This was the second annual boiler service , HeatXpert having installed it December 2023 following a month of Baxi failing to repair our existing boiler having several unsuccessful attempts and eventually condemning it . Having had such poor service from Baxi I contacted HeatXpert and when I told Tom the difficult situation we were in he visited that afternoon and did a thoroughly professional inspection and gave me a quote for the job and did an equally thorough job installing the new boiler and improved our system and now services it . The difference between HeatXpert and Baxi is amazing .In my experience HeatXpert are a company that prides itself on providing an excellent service to their customers which in todays world is pretty unusual.

From the moment Tom came through the door until our boiler was installed, the communication, service and workmanship was fantastic. I got four quotes for my boiler and Tom was head and shoulders above the others. The guy who did the majority of the installation was polite and friendly. I can highly recommend them.

The Engineer arrived at the prescribed time, carried out a full service of the c/h and h/w Boiler. The Engineer was friendly, polite and very professional, the Service and Repair was carried out to our complete satisfaction. I would recommend the Engineer and his Company to anyone who is considering purchasing a new boiler and/or having their Heating System Serviced.

Joe was great took great care when installing the new boiler kept me informed throughout the work tidied up after all the work was done .. flushed the system tested the new boiler and pump also changed the overflow valve without being asked was very pleased with all the work .. price was superb .. well recommand using heatXpert if you require a new boiler .. service is great and after care emails are prompt .. I couldn't recommended this company highly enough. I requested and in person quote which was completed with 48hrs (over the christmas period). I had two quotes, both of which were fair and competitive. The agreed work was completed the following week to a very high standard. The two men that installed the new boiler were kind, friendly and professional. They were contentious and extremely professional. The end product works like a dream and is super neat and tidy. Everything was explained to me. They cleaned as they went and had an excellent attitude and attention to detail. Thoroughly impressed through and through.

HeatXpert fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler in my home office 2 years ago. As part of their original quote they offered 3 years servicing included. This year was the second service and a day or so after they completed it, there was an escape of water and I turned the boiler off as a precaution. Tom then added a visit onto his busy schedule in order to remedy the problem ASAP and appeared at about 9pm that evening after completing work at other customers houses. A filter had come loose and needed refitting. He completed the work tested the system and left to go home before the midnight hour. I was up and running and very pleased with their service with a smile.

Turned up on time. Polite, no mess, carried out work as required. Looked at another job that I requested. Engineer informed me that he could carry out the work and he would get back to me with an estimate.

Tom was very helpful and offered two quotes to consider within my budget. He also advised in relation to a problem with hot water during the winter months and suggested a fix which was dealt with at the time of the boiler installation. We won't know if this worked until the colder weather is here. The work was carried out on a date asked for me by me and was carried out very efficiently and competently. All the procedures were explained and communicated clearly. Very friendly, the work was completed in a day with minimum fuss and everything left in a clean and tidy state. I would happily recommend this company.

Tom (owner) and his team provided exceptional service in installing a new gas boiler. From the initial contact, through the quotation and installation processes, everything was managed to the highest of professional standards. Jack and Tom(apprentice) were a delight to have in our house and I felt so sorry for them that they were unable to complete the job because of a difficult to budge blockage, which was cleared by Tom(owner) on the 2nd morning. These chaps had a clear pride in their work and were meticulous in cleanliness and protecting our home. Pricing was comparative to British Gas but cheaper than another local installer who quoted £1000 more! I chose Tom (HeatXpert) because his pre-sales processes were superior to those of British Gas and his package contained add-ons which were chargeable from British Gas e.g. power flush, 30-day follow-up check, 3 year boiler service plan post installation. Thank you all for your professionalism in doing a terrific job and your commitment to ongoing support.

The crew from HeatXpert provided me with an in-person site inspection to provide a quote that was significantly cheaper than British Gas (and quite a few local heating companies, too). They arrived on time, performed the work very professionally and pleasantly. There were some tricky problems with air in the pipes (there always are in old homes, and mine was no different, being over 70 years old), which caused issues with the new boiler operation (new electronic sensors are quite sensitive in new boilers). The next day, when the new boiler had stopped working, I called HeatXpert, and the boss came around that afternoon and didn't leave until he identified the issue and got it resolved (sometime after 9 pm). Now that is customer service and commitment to quality work (and the boilers have been working smoothly and quietly for a month now) I recommend them (and Tom in particular) for any boiler/heating needs you have.

Tom and his team fitted a new boiler, the hive system since mine was very old and worked on an old thermostat. Work was completed and looks great! Kept everything clean and tidy and put back together. Was shown how to use the Hive and has this mounted in my desired location. The team also moved and changed my water tank in the loft for a new one. I wanted it in a particular corner and they didn't question it, just moved it and made it work. Now I have a nice enclosed clean tank and the old one is gone! They also removed and disposed of all rubbish so there was nothing for me to do afterwards. Chose this company because Tom was very knowledgeable and professional, plus him and his team could more then just fit a boiler, so I can reach out in future for any other plumbing needs and know I’m in good hands.

I decided to go with Heatxpert and it was completed in a day and less than a week from the initial start.
