Work completed today very efficiently, great communication by the company to alert us to the arrival of their engineer. Very pleasant and extremely helpful and polite, the work was done very quickly and all explanations were clear and concise. All in all a very thorough service provided. I have used this company before today I had my boiler serviced they are prompt and all the workers are professional. They arrive on time and are always respectful of my property. Bryn came to service our boiler on 31st October. He arrived within the time slot and was very polite. He was very respectful of the property and took time to place shoe protection on his shoes. First time I used HEH for our boiler service. I walked into their office inquired about service. We agreed a date for service. Staff efficiently booked engineer appointment. On the day Engineer sent me a text half an hour before he due to come. Bren was very polite and pleasant. He explained about what kind of service he was going to do. He carried out the job very efficiently. Excellent. I would highly recommend HEH to anyone.

1st class service again from first call to job completion. Called HEH at 9am this morning to report a leak from our boiler and was given a two hr time frame for the engineer to attend. Also received a text message 10 minutes before the engineer arrived. Part replaced and boiler repaired by 12! Polite, efficient engineer who identified the problem immediately. No waiting for parts as he had them available and no mess. Price for the job brilliant. We would have paid the same just as a call out charge with other providers. We have also used HEH for our annual boiler service for years now and have never had a better service.

We book our annual boiler service with HEH. Always handled efficiently by the office staff. Engineers are friendly and take the time to explain if there are any problems. Great service as usual.

I called HEH around 10.30 this morning because of two leaking radiators. About an hour later an engineer turned up to repair them. Fantastic time scale. The engineer was extremely polite and efficient and was totally respectful of my property. Even though he had to go out to his van several times. He put shoe covers on each time he returned. I have used this company for many years and always find their service second to none. I would never have any hesitation is recommending them to anyone.

I requested a call out and Richard came to sort my thermostat out. It was a problem easily resolved using his expert knowledge.

We have been using HEH for a number of years for services and when the time came for a new boiler we trusted them to do the job. The surveyor came and explained what needed doing and shortly after his visit we received the quote which we happily accepted. On the day of the installation Jack and Dylan arrived on time and confirmed what they were doing. They worked steadily during the day and kept us informed about what was going on. The second morning Josh came to help with the brickwork for the new flue. All the lads were great and they cleaned up after themselves. I can't express how happy we were with the job they did.

I called this company yesterday because my boiler had stopped working, and they managed to send an engineer out first thing this morning. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and the boiler is now working perfectly again. The engineer was friendly, explained everything clearly. Really impressed with how fast and efficient the whole process was — highly recommend!

Dave was due at 8:00 am. Knock on door at exactly 8:00 am! We had reported a little issue with this otherwise excellent system, and he looked at possible issues and discovered the problem. There’s obviously years of experience there! Phoned Johnson and Starley for advice, who said they would send a part straight away. Good service there too. He left a couple of fan heaters to take the chill off. Very thoughtful. Oh, anyone with ACDC as a ringtone has to be a safe pair of hands!

Cannot fault this Company and their team. I had my gas fire refurbished and a radiator removed from one wall and a new one fitted in a different location. Both jobs were done by the lads with what appeared to be seamless ease. They were both very sociable, as all the team are, and it didn't feel like I had workmen in the house. They did a really good job of tidying up, leaving me with just furniture to put back in place before they went to their next job. Would give them 10/10 and would definitely recommend them.

I had my new Worcester Bosch boiler installed recently and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The engineer was extremely professional, polite and friendly throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, worked very efficiently, and the installation was done to a very high standard. I’m really impressed with his skills and manners a true professional. Every time we have needed a callout (very few), HEH has been reliable and efficient. No complaints at all.

Due to a boiler failure, we decided it was time to replace it. I made contact through a third-party recommendation, and within a day there was arrangements were made to survey the job. After receiving a quote, we quickly made arrangements to move forward with the job. The guys who turned up were really good, finished the replacement within the day, they were very professional, and the work was done to an excellent standard. An excellent service and one highly recommended.

HEH carried out the annual sevice of our boiler and identified a small problem which they explained and rectified promptly. There sevice plan is excellent and gives us peace of mind that they are only a call away.

A gas leak was detected when the smart meter was fitted. Contacted HEH, who sent an engineer around the same afternoon. He was excellent, discovered the source of the leak, isolated it, and arranged for a permanent repair. Absolutely brilliant and excellent impeccable service.

I felt compelled to write a review to show how pleased I am, from the initial contact with the company to completion, which was the installation of a new boiler and associated changes to radiators and heating controls. I’m always apprehensive about getting tradesmen in to carry out work, but with HEH I definitely selected the right company. Dylan and his team, Josh, Dave, and Richard, were brilliant. They were very polite and carried out the work as if they were doing it at their own homes. The quality of workmanship was exceptional. They left no mess, were very efficient, and kept me informed along the installation journey. I can’t praise them enough for an excellent job, well done. I would recommend HEH to anybody wishing to have central heating work carried out in their home.

This company installed a new heating system last year. The workers who came were courteous, friendly and very professional. The system has worked without any issues for a year. I have just had the boiler serviced, and the technician was just as helpful as the team who installed. The work was done as expected, and the communication from the company and technician was excellent. This is a five-star company who do a brilliant job!! Highly recommend them !!

After struggling for over 10 years with heating issues I was recommended to this company by someone who knew of their work and high standards. They removed our old and useless ufh manifolds and replaced them with ones that actually work!! New thermostats with the latest technology. They then installed a new boiler which is perfect. All the staff who came to our home were excellent, always on time, smart, polite and very knowledgeable. Richard is like a walking encyclopaedia of all things heat related and all his suggestions and help were much appreciated. Dylan, Jake, Dave were all fabulous. The girls on the phone who make the appointments were also so helpful. In this day and age it’s very refreshing to find a company that actually cares about what it does and puts customer service first. I can highly recommend HEH. Engineer arrived on time (and with a courtesy text confirming arrival time), was pleasant and courteous, completed the work and explained that all was good before leaving.
