Heelas Heating and Renewables is an Oxfordshire plumbing and heating company with environmental awareness and a commitment to providing consistent care to our customers, to our staff and to the environment.

We cover a wide range of areas throughout Oxfordshire, covering a 30 mile radius crossing into Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Wiltshire. To name a few, here are some places we have carried out work in:

Dan and his team completed the work to a very high standard. The care taken at the quotation stage and the detailed information supplied, gave me confidence that the scope of the work was fully understood and also provided a solid basis upon which to compare quotes. Once we proceeded, Dan and his team carried the work out in a smooth and professional manner with very little disruption. The team were courteous, flexible and aimed to minimise any inconvenience to my wife & I as they worked in the house. The project was completed on time and the expected post- completion questions have been responded to very professionally. I would not hesitate in recommending Dan and his team.

Quick and efficient fitting with great care taken of my house whilst work was in progress. Real care taken with the pipework, which is in a stairwell so visible at eye level, and also used metal fixings which improved the look.

Our village hall boiler failed and I called Dan from Heelas Heating and Renewables for help. Dan arrived promptly and we discussed the options, it was decided to replace the boiler and associated parts, (flue exhaust, expansion tank etc.) Dan supplied a quotation within 24hrs which was accepted and the work was completed within a week. Dan surveyed the whole of the heating system after commissioning the boiler and carried out tweaks to balance the system and improve the efficiency of the radiators. A very friendly professional company.

When our combi boiler broke leaving us with no heating or hot water, Dan managed to fit us in the next day. He came round first thing in the morning and diagnosed the broken circuit board. He came back at 11am having collected the part, and soon had the boiler up and running. All in all an excellent and friendly service.

Heelas always do a great job. This was our biggest to date, shut down all under-floor pipework and re-plumb from the loft. A very skilled team of 3 carried out the work to plan within 5 days, as estimated. They planned the work so that we had as little disruption to water supplies as possible. The operatives were at all times: polite, efficient, tidy and good-humoured. We had dreaded this work, which had to be done, but Heelas made the experience as smooth as was possible.

From survey visit to find "switch on", everything went perfectly. The workmen were very considerate to me, 97 and immobile. Their work in replacing a 19 yr. Old boiler and system was meticulous and challenging.

Heelas heating offered good advice for replacing our old oil boiler and helped us to chose the best option for us. The new boiler was fitted within 3 weeks of our initial inquiry. The engineers were polite and tidy. The new boiler has been working for a year now without a problem and we have noticed a massive improvement in the hot water supply and also the oil consumption. We are very happy with the service Heelas heating provided and would definitely recommend them.
