5⭐️’s is not enough for the outstanding work done by Heatable from start to completion. John in the office was extremely helpful & easy to talk to re my boiler of choice. As a pensioner I was not able to pay £3-4,000 up front, so finance was quickly arranged that Friday afternoon. It was all accepted within minutes, with really reasonable monthly payments. The boiler was installed by Jack on the Monday morning. So fast! He was most diligent, professional, hard working & didn’t leave the job until everything was working perfectly. A problem occurred with the Thermostats & he took his time to make sure it was correctly “calling” & producing the correct temperature for water & heating. He checked all the rads & showed my son how to gently remove caps & carefully de-limescale the cap fixtures, so that they worked & no leaks created. He arrived early morning & left around 8pm after making sure all was explained & paperwork left with details. He was so polite, amenable, a stalwart worker who clearly cares deeply for providing the best possible service for the customers. I would wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful company to everyone, as they are an outstanding company. Thank you so very very much 😊

Amazing service! I had a new boiler installed recently and the process was so smooth from start to finish. Great communication and any issues that arose during installation (through no fault of the installers) were all resolved very quickly. Would highly recommended!

We received excellent service from start to finish from Paul, Josh and Kian who provided clear and thorough explanations in the planning process of our Solar and battery installation. Jenna planned and coordinated the arrival of Richard the solar installer and Robbie the electrician who worked tirelessly in 29 degree heat! All work was completed neatly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

There was an initial problem with my choice of boiler that was not Heatable's fault. It could not be fitted for technical reasons, but everything was sorted out by Heatable's excellent customer services team and a new boiler chosen and installed. In addition to this exemplary customer care, the pricing is competitive and the actual boiler installation was done very professionally. Highly recommended and a well deserved five stars all round.

I was interested in investigating renewables and started looking around for quotes for solar and batteries and was disappointed to be told that we didn't have enough roof space for solar so settled on battery only as we have an EV and an EV tariff. We took a cheap quote against the much better quality Heatable quote and came to regret it when that supplier could not deliver and had to refund our deposit. I went back to Paul at Heatable and he honoured the original quote, including the gateway (thanks Paul). The team led by Anna handled the whole process so smoothly and dealt with my excitement quite calmly! Following G99 approval (out of Heatables hands) we had an installation date. Ethan and Adan at EDtricity carried out a fantastic installation very professionally, showing great knowledge and dealing with my questions. Installation took less than a day and the team handed over professionally. I have my G99 approval and MCS certificate and have applied for an export tariff. Could not recommend Heatable more highly.

A no fuss service. You pick the boiler , confirm a fitting date and sit back and relax. The boiler was fitted by an accredited gas installer with the minimum disruption.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. They listened and advised and no question felt too daft. The fitters were polite and helpful, got on with the job and cleaned up after themselves. No faults with any of the process. The solar and battery are running fantastically and when we do our next stage of moving away from gas, there is only one place we will go.

Heatable was a great choice in my opinion and my experience. Everything from ordering the boiler system to job install was very efficient and simple from a customer's perspective. All staff I encountered at Heatable were polite, helpful and courteous and communicated with me very well. The delivery of the items were bang on time delivered by polite and courteous drivers. The install engineers sent by Heatable were excellent. They were efficient, polite and courteous and worked cleanly and tidied up afterwards. Great job!

We used Heatable to replace our old combi boiler. They made booking the installation and choosing our boiler and any add-ons very clear and simple. We booked in an engineer for 2 days later, and he was very polite, tidy, communicative and helpful. He installed the boiler on day one and noticed our gas pressure was slightly low, so came back then next morning to replace part of our gas pipework to get the pressure up to the level our new boiler needed. We would absolutely recommend this service for boiler install.

Getting my old Back boiler replaced with a Combi boiler was straightforward with Heatable. From their online questionnaire they were able to recommend several boilers in different price ranges. There is a lot of information on their website to help decide between them, and the staff are very helpful on the phone. Once I had decided on a boiler they quoted a good fixed price for the package, which included changing two leaking radiators of the existing system and fitting thermostatic radiator valves to three others. They then arranged for a qualified gas engineer to install it all, on the date which I requested, and that was done to a high standard. The whole installation actually took a day and half, and because they contract it out a few things were done slightly differently to what Heatable said, but that's a minor point.

From asking for a quote to the completion of the job, everything went very well. Planning and booking the job, I sent emails and pictures and asked questions about product and process all were answered promptly and with all the info required, helpful and informative and polite over the phone. The actual job was delayed starting due to delivery of the AC units being later in the day than was meant to be. The install team were on site at agreed times and kept us informed of what was happening. Guys were dressed smartly with company polo shirts and behaved respectfully and with care. Exceptional I must say, the job was completed to a very professional level and is neat and tidy, inside and outside, could not have asked for better. Apart from the units on the wall , there is not a trace of a workman having been here let alone 3/4 at times. Cleared away all rubbish , tools , dust ect. Perfect. Well worth the money paid , no headaches , will use them again and 100% recommend them to anyone requiring AC installation or any of the services they provide.

My boiler failed on Monday 12may 2026 I rang heatable from a list on line and booked an installation for Thursday 15may owing to a a fault on installers van he was unable to fit the boiler until Friday 16may he arrived at8.00am and completed the installation by 11.30am left the house spotless no mess as an retired gas service technician of thirty years the installer was more than competent one of the better installations I have seen and just because it’s in my own home I would recommend this installer and company one percent

At the very end of April 2026 my Bosch Worcester failed with a bad leak .20+ yrs old ! I phoned the makers who I have contract and an engineer came promptly and the boiler was condemned .Right away they initiated replacement procedures and within a few hours I was contacted by Heatable and a lady called Lisa ,who immediately took control and eased my stress. I felt totally supported a she arranged for a replacement to be carried out on the 5 th of May 2026 .The installer was SG of lytham St Anne’s . The work was excecuted brilliantly by this company , the engineer was perfect , professional clean,tidy ( protected the house )and quick .All coordinated by Heatable . I would not hesitate to recommend and use this team in the future . Lisa has followed up following the work re satisfaction , guarantees etc ! 10/10

The whole process was smooth. I couldnt have done the work without Finance. The professional Scott, explained the process, the options and steps. The next day booking was available for work. Engineer Dan was at home as advised by text which came night before. Work done very smoothly and quickly as it was a straight swap and he was very experienced and lovely person with smile on face all the time and was open to any questions I asked. He explained how the boiler works after the completion. I was driving and got delayed in reaching home, but he patiently waited for me without any complaint. I am a fan of Woscester boiler and the old one worked without problems for 15 years. Third time using Wocester boiler and second time with heatable.

The installation team were brilliant — friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They completed everything in a single day and made sure I understood how the system and app worked. Afterwards, Anna sent all the documents I needed to get set up with Octopus Energy. Heatable have been responsive and supportive throughout. It’s rare to find a company that makes a major investment feel this easy and this reassuring.

Excellent experience overall. I had this Boiler fitted whilst I was abroad and was kept in the loop by the engineer and the customer services team throughout the process. I highly recommend this company.

I decided to use Heatable to replace my boiler. I was able to book a slot the next day after a quick online survey which was followed up by a phone call to confirm details. This included a fixed cost quote. The installer, Ionut (Jonny) called me to go through what would be happening the next day. Jonny arrived at the appointed time was polite, considerate and hardworking. He explained everything, finished everything to a high standard and cleaned up after he had finished. 24 hours after booking I had a fully working new heating system. I would like to thank Ionut and Heatable for their professionalism and can highly recommend them.

We had recently moved into a property and decided to get battery and solar the whole experience was great. Simon and the team turned up and installed the system in one day. They were really helpful and polite and made sure that the system was setup correctly and explained before leaving

From start to finish this was an easy process. With Heatable doing all the paper work and the design of the system. Our job was not as straight forward as just putting the system in. We had an old solar thermal still on the roof that needed to be taken down. Heatable sorted out all the contactors we needed to get the job done. They all kept me in the loop via email and copied me in on all emails between the contractors. The lads were all a happy bunch and really friendly, explaining everything to me as work continued. Altogether this was a happy experience for myself and my wife. Defiantly, Heatable is a fantastic company to do business with and would recommend to everyone.
