HeatCo initially installed our Bosch GreenStar boiler 10 years ago in 2013 and their professionalism was such that we have had them back every year since to service it. Their charges are no more or less than other service engineers out there but it is because of the care they take while inside our home and their attention to detail while maintaining our heating system makes us continue to use them to service our boiler.

Firstly, you can book a slot online that suits you, which is a clear time saver. Darren arrived perfectly on time and was extremely professional and efficient. He was able to check our gas lines, complete a full boiler service and fix an issue with our gas fireplace. Darren was also generous with his advice and opinions on other heating matters that we enquired on. Many thanks for the great service and we will be engaging Darren again.

We used HeatCo to service our boiler, which had a fault with the circuit board. They serviced the boiler, then returned a few hours later with a new circuit board and control knobs. They only charged for the parts (above the standard service cost for our boiler). Really reasonable - no extra labour charge for replacing the faulty parts. I have used the company a number of times now and have always found them to be extremely honest and professional. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. They are also easy to get out at short notice. One last thing - they contact you via text when they are on their way. Great communication.

We used HeatCo based on neighbours' recommendations. We originally booked an appointment for a repair online as the heating wasn’t working. Then a boiler service. Both were carried out promptly and efficiently. They arrived on time and did everything they said they would do. Cost reasonable. No hesitation using HeatCo again.

Easy to book an appointment online. Darren phoned to say was running late before the appointment time and checked this would not be a problem for me. Diagnosed problem faulty valve, and got the system working. Provisionally booked an appointment the following day to do the work, subject to acceptance of the quote, which I received half an hour later. Said he would phone if able to come earlier which he did, replaced the faulty part and got the system working. Clean and polite and answered all my questions. Had a brief chat about another issue which I hope they can help with.

HeatCo (Darren) fixed a fault on my boiler last year and I was impressed with the service I received so decided to use them again this year for my annual boiler service. Darren serviced my boiler. He was on time, clean and polite. It was easy to book online and I received a text when he was on his way. We also had a brief chat about some other issues with a bathroom tap so I will be booking HeatCo again to sort that. I would definitely recommend.

Darren and Dean from HeatCo completed the annual service on my boiler, it's part of their Heat Club service, which I'd also recommend. They arrived on time, very friendly, professional work and the whole job was completed in around 30 minutes. Cleaned up after themselves. Booked online so that was straight forward and easy too.

After having my old meters changed to smart meters, the gas meter failed the tightness test. Engineer could not find the fault. Gas was switched off. I left a message with Heatco and they quickly replied. Next day before 09.00 Darren arrived. He quickly found the fault and repaired straight away. I have always found Heatco to be reliable, efficient and superb when it comes to communication. I would not hesitate to contact them again.

Joes team are amazing! We needed an emergency boiler replacement which they sorted straight away. Hassle-free and reliable. Really friendly guys and do top-quality work! A previous plumber couldn’t fix what heatco managed to fix in a day! We also had some complications with pipes being blocked and HeatCo came back and spent the whole morning fixing - they didn’t charge us anything for this. Will never be going to anyone else in St Albans. The best there is 10/10 all around. Thank you HeatCo!!!!

HeatCo fitted our Worcester Bosch boiler back in 2013 and have serviced it annually ever since. HeatCo made it clear that the boiler can be serviced by other companies but we found them so good that we decided to stay with the company we trust. On every occasion, be it installation or annual servicing, HeatCo have completed the job thoroughly and I have no problems recommending them as a 5 star choice.

Darren has been called to our property to fix a number of plumbing emergencies due to the age of the property and it’s plumbing. He is an absolutely brilliant and highly skilled trades-person who has quickly identified the root cause and remedied the outstanding issues quickly and cost-effectively. We really would promote Darren, Dean and HeatCo to anyone looking for a plumber (whether the job be large or small). The value for money Darren, Dean and HeatCo have offered is excellent.
