Heatable

I wasn't sure about using Heatable at first. It didn't seem right arranging a new boiler installation without someone coming round to survey first. But, I trusted the excellent reputation of Heatable and I'm pleased I did. So easy to book, and to submit the required photos. Paul, the engineer who came to install, did a great job, didn't create any mess, and explained how to use the new controls. They were also a fair bit cheaper than the other two quotes I'd obtained.

I had heard of Heatable through a utube spectialist Gary Does Solar. I was very impressed with the sales team Andrew who walked me through all the options. The design was not fixed and could be modified during the DNO waiting phase. I was pleased to see my deposit was also placed in a protected scheme without me asking. Similar to landlord deposit protection. After the follow up site survey, i decided to increase my battery capacity as the cost were reduced as scaffolding was not required as my solar panels were installed on garage roof. Anna heatable kept me upto date every few weeks while we waited for DNO to confirm the Export limit (6 weeks). Once the limit was confirmed, site installation dates were offered. They kept intouch and reminded day before. On the day, two team were on site. With Spencer heading the battery install and network cable connections, followed by the solar roofing team . Both teams were informative and offered improvements to inital plan or seeked approval where change was required in cable routing or panel postions. Spencer and his team walked me through the sigenergy /enlighten applications and confirmed solar and battery useage though the apps . They left site tidy and all cables were neatly installed and well clipped. Would recomend .

We first time got chance to get service for new boiler fitting and it’s wonderful experience with Heatable. Engineer Danny has fully skilled and knowledgeable engineer, AND lovely guy with smiles on face. Must recommend HEATABLE service as 5 stars to anyone 😊

After having several quotes, Heatable was by far the best price. Work fitting boiler (Worcester Bosch 4000) completed on time and to the highest standards, and remote control (Hive) explained. Very glad I chose them.

I got in touch with heatable in december because i was interested in getting solar for our new house. Got a good deal and interest free finance arranged. Once we got the keys they put in a g99 application on our behalf and arranged a survey with the installer. After all that, it was a waiting game with the DNO. Craig from heatable kept in touch as did Aaron the installer from wye energy. Once the g99 came back they were on the roof the following week. Smashed it out of the park. Heatable have ab outstanding partnership in south wales with Wye energy, they are great installers. Not had a problem at all along the way.

I needed a new boiler when my old one was condemned by my service engineer. This was a condensing boiler so we had no heating or hot water. We were expecting cold weather and we had been told a new boiler could not be fitted until the following week. Luckily I came across a web page that offered purchase and fitting of boiler within 2 days. I got a quote for a boiler and fitting saving me over £400 off my first quote for Same boiler fitted within 2 days. I accepted straight away. The fitters name was Ashley and he arrived punctually explaining clearly what he was going to do. I found him to be very friendly and carried out the work diligently and left the house very clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend the company for the service and purchase of boiler

Had an air split conditioning system installed last week via Heatable. The whole experience was smooth and hassle free. The comms throughout was excellent. The installers were on time, polite, tidy and they have done a very neat, top notch install. They left no mess and everything works perfectly. Well worth that little extra cost for the peace of mind of a "job well done"

Easy to obtain a quote for a new boiler, all done online by answering a few questions. All booked within a couple of days for the installation. Robert, our gas engineer was really professional. He gave us a guaranteed time for completion and it was all done as promised (and he cleared everything away!). Heatable - easy company to work with - no issues. Would definitely recommend them.

I was extremely happy with the service I received when my new combi boiler was installed. Simon, Darren and James were all fantastic throughout the entire process. They were professional, friendly and clearly very committed to doing a great job. What really stood out was their dedication to getting everything completed in one day. They worked extra hours to make sure the installation was finished properly, which I really appreciated. They also took the time to explain everything clearly — from how the combi boiler works to how to set up and use the Hive thermostat. On top of that, they patiently answered all the random questions I asked throughout the day without ever making me feel like I was being a nuisance. Overall, the service was excellent and the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I’m very grateful to Simon, Darren and James for their hard work and professionalism, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Rob the heating engineer phoned the day before fitting to give time etc that he would arrive, he arrived on time the following day and got straight to work replacing my old boiler he didn’t stop till it was finished, his work was outstanding very professional explained everything to me and set up timers etc to suit our needs . Very clean and tidy covered surfaces with dust sheets and cleaned everything up on completion making sure i understood the system before leaving would 100% use again

The Heatable engineer was polite, friendly and professional. He was a tidy worker and cleared away after he'd finished the job.

We enjoyed excellent customer service from Heatable, plus a very reasonable price for a new boiler plus fitting. Our fitter, Harley, was lovely, got the whole job done in 4 hrs (including removal of the old boiler) and gave us some advice about the oddities of our heating/hot water system. Would recommend Heatable to anyone.

I booked for a new boiler exchanging my 37 year old one via Heatable website on a Monday for the engineer to carry out the work the next day. Heatable phoned me shortly afterwards to say that day is not available and would 2 days later be acceptable which was okay. Heatable kept me informed via emails of time the engineer would arrive and his name and brief discription of his qualifacatons. The Engineer arrived at 08:00 and got straight to work removing the old boiler and installing the new Worcester Bosch GreenStar boiler. Chatting with the engineer while he was working we established a few things in common which gave me piece of mind that he was a sound professional guy. The engineer worked hard, completed and tested the boiler in 1 day and being very pleased with the outcome I said I would clean up. Heatable added a few other objects to the job, which the engineer fitted, which other company's didn't and was cheaper when I checked online. I will contact Heatable and ask for the engineer (if he still works there) to service the boiler each year to keep the 10 year warranty in place. I can't thank Heatable enough to have this engineer carry out the work, he's very professional, knowledgable and chatty. Thank you.

I contacted Heatable for a quote for a combi boiler installation and cannot fault the service received. I was looking for removal of a hybrid heat system boiler and replacement with a standard gas combi boiler for a 3 bed terraced property. I had quite a few quotes but Heatable stood out for good communication and value. One company tried advising it would cost an additional £2k to £3k extra for the same job! Heatable reviewed all the requested survey photos and rang me to say they were satisfied that the job could be done at their standard boiler replacement pricing. I did contact them with queries over warranty, payment and service and their communication was friendly but professional throughout and all questions answered. I also took up a 0% finance offer that was offered as I was wanting a quick install after having no hot water for 4 weeks and husband due to have surgery the following week. My installation was booked for within 48 hours of payment being received. I was sent details of my installer (with a photo) and clear advice on arrival times. Simon was very professional, explained everything fully and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy with the service received and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Simon and Chris turned up and got stuck in straight away , they had the work done very quickly with no issues, they took the time to show us how to set the app up and how the battery works , you wouldn't have known they were there ,very clean and tidy, They even texted the following day to make sure everything was up and running and that we were satisfied with both the work carried out and the battery.
