I called Andy who arranged for one of his fitters, Dave Taylor, to look at the boiler. To install a new one, I was notified by text when he was arriving. Dave did a great job. Andy's firm has been doing wonderful service for years.

I used HEH LTD 12 months ago to come and install a new boiler in my home- the fitters were very friendly and courteous- made no mess whatsoever and were a pleasure to deal with. Just had my boilers 1st service & once again cannot fault the engineer that came, Gareth was great - would definitely recommend this company, always been helpful from the very 1st enquiry, from the office staff through to those that come out, all have been wonderful.

I can honestly say, hand on heart we are so happy with our new Combi boiler and Central Heating system. I wasn't home when the surveyor came to review our property but my husband tells me it was the owner of the company, Andy who conducted a thorough inspection and answered all the questions he raised. Andy was very professional and knowledgeable, fully explaining what the job would entail. There was no sales push or any urgency to agree to anything and my husband felt totally relaxed. The quote was sent via email the following day. The date was set for the following week and right on time, Adam and Chris turned up to complete the work. These 2 gentlemen were outstanding. So efficient, hard working and spotlessly clean. I cannot express how thrilled we are, not only with the work they carried out but with the speed in which it was completed in. We had a fire & back boiler removed from the living room. A hot water tank removed from the bedroom, a cold water tank removed from the loft. We then had a combi boiler fitted in the kitchen and all new radiators fitted throughout the house - all completed within 2 days. Fantastic !!! we couldn't have asked for a better service. Even their office staff are so helpful and attentive, maintaining contact either by email or by telephone to ensure everything was being completed to our requirements. What a pleasure to deal with such a fabulous company and I would eagerly recommend High Efficiency Heating - Exceptional workmanship.

My boiler packed up during the Covid-19 crisis, but HEHUK came along and fitted a new boiler doing a superb job and leaving everywhere clean and tidy. I can't praise them enough they worked so hard under extreme circumstances, having to distance themselves, and were extremely courteous and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending HEHUK.

The engineers are always on time, they send you a text when they are near. Always friendly and explained exactly what the issue is and options to fix in a manner I could understand, we had radiators that had stopped working and needed some repiping. Really happy with the service thank you.

We contacted HEH as our boiler had broken. They came out with a couple of hours of calling them and advised we needed a new boiler. The boss of the company came out to give us a quote and today we had our boiler fitted. The two lads that did the work were professional and efficient. I was very impressed that they cleaned up and hoovered after them. They've done a fantastic job and we will be using them again in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you.

We required a new central heating boiler, a major cost and there are so many services available to choose from, but which option do you take? I gained an alternate quote, unknown to HEH then called the company to discuss our needs. Andy, the boss came out within a couple of days And we discussed the situation. He knew what was required and advised we did not need what I was previously advised by another heating company. He had great knowledge and after this a fitment date was arranged. All went according to plan and Dylan and George who attended, could not have conducted the job better. Complete installation completed as planned (we now have heating and hot water) Both engineers knew their stuff, fitted the new boiler and pipework to an exacting standard. All I can say, as an expensive purchase such as this, you want to make sure you appoint the right company. Without doubt! this is the company you need to use. 5 star!

From the beginning to end an exceptional service to replace our old boiler. Upon making first contact the whole organisation proved to be trustworthy and reliable. Andy Baxter, The Boss, came to our home to undertake a survey and to provide us with advice. No bull, just clear information from a man who knows is stuff. Received detailed quotation with options and had no hesitation in proceeding with them. Working in a property built in 1820 cannot be easy with various challenges but Dylan and Dylan worked professionally to get the job done on time. Their attention to detail, workmanship and helpfulness could not be faulted. Constantly communicated with my wife and myself and left our home each day clean and tidy and also with an update on the days progress. If you are looking to have this work done then look no further, I and many others cannot recommend them enough.

Great experience once again with HEH. Quick and courteous call to report a faulty boiler. An engineer arrived, investigated and repaired the problem within an hour. The two engineeers who came to do the job arrived spot on 3.00pm when the window was 3.00 pm to 5.0pm. They never wasted any time, got on with the job in a very professional way. They were very polite and explained explained they had done. The price was the price given to me upon booking the appointment. On top of all that they kept the working area very clean, leaving no mess at all. This is the first time I have used Heh UK Ltd and will use them again next year. Well done and recomended.

Ours was a big, three-day job. To remove a Baxi back boiler and pump from the living room and water tanks from the loft and airing cupboard, and replace these with a combi boiler in the garage, new radiators and pipework. The new system works wonderfully. It was installed by Dylan Taylor and his colleague Dylan without fuss or mess and when we returned home after the work was completed there was no sign that they had been here except for the lovely new heating system! They were thoroughly professional in every aspect of their work including customer care. Dylan Taylor spent a good hour setting up and clearly explaining how the electronic controls worked. On hearing that a decorator was about to paint our dining room, they even came back the next day to remove a radiator until the painting had been completed. This is a terrific company which has impressed us at every stage with the quality of their work and customer care. We would highly recommend them.

There was no heating and hot water. Phoned High-Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd to arrange for an engineer to come round and deal with the problem. As soon as he arrived he got straight on with the job and in no time at all the problem had been found, dealt with and explained. The engineer was a very pleasant man, easy to converse with and it came across that he really knows his job and with a wealth of knowledge and experience. From the first phone call to HEH (UK) LTD to the engineer leaving my home with the problem solved was a very efficient service indeed and would recommend them most highly.

We contacted Andy on Monday and he came the same day to give us a quote. He said he would follow up within the hour with emails outlining the various options open to us. He did exactly that getting back within 45 minutes with a variety of quotes. He said his team would arrive on Saturday between 8-9 and they arrived at 8.05! Fantastic. The team were friendly and hard-working and had installed a new boiler by half-past two including putting in new pipes outside for the gas. We were really impressed and the service is outstanding, for example making it clear if there was anything we did not understand the controls to just ring them. In addition, they cleared up after themselves and took pride in the work they did. I would unreservedly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Andy visited and assessed numerous boilers for us at different locations, sent a report on the same day and completed the works necessary to avoid costly condensate pipe freezing issues before winter comes. The text messaging service was really helpful as it is a handy reminder of the appointments. Five star service, would highly recommend.

I have used this company for years and wouldn’t use any other. They are reliable and trustworthy and give fantastic service. They put our central heating system in and have serviced it every year since I trust them totally. From the speedy response to our email query through to the completion of the installation of our new central heating system all HEH staff have been friendly, professional and extremely efficient. Installing a new central heating system to replace a 30 year old boiler, and even older piping and radiators, was not without problems but at all times we felt we were in safe, competent and experienced hands. Andy's initial visit provided us with clear information about what was needed, followed swiftly by a quote and an installation date. Dave and George arrived promptly on the Monday morning and worked solidly throughout the week, helped by Dylan on Tuesday, to get the job done. They kept us informed about their plans each day and identified a room which we could use to keep out of the way. Throughout the week they went the extra mile, making sure they kept the house clear and tidy as they did so. When some issues arose in connecting with the Bosch server at the end of the week Richard arrived quickly to resolve them. No mean feat on a Friday afternoon! We are delighted with our new system and are pleased to know we can keep an ongoing relationship with HEH to maintain our central heating through their 10-10-10 Care plan. We had a problem with our thermostat in the lounge, so my husband called HEH to help us sort it out. Apparently, the thermostat cannot communicate to the boiler and control it so it had to be replaced. It would have cost us hundreds of £ as it hasn't been serviced but our contractor managed to have us signed up for the servicing and this reduced the total bill drastically. Gareth did the job efficiently and quickly, and I myself felt very relieved when it was fixed as I know nothing of the sort. Knowing that I can call them anytime we have any issues with the heating gives me such a sense of relief. We are very happy with the service that they have provided us. Gareth deserves a raise!

We have used HEH three times now for general servicing and system upgrades. They are reliable, friendly and totally professional. We get a text to say they are on their way and another after they have left to confirm that we are happy with the service. The engineers cover their shoes when they come in and, when they were replacing radiators, covered the carpets with clingfilm. They clean up after themselves so no mess. When they've finished they explain what they've done and make sure you're happy before they leave site. We'd recommend HEH without any hesitation.

One radiator was not getting hot - Andy from HEH came the next day and resolved the problem within 10 minutes. He used PPE and kept socially distanced. Brilliant service, friendly and helpful.

Earlier this year had a problem with our gas meter could not find any one to get in touch with at British Gas got in touch with Heh they came straight away confirmed the problem and they got through to to British Gas for us. Today after spending over an hour trying to reprogram the central heating controller I phoned them they arrived with an hour and showed me what I was doing wrong. We can’t recommend this company highly enough from the moment you phone them they are ready to help no matter how big or small your problem is.

During my annual boiler service it was discovered the heating had a blockage and could breakdown at any time, My service engineer could not do the job but got in touch with High Efficiency. They phoned me the same day with an appointment. Andy Baxter, came a couple of days later. He explained a complete heating system was required. Went away priced the job. Two weeks later two lovely young men came. They worked very hard for the 3 days it took. They were very pleasant, helpful nothing too much trouble. I have mobility problems and am old but treated me with respect, and chatted to me when in the room. I now have lovely new radiators and combi boiler. They put everything back in its place. Even sealed my leaking gutter whilst they had the ladder at the back. It is a lovely Company to deal with and lovely staff.

We would highly recommend this company. Excellent work at an excellent price - good value from a local company who were far more competitive than the “big boys” ! From the initial quote right through to completion of the work all staff and workmen extremely friendly knowledgeable competent and helpful. Dave and George arrived precisely on time on the day of installation and worked non-stop all day to make sure work was completed to our satisfaction and ensuring everywhere had been put back in place and was tidy. An intermittent, loud noise and vibration from the water tank in the loft on running the hot taps from anywhere in the house was investigated by High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd who diagnosed it as a probable faulty ball-cock. It was agreed that a new one would be fitted at a subsequent date. However, a week after the initial investigation there had not been so much as a murmur from the water tank. I spoke to the chap who had come and he explained he had tweaked the ball-cock whilst he was here, and said that so long as the problem does not return there was no need to replace the part. I was not even charged for the initial call-out. I will certainly use this company again no matter how big or small the job. Highly recommended.

I've been using HEH for more than 10 years for all my plumbing and heating requirements. Today was my annual boiler service. As usual the customer service is second to none. A text message telling you the engineer is on his way and in today's world the engineer was fully covid safe, with gloves and mask. Service carried out efficiently and to a high standard. This is a family run business and is extremely trustworthy.

I had a radiator fitted in my bathroom. The two people who carried out the job arrived at the specified time and were very professional and friendly. Everything l needed to know was explained to me and all my questions were answered. They cleaned the area when the job was completed and removed all the packaging/rubbish. All radiators were checked to ensure they were working properly. I have used High Efficiency Heating in the past and would definitely use them again in the future.

I had a kitchen heater which was broken and wouldn't spark. The engineer who came, C Rogers, was polite and efficient. He explained all the job to me and even, even though the heater has been condemned, arranged for a replacement to be sorted for me as soon as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my boiler and gas fire servicing.

Woke this morning to a leaking boiler so rang High Efficiency Heating. They were extremely busy but managed to get an engineer to me to look at the problem. Once the engineer saw the boiler he had it fixed in half an hour giving us our heating and hot water back. Great service and reasonable price. High Efficiency from the call taker to the engineer, can definitely recommend these for your boiler needs.

Had a smart meter fitted and was informed by the fitter that I had a Gas leak. I always use HEH so phoned immediately , Leanne was so good and booked an appointment for me. HEH replaced the boiler in our old house, and were our first port of call when we moved and in need a of new boiler in a new location as part of a full modernisation. Andy (The Boss) did the survey, confirming it could go where we wanted it, recommended a boiler that could fit into a cupboard, whilst satisfying my inner geek offering a smart thermostat. Also including connecting the gas hob, and decommissioned the gas fire at the same time. The quote was delivered promptly, and was competitive. Deposit paid, and the fitters booked, Dave & George turned up on time, smart, polite, friendly, and with a bit of personality that made it quite enjoyable! Rather than just throw the boiler on the wall, they asked our preference for pipe locations, explaining ways they can do it, to ensure we were happy, nothing was too much trouble. The pipework is neat and tidy (something the wife was concerned about), they explained why pipes were run in certain ways to meet regulations, and the boiler is a vast improvement on the the previous one. It was a long day for the lads and not one complaint. A follow up call from Sharon the next day to check everything was OK. It was straightforward from start to finish, and we're delighted with the boiler and installation, the team are a credit to HEH.
