Have used HEH for my last 3 installations friendly professional service always arrive at time arranged any problems they are always ready to go the extra mile to get it sorted would recommend them without any problem.

We engaged High Efficiency Heating to completely rip out our old heating and water system and replace with a new one. Richard's advice on what was needed for the size and age of the property and where we should spend money and where we didn't need to, was spot on. This made it a no-brainer to choose them to carry out the work. On the install, Dylan was very professional indeed and his team completed this complex job exactly in the time frame stated and under pressure of the other trades working around them. The new system is a work of art! The team's communication and accommodation to changes in timings due to other work going on the house really stood out too. We now have a state-of-the-art heating and water system in our old house, complete with underfloor heating in places and everything is fully controllable from the internet and a central screen. I would thoroughly recommend High Efficiency Heating to anyone looking for a professional and competent company to see to their heating needs. I look forward to working with Richard, Dylan and the team again for servicing, in the years to come.

One radiator was not getting hot - Andy from HEH came the next day and resolved the problem within 10 minutes. He used PPE and kept socially distanced. Brilliant service, friendly and helpful.

From phoning HEH, you get the best efficient service you could want, from price to work being completed. Very smart well mannered lads and office staff. They get on with work and it’s done to a standard, that you wouldn’t know they had been, as an elder person you felt very safe and at ease, whilst they got on with the work. We use them all the time now, a great family firm .

High Efficiency Heating serviced our gas fire and repaired the starter motor. It subsequently malfunctioned again a few weeks later when they returned promptly and fixed it again. There was no charge for the second visit. Our experiences with all members of staff have been very positive. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have just had a new boiler installed by Dave and Liam from HEH. Right from the initial enquiry, the survey and quote through to the installation. The service and professionalism has been outstanding. We were kept informed throughout the process with people arriving when they said they would and going out of their way to ensure we were happy with they work carried out. Just had our boiler service with a local company High Efficiency Heating. The young man who carried out the service was very polite and helpful asking if we had any problems with our boiler. After carrying out the service, leaving no mess and replacing everything back as it was, we are very impressed with this excellent company.

We had a problem with our old boiler two weeks before Christmas, not an ideal time. HEH, who we've used for over twenty years came out to assess the boiler which was beyond economical repair. We managed to get the boiler replaced at a good price by efficient, friendly engineers who not only cleaned everything up after their selves but also took the time to explain the operations of the new boiler, and all before Christmas.

I have used HEH for many years to both routinely service my gas boiler as and carry out occasional repairs. I’ve always found them to be helpful and able to visit in a reasonable amount of time.

I have been with this company for a while and can honestly say that they have always been excellent. The latest job was the annual service, they contacted me to say it was due and arrange a time and date suitable for me. On the day, they contacted me with the time they were arriving (no waiting in all day) came on time did the service,the chap was polite cleaned up and assured me as to what had been done and that everything was fine. What can I say about HEH what a fantastic company so polite and knowledgeable, thank you guys fixed a leaking pipe in my ceiling no problem no mess when other companies had stated that it couldn't be done without ripping my bathroom floor up treated our home and ourselves with respect from start to finish recommending this great company to anybody.

First time I've used these guys, they were quick, prompt, and told me exactly what was wrong with my boiler, and fixed my boiler same day. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, and recommend them to my friends and family, first class job from the engineers. Can't fault them.

The work was fitting two radiators. Booking was easy and following an assessment the work was done efficiently. The plumbers were here on time and the work was done to a high standard. They were so polite too and took care around the house e.g. clearing up packaging, taking old radiators, putting sheets down where they were working. Having previously used this company for smaller gas fire servicing jobs for my elderly mother, I have always been impressed by their promptness, professionalism and very reasonable costs, so it was only natural that I would go to them when I needed a new boiler installing for myself. They provided a very prompt survey of what was required to replace an old floor standing boiler with a compact Worcester Bosch combi-boiler. The costs quoted were very reasonable when factoring in several new radiators. Throughout they provided a highly professional service and even accommodated a late change requested on my part as to the positioning of the actual boiler. The installation team were friendly and worked cleanly and with apparent pride in their work. All in High Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd provided five star service and one which I would have no hesitation on recommending. Top marks.

We had 4 radiators replaced yesterday. Andy came to do the quote and Dave and Ethan came to remove the old ones and fit the new. They arrived on time and were very polite and tidy - there was absolutely no trace of anyone having been in the house after they'd left. Very pleased with the work done. I asked Richard at HEH to assess a fault on my heating system and he identified a failed control valve. I also asked for help with installing a Nest smart thermostat. Richard was helpful throughout and accommodating with the timing of the work. In my case, I sourced the equipment and Richard fitted it. I'm very happy with the service.

Andy came out to survey my old central heating boiler, which he installed and serviced, for over 20 years. He explained which one was best for my needs. A very reasonable competitive price was agreed and installation date confirmed. A text message was sent on the arranged day to say that they were on their way. Dylan was very professional, friendly and helpful. They took extra care to clean up after themselves and the work was completed in one day. Before they left they explained how the boiler worked and set up the timer for me. I have always had excellent customer service from office staff to engineers.
