We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

We have been one of Andy Baxter's customers for 26 years and can't recommend HEH highly enough. Gareth, one of the service engineers came to service our heating and fire yesterday and did a thoroughly good job. I thought our fire needed replacing as it is quite old and was extremely inefficient but I was wrong! Gareth worked his magic and like a phoenix rising from the ashes, it's as good as new. They could have easily made more money by telling me it needed replacing and I would have been none the wiser, but this is an honest Company.

From the first site visit (where I received excellent advice) nothing was too much trouble for them. They had to work around a tricky schedule, but they were great. The engineer came around 2 days after the visit to ensure that we were happy, we would be more than happy to recommend them.

The engineers arrived early morning as promised and completed the job by mid afternoon. They were efficient explaining to us what they were about. The day after the boiler was fitted the room thermostat needed "tweaking" and again the engineer visited as promised. All together from quotation to fitting a very satisfactory job.

This company was recommended to me by the former owner of my home. I decided to have my boiler replaced and have the old water tank (immersion?) taken out. I received a visit from Andy who explained everything and the plumber and apprentice who did the job (it was quite a task at 3 days) were great. Unfortunately, my boiler gave way bang in the middle of my final exams at university. After going through a bit of an ordeal with another repair man, I was relieved to come across HEH UK's number. The customer service was phenomenal and the staff were so lovely. I called about 3 times with different questions and the staff were incredibly patient and addressed all my concerns. David, the gentleman who came to repair my boiler, was prompt, courteous, and was able to repair the boiler then and there. I cannot thank your team and company enough for all your help. We've always had brilliant service from HEH and whether it's a big job, we had our boiler replaced last year, or a smallish job, rerouting of a pipe last month, the high standard is always maintained. The guys who come to do the job are friendly, efficient and respectful. I always feel confident they will do a top job and so far I've never been disappointed. As well as this, the ladies in the office are friendly and well informed and always keep us up to date regarding the arrival of the engineers.

Except for having a lovely new Valor Gas Fire, there was no trace anyone had fitted it. Also an old gas fire was taken out in another room & the gas pipe was safely sealed off, after taking up 2 floorboards & putting everything back, very tidy workmen both called Dave. Have used HEH before and cannot fault workmanship, tidiness and knowledge. Well done lads.

A lot of thought, hard work & effort went into fixing a new styled radiator onto our living room wall. As we are all aware newer houses are not as durable, the wall had to be strengthened prior to the radiator being mounted. Well done to Andy & his guys. They even tidy up after themselves!! HEH have fitted a new heating system (pressurised, unvented boiler) to our house last year and I can’t praise the company enough! From the pre-installation service over the quality of fitting & work (attention to detail) to the aftersale/customer service. We are very happy. They always go the extra mile to help you out, explain everything in detail and answer all your questions. The response is very quick and you get a text message confirmation as soon as one of their engineers is on the way to you. I would recommend HEH to anyone needing a new boiler, boiler service or anything else related to heating and plumbing (e.g. we also have them fitting new radiators whenever we do up a room in the house and need a professional, precise and neat job done)

We called the company on a Tuesday about getting a replacement gas fire. Someone came to our house with a catalogue and to have a look at the set-up on Thursday, and on the Monday - 6 days after we first contacted the company. They came and installed the new fire! Extremely impressed from the initial enquiry to completing the job. This company supplied and fitted a new gas boiler and radiators. They were extremely helpful, quick and professional. They got things done very quickly causing least disruption as was possible. Special mention must go to Dave and Harry who fitted the boiler and radiators.
