Graeme of Heatsafe has been taking care of all my gas central heating requirements, servicing and parts, for 22 years and I can highly recommend his services. Initially he kept my old boiler going for several years well past its sell-by date, often coming round at very short notice. He then fitted an excellent new boiler with minimum fuss and at a competitive price. When I moved house 6 years ago he sorted out some issues with its heating system and recently fitted new switchgear following a kitchen upgrade. As I have complete confidence in him and his colleagues I have never felt the need to have a maintenance contract with gas suppliers. Recently I recommended him to a neighbour to fit a new boiler, the neighbour being delighted with the boiler, the speedy installation and the price.

Would highly recommend Dougie, Graeme and the team from Heatsafe Heating. They are an extremely professional company who offer a first-class service from initial visit to completion of work. They arrive on time, carry out the work- boiler replacement- efficiently, protecting surfaces and clearing up after them. They are knowledgeable and answer any queries politely, offering advice when asked. Communication with office staff is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

It took 7 days from initial contact, inspection, survey, booking job then installation, follow up and commissioning of our new system. Optional extras were explained, benefits vs costs and we were delighted with the extra mile Graeme went to get us informed and up and running. We are completely satisfied with our choice. Thanks, Dougie (engineer)and Siobhan in the office, explaining & sorting our after sales registration and guarantee paperwork too. See you in 12 months for the service!

7th time using Heatsafe for our annual gas service. Like every other time, the service was prompt and efficient with simple reminders to arrange in the month leading up to the service. Graeme is always professional and friendly when carrying out the gas service and very happy to answer any questions I have. They always come across as genuine and patient. Heatsafe also re-situated our boiler a few years ago while replacing a radiator too. As with the gas service, they really could not have made the process easier nor quicker, and were happy to explain what was happening & why. Since using Heatsafe we've had no problems with our heating or water and feel assured that everything is being monitored & maintained well. Heatsafe have also always been upfront with costs and have always billed correctly for the agreed amount.

Highly recommend!! Graeme and his team replaced my old boiler with a new one. The process of getting a quote and agreeing a start date was quick and easy. I found the company to be really professional and the work they carried out was to a very high standard. Would have no issues using them again in the future.
