We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

I have used HEH for the past 10 years for all my plumbing, heating and gas needs. I have never been disappointed with the service or work which they provide. They offer a text alert service which means you know when your engineer visit is booked for and even when the engineer is on their way to your house. Great company, I'd have no hesitation in recommending.

Unfortunately, my boiler gave way bang in the middle of my final exams at university. After going through a bit of an ordeal with another repair man, I was relieved to come across HEH UK's number. The customer service was phenomenal and the staff were so lovely. I called about 3 times with different questions and the staff were incredibly patient and addressed all my concerns. David, the gentleman who came to repair my boiler, was prompt, courteous, and was able to repair the boiler then and there. I cannot thank your team and company enough for all your help. I thoroughly recommend your team and will only be using your services from here on. Thank you again!

I woke up to no boiler and the weather being -4c and 8 inches of snow, with 2 small children at home. Within 2 hours two friendly and polite staff attended my home and within minutes fixed my boiler. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. I can’t thank them enough.

High Efficiency Heating installed my boiler about 1 year ago.This cold winter my boiler failed.I contacted HEH and within a few minutes the engineer came and resolved the problem. My heating was back to normal. I am very grateful to this company. Excellent service.They are very reliable and trustworthy. Later this week Andy Baxter came back to adjust my condensing pipe. Had a new boiler and new shower fitted. Really helpful from the beginning, making sure we got what was just right for our house. Very tidy and had someone sent out really quickly everytime. Even when I gave the wrong shower measurements they were as helpful as ever making sure we got it sorted and ended up with the perfect shower and boiler for us!

A lot of thought, hard work & effort went into fixing a new styled radiator onto our living room wall. As we are all aware newer houses are not as durable, the wall had to be strengthened prior to the radiator being mounted. Well done to Andy & his guys. They even tidy up after themselves!! Extremely impressed from start to finish. This company supplied and fitted a new gas fire. From the initial enquiry to the work itself, they were extremely helpful, quick and professional. They went the extra mile to get things done very quickly for us. Special mention must go to Dave and George who fitted the fire. We could not have been more impressed with them - really pleasant, careful and knowledgeable and they cleaned up perfectly after they had finished the job. Outstanding and highly recommended.

From our first survey to the completed job, the service has been second to none. Good contact and all queries answered clearly. The guys who fitted our boiler today were extremely professional and personable and who worked hard to complete the job . All aspects of our new boiler and wireless controls were clearly explained and we are reassured that we can call HEH at anytime if needed. We had a new boiler from HEH in 2011 and it was installed quickly and efficiently by a courteous team of engineers. Since then we have had the system serviced by them yearly. They come out today, in January 2016 for a leakage issue on the boiler and dealt swiftly with the problem. They even text you to let you know an engineer is on his way and the time of arrival. I cannot praise them enough.

HEH did an excellent job in fitting our new boiler and some new radiators. Dylan, Arron & Kyle were very pleasant and efficient and had lovely manners.
