I have just had a very old heating system replaced with a combi boiler. The company sent Jack and Ethan to install the system. I cannot praise their work and work ethic highly enough. They were on time and worked diligently . They were so respectful of my property and everywhere was sheeted up and protected. The lads were an absolute pleasure to have in my home and they are two fantastic ambassadors for this company. I chose the company because they completed work for my elderly parents last year . I was so impressed by the company, it’s communication and standard of work I didn’t bother to approach any other company when I wanted my heating system changed. Thank you so much for such a brilliant experience I am over the moon with the work and how well the guys treated my home . We started using HEH A few years ago, after problems with the ignition on our gas fire. The issue was sorted out then, and since then we have use them annually for our boiler and gas fire service. Customer service is very efficient and the engineer always arrives on time, usually sending a text to say he’s on his way. All the staff we have dealt with have been very friendly and efficient and the engineers always clean up afterwards.

Called HEH to service dads gas fire. Appointment made for following day. Dave and jake did a great job. Very Friendly, very clean (put sheets down when working)and professional. Very happy with service provided and would use again.

I had no hot water for 2 days as well as boiler pump and tank immersion heater failed. Rang HEH and booked them to come. Arrived early and identified needed parts. They came back same day to fix and also service system. Great service and really friendly staff. Definitely will use again.

We rang because our heating was not getting up to temperature. Andy came & rebooted the boiler. Explained some of the old radiators were causing problems with need to flush out - to be done . Excellent response/service as usual and advice given.

Had arranged a visit to get s quote to remove a non working gas fire as my father wanted to replace it for an electric fire. The engineer who came, Andy Baxter, was very friendly and gave my father all the information he needed. He advised that they could fit any fire we bought on the same day as removing the gas fire. This was something I wasn't expecting but was very happy with the overall quote. Very reasonable and exceedingly customer-friendly

I phoned on Friday whilst away on holiday. The App said we had an issue. The telephonist took control and arranged for an engineer to call around on Saturday morning. I requested a survey on old pipes in the garage. Surplus pipes to be removed soon. Asked about new radiator in front room as current one about 60 years old. Got a quote which I'm happy with. Also queried gas fire in front room. I was given excellent advice by Richard, will give his recommendations serious thought and have the changes made in the summer. Thank you Richard.

I have just had my new boiler fitted by HEH UK Ltd and cannot praise the team enough. Right from the start when Andy came out to quote for the boiler through to the installation yesterday by Dylan and Kyle the whole experience was professional and stress free. Dylan and Kyle arrived exactly at the time I was given and worked right through the day until completion. They were very polite, hardworking and easy to work around. They treated my property with respect and made sure all surfaces and floors were completed covered for protection. After the installation they cleaned up everything, so much so that after they left no-one would have believed I had just had a new boiler installed! From my initial contact with Sharron I received professional, friendly service. Andy visited my home I explained to him what I work I required, Andy surveyed my current system and then explained clearly what options were available to me, and quoted a clear and competitive price and timescale for the work to be carried out. On the day the work was carried out Ross the Engineer arrived promptly and worked tirelessly through the day. Ross was polite, professional and works to a meticulous standard. My new boiler and associated pipework is Top class, Ross has produced a work of art!. It was a pleasure to allow HEH into my home to carry out this work.
