I can honestly say, hand on heart we are so happy with our new Combi boiler and Central Heating system. I wasn't home when the surveyor came to review our property but my husband tells me it was the owner of the company, Andy who conducted a thorough inspection and answered all the questions he raised. Andy was very professional and knowledgeable, fully explaining what the job would entail. There was no sales push or any urgency to agree to anything and my husband felt totally relaxed. The quote was sent via email the following day. The date was set for the following week and right on time, Adam and Chris turned up to complete the work. These 2 gentlemen were outstanding. So efficient, hard working and spotlessly clean. I cannot express how thrilled we are, not only with the work they carried out but with the speed in which it was completed in. We had a fire & back boiler removed from the living room. A hot water tank removed from the bedroom, a cold water tank removed from the loft. We then had a combi boiler fitted in the kitchen and all new radiators fitted throughout the house - all completed within 2 days. Fantastic !!! we couldn't have asked for a better service. Even their office staff are so helpful and attentive, maintaining contact either by email or by telephone to ensure everything was being completed to our requirements. What a pleasure to deal with such a fabulous company and I would eagerly recommend High Efficiency Heating - Exceptional workmanship.

From the first enquiry leading to a quotation then boiler installation this company were first class. Professional, efficient, corrects, knowledgable and reliable. Had a smart meter fitted and was informed by the fitter that I had a Gas leak. I always use HEH so phoned immediately , Leanne was so good and booked an appointment for me. HEH services my boiler today. Their engineer arrived in the 2 hour slot agreed wearing a mask. Was pleasant & efficiently carried out our service & advised a new pressure gauge was required but was covered under our plan. Within 1/2 hour they had phoned to say the part had been ordered & they will contact to arrange fitting once received. As always excellent service.

Had 2 radiators changed and a boiler service. Install team arrived at agreed time, work carried out quickly and cleanly. Service engineer arrived just after install team and carried out full service on boiler. Engineer and install team checked system was working correctly before leaving. Will definitely recommend HEH(UK) LTD and have no problems using them in the future.

I had a radiator fitted in my bathroom. The two people who carried out the job arrived at the specified time and were very professional and friendly. Everything l needed to know was explained to me and all my questions were answered. They cleaned the area when the job was completed and removed all the packaging/rubbish. All radiators were checked to ensure they were working properly. I have used High Efficiency Heating in the past and would definitely use them again in the future.

Earlier this year had a problem with our gas meter could not find any one to get in touch with at British Gas got in touch with Heh they came straight away confirmed the problem and they got through to to British Gas for us. Today after spending over an hour trying to reprogram the central heating controller I phoned them they arrived with an hour and showed me what I was doing wrong. We can’t recommend this company highly enough from the moment you phone them they are ready to help no matter how big or small your problem is.

I've been using HEH for more than 10 years for all my plumbing and heating requirements. Today was my annual boiler service. As usual the customer service is second to none. A text message telling you the engineer is on his way and in today's world the engineer was fully covid safe, with gloves and mask. Service carried out efficiently and to a high standard. This is a family run business and is extremely trustworthy.

Booked HEH to upgrade the heating in my open plan kitchen/diner, which was always cold. Andy (owner) talked us through the pros/cons of the various options in advance & we agreed that a plinth heater (connected to my CH system) was the best option. Dave & George came to install the heater (with Andy popping in to check they knew exactly what to do & how). They could not have been more helpful or accommodating, treating our home as if it was their own & checking that we were happy at every stage. We have used HEH for the last 8 years & would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a new boiler installed this week. The fitters arrived on time on the given date and completed the work within the day. All the work was carried out efficiently, Dave and his colleague were pleasant and very polite. Explained how the new boiler and remote thermostat worked. My wife and I completely satisfied with how the work was carried out. I would definitely recommend this company. The office staff are also very efficient and knowledgeable.

The engineer arrived at the time stated, worked confidently and efficiently was very courteous, cleaning everything and taking away all the rubbish we are very pleased with all aspects of the job, from the initial quote to installation.

From start to finish the servicing of our boiler and open fire was done to excellent standard by Dave. We were also informed by text when the engineer was on the way. Dave explained what I require for my open fire and possible options. Another appointment was arranged for me to see Andy who will assess my open fire requirement personally for possible options. After servicing, Dave tidied up and kept my front room clean. Also the cost was reasonable too. I will definitely use HEH for my future servicing.

I had my old back boiler and radiators replaced by HEH. Very professional company, neat and tidy job to the highest standards, excellent customer service. Any teething problems dealt with immediately. Job carried out as per agreed schedule and budget. Dave, Liam and George done a great job without making any mess. They provide a comprehensive and very caring service from beginning to end. The initial visit was to advise and quote on the removal of my original ancient gas fire and fireplace. They also were there to discuss my requirements for the replacement fire and recommend options. After removal, there was a follow up visit to confirm my chosen replacement was suitable. Further visits were to prepare the opening for the new fire and the final visit was to fit the fire. They've recently provided remote control for my central heating and serviced the boiler. Their customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable.

We are so incredibly happy and over the moon with the quality, workmanship, efficiency, service and professionalism Dave and his team conducted from the onset of replacing our whole heating system to the incredible results and standard we are so delighted to have in our home. Prior to finding High Efficiency Heating in a magazine in Saddleworth we had spent a miserable 10 months constantly persuing other heating instillation companies who continually let us down, were unreliable and unprofessional. After seeing their advert, we were drawn to the company being local, specialists of installing Worcester boilers (which we wanted), the awards they had received and they just looked professional. When Richard came around to do the quote, we felt at that stage we were dealing with a professional company. Dave and the boys delivered beyond our expectations, every day extremely punctual, working hard and leaving the house in perfect condition. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The engineers arrived right on time worked very clean and kept us informed what they were doing and why they were doing it. When they had finished told us what we needed and told us what would happen next.

Late on Wednesday 30th March 2022 I rang HEH and spoke with Sharon to report a sudden fault with my central heating system, having no hot water and no heating, immediately without hesitation she gave me their engineer's mobile number and I spoke with Chevy, he was so helpful and understanding my situation he talked me through some simple basic tasks and after a brief fact find, Chevy established I'd possibly need a small part to rectify the problem. As promised "On time" Chevy arrived at my property showing me where the issue was and replaced the part within no time at all.... And sure enough, my home was back up and running again!!! Everything functioning as it should.....I'm truly grateful and wanted to say a "Million thank you's" especially as we had snow today. Truly fantastic service cannot thank you enough.

Have used HEH for years for my boiler service but used an independent for my gas fire. I was let down badly and requested HEH service my fire. I’m so glad I did as the service was quick efficient and clean. I have known David for years, he is always pleasant and polite. I will definitely be staying with HEH for both appliance services in the future.

The whole team at HEH are very efficient . The engineers could not do enough to help and everywhere was kept as clean as possible. Any issues were resolved swiftly and all jobs were completed in the most professional way . All of the engineers were polite and courteous. Highly recommend .

I had a new boiler fitted and a very old boiler removed. As it was an old back oiler being taken out it wasn't the simplest of jobs. The team from High Efficiency Heating have done an excellent job. They have completed as expected and on time and have left my home clean and tidy. I would happily recommend them for any heating, plumbing and servicing jobs.

Had a new boiler installed on the 13th April 2022 and the service and installation was absolutely first class. From the moment of first contact for a quote it was seamless, I was told exactly what I needed and what would be done on installation, I wasn’t put under any pressure to go with the quote and I felt like I could ring with any questions I may have had. The installation was brilliant engineers arrived exactly on time, the installation was perfect, both the engineers were friendly and polite and they were so neat and tidy. Also, Louise in the office was fantastic helped with any questions I had I would highly recommend this local company, absolutely brilliant.

Honeywell Wi-Fi (smart thermostat system) stopped working intermittently. Arranged a mutually convenient time to sort and they arrived punctually and changed it. A reliable and highly efficient company who I recommend for installing and maintaining central heating systems.

I had a new boiler installed by HEH a few months ago but obviously, it was not used for the central heating until about a month ago. At 5.30 this evening I went to the thermostat to turn it on and there was a message that the pressure was low. Got out the handbook which was as clear as mud and finished up phoning the out of hours number. The call was answered by Billy who explained to me what to do but as the boiler is situated in a very awkward position and I can't see underneath it he came straight round to help me. It turned out that following his instructions I had managed to increase the pressure so he just checked to make sure everything was OK. By 6.15 I had heat and Billy was on his way. A very efficient and polite young man. Thank you.

This company cannot be recommended highly enough. I rang at 8 am as I had no heating or hot water. An engineer was here 2 hours later and solved the problem very quickly and efficiently. You can't get better than that

HEH advised on installation of an Air-Source-Heat-Pump -to-radiator system, for eco-friendly heating, and when that proved technically impossible due to peculiarities of the site, advised on an air-pump alternative, and sourced a contractor; They then advised and installed efficiently an appropriate water-heating system, removing the old gas boiler and making good - going the extra mile in doing so. The initial stages were a long process (involving the DNO/local national grid), and they stayed the course. Excellent. No hesitation in recommending them!

Just had my boiler serviced and service was great , the engineer arrived on the agreed time and I received a text to say he was on his way. The boiler works like a dream.

After moving to the area we chose HEH, from the Which trusted trader list, to service our boiler. We then decided to replace our radiators and received excellent advice from Richard who came to see us a couple of times. We felt really confident that we would be in very good hands and so it proved to be. Dave was in charge of the project and, with Ethan and George, managed to install some huge and very heavy radiators without any fuss or mess. The guys were professional, clean and tidy, and really friendly. Dave even managed to leave my carpets exactly as they were before the pipes were moved - impressive. His attitude was very much that he wanted to treat our house the way he would his own. The guys were a pleasure to have in the house and we are delighted with the end result. Thank you all.

Two Guys arrived on time at 9.00am they replaced a very Complicated piece of Equipment worth over £6k in our boiler room within the time that was suggested and a little below budget. Its a great Company Roy

A neighbour recommended High Efficiency to us and we are so glad they did. We had our entire heating system replaced, boiler, all new piping and some radiators. Even though it was a tricky job in an old house involving lifting floorboards and two tiled bathroom floors, everything was restored back to it's original state and they left the house spotless. Nothing was too much trouble for Dave and the team who were courteous, efficient and kept us informed on the progress through the week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
