From the start of the process the communication has been very good. As I set a longer lead time I did follow up with a few calls to make sure on track. I chose to have finance arrangements as I was buying for my daughter's flat. This was no issue and I had experienced it being so with other providers. Installation team arrived on time and listened to needs. Kept me informed and left after tidying up and removing old boiler completely. Good job all round

From the moment that Heatable contacted me, after I filled out an online request, their advice and information was excellent and totally without pressure to go ahead or to go with the most expensive solution. The installation was very neat and efficient and all was done before 1700 on one day - friendly knowledgable insatallers who cared about the standard of their work.

There was a slight issue with the air con unit not being delivered on the original install day however the fitting was very friendly and contacted Heatable straight away who arranged to have the unit delivered the next working day and I had the unit fitted on the next day. The installer was very friendly and explained the unit and how to use it.

I was referred to heatable via Gary Does Solar YouTube channel. Their entire process was simple. No pressured sales and I was kept up to date at all times. The installers were punctual, efficient and friendly and did an excellent job ensuring minimal cable runs and running all decisions past me. Overall I would definitely use again.

One of heatable's engineers, Ionut Barcan came and replaced our existing boiler for a brand new one, he took a whole day as expected, but he was fantastic. He spent time to take me through the system, controls, and work he had installed. Showed me the work he had done, and explained to me the full ins and outs of the boiler he installed and the process to clean our system. He was polite, professional, and had a fantastic work ethic. He made sure to clean up as he went and my experience was fantastic. I'd recommend heatable again to others.

From my first contact with Heatable to enquire about fitting panels and a battery to their successful installation today, the process has been smooth, efficient and easy. Heatable have been really good on communications, providing timely, objective advice with no hard sell. Their electricians and fitters were on time, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Our old boiler died overnight and with a full house we needed it sorted fast. I got quotes from a couple of local firms first, one came in over £4,000. Heatable's fixed price online was clear, itemised and hundreds less, with no vague "we'll see on the day" extras. The buying process took minutes. Everything was spelled out up front: boiler, installation, flue, flush, filter, controls and warranty registration all in one price. No pressure, no upselling. Communication was excellent throughout. We knew exactly what was happening and when, which counts for a lot when you've got a household with no hot water. The engineer arrived early, introduced himself, explained what he was doing as he went and left the place tidy. Genuinely professional work. If you're getting quotes for a new boiler, get one from Heatable before you commit to anything. It cost me ten minutes and saved a serious amount of money. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Heatable have just completed my solar install today and I can’t praise then enough. From the initial engagement with Paul to the project management of Mollie, Heatable have been excellent. The installers, Aron and Adam from Wye, were also brilliant. There comms leading up to the install was clear and the install was snag free. Aron trained us too and made everything seem simple. I am now in discussion with Steve at heatable for a heat pump too!

Heatable made the whole process of getting an aircon unit fitted in our bedroom a stress free experience. The website made it easy to choose the unit and to place the order. Their support team was very efficient whilst being very friendly. The installation was the same. The team that installed the unit were also very efficient, very tidy and very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Very easy-to-use website, though I suggest you do some research in advance of what you want. Chose an install date; could have had next day if I wanted it. Kept informed of time they would arrive, and kept to the time. Very efficient install, took all the rubbish away. Very pleased.

Received very favourable quotations from Heatable for supplying and fitting a combi gas boiler. I accepted one of the quotations and the boiler was fitted the following day. I was told when the engineers would arrive and how long the fitting would take. Before the engineers started the fitting all kitchen work surfaces and floor were covered in protective sheets. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner. I have no hesitation in using them again

I had never heard of Heatable until it became obvious to me that I needed to renew my old boiler due to numerous winter breakdowns. I was first impressed by the professionalism of their website having been less than impressed with some of their competitors' offerings. Their boiler quotes were as competitive as any others and offered a good range of products and warranties to suit all pockets. They also require customers to provide a number of photos of their existing installations which I guess enables their engineers to note any possible obstacles to a trouble free install of the new boiler. Their engineer (in my case called Dan) arrived as promised by 8.30 am and had me up and running the same day with no problems and did a good job of cleaning up the work area. Also he removed all the old boiler and associated equipment for me. All in all a perfect day, which as everybody knows, is not an everyday occurrence.

Fantastic job converting our system boiler to a Viessmann 100w 36kw combi. Our installer, Connor, was very friendly, knowledgeable and diligent throughout the two day installation. Communications with Heatable beforehand were excellent and to their credit they stuck to the fixed price promise even when a couple of snags came up! One slight comment: the website is great, and when choosing boilers you see lots of technical info and a detailed description of what's covered by the fixed price and what's not. However, once an order is placed, that info can't be accessed; you only see a summary. TBH I did query and Heatable immediately emailed the full Scope of Supply. The boiler is now purring away nicely: we're very pleased with our choice and the free Hive Mini is a nice bonus. I had been worried that filling a bath would be very slow with a Combi but with our 35kw boiler it's actually much faster than the old gravity feed. So all good - thanks again, Connor and Heatable!

We were between 2 of the online retailers to purchase a boiler, we picked Heatable, and I’m so glad we did. Darren did an amazing job and the boiler was delivered on time. My house was left in fantastic condition. I will definitely recommend Heatable and Darren going forward

Having waited a few weeks for the installation due to worldwide distribution issues, installation day finally arrived. The subcontractors, Parks Plumbing and Heating Ltd arrived just before 8am. The young lad whose company it was, along with his workmate, did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly and extremely tidy workers too The installation was done in a timely manner and they left the house spotlessly clean and tidy and took all the packaging with them too. If all heatable subcontractors are as good as these lads, then you will not have any issues.

I ordered the wrong boiler, which was discovered when the engineer arrived. He notified Heatable. I had a call from Adam, who quickly got things sorted and was so helpful. The engineer went and collected the correct boiler, came back, and fitted it no hassle at all. Jack the engineer was polite, professional and friendly, a credit to Heatable and himself. Heatable have been fantastic; they have organised all my requests regarding timing, grants etc. Delivered and installed efficiently and professionally. Any little issues and my special requests were sorted seamlessly without a fuss, I would highly recommend Heatable to anyone. I have had two Tesla batteries, an EV charger, and a heat pump installed and working fine, positioned where I wanted, and solar panels to come when my extension is ready. No problems.

I had a new Samsung air conditioning system installed over two days - it was ordered through Heatable and installed by Echo Eco. Heatable have a good website which enables a customer to obtain a fixed price quote for air conditioning. The order was placed with Heatable in June and installation carried out by Alex and Charlie from Echo Eco in September. I was very impressed by the quality of the job done in my home and the friendly relationship between myself and the installers, who were considerate and professional in their work. Highly recommended!

Following a spell of hot weather this summer, we decided to get air conditioning; searching companies came up with Heatable. Their website was clear and easy to understand my options and to obtain a quotation. They called me to discuss my options and I decided to place an order for Samsung units. Due to the hot weather there was a wait until installation was possible, but they confirmed a date that I was happy with. A week before installation they called me to tell me that the units would be delivered the day before, and they installation team would arrive on schedule to fit the equipment. The equipment was delivered as scheduled, and I received a further email regarding the fitting; I was also contacted by the installer to confirm his arrival time. The installers arrived as scheduled, starting work immediately; they explained clearly what would be done and where the pipework would go. The work progressed quickly and efficiently; no visible pipework, wiring etc inside and everything outside fitted into ducting. They cleaned up well afterwards, before giving me an explanation of how everything worked, how to clean the filter, when it should be serviced etc. I then connected the units to the Samsung SmartThings hub and confirmed that worked. Everything was completed in about 6 1/2 hours. Very happy with the equipment (very quiet) and the whole process from ordering to installation.

No fuss, very fast, easy and reliable service. Plumber arrived on time even given a heads up message 15 minutes prior to arrival. Friendly and efficient plumber all work do e efficiently and no mess. I have to say with plumbing work it can often be a stress and after a little research I was happy to book them and so far very happy I did.
