As can be seen from our other reviews, Heron Carpentry has always prided itself on a high level of customer satisfaction, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss any concerns you had so that we could resolve these to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, you did not discuss your concerns and we did not have the opportunity to resolve matters for you. There were changes to the original specification you required during the works that were non-standard and did cause a number of challenges, which were raised with you during the work. Although I accept that there may have been a misunderstanding in determining your exact requirements. As you would not give us the opportunity to complete the amended specification, we did make a goodwill payment to you to buy new fridge doors for installation by another contractor. We would have been happy to return to complete work to your satisfaction if you had allowed us to. I’m sorry that on this occasion you feel we fell short of our usual high standards; however, as stated above, customer satisfaction is key to us, and our commitment to keeping our customers happy will always be of utmost importance to us. As a Trusted Trader, our consumers have access to the Trusted Traders' complaints process and an Alternative Dispute Resolution Service, should a customer be dissatisfied with our work.
