, professional and had the job done in a few hours clearing all traces of our old boiler. Although he went through how to work our new Bosch boiler it took a phone call to go through it again which was not an issue for him. The anxiety of thinking we were using the boiler incorrectly and we could have issues again were all settled with another quick phone call to Dan who went over everything in detail and helped to reassure we had made the right decision and all was ok! Big thanks to Dan for being so understanding, extremely professional and knowledgeable and to Heatables for such a quick fuss free installation from start to finish.

I found out about Heatable when researching what air conditioning was available to me. The quick survey was easy to follow and generated quotes to help me decide. I followed up with customer service as I wasn't sure if my installation would be too difficult, but was very reassured by the team. Communication throughout was excellent. I had originally selected a date in November for the installation. Heatable got in touch to explain that there was a delay in equipment being supplied, which was not a problem. As it turned out, shortly afterwards they then let me know that my equipment was ready and I was able to get my installation complete in mid-October. Arranging for delivery of the equipment and for the engineers to visit was straightforward and I felt taken care of throughout. I'm very happy with the entire service.

The whole process was much easier than expected due to the easy way in which Heatable's online quote system works. Gives you plenty of options when creating your package. The installation team, Adan Gas Services, were amazing. Knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and always happy to answer any questions. One thing I would say is that Heatable didn't update us in the 3 weeks between uploading our photos of the old boiler and the work starting. Maybe just a few reminder emails to say everything is ok and on track would make this stage a bit less worrisome Didn't detract from the overall experience though.

I don’t generally leave reviews but I have been so impressed and pleased with our boiler installation today by Glenn that I wanted to leave a review expressing how professional, friendly, thorough and informative he has been. We had a Vaillant ecoTEC plus boiler fitted today by two great guys from Midlands Gas Elite on behalf of Heatable. Once the Insurance Engr had declared our old boiler was beyond economical repair (it was 21 years old) on Monday we selected a new boiler online from Heatable, after comparing them with 2 or 3 other company's, including British Gas. They responded very quickly and and we were able to select a fitting date as early as Tuesday, but went for Wednesday. The fitting team arrived on time at 1000 hrs and were finished by 1430 hrs. We were very impressed with their work ethic and attitude throughout, a very affable pair!

First contact I had was with Paige via telephone. She was friendly and professional without being pushy. I felt fully informed and aware of all of my options. Lots of variety in difference price ranges. I went for the Glow Worm boiler. Steve fitted the boiler a few days later, he was also professional and friendly. Steve tidied up after himself and explained to me how it all worked before he left. Fabulous all round service.

Great customer service from Heatable sales team. They talked me through the best options based on size of my flat and the costs involved and what was covered. Great value on price. Once I had made my choice they were able to arrange fitting within few days. The engineer who installed was excellent. Professional and helpful. He was kind and took time to explain all the controls. Very happy to recommend.

My boiler was replaced by Heatable Date of installing was 12/10/26 I spoke to Scott on the Wednesday 9th September Told him what I required & he gave me three options to choose. I opted for one and sent some pictures of my old boil, flu & location We arranged a suitable installation time and date. Joseph came on time and fitted the boiler He was very friendly ,efficient & professional. He cleaned up well and took the old boiler away. I would recommend Heatable very much to anyone wanting to change their boiler.

Excellent communication...easy online platform to order the product of your choice, at a very reasonable price and so quick from point of order to actual installation, in my case could have been the next day but was more convenient for me to have my boiler installed within the week...I picked the date and was actually installed to that timetable...All through the process the communication was excellent and they were very quick to answer any questions I put to them. My boiler was fitted by Heatable recently. I found the service professional, prompt, and friendly. The boiler was installed efficiently, and the engineer was helpful and kind. The tenants were provided with the relevant documents in relation to the boiler and shown how to operate it, leaving them feeling comfortable on the operation. Heatable offer payment options which is a great facility in this economic climate. I would highly recommend Heatable, and look forward to a hassle free boiler, and happy tenants.

We ordered in July first fitting date was late September due to difficulties obtaining units this was delayed again until October 6th but kept informed. The day before fitting day our fitters phoned to introduce themselves on fitting day they arrived on time covered every were up and worked all day there work was excellent with minimum mess you can't do a job like that without some disruption. After installation they explained how it worked and left all paperwork with us all the time they were very professional friendly clean and very tidy i would definitely recommend them we didn't think it was possible to do a installation like that by filling out a form.

We've used Heatable for battery and aircon installation. Each time their attentiveness has been exemplary keeping us fully informed about the progress of the installation. Their installation contractors have been brilliant too, working quickly but with the necessary attention to detail, their work is clean and efficient. Highly recommended.

Heatables were a delight to work with ! Great communications keeping you in the picture every step of the way. They used Novasol for the actual panels & battery installation and again they were fantastic. Very hard workers on a high roof that wasn't particularly easy to get access to. Meticulously tidy in their work and kept us updated several times throughout each of the 3 days it took them. Really nice and friendly guys and I am over the moon with the finished installation. Both Heatables and Novasol come with my personal recommendation

Can't believe how quick and easy it was to get my boiler replaced. Ordered Friday afternoon, fitted Monday morning. Great service from start to finish.

Boiler packed up on Tuesday- used Heatables fab quote system online on Wednesday. Nearly fell over. Price to replace like for like was over £1000 less than the next best price...for a Winchester Bosch! Booked online and went for one bigger...still saving £1000! The fabulous Aron was confirmed on Thursday and by lunchtime in Friday the job was all done. Heatable were fantastic throughout, kept me informed, and to be honest it all felt too good to be true - but true it is. This crowd raise the bar on service, quality, price and delivery. So happy. I can't thank these guys enough. Great service and the work was completed by a very knowledgeable engineer and even more so a nice guy Darren. It was a replacement boiler I was getting fitted and I must say it looks a far better fitting than the old one and the place was left perfectly clean.

Ordered and fitted within 48 hours. The boiler was a good price including fitting. The fitter Stef was great, very professional and friendly. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a boiler.

I had a very positive experience with Heatable and would definitely recommend them, particularly to anyone working within a limited budget. I needed a new Glow-worm MicraCom boiler after being without heating for a week. With Christmas approaching, getting it installed quickly was important. Heatable was the only company I found that could guarantee an installation date so close to Christmas. The whole process was done online and was incredibly straightforward. There was a good range of boilers with fixed-price options, and I could choose additional extras myself if my budget allowed. I particularly liked being in control of those decisions. I had previously contacted another company, who recommended two boilers based on my budget and available space. For the same boiler, Heatable's price was £1,764 less than another quote. Heatable also gave me much more control over the overall cost. All I had to do was provide photographs of my existing boiler and confirm where I wanted it installed. I was kept regularly updated with reminders about the installation and engineer's arrival. The engineer, Mindaugas, was excellent. His credentials were sent to me beforehand, which was reassuring. He clearly knew what he was doing, was professional throughout and tidied up properly afterwards. Overall, Heatable made the whole process simple, transparent and affordable. I would definitely recommend them.
