Used HEH to install the boiler about 3 years ago, the install was excellent as well actually. Have annual boiler check by HEH which has been excellent every time. Great company, great staff.

After my enquiry and request for a quotation for a full replacement CH system was ignored by two other "rated" heating companies, I found a 2-page advert for HEH UK Ltd in a local magazine. On filling in the HEH online enquiry form, I received a call back within 1 minute! It was arranged for their technical support manager to call the following morning to do a survey. The quote was completed and sent to me at the end of that survey. Text messages were received every day (over 3 day installation) to tell me when the engineer would be arriving. The work to remove the old system and install new system was carried out efficiently and methodically. I will have no hesitation in recommending HEH to any relative/friend or neighbour who required work doing on their heating systems or require a replacement boiler.

Gareth, the heating engineer, was prompt to arrive and quick to fix the problem with our radiator. He did a fantastic job and is extremely knowledgeable about the variety of heating solutions we could go for to gain some heating balance within our household. I would totally recommend High Efficiency Heating, all their staff are fantastic - extremely approachable, no question is too ridiculous! The whole process is brilliant too, from booking an appointment, to text reminders, through to completion of the job. Can’t recommend them enough.

The company fitted a new boiler and flushed the system. Very professional service from Richard who came to give a quote to the guys who fitted the boiler. I was notified by text that they were on their way and they arrived at the time they said they would. Very happy with service and would recommend.

I have had a great service from HEH company! I have my Honeywell thermostat fitted recently by Richard Perrins. I am very happy with my heating control now. I have a boiler service today by Thomas Hughes. I am very impressed with their work and efficiency !Everybody is friendly and professional in this company. I called Andy who arranged for one of his fitters, Dave Taylor, to look at the boiler. To install a new one, I was notified by text when he was arriving. Dave did a great job. Andy's firm has been doing wonderful service for years.

We required a new central heating boiler, a major cost and there are so many services available to choose from, but which option do you take? I gained an alternate quote, unknown to HEH then called the company to discuss our needs. Andy, the boss came out within a couple of days And we discussed the situation. He knew what was required and advised we did not need what I was previously advised by another heating company. He had great knowledge and after this a fitment date was arranged. All went according to plan and Dylan and George who attended, could not have conducted the job better. Complete installation completed as planned (we now have heating and hot water) Both engineers knew their stuff, fitted the new boiler and pipework to an exacting standard. All I can say, as an expensive purchase such as this, you want to make sure you appoint the right company. Without doubt! this is the company you need to use. 5 star!

The service was completed in a clean efficient manner. No problems were found and the engineer explained what checks had been done and all was OK. The engineer was fully compliant with Covid-19 protection, which is reassuring at this time of uncertainty. As always well done HEH.

From the beginning to end an exceptional service to replace our old boiler. Upon making first contact the whole organisation proved to be trustworthy and reliable. Andy Baxter, The Boss, came to our home to undertake a survey and to provide us with advice. No bull, just clear information from a man who knows is stuff. Received detailed quotation with options and had no hesitation in proceeding with them. Working in a property built in 1820 cannot be easy with various challenges but Dylan and Dylan worked professionally to get the job done on time. Their attention to detail, workmanship and helpfulness could not be faulted. Constantly communicated with my wife and myself and left our home each day clean and tidy and also with an update on the days progress. If you are looking to have this work done then look no further, I and many others cannot recommend them enough.

The two engineeers who came to do the job arrived spot on 3.00pm when the window was 3.00 pm to 5.0pm. They never wasted any time, got on with the job in a very professional way. They were very polite and explained explained they had done. The price was the price given to me upon booking the appointment. On top of all that they kept the working area very clean, leaving no mess at all. This is the first time I have used Heh UK Ltd and will use them again next year. Well done and recomended.

We have used HEH three times now for general servicing and system upgrades. They are reliable, friendly and totally professional. We get a text to say they are on their way and another after they have left to confirm that we are happy with the service. The engineers cover their shoes when they come in and, when they were replacing radiators, covered the carpets with clingfilm. They clean up after themselves so no mess. When they've finished they explain what they've done and make sure you're happy before they leave site. We'd recommend HEH without any hesitation.

I've been using HEH for more than 10 years for all my plumbing and heating requirements. Today was my annual boiler service. As usual the customer service is second to none. A text message telling you the engineer is on his way and in today's world the engineer was fully covid safe, with gloves and mask. Service carried out efficiently and to a high standard. This is a family run business and is extremely trustworthy.

High Efficiency Heating serviced our gas fire and repaired the starter motor. It subsequently malfunctioned again a few weeks later when they returned promptly and fixed it again. There was no charge for the second visit. Our experiences with all members of staff have been very positive. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We will not hesitate to use this company again and will also recommend to our friends and family. Thank you to all concerned.

Had to wait for a little as they were busy. However once ordered, the date was fixed they turned up as promised. Work was carried out to a high standard and included removal of old boiler, relocation and installation of new Worcester boiler and smart controls. The fitters Dylan and George were easy to talk to, explained everything well and were happy to answer my questions. They tidied up as they went and went above and beyond to do a complete job. I can now control each radiator manually and individually using an app and can also have one or more schedules. Takes a little bit of getting used to but is good when you get the hang of it. Given that the old system was complex and difficult to access and had a lot of redundant fittings, valves and pumps they did a great job of tidying up and simplifying the system. I would not hesitate to recommend as they are so professional. The company always responds efficiently when needed and even sent a Christmas card.

I had a new Worcester boiler installed by HEH UK. Although they were very busy they kindly scheduled me in fairly quickly as I had been without heating and hot water for a few weeks. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The job took all day but the lads who carried out the work arrived at specified time and were very professional explaining everything as they went along. The wall that the boiler was fixed to was found to be in disrepair and the lads went above and beyond to repair the area so that I could have my new boiler installed. Aftercare was also excellent - I was contacted to make sure I was happy with the job. Overall I had an excellent experience with HEH UK and would not hesitate to use them again.

Our old boiler broke down and HEH arranged a quote and installation in a very efficient manner. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, laying down protective floor covers before they started and cleared up every speck of dust afterwards. They explained about the new boiler and how to use the new controls clearly.

I have used HEH for over 14 years now and would always use them for any plumbing and boiler work. I contacted HEH about moving my existing combi boiler from one wall to another in the kitchen, they did a brilliant job and the pipe work was clean and laid in nice lines. Communication with the office was also easy and they did the work as agreed.

Dave and Liam did a great job of fitting and relocating a new radiator. Cleaning as they worked. Knew exactly what was needed, very professional and friendly. I have used HEH for the annual gas boiler service for several years and they have always given excellent service. Dylan came this morning (27 August) and his workmanship was first class. I would certainly recommend HEH to anyone looking for peace of mind with their gas installations.

Had new combi boiler installed and existing boiler and tanks removed. From initial advice and quote to completion, the service was excellent. Arrived on time and all work was carried out extremely efficiently. Would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

I called at 5 pm with a problem relating to my radiator valves installed by HEH. I was put on to the engineer who said batteries needed changing and said he would come the following day. He did and he brought new batteries, changed them, showed me how to do next time, sent me a U Tube link to help me next time and left. No charge, not even for the batteries. Just excellent, immediate, high-quality service as usual.

Liam and Dave from HEH came round to modify our existing heating system and install a new boiler, all new radiators and remove an old gas fire. We gave them a key and left them to do the work whilst we went to work at the office. They did a fantastic job, always pleasant and happy to help. They kept everything clean and tidied up after every day. They even collected our amazon orders when they arrived and let the electrician in to do other work when he came round also. Really happy with the end result (heat and hot water!) and the price was very good. Have already recommended them to my father in law and would recommend to anyone. Will get them back to install a plinth heater in the near future!

First snow of 2022 and our boiler packs up, but not before flooding the cupboard where it resides. We have HomeCare with British Gas, but that proved to be completely useless with no appointment for over 72 hours. We rang HEH out of desperation and with low expectations, but the whole experience was a complete breath of fresh air. The staff manning the phones were delightful, empathetic and professional. They explained they had no availability today (hardly a surprise), but they would put us on a waitlist in case they had a cancellation later in the day. We were pleasantly surprised (actually “astonished” would be a better description) when the phone rang and were told that they could get to us around 5pm. True to their word, the engineer arrived and had us up and running again in less than 30 mins. I cannot praise HEH enough and we’re extremely grateful that they sorted us out in such a timely manner. The engineers arrived right on time worked very clean and kept us informed what they were doing and why they were doing it. When they had finished told us what we needed and told us what would happen next.

Honeywell Wi-Fi (smart thermostat system) stopped working intermittently. Arranged a mutually convenient time to sort and they arrived punctually and changed it. A reliable and highly efficient company who I recommend for installing and maintaining central heating systems.

For some bizarre reason term professional is not normally a term used with a heating engineer and tradesmen.However on this occasion I honestly think this word best describes the gentleman that visited me yesterday. Andy the engineer was prompt and extremely professional and in truth his advice and genuine experience in his trade has probably saved me thousands of pounds.The way he systematically diagnosed a fault in my heating system was truly remarkable. Other companies had diagnosed all sorts of weird and wonderful issues that would have required all sorts of work to be carried out but fortunately for me Andy from HEH found a fault in the system that was a due to the manufacturer. This has enabled me to get the problem resolved at very little cost. This kind of professional is very rare and I can’t recommend Andy and his company highly enough. 👍👍👍

What can I say about HEH what a fantastic company so polite and knowledgeable, thank you guys fixed a leaking pipe in my ceiling no problem no mess when other companies had stated that it couldn't be done without ripping my bathroom floor up treated our home and ourselves with respect from start to finish recommending this great company to anybody.

We selected this company from 3 quotations. The difference in price was minimal but the company was recommended by family members. The quotation, given personally, was the most comprehensive, detailing fully the parts needed and the time it would take to complete the work. The workmen arrived on time. They were pleasant, polite and reassuring when we asked any questions. The boiler was in the garage and on completion, the two men cleaned up the area! The workmen clarified the boiler's workings, explained how the control panel worked-to both my husband and myself -and left us with the product pack. Obviously we were in contact with their office re payment etc. Their office staff were equally as pleasant and helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

From the initial consultation to completion of the work HEHUK provided us with a great service. Very happy with the vertical radiator and plinth heater. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

This company cannot be recommended highly enough. I rang at 8 am as I had no heating or hot water. An engineer was here 2 hours later and solved the problem very quickly and efficiently. You can't get better than that

As my boiler was still under warranty I reached out for help to set my timer clock as I'd forgotten how to do since it was installed in March. Same day visit from the lovely Richard who sorted it and took time to advise me on how to maximise my heating efficiency Great service

Had a new boiler fitted. 2 engineers arrived on time. Friendly, well mannered. Very efficient. Found a leak in original pipe which they resolved with no problem. Checked all pipes, radiators & gas fire. Installed 2 carbon monoxide detectors where I wanted them. Cleaned up very thoroughly leaving no mess at all. Overall they were super efficient. They even considered my nervy dog, making sure she was ok with them.

Once again the instructions provided by Worcester were not very clear. Thank you to Richard for a masterclass on how to set the thermostat controls.

This is the first time this company have serviced our gas central heating and has we had been experiencing some problems was relieved to see the young man who quickly fixed the problem and he also checked our leaky radiator and explained why we had the problem in very polite reference to said problem we will be having them service our boiler every year now .waiting for the bill to arrive now and will be paying them the same quote they give us happily

We have used High Efficiency Heating for quite a few years and they have never let us down. They are in fact, highly efficient. We had a problem with the boiler a few years ago on Boxing Day on the weather was atrocious, but we have been waiting for a part which they got in. The engineer came to fit it so that we wouldn’t be cold with the weather being so bad. Yesterday, our old boiler finally give up and we have no alternative but to replace it but instead of having to wait with the weather again being cold High Efficiency Heating came to our rescue yet again, and today we got a new boiler and your engineer was most polite and considerate. Your staff and engineers are always, helpful, friendly, and most accommodating. It’s a pleasure to do business with you. High Efficiency Heating made a visit to replace a valve in our gas CH boiler. Dave and Josh were extremely efficient and completed the work within an hour. They also gave us advice on an issue with our boiler. I can recommend them without hesitation.
