Heatable

So glad we decided to use Heatable to replace our boiler. The online survey and ordering process was straightforward. The boiler and materials required were delivered on the morning of the installation. The engineer arrived the same morning and carried out an assessment of the property. He advised that the boiler would not have been suitable for our home. He liaised with Heatable to rearrange the installation and adjust the order, etc. The whole process was efficient with excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend Heatable for outstanding service.

Contacted Heatable back in October to enquire about a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery. The renewables team were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. After placing my order they kept me informed of progress with the required G99 application and once it had been received they were able to schedule the installation in a reasonable timeframe. There was a hiccup on the week of the planned install with their sub-contractor letting us down with just 3 days notice, despite the job being planned several weeks in advance. Heatable were brilliant and managed to find a different installer who stepped in at short notice and did the work on the Saturday as originally planned. It took him longer than expected so he returned on Sunday to finish the job off. On the Sunday we noticed that the Gateway unit door was not sealing correctly and as it is located outside it needed sorting. The installer said he would contact Heatable the next day and sort out a replacement. He then called to say he would return the following weekend with a replacement. A few days later I noticed that the PW3 was not working as expected, so I contacted the installer. Even though the replacement Gateway door was delayed, he still came on the following Sunday and made some adjustments to the system to get it working correctly. He has promised to swap over the Gateway door as soon as it arrives. I would have no hesitation recommending Heatable to anyone looking at battery storage systems.

Heatable were very helpful with answering all my pre-order questions and offering advice. Booked my boiler install Thursday dinner and the boiler was fitted the next day. The ordering process was straightforward with a very competitive price. Install occurred at the time stated and the engineer was efficient and finished in good time.

I really liked the videos explaining how the processes worked and above all the communication was first class, whether via email, phone or even web-chat (which is something I usually actively avoid using)!! Having looked at quite a few options both on-line and locally we were really impressed with the product and service here, so feel we have received excellent value for our money.

Great experience from start to finish. Easy and clear ordering process. Loved the fact you select the installation date within the order process so no surprises further down the line. I had a few queries along the way but the online support from the team was fantastic. Installation was swift. They were clean and tidy and very happy with end result. Would strongly recommend.

From making an enquiry about purchasing a new combi boiler to fitting it really could not have been made easier. Rob my contact on the customer services line was excellent and ensured I had the right boiler for me. The fitter was most helpful in contacting me the day before the fitting to give a more precise time of arrival. On the day he did everything that was expected and delivered it in a professional/friendly manner. I would thoroughly recommend Heatable as a company that offers value for money, speedy service and is very professional in all areas that I have come into contact with.

Easy, seamless and good value Going through the quote online, choosing a suitable boiler (converting from regular to combi), and placing the order was a breeze. I was then asked to upload various photos of the house and the current system. The next day I had a call from Heatable as they had a couple of questions following my photos. I answered them and gave a couple of measurements and everything was set for the date I selected at the point of ordering. Our engineer, James, arrived when expected on the Wednesday. He was very polite and courteous throughout his time here. His attention to detail was excellent with all the pipes neat and tidy, and he moved the thermostat to a better location for our property. He even capped off our gas fireplace whilst he was here, what a gent! Thank you to everyone at Heatable for making the process so smooth and easy, and massive thanks to James for looking after us and turning our freezing cold house, into an incredibly warm home indeed!

From specifying the high tech components that form my installation, through to their friendly and competent installers, this was one painless, unhurried process that leaves me feeling that I have the best equipment on the market that has been installed perfectly. Top job. Based on my experience,I can highly recommend Heatable.

Professional team had a few issues but not with the company something that came to light when fitting cannot thank the office team enough for sorting this all out and got my boiler fitted thanks to Scott Rob and Becky great team work
