They installed a five panel unit on a South facing roof. Very efficient team and cleaned up behind them. Very good after installation service, help is only a phone call away.

Design and specification of PV system in accordance with the Small Scale Embedded Energy (SSEG) engineering recommendation; G83/2 (2013) and Photovoltaics; in Buildings - Guide to the Installation of PV Systems 2012 + MIS - 3002; Provision of suitable scaffolding / access equipment where required; Mechanical and electrical connection of PV array; Installation of Inverter and DC ancillaries; Installation of DC cabling between array and inverter; Installation of AC cabling from the existing consumer unit or installation of a sub-main consumer unit to inverter location; Installation of AC isolator at inverter and connection to AC mains; Programming inverter; Testing and commissioning of system; Liaison with Distribution Network Operator; Part P notification All the work was carried out hassle free and on time, I was able to work from home without interruption and didn't need to take any time off work. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything to the level that I needed once the installation was complete. I've had the system running for two months with no issues.

Helpinusolar installed a solar PV system, with battery, at my home. The installation was done well and tidily, with minimal disruption. They installed the system at relatively short notice when there was an opportunity to do so at reduced cost because other work was being done on the house meaning that there was already scaffolding in place.

The initial salesman was knowledgeable and gave me all the information. He was helpful with post visit questions. The fitted the panels very quickly and despite Storm Henk managed to get the 11 panels fitted in a day. All works perfectly and the app is easy to understand how much energy is being generated, and used, stored in the battery or sent to the grid. I have yet to receive my first bill but am hoping it is quite a lot cheaper!

HelpinU fitted 15 Solar panels on my house and garage roofs.Also 2 ×6.5 voltage batteries were connected. Solar Panel Installation: From survey to completion and beyond, a totally professional experience. Open and honest, they didn't try and pressure me into buying anything I didn't need or want. The installation team were excellent, friendly, willing to answer any questions I had. Explained the system to me and cleaned away any mess they created (and some I'm sure they hadn't). Everything was delivered as promised, from scaffold put up and take down, to arrival on site and completion time scale. Aftercare service is also great - I changed my broadband supplier and couldn't reconnect the system to the app - Josh Wilton came out before Christmas to sort that out, no quibble, no problem at all. Great service and great team of installers and office based staff.
