We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

I've been with HEH on a service plan for a number of years. Had a new boiler fitted through the company last year. Can't fault or their engineers. Today Billy completed a service. I received a text message to alert me the engineer was on his way. Work was completed to a high standard, he cleaned up after himself, checked all the radiators and even answered some questions about the working of the boiler and adjustments I can make to get the best out of the boiler. Would continue to highly recommend.

I called HEH for a second opinion having been advised that I needed a new boiler. The HEH fitter said the boiler was repairable which he did by replacing the burner seal. He also recharged the expansion vessel. He said the boiler was 12 years old and had a life expectancy of 16 years. The fitter was smart, polite and informative. I regard the service I received as workmanlike and honest. I would definitely return to HEH should I need them in future.

I used HEH to move the boiler and to install under floor heating at the same time as part of a garage conversion. Work needed to be carried out urgently. Even though the job was quoted for 4 days they did it over 3 days by sending more man power so they could squeeze me in. Work was carried out to an exceptional standard and when they could have upselled even though it was not needed, they did not. If you are looking for a trustworthy firm who will come in and do the job to a high standard and not charge more then what is required then use HEH.

Dave & his assistant replaced 2 radiators for us. They arrived on time, were very pleasant. They worked hard & were extremely tidy. On a positive note they noticed a mark on one of the radiators & insisted that it wasn’t acceptable & will replace it as soon as possible. I have used HEH for many years and always been impressed by the quality of the service provided by this local family run company. I had my heating breakdown this week due to a faulty fan. HEH were prompt to respond to my phone call, came out to assess and ordered the new fan. This was fitted today and my heating is now back up and running well. HE Heating are a fantastic company.Our Scout group needed an upgrade on its heating system.We were lucky enough to receive a grant from Better Youth Spaces.I called HE Heating they came out and explained everything clearly. Telephone calls were answered quickly.The installation took one day. The engineers explained how the thermostat worked.They set all the different times for when the hut is in use. I would like to thank the team for doing a great job.They have created a better youth space for the children of Droylsden.Furthermore,the hut is now warm and welcoming to the adult volunteers.Finally,it also provides a cosy rehearsal space for the legendary St.John's band.

We had booked a boiler service for January but we also had a leaking radiator, so that was put on the notes. Got a call today to say that they had noticed the leak on the notes and that an engineer was free earlier so would we like an appointment. And hey presto! 1st class service again from first call to job completion. Called HEH at 9am this morning to report a leak from our boiler and was given a two hr time frame for the engineer to attend. Also received a text message 10 minutes before the engineer arrived. Part replaced and boiler repaired by 12! Polite, efficient engineer who identified the problem immediately. No waiting for parts as he had them available and no mess. Price for the job brilliant. We would have paid the same just as a call out charge with other providers. We have also used HEH for our annual boiler service for years now and have never had a better service.

I called HEH around 10.30 this morning because of two leaking radiators. About an hour later an engineer turned up to repair them. Fantastic time scale. The engineer was extremely polite and efficient and was totally respectful of my property. Even though he had to go out to his van several times. He put shoe covers on each time he returned. I have used this company for many years and always find their service second to none. I would never have any hesitation is recommending them to anyone.

We have been using HEH for a number of years for services and when the time came for a new boiler we trusted them to do the job. The surveyor came and explained what needed doing and shortly after his visit we received the quote which we happily accepted. On the day of the installation Jack and Dylan arrived on time and confirmed what they were doing. They worked steadily during the day and kept us informed about what was going on. The second morning Josh came to help with the brickwork for the new flue. All the lads were great and they cleaned up after themselves. I can't express how happy we were with the job they did.

Dave was due at 8:00 am. Knock on door at exactly 8:00 am! We had reported a little issue with this otherwise excellent system, and he looked at possible issues and discovered the problem. There’s obviously years of experience there! Phoned Johnson and Starley for advice, who said they would send a part straight away. Good service there too. He left a couple of fan heaters to take the chill off. Very thoughtful. Oh, anyone with ACDC as a ringtone has to be a safe pair of hands!
