On March 13th HEH repaced our boiler and thermostat with a WAVE system. On his initial visit, Richard Perrins advised us on the best system for our needs, and explained the technical side in language that we could understand which was a great help. We agreed to have the new system fitted, and the "text alert" system was a great help in letting us know when the team would arrive. The actual fitting by Nathan Davis and his team was clean and efficient, with a minimum of mess and disruption and what mess there was was cleared up as the job progressed. The fitters were cheerful and polite throughout, and kept us informed about the progress of the job and answered any questions we had. Richard Perrins gave us a good after-sales explanation of how the WAVE system works, and nothing has been too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a boiler installation. Excellent.

The engineers who visit are knowledgeable and courteous. Visits are punctual and have attended even in the worst weather. Would happily recommend and good value for money.

HEH recently serviced our boiler - which they installed a few years ago (great competitive job back then too). We received a text to confirm the time that the named engineer would arrive. Having had issues with another gas engineer they were quick, efficient and good value. They were very pleasant and got on with the job without any fuss. Very clean and tidy afterwards and gave me some great tips on maintaining my system. Would thoroughly recommend them.

We engaged High Efficiency Heating to completely rip out our old heating and water system and replace with a new one. Richard's advice on what was needed for the size and age of the property and where we should spend money and where we didn't need to, was spot on. This made it a no-brainer to choose them to carry out the work. On the install, Dylan was very professional indeed and his team completed this complex job exactly in the time frame stated and under pressure of the other trades working around them. The new system is a work of art! The team's communication and accommodation to changes in timings due to other work going on the house really stood out too. We now have a state-of-the-art heating and water system in our old house, complete with underfloor heating in places and everything is fully controllable from the internet and a central screen. I would thoroughly recommend High Efficiency Heating to anyone looking for a professional and competent company to see to their heating needs. Woke up to no hot water or heating.we have 2 boilers as our house is on 3 levels . Being a Sunday and a very cold one I didn't think I would have much chance of anybody coming out to us. Not only did Andy come out and very quickly but also got both boilers working again and explained exactly what problem with each one was and a future plan .very impressed and warm again.would highly recommend. I've been a customer of HEH for a few years and when a recent repair report highlighted the agedness of my boiler, I considered a replacement but put if off until later. Needless to say, the boiler failed on the coldest week of the year. Andy at HEH was brilliant. He scoured several suppliers for the (now defunct) replacement part, but it was clear that a new boiler was needed. HEH quoted a price which was unbeatable by other suppliers, and the new boiler was installed within 48 hours! They even came round with portable heaters whilst the boiler was on order. I would not consider any other business, as HEH has customer service which is second to none.

I called HEH Friday morning, they were with us by 9am Saturday as promised. Helped us out, came up with a plan of action. Job done. Very impressed.

Gareth of HEH (UK) Ltd installers of the boiler carried out the annual service at the same time serviced our gas fire. He arrived on time introduced himself in a very pleasant manner and commenced the service. He was very thorough and efficient and answered all my queries regarding the operation of the various heating and hot water options. These had of course been explained at installation but I needed a refresher. He then completed a full service of the gas fire which although old still does an excellent job for us. Gareth realiy went the extra mile in checking whether we had a carbon monoxide alarm and then checked it to confirm that it was working satisfactorily. Gareth was a typical example of an HEH employee all very pleasant and efficient. I sleep easy with this firm we know if we ever have any heating problems I only have to ring and they will in the shortest of time send some out to help us.

Great company from quoting to installation couldn't ask for better. Had several quotes elsewhere but went with HEH due to their knowledge and professionalism. They guided me on best product choice and even discovered our water pressure wasn't enough and how/where to get it sorted even what pressures should be. No one else even checked! The installers were superb had new boiler and radiator fitted, minor leak on radiator after fitting but true to their word were over straight away to sort it. Nothing too much trouble a truly great company. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had an unforeseen problem with our boiler over New Year and Andy personally made sure it was resolved as quickly as possible despite the company technically being closed for the holiday period. Great service throughout... No pressure when providing a quotation. Quality installation and the guys left no mess at all. Always friendly and helpful at service time. Had a small problem recently. Phoned HEH at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon. Someone car round within an hour! They sorted the problem out with no fuss. They really do believe in customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

My boiler packed up during the Covid-19 crisis, but HEHUK came along and fitted a new boiler doing a superb job and leaving everywhere clean and tidy. I can't praise them enough they worked so hard under extreme circumstances, having to distance themselves, and were extremely courteous and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending HEHUK.

We contacted HEH as our boiler had broken. They came out with a couple of hours of calling them and advised we needed a new boiler. The boss of the company came out to give us a quote and today we had our boiler fitted. The two lads that did the work were professional and efficient. There was no heating and hot water. Phoned High-Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd to arrange for an engineer to come round and deal with the problem. As soon as he arrived he got straight on with the job and in no time at all the problem had been found, dealt with and explained. The engineer was a very pleasant man, easy to converse with and it came across that he really knows his job and with a wealth of knowledge and experience. From the first phone call to HEH (UK) LTD to the engineer leaving my home with the problem solved was a very efficient service indeed and would recommend them most highly.

We contacted Andy on Monday and he came the same day to give us a quote. He said he would follow up within the hour with emails outlining the various options open to us. He did exactly that getting back within 45 minutes with a variety of quotes. He said his team would arrive on Saturday between 8-9 and they arrived at 8.05! Fantastic. The team were friendly and hard-working and had installed a new boiler by half-past two including putting in new pipes outside for the gas. We were really impressed and the service is outstanding, for example making it clear if there was anything we did not understand the controls to just ring them. In addition, they cleared up after themselves and took pride in the work they did. I would unreservedly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

We had a problem with our thermostat in the lounge, so my husband called HEH to help us sort it out. Apparently, the thermostat cannot communicate to the boiler and control it so it had to be replaced. It would have cost us hundreds of £ as it hasn't been serviced but our contractor managed to have us signed up for the servicing and this reduced the total bill drastically. Gareth did the job efficiently and quickly, and I myself felt very relieved when it was fixed as I know nothing of the sort. Knowing that I can call them anytime we have any issues with the heating gives me such a sense of relief. We are very happy with the service that they have provided us. Gareth deserves a raise!

Heh High Efficiency Heating UK. 9/11/2020. New ignition sensor. 12/11/20 New PRV Sensor Cartridge. I have always used Andy Baxter to fix my boiler. He & his company are 100% Trustworthy & Reliable. He knows his business inside out. He has been in the business for 35 yrs. Tells you exactly what needs doing & how much it will cost upfront. Invoices provided for the work carried out. Has lovely, polite, friendly staff working for him who are very helpful. I would never use anyone else. I would 100% Recommend Heh High Efficiency Heating to everyone all of the time!

Had a smart meter fitted and was informed by the fitter that I had a Gas leak. I always use HEH so phoned immediately , Leanne was so good and booked an appointment for me. HEH replaced the boiler in our old house, and were our first port of call when we moved and in need a of new boiler in a new location as part of a full modernisation. Andy (The Boss) did the survey, confirming it could go where we wanted it, recommended a boiler that could fit into a cupboard, whilst satisfying my inner geek offering a smart thermostat. Also including connecting the gas hob, and decommissioned the gas fire at the same time. The quote was delivered promptly, and was competitive. Deposit paid, and the fitters booked, Dave & George turned up on time, smart, polite, friendly, and with a bit of personality that made it quite enjoyable! Rather than just throw the boiler on the wall, they asked our preference for pipe locations, explaining ways they can do it, to ensure we were happy, nothing was too much trouble. The pipework is neat and tidy (something the wife was concerned about), they explained why pipes were run in certain ways to meet regulations, and the boiler is a vast improvement on the the previous one. It was a long day for the lads and not one complaint. A follow up call from Sharon the next day to check everything was OK. It was straightforward from start to finish, and we're delighted with the boiler and installation, the team are a credit to HEH.

Their engineer was very knowledgeable about these 40 year old boilers. Spent nearly 4 hours on site, as planned. He explained what he had done and the options for further work, which was agreed. Courteous, honest and friendly. Explained the paperwork which needed signing. I have great confidence in their future work. A prompt invoice as well.
