Entire experience of HeatXpert has been positive from first quote to after care service. The team were respectful of my property, solved unforeseen problems with no fuss and fixed a towel rail which two other plumbers had previously failed to resolve. They returned after boiler install to tidy up very minor bits and bobs in the kitchen (ie, wiping down tiles and tidying up ceiling). Showed me how to use the new system and check that I was completely happy. Will definitely use them again.

Our old boiler finally decided to die on Sunday morning. I phoned HeatXpert at around 9 am on Sunday morning to leave a message. I was amazed that the phone was answered, and even more amazed that someone came out and did a survey and quoted for a new boiler. We opted for a valiant boiler and a full system flush. I asked when the boiler would be installed. I was told work would commence the next morning. 2 really nice chaps arrived Monday morning and worked very efficiently. The boiler was up and running the same day. This company went above and beyond, coming out on a Sunday morning and fitting the next day. I've been thoroughly impressed by both the fitters who did the installation and the company itself, their customer care has been brilliant. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Very happy with Heat Expert's professionalism from start to finish. Gave detailed information on any queries I had and expert opinions on the best set up. From requesting a quote to the final handover HeatXpert were absolutely brilliant. Their work, tidiness and respect was exceptional despite the problems that extended the job by at least two days - absolutely not their fault just forty odd years of system degradation.
