Heatable

I decided to use Heatable to replace my boiler. I was able to book a slot the next day after a quick online survey which was followed up by a phone call to confirm details. This included a fixed cost quote. The installer, Ionut (Jonny) called me to go through what would be happening the next day. Jonny arrived at the appointed time was polite, considerate and hardworking. He explained everything, finished everything to a high standard and cleaned up after he had finished. 24 hours after booking I had a fully working new heating system. I would like to thank Ionut and Heatable for their professionalism and can highly recommend them.

We had recently moved into a property and decided to get battery and solar the whole experience was great. Simon and the team turned up and installed the system in one day. They were really helpful and polite and made sure that the system was setup correctly and explained before leaving

From start to finish this was an easy process. With Heatable doing all the paper work and the design of the system. Our job was not as straight forward as just putting the system in. We had an old solar thermal still on the roof that needed to be taken down. Heatable sorted out all the contactors we needed to get the job done. They all kept me in the loop via email and copied me in on all emails between the contractors. The lads were all a happy bunch and really friendly, explaining everything to me as work continued. Altogether this was a happy experience for myself and my wife. Defiantly, Heatable is a fantastic company to do business with and would recommend to everyone.

Our neighbours were having Solar Panels fitted so I popped around to speak to the installers. They came and looked at our site and explained what we needed. They contacted Heatable who then made arrangements to call us. Everything from then was a smooth process with good communication all the way through the project. Installers on site were friendly, polite and really efficient on the way they worked. Respected our property. We also had to have scaffolding put up in a neighbours to access the Panels, this was set up and taken down in just a few hours. The Electrician involved in the project was also excellent and found an ideal solution for cables. All in all a great job by everyone on dote and in the office.

Just had an air conditioning system fitted by Heatable another fantastic job if you’re looking for a company for your renewables this is the one. Had my home battery done by Heatable my solar was installed by Heatable that’s why a say trust this company I went back 3 times so i trust them big time. Big shout out to Alex for the installation of my air conditioning system he is one top engineer these are the people Heatable have ready for thanks to all the team for another job well done Alex was unbelievable cheers

Brilliant service from start to finish from Scott in the office to the engineers fitting the boiler just payed my money two days later I had a new boiler fitted Scott in the office was really nice and the two engineers were clean efficient and knowledgeable all in all a brilliant service

The online ordering process was straightforward, saving the usual hassle of arranging multiple home visits for quotes, and I found their pricing to be very competitive. Our installation was handled by Phil and his colleague, who provided exemplary service. It was a complex job that involved extracting an ancient boiler buried deep in the garage and installing the new system up in the loft. They arrived promptly every morning, had a quick coffee, and immediately got to work. They managed to re-route the entirety of the pipework and wiring seamlessly, treating our property with the respect throughout the process. There was no mess left behind; they cleared away every scrap of rubbish and old materials, leaving us with an efficient new heating system. Easy to use website to get initial quote, followed by a more detailed system design with excellent communication from the Heatable team. Scaffolding, roofers and electricians know their stuff and answered all questions, had some small issues with suppliers not delivering, but was kept informed at all times. Would recommend Heatable for any solar install.

The service received from Heatable has been amazing, no pushy salesman. The process has been fairly smooth for the most part, aside from logistics issues which was a mistake on couriers part, but the turn around to rectify the issue was awesome (sorted for next day). The customer service team is amazing, always in hand to answer any questions. They didn't push to oversize my system, whereas others did (not going to mention any names). I would recommend anyone who is looking for solar panels and battery, to check out heatable. They are very transparent and open.

Heatable is a genuine supplier and installer of gas boilers and a trusted company we had our old gas boiler 14 yrs old removed and replaced with a new Worcester Bosch 4000 model easy to operate and oh so quiet Adam came out on time and worked diligently to complete the works he gave us clear instructions about use and as a gas safety engineer he supplied sheeting together with office staff. Ordering a boiler and installation online was something I have never done before and I was slightly nervous to do it, but I had no reason to worry. From the moment I ordered to the end of the installation was seamless. I was kept informed of everything and the installation team were excellent. They were respectful of my property, friendly and professional. They explained the workings of the boiler and talked me through the heating controls. Great value for money and a thoroughly pleasant experience.

From the moment I made contact I felt confident that I was making the right choice,even though I had already been given a couple of quotes by other companies. There was no hard sell only relevant questions regarding our needs, Matthew and Sam the engineers were excellent and very mindful of our home and furnishings. Just had a new boiler installed through Heatable. Cannot fault any of the process from initial research into what boiler to get ( they have so much really useful information to help with decision making ) to the actual purchase process and then fitting. Their website was easily navigated, very clear and price was very competitive. They answered any queries almost immediately. We received an email with details and a photo of our installer the day before the install. Harley, our engineer, was brilliant, worked quickly and cleanly and answered all our questions and explained the system thoroughly before he left. Really professional. I can’t recommend Heatable highly enough. Brilliant job done all round.

I contacted Heatable late in 2025 to get a quote and information about a solar and battery install. I found them knowledgeable and professional. The quote wasn't the cheapest but I was swayed by the customer service and thorough explanations of all the various options given. All subsequent contact with Heatable and their installers was first rate. The work was completed in just two days by a fantastic team from Wye Energy - who were hard working and took the time to explain what they were doing and how to use the system.
