Had a new boiler fitted-was on contract with another provider but will be leaving them and going with this company! All parts of service provided were excellent, from communications with the office, to the engineers attending to carry out the work. Workmen on time ( which is something these days!) polite and friendly, worked late until new boiler operating correctly, explained operation clearly. Would definitely recommend this company!

Recently had a new boiler system put in by High Efficiency Heating and couldn’t be happier! Was no small job the lads had to do either. Ripping out the old system (water tanks etc) and connecting the new system with new pipe work etc. absolutely fantastic job! Very neat and tidy and left our home absolutely spotless when complete. Also took extra care in our babies room laying out sheeting and covering which was really good of them as the room was all brand new. Fantastic from start to finish! Huge thankyou!

The team were very professional and friendly with our boiler installation. They turned up promptly each day with notifications to let me know they were on the way and when they arrived, they explained what would be happening and if there would be any disruptions to the water and electric. They cleaned up the work area each afternoon so the bathroom remained useable by my family. The job was finished in the estimated timeframe and there were no hidden charges. Thank you.

The engineer and his apprentice arrived on time to carry out the work which was to take 3 days in total. Their brief was to remove a 35 year old heating system and replace it with a new system. It entailed taking out the old boiler from a kitchen cupboard, removing 2 water tanks from the loft, taking the cistern out of a bedroom airing cupboard together with all the pipe work where the new boiler was to be situated. Jake and his apprentice worked really hard the whole time they were with us and were skilled in every stage of the job, keeping us informed as the work progressed. I found them very clean and tidy and respectful of our home. At the conclusion, Jake explained how everything worked and how we could contact him if we had any queries. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their staff for the services they provide and can assure future customers they will not be disappointed.

The transition to our new central heating system from our old freestanding boiler was carried out with the greatest care, efficiency, expertise and professionalism we could have hoped for. From Richard’s first visit to completion by Dylan and his team the whole conversion was undertaken to the exact timescale we were given at the outset and with the minimum disruption to our routine. We cannot thank them enough.

I've been with HEH on a service plan for a number of years. Had a new boiler fitted through the company last year. Can't fault or their engineers. Today Billy completed a service. I received a text message to alert me the engineer was on his way. Work was completed to a high standard, he cleaned up after himself, checked all the radiators and even answered some questions about the working of the boiler and adjustments I can make to get the best out of the boiler. Would continue to highly recommend.

This company is a pleasure to deal with. We’ve been living with a bit of a nightmare recently and it’s just nice to get help from a company that you feel genuinely cares about your problems and do all they can to get you back up and running. Really really helpful , I can’t praise them enough! I’ll never use anyone else , there great at what they do and there service is next level.

I called HEH for a second opinion having been advised that I needed a new boiler. The HEH fitter said the boiler was repairable which he did by replacing the burner seal. He also recharged the expansion vessel. He said the boiler was 12 years old and had a life expectancy of 16 years. The fitter was smart, polite and informative. I regard the service I received as workmanlike and honest. I would definitely return to HEH should I need them in future.

HEH replaced my boiler 12 years ago and have been servicing it ever since. It was done this morning. The engineer was very polite and helpful.

Great service as always. Contacted on the web over the weekend had a response the same weekend to confirm attendance the afternoon of the next working day They attended and couldn't rectify, requiring a Worcester bosch engineer. They arranged for Worcester to contact us, which they did in an hour Excellent service recommended

I used HEH to move the boiler and to install under floor heating at the same time as part of a garage conversion. Work needed to be carried out urgently. Even though the job was quoted for 4 days they did it over 3 days by sending more man power so they could squeeze me in. Work was carried out to an exceptional standard and when they could have upselled even though it was not needed, they did not. If you are looking for a trustworthy firm who will come in and do the job to a high standard and not charge more then what is required then use HEH.

Dave & his assistant replaced 2 radiators for us. They arrived on time, were very pleasant. They worked hard & were extremely tidy. On a positive note they noticed a mark on one of the radiators & insisted that it wasn’t acceptable & will replace it as soon as possible. We have used this company many times & would definitely recommend them.

I have used HEH for many years and always been impressed by the quality of the service provided by this local family run company. I had my heating breakdown this week due to a faulty fan. HEH were prompt to respond to my phone call, came out to assess and ordered the new fan. This was fitted today and my heating is now back up and running well. All completed within a few days by efficient friendly staff. I can highly recommend this company for all gas services.

Long time customer and a manifold split on boiler. Despite a hectic schedule HEH got Billy out to us and resolved the fault with minimum fuss as quickly as possible. So had a problem with my boiler during the cold weather and called HEH for assistance. I have to praise the internal staff for their help and willingness to move my appointment around as I work away a lot. Billy came out and sorted the fault quickly and effectively while being a friendly and helpful person. Called today Mr Baxter call out had a check and within 2 min noticed the fault and ordered the part. Calling back to repair soon as the part is here. Absolutely brilliant service.

HE Heating are a fantastic company.Our Scout group needed an upgrade on its heating system.We were lucky enough to receive a grant from Better Youth Spaces.I called HE Heating they came out and explained everything clearly. Telephone calls were answered quickly.The installation took one day. The engineers explained how the thermostat worked.They set all the different times for when the hut is in use. I would like to thank the team for doing a great job.They have created a better youth space for the children of Droylsden.Furthermore,the hut is now warm and welcoming to the adult volunteers.Finally,it also provides a cosy rehearsal space for the legendary St.John's band.

We've been with HEH for 2 years and they're always reliable and provide a quality service. We're on the service plan which leaves the British Gas one standing and fortunately have only need this for the inclusive annual boiler service.

We had booked a boiler service for January but we also had a leaking radiator, so that was put on the notes. Got a call today to say that they had noticed the leak on the notes and that an engineer was free earlier so would we like an appointment. And hey presto! We have a serviced boiler and a fixed radiator, before Christmas. Brilliant service, lovely engineer. Couldn't be happier.

HEH have been looking after our heating system for over 14 years now. Our old house has had some problems but HEH have always attended quickly and provided a fix. The engineers are friendly, professional and tidy. I am usually at home alone when they attend and I always feel comfortable and safe.
