I contacted HEH after being recommended by a neighbour and having been let down previously by someone else. It was my first time using this company and they were brilliant. The engineer and his apprentice were polite, knowledgable and explained everything to me. Happy I’ve finally found a decent company to use for servicing and repairs on our heating system.

Our CH boiler broke down, I called HEH, they sent an engineer within 3 hours and diagnosed the fault, then temporarily fixed the boiler. They sent a quote for the job the same day, booked them in for the week after, job completed on time, at the price quoted and the lads were great. No mess, no hassle, they just did what they had to. 10 out of 10. Very good prices too.

Would highly recommend HEH. From the initial call to get a quote to the new boiler being installed was about 3 and a half weeks and everyone I have dealt with at HEH has been so helpful and super friendly. A big shout out to Richard who came to provide the quote. He was so helpful in answering all my questions to help me decide whether to go ahead or not, and put my mind at ease when we discovered an issue with the gas pipe that was feeding the existing boiler, that would need to be replaced before the new boiler was fitted. The quote was very detailed so I knew exactly what work was going to be done including the gas pipe replacement and what I was getting as part of the boiler package. Both Ethan and Jack who came on the day to carry out the work and to fit the new boiler were incredibly professional and so lovely. They made me feel at ease from the moment they arrived. Brilliant service from start to finish!

Found the boiler to be leaking Saturday morning and called out the Engineer who came round within the hour. He diagnosed a faulty manifold and replaced it there and then. In total it took less than two hours from call out to repair. The Engineer was polite, professional and competent. When we found the fault we had visions of being without heating and hot water over the weekend but we needn’t have worried, HEH made it a thoroughly pain free experience. We have a maintenance contract with HEH and their service is second to none.

Richard arrived, having let me know his ETA. Assessed the problem and next step, to agree schedule and budget. Richard fully understood my problems and explained the possibilities for correction. At the same time I am having a gas service of my appliances.

After many unsatisfactory years with British Gas, HEH were recommended to my by a family member. The office staff were extremely helpful, I was given a date for a service and, on the day, I was informed when the engineers were on their way. They were very polite and left the area clean and tidy. I’m really impressed with the service I received and won’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Annual boiler service completed quickly and efficiently. Neat, tidy and very polite. Good communication too.

From phoning HEH, you get the best efficient service you could want, from price to work being completed. Very smart well mannered lads and office staff. They get on with work and it’s done to a standard, that you wouldn’t know they had been, as an elder person you felt very safe and at ease, whilst they got on with the work. We use them all the time now, a great family firm .

High Efficiency Heating serviced our gas fire and repaired the starter motor. It subsequently malfunctioned again a few weeks later when they returned promptly and fixed it again. There was no charge for the second visit. Our experiences with all members of staff have been very positive. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We will not hesitate to use this company again and will also recommend to our friends and family. Thank you to all concerned.

I've used High Efficiency Heating quite a few times and each time they have risen to the occasion ranging from simple (but not for me) problems to the more complex.

Annual service detected a possible problem and referred immediately to Vaillant so as to be sorted by Christmas. Friendly efficient people and more importantly honest and know their job. Wouldn’t use any other company now

Excellent service from ordering to booking the team to take out my fires to replacing them with new ones. The team will make sure you are safe at all times wearing their masks. I've been a customer of HEH for a very long time, I can honestly say Andy and Sharron and their team are brilliant at what they do. Over the years I've had some breakdowns on my boiler, some at weekends and some in the evenings, Andy never makes me feel like that's a problem. The standard of work is always top quality, I know Andy wouldn't put up with anything less. I've just had my yearly boiler service, what a really nice lad who came, friendly and efficient, he spotted a problem and put it right. Thank you for the usual brilliant service.

We were really impressed with the initial communication, giving us lots of clear notice of when the job would be done. Text messages to advise when the engineers were en route. The 2 engineers who carried out the work were friendly, smartly presented, wore face masks and laid dust sheets prior to starting the work. The work was carried out efficiently in a smart and tidy manner. Once the work was finished we were given a thorough explanation of the new system including help with setting up the apps on our phones. We can highly recommend HEH if anyone is considering similar work!

Dave and Liam did a great job of fitting and relocating a new radiator. Cleaning as they worked. Knew exactly what was needed, very professional and friendly. Heh High Efficiency Heating UK. 9/11/2020. New ignition sensor. 12/11/20 New PRV Sensor Cartridge. I have always used Andy Baxter to fix my boiler. He & his company are 100% Trustworthy & Reliable. He knows his business inside out. He has been in the business for 35 yrs. Tells you exactly what needs doing & how much it will cost upfront. Invoices provided for the work carried out. Has lovely, polite, friendly staff working for him who are very helpful. I would never use anyone else. I would 100% Recommend Heh High Efficiency Heating to everyone all of the time!

We have just had a new boiler installed by Dave and Liam from HEH. Right from the initial enquiry, the survey and quote through to the installation. The service and professionalism has been outstanding. We were kept informed throughout the process with people arriving when they said they would and going out of their way to ensure we were happy with they work carried out. Brilliant. We had a dead boiler and needed a new one urgently. The price was better than “the large national competitor,” the installation date was much sooner, and this came with a 10+ year guarantee which is just brilliant. End-to-end service was fantastic, they now have our business for good.

We had a problem with our old boiler two weeks before Christmas, not an ideal time. HEH, who we've used for over twenty years came out to assess the boiler which was beyond economical repair. We managed to get the boiler replaced at a good price by efficient, friendly engineers who not only cleaned everything up after their selves but also took the time to explain the operations of the new boiler, and all before Christmas.

Just had our boiler service with a local company High Efficiency Heating. The young man who carried out the service was very polite and helpful asking if we had any problems with our boiler. After carrying out the service, leaving no mess and replacing everything back as it was, we are very impressed with this excellent company.

I have used HEH for many years to both routinely service my gas boiler as and carry out occasional repairs. I’ve always found them to be helpful and able to visit in a reasonable amount of time.

I have been with this company for a while and can honestly say that they have always been excellent. The latest job was the annual service, they contacted me to say it was due and arrange a time and date suitable for me. On the day, they contacted me with the time they were arriving (no waiting in all day) came on time did the service,the chap was polite cleaned up and assured me as to what had been done and that everything was fine. What can I say about HEH what a fantastic company so polite and knowledgeable, thank you guys fixed a leaking pipe in my ceiling no problem no mess when other companies had stated that it couldn't be done without ripping my bathroom floor up treated our home and ourselves with respect from start to finish recommending this great company to anybody.

First time I've used these guys, they were quick, prompt, and told me exactly what was wrong with my boiler, and fixed my boiler same day. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, and recommend them to my friends and family, first class job from the engineers. Can't fault them.

The work was fitting two radiators. Booking was easy and following an assessment the work was done efficiently. The plumbers were here on time and the work was done to a high standard. They were so polite too and took care around the house e.g. clearing up packaging, taking old radiators, putting sheets down where they were working. I asked Richard at HEH to assess a fault on my heating system and he identified a failed control valve. I also asked for help with installing a Nest smart thermostat. Richard was helpful throughout and accommodating with the timing of the work. In my case, I sourced the equipment and Richard fitted it. I'm very happy with the service.
