I needed to replace my standard boiler with a combi boiler to free up bathroom space. My usual local plumber, whom I’d trusted for years, quoted me for a budget combi boiler without removing the redundant loft water tanks. I decided to check Heatable, especially since I could get a discount through my work’s VIVUP scheme. Even without the discount, Heatable’s price was lower than the local plumber’s, who seemed uninterested in the job. Plus, Heatable offered a top-of-the-range boiler, unlike the basic one the plumber proposed. The installation was fantastic. The Heatable plumber was highly knowledgeable and went above and beyond, tidying up my old, poorly installed pipework from previous jobs. The work was top-notch, and I got a 7-year warranty, a free first-year service, and a free Hive thermostat. On top of that, they offered a 0% interest deal over 4 years, which helped me move forward with my bathroom renovation. Overall, I received a high-quality boiler, professional installation, great freebies, and flexible financing—an excellent experience!

HEATABLE system to combi conversion. I don't usually leave reviews but this was so smooth that I just had to. The installer on the day who for works on behalf of heatable has been amazing. His installation of a combi boiler conversion was nothing short of flawless. All done in a single day. The pipes, electricity, and the outside flute all done with skill and precision. He went above and beyond at being helpful, explained everything and kept the work area spottles. He has his own company - CHELU PLUMBING AND HEATING LTD. So look him. We found Heatable quotation tool online to be easy to use & understand. You could see straight away what the panels would look like on the roofs and they supplied a suggested panel quantity and value. We contacted them when we decided to proceed with several other providers, but they stood out for us. The sales person did not do a hard sale on us, but sent us various different configurations we could have and talked us through the options. We agreed to have 10 REA Power FUSION 2 REA-HD108N-C3-450 450W panels, 2 Battery Storage Sigenergy SigenStor BAT 8.0 (8.06kWh / 7.8kWh with 6kw inverter and a sigenergy gateway. We paid a deposit of 25% and was issued an insurance policy to cover this deposit. The surveyor said the house was ok to proceed. Heatable did all the application to Scottish & Southern Electric to get approval, & all the chasing, keeping us informed of progress. When we had approval they made a fitting date for the following week, the scaffolding arriving on the day before. The fitting team arrived on Wednesday morning and we were fully installed by Thursday pm. On Friday the electrician, Josh, came back and went through the installation in detail with us and has been on the end of the phone if we had any questions. We had one panel which had a scratch on it, which they changed immediately. Heatable helped us through obtaining the export numbers, providing documentation and have been there on the end of the phone anytime we’ve needed support. Cost as agreed.

Pre-sales were excellent, really helpful, and clear. Having various finance options available is great, with a third up front and the rest over 4 years, 0% was super useful for me. The installation planning was great, and the boiler arrived on time. The gas engineer, Adam, had a van breakdown on the day and called me to explain, and we worked through various options, all aimed to give me the best outcome. Heatable & E-Verve were great! I had some challenges we faced such as changes to number of panels as we couldn't reliable tell until the date of installation how many panels would fit, but communication between the two parties was great. And they did their best to fit as many as possible. The installation was great and the team completed it in one day, they were super friendly and left no mess. I had some issues with Alpha & their software but the team at Heatable were quick to resolve this for me, even on a Friday! And when I had many questions they were happy and quick to answer them. They might be a more premium quote, but you get what you pay for, support from multiple teams, high quality kit installed and helpful aftercare! I would absolutely recommend.

From the outset the team were fantastic. We were not sure we could have the unit where we wanted but Jon took all the details and photos , spoke to the engineer and called us back promptly. The whole process was super easy and Paul even called to move the date as he wanted to make sure an engineer who is used to our type of house could do the installation. He even responded to my 10pm email asking to make sure they are here by 9am the next day as we had appointments we had forgotten about. Replace conventional boiler with combi

I used Heatable to replace a 1980’s conventional boiler and cylinder and header tank with a combi, moving boiler to airing cupboard. Heatable do what they say on the website. Online booking was easy. You need to upload some photos which helps if you have a smart phone. Pricing was competitive and there are a few discounts if you ask. The online price was the price charged - there were no extras. The only additional expense was for a replacement insert for a hot water tap in the bathroom, which could not cope with the increased pressure. I did this myself. Before the installation, Heatable contacted me to run through the details and make sure enough parts were ordered in especially for the flue to give flexibility for the install. The engineer, Shaun, arrived as planned and completed all the work in two days. He removed old lead pipework, cyclinder, an old steel tank, the header tank, and even made a new access in the downstairs floor so he could remove the old pump which was under the floorboards. The new boiler was fitted in the old airing cupboard and flue installed through loft and roof. All pipework was neat and walls and roof sealed. He was very thorough and I was amazed at the amount done in two days. It’s early days but the boiler, Vaillant ecoFIT Pure 30kw, is performing well - much better than the old system

The whole process, from selecting a boiler online to fitting, was as easy as 1,2,3. Ordered on Saturday completed on Tuesday. Matt, the engineer, called the day before to clarify a few details. He arrived early on the day and talked me through the fitting. The boiler arrived by courier an hour later. All done by mid afternoon and he left the place clean and tidy. Through the process of initially contacting Heatable, at all stages I have had good communications with the team at Heatable and then their selected partners for the actual installation and commissioning. I selected Heatable for a GivEnergy AIO with Gateway for my home. I already had Solar PV with its own inverter and a FiT meter and a Ohme ePod EV Charger which is integrated with Intelligent Octopus Go. The time taken by the DNO to approve the design and issue the G99 took only slightly less than stated, but during that wait, Heatable kept me informed. We exchanged information about my setup including photos and that made the whole process including the installation very smooth. Heatable answered my questions and the estimated time to install (half-a-day) was accurate.

I recently had a boiler installed by Dan, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment he arrived, Dan was professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced in his work. He took the time to understand my needs, explained everything in a clear and honest way. The installation was done efficiently, with real attention to detail, and Dan made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Engineer arrived on the day that I had asked for installation.He fully checked out my old system, then he asked if he could start the installation on the next day , so I send yes. I was recommended Heatable by my brother, who had just had solar panels installed. A simple online questionnaire gave me an approximation, which, after a follow-up phone call, was reduced by £250. The price was agreed, and the installation 10 days later. Scaffolding was erected as planned, and 9 am next morning the installation team arrived. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism. Then we had a problem. The Tesla battery supplied was faulty, which in no way was Heatable to blame. Heatable obtained a new battery and arranged to return on my next available day, which was 5 days later. New battery fitted and everything is working far above my expectations. Since getting up and running, I have not used any electricity from the grid, and I am well pleased. I only have a small suitable roof for panels, so I could only fit 6, but they are working superbly. I would recommend Heatable to anybody without hesitation.

I've had a nightmare experience with my Solar panel installation with Heatable. I ordered in February of this year, got the G99 approval in March, installation scheduled for early May. 29th July my solar installation is still not complete. The installers heatable used for my installation completely messed up the first attempt to install my panels. Smarter Utility. The first installation was a complete disaster. 24 panels with 64 slate fixings. The fixings were found by me not to have been fixed into the roof trusses and the rubber exterior covers on the brackets were also flapping up and down when windy. Smarter Utility had to come back and remove the full roof installation, fit 330 new slates where the 64 rail brackets were incorrectly placed with no fixings to the roof trusses. The brackets were screwed through flimsy sarking boards. The second attempt went as per the heatable YouTube video on the correct way to fit the bracket and rail system o. However I found that heatable had supplied me 2 different panels. I had ordered 24 450w Rea panels but found before 2nd installation that I had 4 450w panels and 20 440w panels. 40mm difference in length between the 2. The second install was done 4 weeks ago, but I'm still waiting on the bird mesh to be completed. I only got offered £250 compensation for the whole debacle. This equates to a measly 1.5% of the cost of my package. My experience with both Heatable and Smarter Utility has been very poor.

I always look at reviews, always, it gives the customer so much more information to go on when making the right decision. Was it the right decision this time? ABSOLUTLEY! I contacted Heatable through their website and received a call from Scott, who talked me through my options. We have just moved into a new property and the boiler was 30 years plus old. It still worked, but wasn't a Combi Boiler which I wanted. Talking through the options with Scott, I had previously made a choice on the boiler I wanted, but there was the same make for a little more money which had a 10 year guarantee instead of 7 years, so I went with that purely for piece of mind I had a call from a lovely young lady called Naomi who arrange everything for us, the appointment was set and the engineer booked in and she made everything simple and easy to understand in the process of how things would be done Our engineer was a lovely guy called Dave and he was with us for two days He arrived on time and sent us a text message before hand to say what time he would be with us It was VERY WARM in our loft, where the old boiler was and the new one being fitted, poor guy must have lost a stone in weight up there! Dave fitted the boiler and new flue, laid brand new pipework in the loft space and actually THOUGHT about things! No "Ahhh its a loft I will just lay this here", no, a very considerate job, with the workmanship being top notch and once everything had bee

Recently had 10 solar panels and a tesla powerwall3 installed by Heatable. The whole process was completely hassle free, everything happened on time on budget and exactly as they said it would, I would certainly use Heatable again. I recently had a 24kWh Sigenergy Sigenstor home battery and gateway installed, and the entire process went smoothly. Josh from Heatable kept me updated at every step. After I placed my order, Heatable even offered a free gateway and reduced the price, which was a great surprise. The installation was carried out by VSL on behalf of Heatable. Despite facing challenges with the location I requested for the battery, the two installers worked hard and persisted until 9pm to get everything set up. The device looks fantastic and is working perfectly so far.

They were extremely helpful pre-sales over the chat function and helped me compare to a competitor. What swung it for Heatable over a large competitor was the friendliness of people answering my queries, range of boilers, payment options, and just that friendly touch with all of it. Also, the Which accreditation really informed my decision, too. Really easy to submit photos pre-install using your phone, and then a follow-up pre-install to confirm all is good. The engineer was friendly, professional, and thorough, and walked me through a few things. Just had a follow-up call from Sonia to ensure all is okay as well! Already recommended Heatable to a friend who has purchased now too!

First class service from start to finish, Heatable made everything easy from choosing a boiler to financing it and arranging installation. We were kept updated on the progress regularly and were made aware of the engineer coming. We had Roy and his Son replace our boiler, and they were true professionals. Nothing was too much, and they kept the house tidy and secure the whole time. They were respectful to my dog and family, and I would honestly recommend them to anyone. So far, so good with the installation. Everything looks bang on, so I don’t foresee any issues, but I do feel confident in the unfortunate event that an issue occurs, it will be dealt with quickly.

I had an old boiler replaced at a fixed price, no hidden extras. It was good to talk to the very pleasant but not pushy office staff, they recommended the perfect boiler for my needs, I didn’t feel rushed into the purchase, they gave my lots of their time and listened to me, then kept me informed every step of the way. I ordered Saturday and had the boiler installed on Tuesday, the perfect day for me. The engineer was pleasant, hardworking and did a very clean job. The old boiler and all rubbish was removed

Experience with HEATABLE was Awesome
I am absolutely delighted with my solar panel (13), battery storage and ev charger installation, which was completed over the weekend. Project Manager Team Leader Craig of Heatable was exceptional in securing the necessary DNO G99 approval, which takes weeks, but is essential for a system exporting to the grid. Craigs selection of regional installer Devon Renewables was quite magnificent as Steve (the one with the pointy stick) worked solidly over the weekend to complete the installation, both inside and up on the roof. As a chartered civil engineer I can only describe the installation as a work of art. I look forward to exporting many kWh's to the Grid. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Craig of Heatable and Steve of Devon Renewables for your solar panel, heat pump or boiler installations. Finally, I am most grateful to Andrew, specialist designer, in providing a top-notch fully integrated design, which is cost effective. Excellent communication with both sales and the site engineer. Timings all worked perfectly fitting in with the school run. The site team were great. Really polite and left everywhere clean and tidy. They took all old parts an packing with them also which was great! Heatable weren't the cheapest quote we had, nor the most expensive, but they understood what I wanted and came up with a design to match. (The G99 application took a while to come through but that's not their fault...), Their installers Rollings Renewables were very good - easy to deal with, tidy and made a really nice job: much neater than other solar installs I've seen. Overall: very satisfied.

Heatable installed my new boiler last year and did a first class job so I thought I would give them a go. I didn’t want to enter into a service contract with monthly payments. After our boiler broke down the previous week, I shopped around before discovering Heatable. Not only was the quote the cheapest, it also offered more for your money than British Gas – included full system flush; magnetic filter; carbon monoxide alarm; 10 year guarantee – all extras with British Gas. Lead time for supply and installation was amazing – next day! Our installer, Sandeep Singh was friendly, courteous, extremely tidy and quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heatable to anyone needing a new boiler. Well done!

I was looking to install a new boiler. Eon with boxt was coming in considerably cheaper than British Gas. Looked into prices on Heatable for the exact same product (WB greenstar 4000 30kw). Rob in customer service was brilliant. Offered to price match the eon/boxt prices. And we chose Heatable as they were local to us. The online system was very easy to navigate, and everything up to picking what day you want the engineer to come out was faultless. There was a good selection of dates available; we could have had the next day, but had commitments, meaning we were only available at the end of the week. We received frequent contact about who our engineer was, what time to expect and what to prepare. Our engineer, Daniel Pratt was outstanding. I had contacted the previous evening to confirm that my out-of-hours communication reply was on time. He was exceptionally professional, looked after and treated the property with utmost respect. He was super conscientious as I had just walked in from a night shift, whilst my other half was around, if there were any issues. Did a really nice, outstanding job on taking our existing boiler out and replacing it with the new. Exceptional job done, especially considering it was a tight space. Then went on to explain everything and cleaned up really well afterwards. Would not hesitate to recommend Heatable and Dan the engineer. Well done!

I cannot praise this company too highly. Their quote for a new installed Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 was considerably less than other companies' quotes; the speed with which they arranged for replacement of the old boiler and installation to be carried out was mere days; their communication was excellent (almost to the point of being irritating!) and Dave, who carried out the work was polite, very considerate, got on with the work with no fuss, and answered questions helpfully and understandingly. Of course, the proof of how effective the newly installed boiler will be remains to be seen, but I am assured that, if there are issues, they will be dealt with quickly and unfailingly by the company.

The service we had from Heatable and associated contractors was brilliant. The initial design consultant was incredibly good at answering all questions and guiding the design process to get the best results for my objectives. The installer, Ben at EVC, handled the install professionally with great communication at every stage and with the help of the roofing team completed the job in a day. Everything was thoroughly explained and installer's handover to my phone apps was faultless. I also have drone footage of the solar array, which was an added bonus. I can't thank the teams enough on their professional and friendly approach throughout. It confirmed to me that out of all the companies I looked at, Heatable was the best decision.

So from the start, Heatable has one of the best communications with customers I've experienced. very friendly people. Dealt with any queries. Felikss, who was our Engineer, is a great guy. Regular updates on G99 application, rapid mobilisation once approved (1wk) and just 1wk to install - only had to be at home for the survey and the final day of install/commissioning. Paperwork all came through the next day. Only word of warning is the price isn’t as fixed as they make out. If you have any roof tiles other than cement, it will attract an extra charge for hooked tiles. Good price on large batteries and a great system when micro-inverters added.

Seriously, no pushy sales tactics, and their kit is top-notch. For me, the Alpha ESS system was the winner over the Tesla Powerwall 3 – it just made more sense for the cost and value. My first chat was with Paul, and he was amazing. He patiently answered my gazillion questions and shared so much great advice. And the installers? Heatable uses these incredible third-party teams, and they did such a brilliant job, all to a super high standard. Josh project managed it from start to finish keeping us informed, arranging all the paperwork with the DNO and sorting out the install team. The install team worked tirelessly over the 2 days despite the rain and wind and were clean and helpful answering our questions. Matt was an absolute star sorting out the electrics. Needed an old standard boiler upgraded with a new combi boiler, and moved as the old one vented through the chimney. I found the website very easy to use, and it came up with a surprisingly cheap quote! As part of the process you need to upload photos of the property and current installation, this was easy to do but it became clear the job may be a little awkward due to rerouting of pipework and the vent. Cue a fair bit of taking more photos and then discussing my options, which I thought was excellent - I was aware there may be problems so would much rather make sure in advance that the work could be done rather than find out when the engineer turned up. I was left with two options as to where the new boiler could go, one option was about £800 more, but at no point was any pressure put on me to go for the more expensive one, in fact I would say the opposite. I booked for the next day but was phoned about an hour later to say it would probably be a two day job so would need to start the day after - no problem for me. Engineer turned up as expected, worked none stop for nearly two days in the hottest May weather ever and never stopped smiling! The job was completed to spec and all seems to work well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heatable - price, simplicity, and quality of work were all fantastic, as was their customer service when I was trying to work out what needed to be done.

Excellent work and Company, the engineer arrived prompt at time stated, for my new boiler to be installed. He was very conscientious with his work and tidy. He did not have a break all day, I was very impressed. When the job was finished he explained all the paperwork and went through the new boiler with me as it was a different make to my old one. It is a bit of a minefield choosing a boiler and company but I am very pleased I chose heatable. They have had good reviews and which rated plus blue-light endorsement so for me it was a good bonus. After having a bad experience with a solar install back in 2016, i decided i wanted to go with a larger company and one with a great review score, and Heatable ticked both boxes. Heatable didn't disappoint either, offering a great deal on Tesla Powerwall 3s and excellent pre-sales journey. I was supper happy i went with them (up to this point) What i didn't appreciate at the time is how Heatable works compared its competitors; Heatable is a boiler and renewable sales company, but they don't have their own engineers, instead relying on 3rd Party installers. I didn't initially see that as being a problem after watching their youtube install videos, until it was. Heatable installed a Powerwall 3 for me back in November 2024 and it went well, then on Wednesday 23rd April 2025 they sent their contracted installers back to add a DC expansion battery. During the install some issues came up, but the engineer left and I though all was well, that was until 7pm when the lead Powerwalls drained to 0% (ignoring the reserve), then shutdown and went into battery fault mode. It appears a critical step didn't happen during the install, which is the 2 Powerwalls must be synced, by running a calibration step to balance out their state of charge. If this doesn't happen, then one battery can complete discharge to 0% before the other and the the system will enter a battery fault state. Well that is exactly what happened! The install took one day longer than expected due to an issue that arose from no fault of their own. Ordered a 2nd Tesla Battery for my Heatable installed Solar System . Richard from EVC was designated as the Tesla Approved Installer and undertook the survey and liaison with Heatable . The unit was installed brilliantly on the stated agreed date and so neat an install to completely blend into the existing cable runs and Tesla Gateway . Richard was also an Enphase approved engineer and was able to sort out the software side of the operation to have me up and running the same day. Heatable took care of all the required paperwork and supplied the insurance certificate for the job and all the National Grid authorisation paperwork which ensured I was totally ready for my exportable tariff to provide payback from my supplier of all exported energy. Heatable was great for my solar installation! They have the top kit and are very responsive to emails. I got the Alpha ES system, which is affordable but looks very smart. From start to end, my 16-panel solar installation took a month. It was installed by Biotech Renewable, who were great as well. There were no shortcuts, etc. I had to use panels on a flat roof, and they absorbed any additional costs for them.

I realised, on a Saturday evening, that it was time to give up on my old boiler and my usual tired broken down suppliers!! I found Heatable on the Internet as one of the best rated suppliers in the industry. I soon found out why they are so highly rated. I discovered that Heatable could supply, install, service and repair for 5 years, a brand new boiler for less per month that I was paying my existing service supplier to maintain the rubbish boiler thay had installed!! Heatable’s online ordering system was so easy… a confirmation e-mail was received in minutes…on a Saturday night!. On the Monday a phone call confirmed arrangements and was followed by update messages advising times of delivery, details of the installer etc. I felt fully informed at every stage. The old boiler was removed and disposed of, the new boiler installed, and everything tested without fuss, and the minimum hassle. Excellent finished job, great boiler, all done and working, a full day earlier than my existing service provider were able to come and repair the old boiler!! I totally recommend Heatable to anyone who needs a new boiler or a service provider because they cannot put up with their existing supplier any more!!

The engineer Max was probably one of the best engineers I have ever had. His skills as a heating engineer, electrician, plumber, and brick layer were top notch, coupled together with his solutions mind was outstanding. Very very happy with the person sent. I was not too happy that I may have had to get a 22mm pipe running around my house, which I had accepted I had no chow, for Max to state it wasn't needed. So things started out on a positive. To make things even more challenging I had my boiler moved from the kitchen cupboard to the garage, with boiler removal freeing up a large cupboard and now a new kitchen cupboard too. He was extremely prompt onsite and cleared up everything as he was leaving. Still impressed with his brick work and pipe work, he takes pride in what he does. Working with Heatable from start to finish has also been a joy. A modern feeling company with a huge focus on the customer service (check out their social media). Pricing was better than all the quotes I had in and they were very responsive in "all" my questions - which there were many. All in all a very very happy customer. Friends are bored of me talking about this.

Very knowledgeable people to help select the right system, for the on-site survey and during the installation. People all very courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. First class installation, extremely pleased with the way the installation was carried out. Highly satisfactory to have everything demonstrated as fully functional before any of the installation team left the site. The system is fully compatible with Octopus which is helpful in exploring new tariffs. The scaffolding costs applied were incorrect as the team decided that it was not necessary to have scaffolding on both sides of the roof. After discussion the costs were reduced. The scaffolding took a few weeks to be removed, but had any problem occurred it would have enabled an easy fix.

I have never used any service like Heatable's before but I can say I would absolutely recommend them having just had a combi boiler replaced yesterday using their service and installers. It was under 48 hours from ordering to completed installation. They made the whole boiler replacement experiance simple, the website is modern and easy to use and the ability to add extras etc is welcome as I needed some TRVs also. I also like their video content and reviews, really helpful. The speed at which they can work from ordering on the website to install itself is surprising and almost everything went flawlessly. Only one non critical part (a frame) didn't arrive on time but our installer worked around the issue to get the boiler installed on time. On the point of the installers they use we had Tommy our local Heatable installer and can I say he was EXCELLENT and an absolute credit to their company. An experienced professional who kept us updated from the evening before and on the day throughout the install, we were definately in safe hands. When there was one small issue with a part that hadn't arrived on time he worked around the issue without fuss nor panic and got everything done to his very high standards. Can I also send a shout out to Sophie on the web chat who helped me out during the booking, fast and efficient reply and service! 10/10 will use Heatable again and I would recommend them, you are in safe hands.

Perfect job in all respects, from initial contact and survey through to installation and subsequent support. That was for 16 solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery. Had a replacement upgraded boiler the Worcester 4000. We booked it up online after some research. Just a few days after booking Richard our plumber turned up on time. A polite young man with noticeable vast experience. So quick removing old unit got the waste took away. Then got stuck into the fitting after boiler being delivered. Lovely neat pipework and fitted into a small space with flu going out of property all to legal requirements. Fitted all the accessories in the kit magnetic filter. Flushing system. The carbon monoxide detector. And temperature thermostat in hallway. Cleaned up after him showed me how it works and what I needed to know. And thermostat settings. Couldn't believe how quick it was installed. Highly recommend. Finally registered the boiler for warranty. And we signed all necessary paperwork on his PDA. Wonderful job Thanks for a professional corgi registered plumber and Heatable. Hopefully the aftercare is of high standard also. Many Thanks. Robert (homeowner). Retired.

I had so much trouble with my old boiler so decided to get a new one. Didn’t know a decent boiler engineer in my area so turned to the internet. Wow didn’t realise how many companies there was selling boiler packages, so turned to trustpilot ratings as I have done many times before, and found Heatable who was also backed by Which. The process was so easy with all the information you needed to pick the right boiler for you property and at a all in fitted price. Booked for a day I was free, got an email the day before stating who the engineer was and what time he would be there. The boiler was delivered that morning to my house, Kane the boiler engineer turned up with his brother and started to remove the old unit, all in all, dust sheeted/boiler out/new boiler in minimal fuss up and running in less than a day. Went through all the boiler controls and paper work, tidied and cleaned. Job done, fantastic service and would recommend to anyone, well done Heatable.

The heatable web site gave a very comprehensive quote of what was suitable for our home. We compared the recommendations and quotes with those of British Gas who did a visit and Heatable’s prices were hundreds less plus the boiler was warranted for not 5 years as quoted by BG but 10 years. We also had the option to spread the cost via interest free payments due 2 years which was also very easily arranged. I decided to strike while the iron was hot, so seeing that a possible install date was the next day we went ahead and booked. In less than 24 hours our boiler has been replaced. Kane and his team worked hard and completed the install before 4 pm in the afternoon. A steaming bath was had shortly after they left and the house is toasty. Incredibly quick turnaround with care and attention to detail. Very pleased and would absolutely recommend to anyone, for cost effectiveness and customer service.

Our boiler decided enough was enough and being in the month of February it was urgent it was replaced. I found Heatable online, the website was informative and a call to the office enabled me to talk through my options and order a new boiler to be fitted 2 days later. Also, an offer of 4 years interest-free credit and a 12 year warranty on the new boiler were offered in the deal. The boiler was delivered early on fitting day and Iso the plumber was soon removing the old boiler and installing the new one. He was a joy to have in the house, thorough with his work and great to chat with. He made sure everything was in place and we were happy with the new system and how to set the heating modes. Contacted Heatable back in October to enquire about a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery. The renewables team were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. After placing my order they kept me informed of progress with the required G99 application and once it had been received they were able to schedule the installation in a reasonable timeframe. There was a hiccup on the week of the planned install with their sub-contractor letting us down with just 3 days notice, despite the job being planned several weeks in advance. Heatable were brilliant and managed to find a different installer who stepped in at short notice and did the work on the Saturday as originally planned. It took him longer than expected so he returned on Sunday to finish the job off. On the Sunday we noticed that the Gateway unit door was not sealing correctly and as it is located outside it needed sorting. The installer said he would contact Heatable the next day and sort out a replacement. He then called to say he would return the following weekend with a replacement. A few days later I noticed that the PW3 was not working as expected, so I contacted the installer. Even though the replacement Gateway door was delayed, he still came on the following Sunday and made some adjustments to the system to get it working correctly. He has promised to swap over the Gateway door as soon as it arrives. I would have no hesitation recommending Heatable to anyone looking at battery storage systems.

I was then asked to upload various photos of the house and the current system. The next day I had a call from Heatable as they had a couple of questions following my photos. I answered them and gave a couple of measurements and everything was set for the date I selected at the point of ordering. Our engineer, James, arrived when expected on the Wednesday. He was very polite and courteous throughout his time here. His attention to detail was excellent with all the pipes neat and tidy, and he moved the thermostat to a better location for our property. Ordered a new gas boiler online which included a fixed price quote and picked a convenient date for the install. The gas engineer phoned the day before to confirm time he would arrive and was spot on. The install went to plan with Russell suggesting an improvement to the original install which means the waste water pipe is within the house and I will not have the issue of a freezing pipe outside and the heating not working. Russell was a pleasure to have in the house with the job completed by early afternoon. He explained the controls on the new boiler before leaving. Thank you Russell and Heatable. Great company which I would not hesitate to recommend.

Our boiler needed replacing it was old and would trip out twice a week. We’ve been meaning to get it replaced over the last few years but the thought of getting someone in to quote and then to do the install was very off-putting. One Friday we found heatable and within 5 minutes we had a quote which was the figure we was expecting. A few days later we had a very polite gentleman arrive to replace our boiler. The process was so simple. An online quote and just sending a few pics, and then on to the install date. It was always going to be a tricky install as it's an old house with weird plumbing, and we were nervous about not getting someone in to look around beforehand. We anticipated problems. However Dave was able to sort it all, and while it took a little longer than he thought (2 days instead of 1), he got it all done, and there were no extra costs from this. My boiler having died after 15 years there was no alternative but to invest in a new one. Heatable appeared during an online search and I found it very easy and straightforward to navigate the site. Good selection of boilers together with fixed prices and information stating what was included in the price. Different methods of payment was made clear. Having chosen my boiler a slot was arranged for 4 days later. On the day everything went according to plan and the engineer did a great job of installing and commissioning the boiler. My new boiler installation was carried out on time and as per the agreed price. The boiler engineers were polite and courteous and explained the work they were going to do. Any complications were discussed with me and dealt with efficiently. Once the boiler was installed, the functions were explained to me and connected to my hive system correctly. They then dealt with the cleanser and inhibitor and fitted a carbon monoxide alarm. Once finished they then cleaned up my kitchen area and made sure I was happy with everything.

Needing a replacement boiler, I found out about Heatable UK after watching YouTube vlogger Cameron Gray’s 2 year old video about his use of them. It’s worth a watch. After a couple of conversations with their sales team, I discontinued my dialogue with some other local suppliers as Heatable UK impressed me most. This proved to be a great decision. They are price competitive (which is always attractive!) and the service they provide is exemplary. Right from the start, their sales and technical teams engage heavily with you to ascertain exactly what the best boiler is for your location and needs. You are asked to provide certain photos (of internal boiler location, external flue outlet location, etc) in order to help them guide you towards the most suitable brand and model for you. What is really attractive about Heatable UK is that, at no point throughout the process, do you feel under pressure from an intense sales pitch. They really do prefer to listen and help instead, which is delightful. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing mostly with user-friendly sales advisor, Jon Bailey, who epitomises his company’s strong customer satisfaction ethos. I had a pre-conceived idea of the boiler I fancied but, after analysis of my very awkward, high up, flue exit location, Jon (ably backed by his top technical team colleagues) determined that I would be much better off (literally) using a less expensive boiler that’s flue design would circumnavigate the problem. Top service!!

I found Heatable online and was impressed by their quality and prices. After supplying photos of installation site and details of my old boiler I was surprised to get a phone call from someone to confirm that the boiler was slightly larger than my existing boiler and would probably not fit the existing cupboard in the bathroom - this is very reassuring to know that they took everything into consideration and made doubly sure that my order was suitable for the space. I opted for the ten year plan, which was very quick and easy to sort. The boiler and pipes arrived an hour before the fitter. The fitter (Luke) was professional, considerate and thorough and the fitting was completed in just under 4 hours with very little noise or disruption, leaving only a small layer of dust to wipe away. Whilst brochures and instructions were left, the fitter Luke also showed us and explained how he had set up the control unit. Three days later our new boiler is quiet and it working efficiently and I am sorry I waited so long to decide to replace it. Thank you Heatable, you will be highly recommended to friends, family and even strangers!

We found the staff at Heatable incredibly helpful. They quickly sourced the correct combi boiler we required to replace our old one. They were able to accept the photos they needed via What's App and were efficient at sorting the engineer and delivery of the boiler, all of which arrived promptly at the appointed time despite the dreadful weather. The engineer was polite and knowledgeable and when he discovered a slight gas leak next to our meter, swiftly organized a member of the Gas Board to come out and rectify the situation within an hour. All the parts provided by the firm were of good compatability and made for the whole process to take place with great efficiency. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

I had been dreading replacing my old heating system with a combi boiler, but Heatable made the experience amazingly good. It was very easy to find the right replacement at a good price, and the service from the Heatable team with the few additional questions I had was exceptional - shout out to Ruby and Sophie for that. Replacement of obsolete combi-boiler. I discovered 'Heatable' as a 'WHICH? Trusted Trader' and via recommendations on 'Trustpilot' and 'Money Supermarket'. I placed my order, received a simple questionnaire and supplied some photos of the existing set-up. Contact was made by the contractor (Justin) via text the day before the appointment to confirm start time and ensure the work area would be clear and ready to begin work. Justin arrived on time, worked cleanly and tidily, ensuring protection of floors and property, was polite, courteous, helpful and informative throughout. The pride in quality of workmanship was second to none. Upgrades to the existing system were advised for the benefit of the new boiler's performance and to futureproof the system, and were completed as part of the fixed price, which was already very competitive. (I purchased the 'Pro-Flush' option as part of the package due to the age of my existing system and to protect the new boiler, and would definitely recommend it to anyone with an ageing/older system.) The entire process was simple and stress free, great communication at all stages. If I had to sum up my experience of Heatable it would be to say they make "going the extra mile" normal again, and I'm more than happy to give them a five star rating.

I came across Heatable almost by accident. I was searching for solar suppliers and had come across a few companies - several of whom use high-pressure tactics of wanting a deposit up front (even though they state you can get a refund, I still felt pressured - it is a way of getting commitment up front). Heatable were different. They stated that they have a clear "no pressure" policy and I will confirm that this was my experience from start to end - initial enquiry during July, Quote acceptance in August and installation completion in September. I filled out an easy online form and was contacted quickly by Liv, and then Phill who started to explain all the pros and cons and options available to me. During installation, I was dealing with Eddie. Eddie is amazing - whilst he is working on your property you hardly know he is there, he just gets on with things and tidies up afterwards. He is also open and honest, with the patience of a saint. The installation was not without some minor issues - but Heatable quickly acknowledged the issues and found solutions - I was never left feeling ignored - and all emails answered promptly. I would recommend Heatable to anyone. I also recently had a boiler installed by... yes - you guessed it - so I am leaving another review for that too.

Contacted Heatable and what an amazing company I happened on. I knew in an instant this was the company I wanted to deal with as I wished to change roof top PV array. Unfortunately I was advised to remain with my present PV as was given an unbiased review stating that I would be better off financially keeping things the same. I was a a little disappointed as I would have preferred having a new system, on the other hand I appreciated the unbiased help I was given.

I had a million questions about the heatable solution, and Isobel answered every single one of them patiently and thoroughly. She explained the full value of the solution in a clear, unbiased way, which gave me great confidence in my decision. When it came to the purchase and installation journey, Kurk was there every step of the way. He kept me posted throughout the entire installation process, ensuring I was informed and reassured. Kurk helped me navigate the payment process, making it easy for me to pay in full by card. He also organized additional work to support the integration of my Zappi EV charger, ensuring everything was seamless and stress-free. I chose Heatable for their high-performance products and was reassured by their strong customer reviews. Now, having been through the process, I can confirm that the panels are outperforming everyone I've spoken to (kW per panel) in my village. Their customer service is second to none. Boiler had packed up completely and we had to find a replacement as soon as possible, came across the company Heatable advertised on social media. Never heard of them before but did some research on them and decided to get in touch, chose the boiler we wanted which was displayed with all the relevant information we needed and prices. We sent over pictures of where are current boiler was and a date was set. Engineer turned up and got on with the job in hand, cannot praise him enough regarding his workmanship and a lovely guy too. No mess was left and he made sure we were happy with the job before he left. I would not hesitate in using this company again and have recommended them already to family and friends, if and when they need a new boiler. A refreshing change to have workmen that know what they are doing and give you confidence that you made the right choice.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Didn't have to lift a finger as Heatable customer service organised everything from sending the boiler quote, placing the order to installation. Guys who came to install were no hassle got on with the job. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. I would have still been without hot water and heat if I had not taken advice given to me by the customer services staff who were outstanding as they explained things very clearly on the phone and then followed it up by an email . Ordered new boiler, from a wide choice offered,on the Saturday and had the boiler installed on the following Wednesday.The fitter arrived promptly at 8.00am and carried out all the required work, quietly and efficiently.The installation was installed by midafternoon, the fitter took time to explain the operation of the boiler and also the Hive control system linked to my mobile phone.He was very patient explaining the variou functions and removed all rubbish and left the area clean and tidy.I would thoroughly recommend Heatable as an installer and in particular the fitter that installed the boiler.

This is the newest and best way to buy your new boiler, no reps visiting your home to give you over inflated quotes, just give Heatable the information they ask for online and receive an honest and fair price for your installation, and it’s a price that never changes no matter how much extra work may need done in order to complete the job, my price was less than half what British Gas quoted for the exact same work, I had an old back boiler removed from my living room and a brand new Worcester Bosch A rated boiler fitted in my kitchen cupboard, it was a lot of work for a great price and I couldn’t be happier with the result, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made to use Heatable.

Approaching Christmas with a 15 year old boiler constantly losing pressure and steaming like a power station, I decided to get a new boiler. My usual heating man couldn't help me until the New Year but he confirmed that the Heatable price was very good. I chose the first available date and received an e mail the day before advising me that the engineer would be there the next day at 8:00 am. He arrived on time, the new boiler arrived shortly after and he was finished and all cleaned away by mid afternoon. I had not appreciated that this involved quite a few changes to the system to meet new regulations. Thanks to Heatable I have a nice feeling of satisfaction that I did the right thing at the right time.

The Engineer arrived on time and they handled the work professionally. Also made arrangements of using the Loft boards on the extension roof. This helped us avoiding the hassle and cost of acquiring a scaffolding for the Flue fitting on the roof. Have been using the Viessmann Combi boiler now for about close to 3 months without any issue. Would recommend Heatable to any prospective customers as we received the best service and price from them.

Got my boiler changed through Heatable last Tuesday having placed the order on the previous Saturday. Who knew you could get it done so quick!!! They arrange everything from start to finish. The quote was so reasonable my husband told me to book it in straight away. Placed the order and all systems go. Uploaded the photos. I was quickly allocated Luke as my engineer. He promptly arrived on time and carried out removal of my old boiler and installation of the new one. My husband is fussy about neatness with pipes etc and he says he can't fault his work. He was thoroughly professional and I would have him back any time to do work for us. I thoroughly recommend Heatable so if you are looking at my review don't hesitate they were faultless. As a long standing Which member (age 82) I appreciate how useful this service is for people making expensive decisions. I hope our experience provides reassurance. For us Heatable came up trumps and we made a good choice! Ours was not the most straightforward job as the pipework was from different times and the system not designed to current layouts. It involved a lot more than an easy boiler change. The engineer's expertise and experience of systems really counted. All in all two days as planned for the installation of a top rated boiler and replacement of some radiators. There was a later visit arranged to replace some additional radiators. Heatable is Cheshire based as coincidentally we are but has a much bigger national coverage. The excellent engineer who did the work travelled 55 miles from Yorkshire along motorways at difficult times. Everything has been completely trouble free since installation. We found Heatable headquarters staff helpful, easy to reach and messages were exchanged quickly.

A never end nightmare installation

Installation took only 3 hours and the result was .... 1. They removed an old pipe and "forgot" to seal it. It took 3 visits for them to fix it ( they should have replaced the pipe but they only applied some silicone). Downstairs neighbour property damaged twice. 2. One month later we noticed a gas leak, they repaired it after saying 'it was only a small one'. 3. They removed all the plaster when removing the old boiler (answer after complaining - check our policy) 4. They broke the back of all my kitchen cabinets to set up the condensate pipe. They did not even ask or mention it while in the flat. 5. Over a year later, we found that this condensate pipe was leaking, we fix it 6. Over 2 year later, we found another condensate pipe leak ....We are still investigating if we need to replace the whole pipe.

I had previously reviewed what boiler would be best for my needs and property. I then got quotes for the best price on line and from local tradesmen. To my suprise Heatable had an extremely competitive price plus I could pick a date that was convenient for me. On the day of installation the guys came around 9 o'clock and was finished around 2 o'clock .Overall the experience was trouble free and really good value. I have now had the boiler for 6 months and still trouble free. I would highly recommend Heatable

Needed a replacement boiler as my 13 boiler was leaking and I decided it was past its usefulness. I researched a more energy efficient boiler and decided the best was a Worcester Bosch. Once I had checked out the price I looked for someone to supply and fit. The most competitive were Heatable who also had some excellent reviews. I went online at 16:00 and looked for a fitting date and lo and behold it was 9:00 the following day! I booked and paid for it and true to their word turned up with the boiler. Magnaclean and in-line water softener and fitted it in a few hours. Total satisfaction and would not hesitate to recommend not just Heatable but the Worcester Bosch boiler.

Having trusted Which's recommendation I arranged a new boiler installation from Heatable. Absolutely appalling initial installation. Scruffy, messy and significant damage caused by sub-contractors who couldn’t care less. Very slow to begin rectifying problems. Several revisits needed to resolve primary issues. From that point on, emails were ignored. The roof is now leaking from flu installation. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but overall, very poor.

I didn't have a good experience with Heatable. - The engineer was late, and didn't communicate until after the agreed arrival window had passed - The engineer was messy and careless. They left mortar sprayed over the walls and ceiling; were going to leave holes in the external wall until I asked them to fill them; stood on parts of the boiler during installation; did not install the products I had ordered and paid for; installed the thermostat receiver in a place where it wouldn't have worked; let a stranger into my home while I was out for half an hour, and allowed them to wait in my living room until I got back (someone who was looking for a room to rent); and finally asked if they could sign the completion documents on my behalf because their phone had run out of battery. - To their credit, Heatable did agree to refund the products which hadn't been installed and sent another engineer to replace the damaged cover and 'audit' the installation. This engineer told me the boiler should work OK but it had been installed messily with poor soldering. - At no point in a 20-minute conversation did Heatable offer an apology, until I suggested it might be appropriate. Even then, the aftersales agent was quite stroppy when I described the experience as an example of poor service, bizarrely maintaining they had provided a good service. I was attracted to Heatable by the offer of spreading the cost over time. I now wish I had found a local engineer and paid up front.

After researching many boilers and getting various quotes I decided on Heatable to replace my old boiler. They were the most helpful, practical and friendly when I needed advice on which boiler to go for and they were not at all pushy. Their prices were competitive. The information and communication upfront was clear and simple. They put me in touch with the local engineer who was to fit the boiler. He was amazing! He turned up on time, worked all day in a heatwave in my attic, covered his shoes, laid down dust cloths, left the workspace tidy and clean and patiently went through the control system at the end of the day until we understood it. Heatable stayed in touch and have contacted me since to check I am happy. The Worcester Bosch 4000 boiler has a ten year guarantee with the manufacturer but Heatable have told me not to hesitate to contact them first if anything goes wrong or I need advice. From start to finish, I cannot recommend this company enough.

Great service from start to finish, prompt, courteous, communicative, competitively priced and quality choice of boiler brands. Needed a new boiler urgently and usually when you don't have the time to hunt around for competitive prices - especially anything plumbing related - that's when you end up paying a premium. Heatable proved to be an exception not only were their prices really competitive but they didn't hang about, I made the first enquiry online on Sunday and I had a new boiler installed up and running by Tuesday! They kept me informed and checked with me that everything was suitable for the installation on the Monday so that their approved installer could complete the job on the day. Follow up calls ensued to make sure the boiler was working fine and that I had been happy with the service. To boot my boiler came with a 10yr parts warranty and they told me that should there be any issues in terms of boiler repairs to get in touch with them first and they would assist to ensure that the warranty is fulfilled. How good is that!

We had a new boiler fitted which was being relocated from the attic to an airing cupboard. The job ended up requiring significant additional work as the existing gas pipe was insufficient and the flue needed to be extended. All of that was included in the price given before the job started so there were no surprises. The local contractor used for the work was extremely professional. The engineer was punctual, worked very hard for two days, and was clean and thorough. Unfortunately the condensate pump was faulty but they ordered a replacement and came back to switch it over within the week. The boiler has been functioning perfectly and silently since the work was completed and Heatable were in touch soon afterwards to make sure we were happy.

Ordered a new boiler from Heatable after being let down by another company. The website made the process look incredibly simple, but I tend to be sceptical about things these days that straightforward and quickly become a mess to arrange. So with that in mind I was delighted to find that Heatable were exactly as simple and reliable as they appear. We completed the short questionnaire on their website to determine what size boiler we needed and when then presented with a selection of appropriate boilers with the pros and cons of each explained. We chose the interest free credit option which was quickly sorted out online also. In total the whole process took around 30 minutes. This was a Saturday afternoon and we chose the following Tuesday as the installation date. I received a phone call Monday morning confirming everything and then a text message Monday evening and another Tuesday morning from the installer to confirm what time they would arrive. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were polite and friendly throughout, answering all the questions I had, and when they had finished removed all the mess and cleaned up properly. All in all it was a very positive experience. It's only a shame that they only do boilers so I hopefully won't be needing their services again for another 15 years or so.

Brian the installer was amazing, boiler works perfectly and very happy with the installation. Was really surprised and skeptical from the fact that the online quote was way cheaper than other local companies. Ended booking with heatable and do not regret for a second. Brian got more than 15 years experience and he even manage to fix some plumbing issues with have. Honestly cannot rate him highly enough. For heatable services must said that I am super happy too, I have book an extra piece for hard water that was not needed during the installation and they refund the full cost straight away.

I used Heatable to install a new boiler for my tenants. The process was incredibly smooth. I also realised that I provided incorrect details regarding where the boiler flue was positioned. When the engineer went out, he still completed the work and informed Heatable, who refunded me in excess of £300. I would have been none the wiser had they not told me

Easy buying process with heatable, the main plus points were the value and the ability to pay at 0% over 2 years. Paid on the Saturday, installation completed on the Tuesday. The installers arrived on time, were polite and explained everything that would happen. The work was completed in about 7 hours and everything was left clean and tidy. Great process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Heatable.

From start to finish Heatable were great! They helped with my choice of boiler and the order process was very easy. Our boiler had broken and they came and fitted the new one the very next day, even though it was a Saturday. Jay and his workmate were very good. They were polite and friendly and explained everything they needed to do and worked virtually non-stop all day to get the job done. Once finished they cleaned up and left everything in order. They then made sure we understood how to operate the boiler before leaving. We have been singing their praises to family and friends and would not hesitate to recommend Heatable to anyone looking for a new boiler. Their service and great prices are second to none. We received a call from Heatable on the Monday morning to check if everything had gone okay and to let us know that they would be dealing with the gas safety registration and the 10-year warranty registration which would then be forwarded to us. They also said to ring them if we had any concerns. All in all, I don't think you could ask for any better service.

I had a 9 year old combi boiler that kept breaking down so rather than paying for it being repaired again I got 2 local quotes, both quotes seemed overpriced, so I had a look on the internet and found Heatable and asked for a quote, the reply came back promptly and I signed up and the date was agreed to install a new Worcester bosch Greenstar 4000 combi boiler. The engineer came on the day and it was all done without any fuss, there were no hidden extras and I got everything it said in the quote. I highly recommend this company.

We are in our mid seventies and our old gas back boiler was not broken but it was obsolete so we decided to look into having a combi boiler fitted. I found Heatable online and because I was so out of touch fired off a few questions and we received very helpful positive answers. Because of this I rang them and told them our situation, we live in a terraced house that does have a built out kitchen but of course, most of the space is taken up with units and cupboards, there is one space but I was worried our kitchen would look like an industrial unit. The guy at Heatable said we will put it in the airing cupboard, "it's in the middle of the house, no outside wall for the flue". No problem they said we will put the flue through the roof. I was amazed by this but carried on sending the photographs they requested and I received my fixed price quote which was inside my estimated budget, I was given a date and I paid the invoice. On installation day the engineer and an apprentice turned up on time did a quick recce and got stuck in. The job was completed the following day mid afternoon, the two guys were excellent they worked tidily, kept us informed of what they were up to and cleaned up after themselves. They removed the old back boiler and fire from the living room and the cistern from the airing cupboard to make way for the boiler. Because of our age, we were a little worried about such a major job, but Heatable and the engineer had everything under control. Can't praise them enough.
