We are Worcester Bosch Platinum Accredited Installers offering extended Guarantee benefits on all our Boiler installations.
We are also BAXI accredited and can offer maximum warranties on their range.

Annual boiler service completed. Also, recently dealt with an emergency repair as the system pump had broken down. Heatco provided a prompt, professional and friendly service. Arrived on time for the appointment and let me know they were on their way. Easy to book a service on their website. I was told to contact them if any problems arose, but it has not been necessary. Happy customer.

Darren recently did a gas safety check on my rental property. He arrived on time, completed the relevant checks and even took the trouble to go and buy a missing carbon monoxide alarm and come back later to install it. That extra level of service was really appreciated and I can’t thank him enough. I would definitely recommend HeatCo.

Darren performed a boiler service for us and fitted a new thermostat unit. I had previously stated that this might be needed as the control unit had physically broken and had lost contact with the boiler unit. I received a call well in advance of the expected start time to say that he had been delayed on his first job and would be about 30 minutes late which was considerate and he subsequently arrived on time. Darren worked quickly to perform the service, confirmed the thermostat change was required and explained the outcomes of the tests he had carried out. Later that day we received the gas certificate. I would definitely recommend HeatCo, they fitted the boiler and are our first contact if anything should go wrong.

Wholeheartedly recommend HeatCo. Easy booking of appointment for Combined Boiler Service and Gas Safety Certificate. The online system confirmed booking immediately and provided 2hour slot on the chosen date. Friendly, efficient service and small repair of boiler. Landlord and gas certificates were issued and emailed the same day. Thank you very much HeatCo.

Darren was excellent, called me early, arranged to come to site before the appointment and it was done and dusted in just over 30 minutes. Always polite and friendly and cleaned up after. I can’t recommend HeatCo any more highly!
