We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

We had a new boiler from HEH in 2011 and it was installed quickly and efficiently by a courteous team of engineers. Since then we have had the system serviced by them yearly. They come out today, in January 2016 for a leakage issue on the boiler and dealt swiftly with the problem. They even text you to let you know an engineer is on his way and the time of arrival. I cannot praise them enough.

From contacting Sharron in the office, to the survey and installation, HEH were first class. My previous boiler had been condemned and I had no heating or hot water. Andy ensured that the installation was done as soon as possible when he realised that there was a vulnerable person in the house. The work was carried out in a professional manner. Nothing was rushed and everything was explained fully. On completion Andy checked that I was fully satisfied with the work. I would not hesitate to recommend HEH

HEH did an excellent job in fitting our new boiler and some new radiators. Dylan, Arron & Kyle were very pleasant and efficient and had lovely manners. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves when they had finished and the house was left nice & tidy. Everyone from the office staff to Andy, the boss, gave a very efficient service. We desperately needed a new boiler fitting at short notice, I was panicking as our boiler was on the blink and was worried I couldn't get it fitted before Christmas. I contacted Andy @ HEH who called and got everything arranged and assured me it would be done before Christmas. It was done on Saturday and the lads fitting it were brilliant. Were very efficient, polite and cleaned up as well. We would recommend them to anyone. Really pleased with the service and the new boiler is amazing. Thank you so much

I contacted this company about a boiler replacement because they are listed on Which Trusted Traders and have excellent reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The survey was done within a couple of days and the work carried out within a couple of weeks, all done in a day with no mess left behind and at a fair up front price with no hard sell. Aaron who carried out the work did a very good job and tidied up all the pipe work so it all looks very neat now. The replacement boiler is excellent, even in the current cold weather I've been able to reduce the time the central heating needs to be on because the house is so warm. I have no hesitation recommending this company and I will use them again in the future.

We have been one of Andy Baxter's customers for 26 years and can't recommend HEH highly enough. Gareth, one of the service engineers came to service our heating and fire yesterday and did a thoroughly good job. I thought our fire needed replacing as it is quite old and was extremely inefficient but I was wrong! Gareth worked his magic and like a phoenix rising from the ashes, it's as good as new. They could have easily made more money by telling me it needed replacing and I would have been none the wiser, but this is an honest Company.

New part required, Dave returned 2 days later, fitted part, boiler working. The company has customised communication software and this keeps customer informed.

HEH came and fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler last March. Prior to the fitting they came and looked at our existing system, discussed what we needed & created a written quote there and then. I didn't feel under any pressure during the discussion. I also liked the fact that the quote meant there would be no extras when they came to fit - everything was included. On the day they were professional, organised, and efficient. Everything was done in time and with no fuss. They cleaned up very well and left everything tidy. The service is due at the start of April and we've already spoken with them about this. They're not cheap but you get what you pay for, and in this case I'd say you're paying for high quality work. Spot on all round.

Unfortunately, my boiler gave way bang in the middle of my final exams at university. After going through a bit of an ordeal with another repair man, I was relieved to come across HEH UK's number. The customer service was phenomenal and the staff were so lovely. I called about 3 times with different questions and the staff were incredibly patient and addressed all my concerns.
