Recently had a boiler fitted by this company. Excellent service, two engineers came on time and fitted boiler efficiently and with no mess. Cleaned up after their work and were very pleasant. Would most definitely recommend this company to anyone. Great job.

Received excellent service from the company when having my radiators changed. All the team was extremely polite and listened carefully to my requests. They carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard. I would highly recommend them and will be contacting them in the future should I require any further work.

I recently had a gas leak, near to a gas fire in the lounge, which involved the Emergency gas service coming to my home and having to cut off my supply. I contacted HEH who attended the same day and isolated the feed concerned so that gas could be restored to my boiler. They then arranged for a follow up visit so that the exact source a of the leak could be identified and repaired. The speed and quality of the service was superb.

Dad had water flooding his bathroom and it was starting to come through the kitchen ceiling when I called to check on him after work. We turned the water off and thought, what do we do next? It was Friday evening after 5:30 on a Bank Holiday weekend. Sharon had left the office, but she contacted Andy who was with us just after six. He made things safe for overnight and was back the next day to fix the overflowing toilet cistern. Now that is what you call fast reliable excellent service. He put the customer, my 83 year old Dad first, into and during a well deserved Bank Holiday weekend break! The fee was extremely reasonable too, thank you Andy.

The engineers who visit are knowledgeable and courteous. Visits are punctual and have attended even in the worst weather. Would happily recommend and good value for money.

HEH recently serviced our boiler - which they installed a few years ago (great competitive job back then too). We received a text to confirm the time that the named engineer would arrive. The engineer arrived on time and did a great job, very efficient and tidy. Great value. We would not hesitate to recommend this company. Friendly office staff and good engineers.

Called this morning about a radiator with a small leak. They said they would contact one of their engineers and ring me back with a time. They rang back and the engineer arrived within two hours The leak was solved quickly.

Chevy Rogers carried out our first service since the boilers was installed twelve months ago. He notified us prior to his arrival and carried out the service quickly and effficiently, and responded to our additional requests and queries in a friendly, helpful and clear manner. Gareth of HEH (UK) Ltd installers of the boiler carried out the annual service at the same time serviced our gas fire. He arrived on time introduced himself in a very pleasant manner and commenced the service. He was very thorough and efficient and answered all my queries regarding the operation of the various heating and hot water options. These had of course been explained at installation but I needed a refresher. He then completed a full service of the gas fire which although old still does an excellent job for us. Gareth realiy went the extra mile in checking whether we had a carbon monoxide alarm and then checked it to confirm that it was working satisfactorily. Gareth was a typical example of an HEH employee all very pleasant and efficient. I sleep easy with this firm we know if we ever have any heating problems I only have to ring and they will in the shortest of time send some out to help us.

HEH installed our boiler and have been servicing it for 10 years. Excellent prices. Totally reliable, friendly and competent staff both in office and on the job. Always arrive at agreed time. I thoroughly recommend them.

Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler and radiator fitted. Great quote with superb knowledge from the boss. No salesman just honest tradesmen. Explained how things would be fitted and notified me water pressure was low and who to contact to rectify situation. Fitters were prompt with much appreciated text to say on way. Great job completed in timely manner, cleaned up after themselves and went through appropriate paperwork. Couldn't ask for better. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them,they really know their stuff.

I always get my boiler serviced every year. I receive a letter reminding me of my service and give me a price. When I contact to arrange a service it's always at my convenience. I get a text message prior to the visit to let me know who is on their way, and the engineer is always professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. I have had other work done by HEH and can't fault them.

After my enquiry and request for a quotation for a full replacement CH system was ignored by two other "rated" heating companies, I found a 2-page advert for HEH UK Ltd in a local magazine. On filling in the HEH online enquiry form, I received a call back within 1 minute! It was arranged for their technical support manager to call the following morning to do a survey. The quote was completed and sent to me at the end of that survey. Text messages were received every day (over 3 day installation) to tell me when the engineer would be arriving. The work to remove the old system and install new system was carried out efficiently and methodically. I will have no hesitation in recommending HEH to any relative/friend or neighbour who required work doing on their heating systems or require a replacement boiler.

Engineer arrived on time as usual. He had notified me that he was 15 minutes away prior to the appointment time. Serviced my boiler efficiently, giving me print outs for my records. He refilled my central heating water with system cleaner as I had asked him to do, checked for any leakage, and even checked the gas system for leaks. First class service and no mess left behind. Thank you.

We required a new central heating boiler, a major cost and there are so many services available to choose from, but which option do you take? I gained an alternate quote, unknown to HEH then called the company to discuss our needs. Andy, the boss came out within a couple of days And we discussed the situation. He knew what was required and advised we did not need what I was previously advised by another heating company. He had great knowledge and after this a fitment date was arranged. All went according to plan and Dylan and George who attended, could not have conducted the job better. Complete installation completed as planned (we now have heating and hot water) Both engineers knew their stuff, fitted the new boiler and pipework to an exacting standard. All I can say, as an expensive purchase such as this, you want to make sure you appoint the right company. Without doubt! this is the company you need to use. 5 star!

My boiler packed up during the Covid-19 crisis, but HEHUK came along and fitted a new boiler doing a superb job and leaving everywhere clean and tidy. I can't praise them enough they worked so hard under extreme circumstances, having to distance themselves, and were extremely courteous and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending HEHUK.

He knows his business inside out. He has been in the business for 35 yrs. Tells you exactly what needs doing & how much it will cost upfront. Invoices provided for the work carried out. I've used High Efficiency Heating quite a few times and each time they have risen to the occasion ranging from simple (but not for me) problems to the more complex.

Annual service detected a possible problem and referred immediately to Vaillant so as to be sorted by Christmas. Friendly efficient people and more importantly honest and know their job. Wouldn’t use any other company now

During my annual boiler service it was discovered the heating had a blockage and could breakdown at any time, My service engineer could not do the job but got in touch with High Efficiency. They phoned me the same day with an appointment. Andy Baxter, came a couple of days later. He explained a complete heating system was required. Went away priced the job. Two weeks later two lovely young men came. They worked very hard for the 3 days it took. They were very pleasant, helpful nothing too much trouble. I have mobility problems and am old but treated me with respect, and chatted to me when in the room. I now have lovely new radiators and combi boiler. They put everything back in its place. Even sealed my leaking gutter whilst they had the ladder at the back. It is a lovely Company to deal with and lovely staff.

Excellent service from ordering to booking the team to take out my fires to replacing them with new ones. The team will make sure you are safe at all times wearing their masks. Very pleasant team, nothing too much trouble and advising with what is best for space. l have thank you for great service.

I've been a customer of HEH for a very long time, I can honestly say Andy and Sharron and their team are brilliant at what they do. Over the years I've had some breakdowns on my boiler, some at weekends and some in the evenings, Andy never makes me feel like that's a problem. The standard of work is always top quality, I know Andy wouldn't put up with anything less. I've just had my yearly boiler service, what a really nice lad who came, friendly and efficient, he spotted a problem and put it right. Thank you for the usual brilliant service.

We were really impressed with the initial communication, giving us lots of clear notice of when the job would be done. Text messages to advise when the engineers were en route. The 2 engineers who carried out the work were friendly, smartly presented, wore face masks and laid dust sheets prior to starting the work. The work was carried out efficiently in a smart and tidy manner. Once the work was finished we were given a thorough explanation of the new system including help with setting up the apps on our phones. We can highly recommend HEH if anyone is considering similar work!
