A great service from the estimated to the completed work. Installers arrived on time and covered the working area with dust sheets, and asked if it was OK to bring in their tool boxes and equipment for the job. Once install was complete they had a good clean up. They went through the new controls and made sure that I understood everything before leaving. They were polite and courteous throughout.

Kept losing water pressure in boiler and had no hot water or heating. Radiators seemed fine and one person came to house, took call out charge and left me no better off. This company installed a new heating system last year. The workers who came were courteous, friendly and very professional. The system has worked without any issues for a year. I have just had the boiler serviced, and the technician was just as helpful as the team who installed. I contacted HEH after being recommended by a neighbour and having been let down previously by someone else. It was my first time using this company and they were brilliant. The engineer and his apprentice were polite, knowledgable and explained everything to me. Happy I’ve finally found a decent company to use for servicing and repairs on our heating system.

Our CH boiler broke down, I called HEH, they sent an engineer within 3 hours and diagnosed the fault, then temporarily fixed the boiler. They sent a quote for the job the same day, booked them in for the week after, job completed on time, at the price quoted and the lads were great. No mess, no hassle, they just did what they had to. 10 out of 10. Very good prices too.

After many unsatisfactory years with British Gas, HEH were recommended to my by a family member. The office staff were extremely helpful, I was given a date for a service and, on the day, I was informed when the engineers were on their way. They were very polite and left the area clean and tidy. I’m really impressed with the service I received and won’t hesitate to recommend to others.

HEH installed a gas fire for my mum on 15.01.2025. Andy helped her choose the fire that was appropriate for the room and easy to use with a remote control. Mum has arthritis in her hands and struggled with the old fire's ignition. The job was completed as requested, the old fire was removed and taken away. The new fire was installed in a couple of hours and the room left as it was found. Other than the new fire you would never know work had been carried out. Andy, Louise, Charlotte and all the team are always helpful (they have serviced my mum's gas fire annually for several years). I highly recommend HEH.

Andy came out to survey my old central heating boiler, which he installed and serviced, for over 20 years. He explained which one was best for my needs. A very reasonable competitive price was agreed and installation date confirmed. A text message was sent on the arranged day to say that they were on their way. Dylan was very professional, friendly and helpful. They took extra care to clean up after themselves and the work was completed in one day. Before they left they explained how the boiler worked and set up the timer for me. I have always had excellent customer service from office staff to engineers. Having previously used this company for smaller gas fire servicing jobs for my elderly mother, I have always been impressed by their promptness, professionalism and very reasonable costs, so it was only natural that I would go to them when I needed a new boiler installing for myself. They provided a very prompt survey of what was required to replace an old floor standing boiler with a compact Worcester Bosch combi-boiler. The costs quoted were very reasonable when factoring in several new radiators. Throughout they provided a highly professional service and even accommodated a late change requested on my part as to the positioning of the actual boiler. The installation team were friendly and worked cleanly and with apparent pride in their work. All in High Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd provided five star service and one which I would have no hesitation on recommending. Top marks.

Would highly recommend HEH. From the initial call to get a quote to the new boiler being installed was about 3 and a half weeks and everyone I have dealt with at HEH has been so helpful and super friendly. A big shout out to Richard who came to provide the quote. He was so helpful in answering all my questions to help me decide whether to go ahead or not, and put my mind at ease when we discovered an issue with the gas pipe that was feeding the existing boiler, that would need to be replaced before the new boiler was fitted. The quote was very detailed so I knew exactly what work was going to be done including the gas pipe replacement and what I was getting as part of the boiler package. Both Ethan and Jack who came on the day to carry out the work and to fit the new boiler were incredibly professional and so lovely. They made me feel at ease from the moment they arrived. Brilliant service from start to finish!

Found the boiler to be leaking Saturday morning and called out the Engineer who came round within the hour. He diagnosed a faulty manifold and replaced it there and then. In total it took less than two hours from call out to repair. The Engineer was polite, professional and competent. When we found the fault we had visions of being without heating and hot water over the weekend but we needn’t have worried, HEH made it a thoroughly pain free experience. We have a maintenance contract with HEH and their service is second to none.

Richard arrived, having let me know his ETA. Assessed the problem and next step, to agree schedule and budget. Richard fully understood my problems and explained the possibilities for correction. At the same time I am having a gas service of my appliances.

I called this company yesterday because my boiler had stopped working, and they managed to send an engineer out first thing this morning. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and the boiler is now working perfectly again. The engineer was friendly, explained everything clearly. Really impressed with how fast and efficient the whole process was — highly recommend!

We have been using HEH for a number of years for services and when the time came for a new boiler we trusted them to do the job. The surveyor came and explained what needed doing and shortly after his visit we received the quote which we happily accepted. On the day of the installation Jack and Dylan arrived on time and confirmed what they were doing. They worked steadily during the day and kept us informed about what was going on. The second morning Josh came to help with the brickwork for the new flue. All the lads were great and they cleaned up after themselves. I can't express how happy we were with the job they did.
