Boiler had packed up completely and we had to find a replacement as soon as possible, came across the company Heatable advertised on social media. Never heard of them before but did some research on them and decided to get in touch, chose the boiler we wanted which was displayed with all the relevant information we needed and prices. We sent over pictures of where are current boiler was and a date was set. Engineer turned up and got on with the job in hand, cannot praise him enough regarding his workmanship and a lovely guy too. No mess was left and he made sure we were happy with the job before he left. I would not hesitate in using this company again and have recommended them already to family and friends, if and when they need a new boiler. A refreshing change to have workmen that know what they are doing and give you confidence that you made the right choice.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Didn't have to lift a finger as Heatable customer service organised everything from sending the boiler quote, placing the order to installation. Guys who came to install were no hassle got on with the job. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. I would have still been without hot water and heat if I had not taken advice given to me by the customer services staff who were outstanding as they explained things very clearly on the phone and then followed it up by an email . Thank you very much for sorting me with a boiler, house is now very warm and cosy. Will definitely recommend Heatable to my friends and family.

Ordered new boiler, from a wide choice offered,on the Saturday and had the boiler installed on the following Wednesday.The fitter arrived promptly at 8.00am and carried out all the required work, quietly and efficiently.The installation was installed by midafternoon, the fitter took time to explain the operation of the boiler and also the Hive control system linked to my mobile phone.He was very patient explaining the variou functions and removed all rubbish and left the area clean and tidy.I would thoroughly recommend Heatable as an installer and in particular the fitter that installed the boiler.

This is the newest and best way to buy your new boiler, no reps visiting your home to give you over inflated quotes, just give Heatable the information they ask for online and receive an honest and fair price for your installation, and it’s a price that never changes no matter how much extra work may need done in order to complete the job, my price was less than half what British Gas quoted for the exact same work, I had an old back boiler removed from my living room and a brand new Worcester Bosch A rated boiler fitted in my kitchen cupboard, it was a lot of work for a great price and I couldn’t be happier with the result, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made to use Heatable.

Approaching Christmas with a 15 year old boiler constantly losing pressure and steaming like a power station, I decided to get a new boiler. My usual heating man couldn't help me until the New Year but he confirmed that the Heatable price was very good. I chose the first available date and received an e mail the day before advising me that the engineer would be there the next day at 8:00 am. He arrived on time, the new boiler arrived shortly after and he was finished and all cleaned away by mid afternoon. I had not appreciated that this involved quite a few changes to the system to meet new regulations. Thanks to Heatable I have a nice feeling of satisfaction that I did the right thing at the right time.

The Engineer arrived on time and they handled the work professionally. Also made arrangements of using the Loft boards on the extension roof. This helped us avoiding the hassle and cost of acquiring a scaffolding for the Flue fitting on the roof. Have been using the Viessmann Combi boiler now for about close to 3 months without any issue. Would recommend Heatable to any prospective customers as we received the best service and price from them.

Got my boiler changed through Heatable last Tuesday having placed the order on the previous Saturday. Who knew you could get it done so quick!!! They arrange everything from start to finish. The quote was so reasonable my husband told me to book it in straight away. Placed the order and all systems go. Uploaded the photos. I was quickly allocated Luke as my engineer. He promptly arrived on time and carried out removal of my old boiler and installation of the new one. My husband is fussy about neatness with pipes etc and he says he can't fault his work. He was thoroughly professional and I would have him back any time to do work for us. I thoroughly recommend Heatable so if you are looking at my review don't hesitate they were faultless. Special shout to Gabriella who talked me through everything and put my mind at rest and also to Isobel who I spoke to just after I placed the order. I wish everything was this easy.

As a long standing Which member (age 82) I appreciate how useful this service is for people making expensive decisions. I hope our experience provides reassurance. For us Heatable came up trumps and we made a good choice! Ours was not the most straightforward job as the pipework was from different times and the system not designed to current layouts. It involved a lot more than an easy boiler change. The engineer's expertise and experience of systems really counted. All in all two days as planned for the installation of a top rated boiler and replacement of some radiators. There was a later visit arranged to replace some additional radiators. Heatable is Cheshire based as coincidentally we are but has a much bigger national coverage. The excellent engineer who did the work travelled 55 miles from Yorkshire along motorways at difficult times. Everything has been completely trouble free since installation. We found Heatable headquarters staff helpful, easy to reach and messages were exchanged quickly.

A never end nightmare installation

Installation took only 3 hours and the result was .... 1. They removed an old pipe and "forgot" to seal it. It took 3 visits for them to fix it ( they should have replaced the pipe but they only applied some silicone). Downstairs neighbour property damaged twice. 2. One month later we noticed a gas leak, they repaired it after saying 'it was only a small one'. 3. They removed all the plaster when removing the old boiler (answer after complaining - check our policy) 4. They broke the back of all my kitchen cabinets to set up the condensate pipe. They did not even ask or mention it while in the flat. 5. Over a year later, we found that this condensate pipe was leaking, we fix it 6. Over 2 year later, we found another condensate pipe leak ....We are still investigating if we need to replace the whole pipe.

I had previously reviewed what boiler would be best for my needs and property. I then got quotes for the best price on line and from local tradesmen. To my suprise Heatable had an extremely competitive price plus I could pick a date that was convenient for me. On the day of installation the guys came around 9 o'clock and was finished around 2 o'clock .Overall the experience was trouble free and really good value. I have now had the boiler for 6 months and still trouble free. I would highly recommend Heatable

Needed a replacement boiler as my 13 boiler was leaking and I decided it was past its usefulness. I researched a more energy efficient boiler and decided the best was a Worcester Bosch. Once I had checked out the price I looked for someone to supply and fit. The most competitive were Heatable who also had some excellent reviews. I went online at 16:00 and looked for a fitting date and lo and behold it was 9:00 the following day! I booked and paid for it and true to their word turned up with the boiler. Magnaclean and in-line water softener and fitted it in a few hours. Total satisfaction and would not hesitate to recommend not just Heatable but the Worcester Bosch boiler.

Having trusted Which's recommendation I arranged a new boiler installation from Heatable. Absolutely appalling initial installation. Scruffy, messy and significant damage caused by sub-contractors who couldn’t care less. Very slow to begin rectifying problems. Several revisits needed to resolve primary issues. From that point on, emails were ignored. The roof is now leaking from flu installation. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but overall, very poor.

I didn't have a good experience with Heatable. - The engineer was late, and didn't communicate until after the agreed arrival window had passed - The engineer was messy and careless. They left mortar sprayed over the walls and ceiling; were going to leave holes in the external wall until I asked them to fill them; stood on parts of the boiler during installation; did not install the products I had ordered and paid for; installed the thermostat receiver in a place where it wouldn't have worked; let a stranger into my home while I was out for half an hour, and allowed them to wait in my living room until I got back (someone who was looking for a room to rent); and finally asked if they could sign the completion documents on my behalf because their phone had run out of battery. - To their credit, Heatable did agree to refund the products which hadn't been installed and sent another engineer to replace the damaged cover and 'audit' the installation. This engineer told me the boiler should work OK but it had been installed messily with poor soldering. - At no point in a 20-minute conversation did Heatable offer an apology, until I suggested it might be appropriate. Even then, the aftersales agent was quite stroppy when I described the experience as an example of poor service, bizarrely maintaining they had provided a good service. I was attracted to Heatable by the offer of spreading the cost over time. I now wish I had found a local engineer and paid up front.

After researching many boilers and getting various quotes I decided on Heatable to replace my old boiler. They were the most helpful, practical and friendly when I needed advice on which boiler to go for and they were not at all pushy. Their prices were competitive. The information and communication upfront was clear and simple. They put me in touch with the local engineer who was to fit the boiler. He was amazing! He turned up on time, worked all day in a heatwave in my attic, covered his shoes, laid down dust cloths, left the workspace tidy and clean and patiently went through the control system at the end of the day until we understood it. Heatable stayed in touch and have contacted me since to check I am happy. The Worcester Bosch 4000 boiler has a ten year guarantee with the manufacturer but Heatable have told me not to hesitate to contact them first if anything goes wrong or I need advice. From start to finish, I cannot recommend this company enough.

Great service from start to finish, prompt, courteous, communicative, competitively priced and quality choice of boiler brands. Needed a new boiler urgently and usually when you don't have the time to hunt around for competitive prices - especially anything plumbing related - that's when you end up paying a premium. Heatable proved to be an exception not only were their prices really competitive but they didn't hang about, I made the first enquiry online on Sunday and I had a new boiler installed up and running by Tuesday! They kept me informed and checked with me that everything was suitable for the installation on the Monday so that their approved installer could complete the job on the day. Follow up calls ensued to make sure the boiler was working fine and that I had been happy with the service. To boot my boiler came with a 10yr parts warranty and they told me that should there be any issues in terms of boiler repairs to get in touch with them first and they would assist to ensure that the warranty is fulfilled. How good is that!

We had a new boiler fitted which was being relocated from the attic to an airing cupboard. The job ended up requiring significant additional work as the existing gas pipe was insufficient and the flue needed to be extended. All of that was included in the price given before the job started so there were no surprises. The local contractor used for the work was extremely professional. The engineer was punctual, worked very hard for two days, and was clean and thorough. Unfortunately the condensate pump was faulty but they ordered a replacement and came back to switch it over within the week. The boiler has been functioning perfectly and silently since the work was completed and Heatable were in touch soon afterwards to make sure we were happy.

Ordered a new boiler from Heatable after being let down by another company. The website made the process look incredibly simple, but I tend to be sceptical about things these days that straightforward and quickly become a mess to arrange. So with that in mind I was delighted to find that Heatable were exactly as simple and reliable as they appear. We completed the short questionnaire on their website to determine what size boiler we needed and when then presented with a selection of appropriate boilers with the pros and cons of each explained. We chose the interest free credit option which was quickly sorted out online also. In total the whole process took around 30 minutes. This was a Saturday afternoon and we chose the following Tuesday as the installation date. I received a phone call Monday morning confirming everything and then a text message Monday evening and another Tuesday morning from the installer to confirm what time they would arrive. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were polite and friendly throughout, answering all the questions I had, and when they had finished removed all the mess and cleaned up properly. All in all it was a very positive experience. It's only a shame that they only do boilers so I hopefully won't be needing their services again for another 15 years or so.

Brian the installer was amazing, boiler works perfectly and very happy with the installation. Was really surprised and skeptical from the fact that the online quote was way cheaper than other local companies. Ended booking with heatable and do not regret for a second. Brian got more than 15 years experience and he even manage to fix some plumbing issues with have. Honestly cannot rate him highly enough. For heatable services must said that I am super happy too, I have book an extra piece for hard water that was not needed during the installation and they refund the full cost straight away.

Easy buying process with heatable, the main plus points were the value and the ability to pay at 0% over 2 years. Paid on the Saturday, installation completed on the Tuesday. The installers arrived on time, were polite and explained everything that would happen. The work was completed in about 7 hours and everything was left clean and tidy. From start to finish Heatable were great! They helped with my choice of boiler and the order process was very easy. Our boiler had broken and they came and fitted the new one the very next day, even though it was a Saturday. Jay and his workmate were very good. They were polite and friendly and explained everything they needed to do and worked virtually non-stop all day to get the job done. Once finished they cleaned up and left everything in order. They then made sure we understood how to operate the boiler before leaving. We have been singing their praises to family and friends and would not hesitate to recommend Heatable to anyone looking for a new boiler. Their service and great prices are second to none. We received a call from Heatable on the Monday morning to check if everything had gone okay and to let us know that they would be dealing with the gas safety registration and the 10-year warranty registration which would then be forwarded to us. They also said to ring them if we had any concerns. All in all, I don't think you could ask for any better service.

So I thought it all seemed too good to be true as the price was cheaper then anywhere else and they could install very quickly which made me nervous but turns out I had nothing to worry about! Service has been great throughout and really easy so takes all the stress away!

I had a 9 year old combi boiler that kept breaking down so rather than paying for it being repaired again I got 2 local quotes, both quotes seemed overpriced, so I had a look on the internet and found Heatable and asked for a quote, the reply came back promptly and I signed up and the date was agreed to install a new Worcester bosch Greenstar 4000 combi boiler. The engineer came on the day and it was all done without any fuss, there were no hidden extras and I got everything it said in the quote. I highly recommend this company.

We are in our mid seventies and our old gas back boiler was not broken but it was obsolete so we decided to look into having a combi boiler fitted. I found Heatable online and because I was so out of touch fired off a few questions and we received very helpful positive answers. Because of this I rang them and told them our situation, we live in a terraced house that does have a built out kitchen but of course, most of the space is taken up with units and cupboards, there is one space but I was worried our kitchen would look like an industrial unit. The guy at Heatable said we will put it in the airing cupboard, "it's in the middle of the house, no outside wall for the flue". No problem they said we will put the flue through the roof. I was amazed by this but carried on sending the photographs they requested and I received my fixed price quote which was inside my estimated budget, I was given a date and I paid the invoice. On installation day the engineer and an apprentice turned up on time did a quick recce and got stuck in. The job was completed the following day mid afternoon, the two guys were excellent they worked tidily, kept us informed of what they were up to and cleaned up after themselves. They removed the old back boiler and fire from the living room and the cistern from the airing cupboard to make way for the boiler. Because of our age, we were a little worried about such a major job, but Heatable and the engineer had everything under control. Can't praise them enough.
