Darren of HeatCo was fantastic, we had a greed a time of 2.30pm, he was running early and called me to see if it was convenient to attend site sooner. He arrived at the new time. He was very professional, he was wearing HeatCo branded clothing and his Van which was HeatCo branded was clean and modern ( pleasure to have on the drive)... He got down to the servicing straight away and was completed within the time that he had suggested. He left the area clean and tidy and was gone. I received a follow up message and confirmed everything was completed to my satisfaction.

I had a few central heating / radiator issues that needed sorting plus I was due a boiler service. When I contacted Heatco it was easy to arrange an appointment for just a few days time. Darren from Heatco sorted out all the problems I had and did the boiler service all in one fairly quick visit. I've used Heatco a few times before and I've always been pleased with the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

During a major house extension/renovation, I decided to upgrade our gas central heating system from a vented to an unvented system. I approached HeatCo for a quote, as they had previously carried out my annual boiler servicing. The conversion was a relatively major task, involving two to three people for 3 days. I received a detailed quote, itemising all the tasks needed, including the stripping out of the old boiler plus the redundant tanks and pipework in the loft; the cost of the new boiler, pressurised tank and other anciliary parts; and neatly installing new pipework. I satisfied myself that the price was competitive. Joe and his team worked solidly to complete the work. They knew exactly what they were doing. After the three days, all the work itemised in the quote was completed to my satisfaction, and I had a new heating system running smoothly, with no issues whatsoever. In short, HeatCo is an experienced and thoroughly professional company, that you can trust to carry out even complex central heating projects within the time indicated, and without any issues.

They have also replaced our boiler and immersion tank, and changed various radiators/pump/actuators/thermostats. Heatclub ensures that plumbing is never a panic! Darren at Heatco has been looking after my mums very old back boiler for several years now (we had to explain to the British gas young chap where it was when it was under a service contract). Darren is a star. He serviced our boiler last year when I took out the Heatco plan. I am pleased I have put the plan in place because it provides that much needed reassurance that if something does go wrong then it will get fixed very quickly and efficiently. Darren arrived on time, is super personable explaining how he found the boiler and took the time to answer my questions. Whilst Darren was with us, I took the liberty of asking him to look at our towel rails that were not working well and a possible leaking hand basin. Darren looked at each, fixed what was fixable, provided expert opinion on the issues and agreed to come back with new parts to fix one of the towel rails. All round excellent service. THANK YOU.

I had my boiler serviced and am very happy with the work carried out. Booking online was straightforward. Darren turned up at the time stated and was a total professional throughout. Joe deserves an absolutely glowing review, he was so helpful from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier. He explained everything that needed doing and gave me a sincere and informed opinion on how we should do things, I was clueless so he really put me at ease about the work. He installed a dishwasher for me which was far from my nearest plug and was able to run it through and under the counters and extend it and do the pipe work for it. It works perfectly and he did a quick and good job and arrived on time. He left the area so clean and took care while working in my kitchen. I really appreciate the good work. Thank you so much!

Once again, excellent service from HeatCo and in particular from Darren who repaired our bathroom towel rail by replacing 2 broken valves. Darren was able to adjust his schedule to come earlier than booked and then worked tidily, efficiently and quietly. Excellent service. Thank you. I would certainly recommend using HeatCo.

Shaun arrived on time and immediately proceeded to undertake the work in question. He fitted the new hinges and left a clean site, taking all the rubbish with him. I would certainly recommend Shaun for similar jobs in future

Annual boiler and gas fire servicing under rolling contract. Used HeatCo since boiler installation in 2017 and very satisfied at response time; speed and quality of service and engineers who are always approachable and friendly.

We have used Heatco for boiler installation and regular servicing for over 12 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They arrive when they say they will ,are always pleasant and do a good clean job at a reasonable cost

A Senior Engineer came to service our gas boiler yesterday. He sent me a message before turning up, completed the work on time and to budget. He was thorough and polite. I intend using the service again.

I booked a job with Sean from Heatco but unfortunately he was unwell and not working. However Darren added the job to his list of work and undertook the work instead. As usual Darren was very pleasant and efficient. He undertook the repairs required efficiently and effectively. I would certainly recommend Darren and Heatco.

HeatCo have serviced the boiler since they installed it in 2021. There have never been any issues and they always provide a high standard of service. It’s great being able to book the annual service online and Darren is always on time and very polite.

Was not expecting Heatco to service Gas Fires but was pleasantly surprised that they were able to do so quickly and efficiently. Both fires are looking clean and operating correctly. We now have certificates for them as they have not been serviced for a while. Very happy that all of the gas appliance services are now up to date and by a single supplier. Thank you Heatco.

As always Darren identified the problem with my heating and fitted a new pump quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Heat Club to anyone, it gives me peace of mind to know that my heating repair needs are in good hands
