From requesting a quote to the final handover HeatXpert were absolutely brilliant. Central heating boiler sprung a leak on Sunday, called Tom at HeatExpert, team scheduled for 8.00am Monday. They arrived on time and carried out a full inspection. Found a seal on the boiler had broken, called the manf. Vaillant who sent an Eng. around immediately and replaced a warrenty part and retested all good. Overall a job well done to a high standard. Thankyou.

Needed a new boiler and flue fitted. Tom (HeatXpert) and his team took care of everything, not only am I really pleased with my new Vaillant boiler but fitting a 4-5 metre length (approx.) flue inside existing boxing with inspection hatches is really good work. Went with the finance option offered which was a big help also. Thank you
