Boiler broke down over the weekend. After being told it was beyond compare we checked online and confirmed a new boiler and install date within a day or two. Boiler installed and engineer explained all details of the system and controls. Very professional job

We found out on Thursday that notbing could be done for the boiler and I would have to get a new one. After panic looking for an hour we came across heatable, within 10 mins and a few questions we had the option of 3 boilers suitable for what type of house we had, it was booked in for that saturday within minutes! The boiler technician was brilliant, he came just after 8 am and had the boiler fitted, all the checks and a new flue fitted within 3 hours! He also checked for a possible gad leak as the last technician who came out was concerned about a gas smell. Cant fault the service given! I would 100% recommend!

I’m over the moon with the install of the Tesla powerwall 3. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. The initial enquiry was handled really well and gave me the confidence to trust them. They did not disappoint. I received great communication throughout the whole process. From first contact they were brilliant. The call team answered all my questions and began the journey towards off grid living. The install team were swift and thorough, with the assignment arranged and sorted within days due to my circumstances. The install was seamless and done by a great team who completed the work to the highest quality.

I chose Heatable because Which? recommended them. I had reservations because they were online only and weren’t going to do a site visit, but I trust Which?, so gave them a chance. The Heatable staff were friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The engineer was great too, he was friendly, efficient, talked through every thing with me and left the room as he found it. The service I received was faultless.

Overall it was an excellent service. Easy to use website and very competitive prices. Email correspondence was prompt throughout keeping me informed of all details. Adam, the engineer, arrived as planned and installed the boiler and some radiator TCVs. I was very satisfied with the work carried out. On this experience I would definitely recommend Heatable.

My overall experience was a very positive one. I had a new boiler installed. My engineer Paul was really helpful, friendly and highly competent. He arrived very early and worked hard to ensure the boiler was installed and working efficiently. He's great at finding solutions if problems arise. Paul is a massive asset to Heatable.

Excellent communications, professionalism and service from initial enquiry through to install. Would highly recommend this company to all - the install team also did our EV charger too previously and did an outstanding job then as well. I needed a new boiler so I did the usual thing and shopped about. Having spoken to numerous companies Heatable stood out from the rest . I have experienced unbelievable service my allocated engineer (Dan) turned up on time , talked me through the boiler installation process , exceptionally clean worker , patiently talked us through the operation of the boiler and didn't leave until he was sure we could operate and schedule the new boiler (Worcester green star). Engineer finished a perfect job in only one day, changing system to combi boiler. Arranged to choose a boiler model avoiding scaffolding. Engineer managed to connect to our WiFi thermostat Engineer Mindaugas Mandeika was simply perfect

Best price and good service. Needed to replace an old boiler and header tank with a new combi boiler. Went to website, chose my suitable boiler from a choice of good, better and best and chose an installation date. Liv emailed and kept in contact with any questions. Day before installation, was contacted by the installer, Kevin, who said he was coming tomorrow at 8 and a photo of him. Kevin came promptly at 8 and job was done by the end of the afternoon. Place left neat and tidy. Good job, well done. Thank you.

Boiler broke down on Tuesday so bought new boiler on Wednesday got it fitted on Thursday. Fantastic service.

The gas boiler was installed very well by an obviously very experienced Engineer who was friendly and courteous and worked very hard to complete the installation in a day. At all times communications with Heatable have been very good and I can happily recommend them.

Really happy with the whole experience. I was nervous about about the install in particular but all aspects have been well communicated and a quality install with quality products. I needed to replace my standard boiler with a combi boiler to free up bathroom space. My usual local plumber, whom I’d trusted for years, quoted me for a budget combi boiler without removing the redundant loft water tanks. I decided to check Heatable, especially since I could get a discount through my work’s VIVUP scheme. Even without the discount, Heatable’s price was lower than the local plumber’s, who seemed uninterested in the job. Heatable were very informative and answer all my multiple questions timely, when I was ready to say let’s do it, they got me a installation date with a few days and the installers (J.Cook) arrived as planned and were equally helpful and efficient! Would had use heatable again and I’m saving up to do that (I’ve one roof still to fill with solar (just need to save up first!). 😎

This was a painless experience from buying the Boiler …….that got even better when Tony the engineer who was designated to install the Boiler arrived ……, to leaving my property …I am 100% satisfied 😊

The product arrived on time, and the engineers who installed the boiler were highly qualified. They not only set up the Wi-Fi connectivity but also performed an initial checkup of both the heating and water systems in the house. Additionally, they cleaned up the old boiler and the surrounding area after the installation.

HEATABLE system to combi conversion. I don't usually leave reviews but this was so smooth that I just had to. The installer on the day who for works on behalf of heatable has been amazing. His installation of a combi boiler conversion was nothing short of flawless. All done in a single day. The pipes, electricity, and the outside flute all done with skill and precision. He went above and beyond at being helpful, explained everything and kept the work area spottles. He has his own company - CHELU PLUMBING AND HEATING LTD. So look him. In conclusion, thank you Barcan and Heatable for such a smooth ride. Wish you all the best
