My name is Stuart and I have over 15 years experience in the gas central heating industry. I Install all types of heating systems to suit all customer requirements. I pride myself on a punctual, neat and meticulous approach to my boiler installations, where systems have been thoroughly flushed and accurately sized to achieve the most efficient energy consumption.

Due to being a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer, I am able to offer customers up to a 10 year parts and labour guarantee on my installations, giving customers great peace of mind well into the future.

I also provide a thorough post installation backup service after installation, providing timely routine maintenance and appliance servicing when required.

I cover the Stockport, Manchester and High peak area and if you require a free no obligation quotation or just some friendly helpful advice, please don't hesitate to get in contact. I do my best to suit my customers timeframes and can work around the busiest of lifestyles.

I used Henshaw Gas & Plumbing for work earlier this year and had no hesitation in contacting him to replace a radiator valve in the bathroom. Stuart was honest enough to admit that he was very busy, and wouldn't be able to come until January 6. However, in the freezing condition of early December, I contacted him to say that if a cancellation came up we would appreciate his services, as my wife and I are in our 70s and 80s respectively. On only the following day, he phoned to say that he would be with us within 20 minutes - and was. We are totally delighted with Stuart and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Stuart was clear and precise with his quote of work to be carried out. Date was given for the work to be started and was adhered to. He was very punctual worked hard and ensured we had heat at the end of the first day. We are very pleased with the quality and speed of the work he carried out and also leaving our home clean and tidy.. It was very reassuring and important for us to have someone we could trust and have confidence in his standard of work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart.

Henshaw Gas turns up when booked with a txt before to let us know. Always tidy and considerate and courteous. Our boiler is getting on a bit but Stuart keeps it going, but never hard sells to replace it. We will replace it and we will use Henshaw Gas.

Second annual boiler service from Henshaw Gas and Plumbing. Like the first it was thorough, efficient, and generally first class. Excellent price for an excellent service. After my first service last year my seven year old boiler worked throughout the year with no problems.

Gas hob fitting and cabinet work

Not for the first time, Stuart from Henshaw Gas & Plumbing completed a job quickly and expertly, navigating any small issues without complaint. This time it was a gas hob ordered by me but without my being able to check cut-out dimensions/gas feed/electrical supply beforehand. Knowing that Stuart had refitted the previous hob after I completely redid a kitchen I knew he wouldn't let any small obstacles stop him (I have had poor experiences with supplier-organised tradespeople) and he was happy to arrive with tools for cut-out or cabinet mods.. I live in Italy so the hob was fitted without me being present and I was able to trust Stuart completely. He's also a nice, friendly guy :-)
