We are very happy with the installation of our New Boiler and Steve Aston was a complete star in every respect, nothing was to much trouble and it is such a neat and tidy professional job, I myself am a Retired British Gas Inspector and I found Steve to be a gentleman in every respect, and Scott at Heatable was so helpful in making sure that we had the best deal at a very nice price, we will recommend this Trader 100% and thank you again for a good deal.

Quite glad to have chosen heatable and associated supplier Ashby Eco for their quick and efficient work even if slight issue. They resolved the issue and took full responsibility to complete the work at earliest opportunity.

Andrew, Boiler and parts arrived in good time. Andrew is clearly a very experienced gas technician as he explained the day and kept me informed periodically. Having removed the old boiler and fitted the new, the boiler was commissioned and Andrew showed me how the controls worked. The engineer Max was probably one of the best engineers I have ever had. His skills as a heating engineer, electrician, plumber, and brick layer were top notch, coupled together with his solutions mind was outstanding. Very very happy with the person sent. I was not too happy that I may have had to get a 22mm pipe running around my house, which I had accepted I had no chow, for Max to state it wasn't needed. So things started out on a positive. To make things even more challenging I had my boiler moved from the kitchen cupboard to the garage, with boiler removal freeing up a large cupboard and now a new kitchen cupboard too. He was extremely prompt onsite and cleared up everything as he was leaving. Still impressed with his brick work and pipe work, he takes pride in what he does. Working with Heatable from start to finish has also been a joy. A modern feeling company with a huge focus on the customer service (check out their social media). Pricing was better than all the quotes I had in and they were very responsive in "all" my questions - which there were many. All in all a very very happy customer. Friends are bored of me talking about this.

Very comprehensive information provided on the system and all the components. Expansive quotation with a number of options for consideration. Very knowledgeable people to help select the right system, for the on-site survey and during the installation. People all very courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. First class installation, extremely pleased with the way the installation was carried out. Highly satisfactory to have everything demonstrated as fully functional before any of the installation team left the site. The system is fully compatible with Octopus which is helpful in exploring new tariffs. The scaffolding costs applied were incorrect as the team decided that it was not necessary to have scaffolding on both sides of the roof. After discussion the costs were reduced. The scaffolding took a few weeks to be removed, but had any problem occurred it would have enabled an easy fix.

The two engineers arrived on time and as soon as the supplies arrived, they worked continuously. They were fast and professional. When they had finished they took all the items associated with the old boiler, cleaned all the areas they worked in and showed us how the boiler worked. Extremely satisfied with them and would definitely recommend.
