We were recommended to this company by our next door neighbours as they had used them. We found them to be very efficient and professional at all times. They always turned up when they said they would and were very helpful with any queries when I phoned. We had a new boiler fitted along with valves to all our radiators, a pump and a few other things. We had three people here for the whole day as there was so much to do and it wasn't straightforward as our system is very old and they kept meeting problems. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all very cheerful despite the problems they encountered and just got on with the job in hand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our shower pump, which supplied all hot and cold non mains water, would not automatically turn off and thus required replacement. Dave visited to check what was required then arranged a mutually agreeable date to carry the work out. Dave was a very friendly engineer and carried out the work quickly and tidily. He also fitted new isolating valves, which were required due to the old ones in the loft (35 yrs old) not functioning adequately. Was able to pay by credit card contactlessly, very convenient. Some time soon we will have to replace our gas boiler with some sort of electric system, Dave was also happy to discuss his views on this and to advise.

HeatELEC attended and fitted new light in record time. David acquired the light for me the same day and took time to explain how to use it. He was business like and friendly. I am very happy with the work and will have no hesitation in contacting this company again.

Dave and his team carried out a bathroom renovation, really happy with the final result and quality of work. Dave did a great job fixing a leak for me recently. Firstly, he attended as soon as he could. He was punctual and extremely professional but what I loved the most is that he took his time to explain everything and also asked for approval from us before cutting through any wall. David responded quickly to a request for a quotation following the failure of an existing boiler in a tenanted property. It was necessary to change from a gravity fed system to a new combo boiler.His estimate was on a par with other quotes but he proposed a really good boiler with a 10 year warranty which made his quote better value. He has a good knowledge of the regulations and carried out very neat work. No leaks! Installation was very soon after the quotation was accepted and no surprising 'add ons' occurred. The system is now performing very well. David is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I needed a new boiler and a bathroom refurbishment. I was pleased to find HeatElec (on Which Trusted Traders) who would be able to coordinate and carry out both projects. The work was carried out extremely competently. I only have one bathroom so it was important to me to minimise the time without facilities – The work was well planned to achieve this and Dave worked some Saturday’s to minimise disruption. He put a good team together and all areas (tiling, plastering, electrical work) were carried out to a high standard. I am really happy with the Viessman boiler and love the Hive app. Dave was very good at keeping me informed at every stage (from initial viewing/quotation to end of work).

Needed to fix some problems left behind by builders (FMB membership means nothing as does trustmark!) from our rennovation, including a leak from the bathroom to the kitchen. David was very understanding and helpful and managed to solve the leak very simply. He kept his appointments. Was a pleasant presence and reassured us. Highly recommended.

I hired HeatElec to help us plan a new LPG boiler and various upgrades. From the first enquiry call, David and his team were extremely professional, courteous and kept me up to date from quotes (good value for hiring a spot-on company) to booking in the installation date. Come installation , again, very professional, on time, kept the area clean etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend HeatElec and will not hesitate to use them again for some more work we have planned. My advice based on 30 years of hiring plumbers and getting a varying degree of satisfaction, HeatElec are the best I have used, I'd recommend you call them.

When we moved into our house we quickly compiled a list of electrical tasks and found Dave online. Thank goodness! He was brilliant, listened and advised and prepared a detailed quote (which he stuck to), and was at our house for around 3 days completing a range of work including installing external lights, a new distribution board, additional sockets, relocating lights and switches. Dave was recommended to me by my neighbour and so glad we decided to go ahead with his quote. Very reasonable quote and actually cost less than expected. Bonus! Dave is extremely polite and professional, came when he said he would and called when he needed to check details of the job. We thought we needed a whole house rewire but ended up being about 3/4 instead and Dave was honest about this which was reflected in the end price. We originally contacted Dave at HeatElec for a quote on a EnSuite bathroom re-model. Dave responded promptly to our email and he was accommodating in scheduling in a visit to suit us. Dave was friendly from the offset ...and had a sense of humour (quite rare these days!). He listened to, and answered, our questions and made thorough notes on our requirements. We also asked Dave if he could service our Hot Water Tank and also that we were looking at having a Nest Heating Control system installed. After inspecting our system he confirmed that it was suitable and compatible with the Nest System. Dave got back to us with a fair and reasonable and detailed quote within a week. We put off the bathroom re-model but definitely wanted him to go ahead with the Service and to supply and install the Nest System and we agreed a date for the work to be done. Dave turned up on time and completed the servicing of the hot water tank and then set about removing the existing controller and setting up the dual zone Nest System. He spent time with us going through the programming of the system. Throughout the day, Dave was always cheerful and explained what he was doing and happily answered any questions. Dave and HeatElec is certainly someone whose services we will use again when we need them, and would certainly recommend (...and have already done so!) him to others.

David replaced my Gas combi boiler with an Electric combi boiler, he kept me up to date with what was going on during the work, made sure water and heating systems were working correctly, tidied up after he had finished the work. David did a very good job and I would have no problem recommend him to other people.

We needed a local emergency plumber and Dave of HeatELEC immediately responded to our telephone call and quickly visited to assess the problem. Our toilet cistern was malfunctioning and sometimes overflowing during the night. Dave provided a quotation and was able to fit a new syphon, float valve and bush button during the following week. The HeatELEC team wore covid masks, were polite and respected our home.

The team fitted electric underfloor heating and moved the location of a pendant light. They were very quick to respond to my initial quote request and I found the quote very reasonable. I was extremely impressed with their communication throughout the entire process - he kept me informed at every step to update me when the underfloor heat mat was ordered, when it arrived, to confirm that the appointments etc. which made everything so easy for me as the customer. Fully qualified and registered for both gas and electrical work, Dave is quite exceptional in the care and trouble he takes to deliver a top-quality job. What's more, he delivers to time and budget, through careful preparation and excellent leadership and motivation of his co-workers. He has unusual and highly valuable experience in the conversion of gas heating to electrical, which proved very useful when I found gas could no longer be used due to building configuration problems. He is also polite, friendly and easy to get on with.

We had various electrical works that needed doing - fixing new outdoor lights, replacing bedroom lights to LEDs, fixing outdoor cables, replacing kitchen coloured LED strip lights and fixing faulty sockets. In December Dave responded to our call for help to provide temporary repair to our toilet which was leaking. At our request he returned in February to replace the toilet pan. His response to our request was prompt and a date agreed. The job was carried out to a very high standard. Dave is competent, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Today was Dave's third visit during some extended building and decorating works I’m having done. During the three visits Dave has wired in new sockets, lights in a suspended ceiling, removed and replaced a heated towel rail (after tiling), installed two new radiators, and today wired in the final bedside power point now that the chimney breast has finally been removed. I’m very pleased with the work done by Dave. Being able to do both plumbing and electrics to a high standard is very helpful. His costs are competitive. He is helpful, a pleasant character, flexible and did his best to fit in with my schedule. I would recommend his services unreservedly. At very short notice Dave managed to get over to me to sort out a Central Heating pipe I had foolishly (rookie mistake I feel very embarrassed about) put a screw through. He advised me over the phone, and I was quickly able to stop the flood, which gave him time to finish off what he was doing and get over to me. His charge for this emergency rescue was very reasonable, and the work done was excellent. Great service. Recommend him unreservedly.
