Reported our boiler with a fault Friday morning before a bank holiday weekend. Knowing we had 2 young kids and not wanting us to have to go until Tuesday without hot water, this kind, friendly, efficient, professional and amazing team, had the part sourced, engineer back out to fit it and the boiler back up and running before the end of the day. Simply the best. Thanks to you all and especially Louise for going above and beyond as always. Highly recommended to all.

We had a leak in our boiler, rang up on Monday morning and it was fixed by Monday afternoon. Incredible service. We’ve been happy with HEH before for fitting radiators/boiler services but they really outdid themselves this time. Thank you so much.

Woke up at 6am to discover a leak under the boiler. Left a message with the office and Sharon rang me back once they were open. Engineer arrived just before 1pm and now has finished tidied up and told me the boiler is good to go. All covered on my annual maintenance plan.

We bought our ATAG boiler from HEH three years ago. It has just had its regular annual service. Engineer notified us he was on his way and arrived at the arranged time. Very pleasant, polite and efficient engineer.

Arrived on time and the job was carried out with minimal fuss. I can’t fault this company and wouldn’t use anyone else.

HEH completed a service of our Worcester Bosch boiler at church. The work was done extremely efficiently.

They came out at the time slot arranged and confirmed when they were on their way. They immediately identified and fixed the problem with my gas fire. Really pleased with the work, with a friendly efficient engineer. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Service is part of the annual service/breakdown cover which HeH provides. We were contacted to say engineer was on his way. Engineer was polite and informative in respect of the service. Clean and tidy very efficient. Informed about the parts being replaced as part of the service. Left feeling very confident in the work carried out.

We had the annual boiler service done by High Efficiency Heating. The engineer spent some time thoroughly checking the system. He was punctual, polite, and happy to answer our questions. I'd just like to add that we've been using High Efficiency Heating for over 5 years, they're definitely the best company, and the customer service is second to none. I'm more than happy to keep using them for all our gas boiler needs. They get a 10/10 from me.

Richard came out and assessed need for a power wash or chemical wash . He was excellent and explained in detail why neither of these options were needed or indeed appropriate at this time. I was sorry to have wasted his time but he saved me upwards £700 . 😊

Fantastic service from first survey to completion of installation. The lads couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. The system proposed by Andy is excellent and fulfilled all our requirements. Great tradesmen and engineers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I contacted HEH on Tuesday to request a visit to assess a leaking radiator thermostatic valve. I arranged for a call out for Friday morning, between 08:00 and 09:00. I was informed of the call out charge. Today, Friday, I received a text message at 07:36 to say that an engineer was on his way. The engineer arrived at exactly 08:00 and, after having inspected the valve, explained what the problem was and that the valve needed replacing; he gave me an idea of the cost. He further said that he might be able to return later in the day to fit a new valve. I received a text at about 11:15 to say that an engineer was on his way. The engineer arrived at about 11:45 and started the job of replacing the faulty valve. It took about half an hour to complete the job. There was no mess made and the valve works perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending HEH.

From start to finish, I cannot praise this company high enough. After our old boiler thought Boxing day was a good day to fail, I contacted these guys. Their surveyor called on Thursday 4th Jan 2024 at the time agreed. After explaining all our options, without trying to push us down any particular path, we opted to go down the combi-boiler route. As promised, his quotation arrived later in the day. I called the office the following morning to accept the quote and they gave an installation date later in the month (We had other means of heating and hot water, so we were not completely desperate). Later in the day, I received a call to say they could fit the system starting Monday 8th Jan, due to a cancellation. The outcome? .... old system ripped out, including all tanks, pumps and valves and a new boiler and associated pipework changes installed and fully working by Wednesday 10th Jan. Oh, and they replaced three radiators in the bedroom that had seen better days! All in less than a week, from start to finish. First class service from a first class team.

HEH installed our boiler in 2008 and we have a service contract with them. When there is a problem they are always very responsive and attend urgently when necessary. Three days ago they came to replace a stuck valve but unfortunately it seems the new part was faulty and the boiler then stopped working in the middle of a cold snap ( -7C last night). Although clearly very busy with many call outs in the cold they came and fixed the problem and got our heating back within 3 hours. Great service.

After discovering a small leak from my boiler I contacted HEH. It was a Saturday and I expected a Monday appointment. Andy took time out to come the same morning, identify the source of the leak, return after getting replacement pipework and fitting it - all done within a couple of hours of my call. Brilliant, professional service from a company you can trust. I have no hesitation in recommending HEH.

Have had High Efficiency Heating contract for more than 10 years, they are brilliant. Just been out and solved a problem quickly and efficiently.

This job was a routine boiler service, but also included a gas safety check on a property which my daughter has recently purchased. I have used HEH since they fitted my boiler 10 years ago. As usual, booking my service was straight forward. The girls in the office are always very helpful. Our engineer arrived on time, and I really appreciate the text service, so I know exactly when he will arrive in my given time slot. The work was done without fuss, in a professional manner. He gave me good advice on issues with the gas supply earth bonding. While he had to isolate the gas fire, probably due to debris falling down the chimney and settling on the burners, he explained that a service would resolve the problem and this could be done by HEH. All the work was completed and documented and for a reasonable price. I always feel happy and safe with the work done by this friendly, professional and efficient firm. I have since asked HEH to do further work at my daughters home, to improve heating control and management for her. The price quoted should pay for itself within a couple of years, in reduced heating costs. Thank you Andy and your team.

I had never heard of plinth heaters but it was the perfect solution if my pipework had enough access. They did a pre fit,it was, so we now knew which radiator to get. They came back and fitted it Polite, helpful and tidy.

We have just moved house and after 2 weeks the boiler stopped working🥴 we rang HEH on Tuesday the 6th May and they came on Wednesday 7th May to fix our boiler. Needed a gas safety check in support of the sale of our property as requested by the buyers' solicitor. We’ve always used HEH to service our boiler as part of the Annual Heat Plan. The service provided was excellent the engineer was polite, informative, and very efficient in explaining the process involved. The certificate was provided extremely quickly which helped in respect documentation for the sale of our property and our move to Shropshire. My only regret is that HEH doesn’t provide a service in Shropshire as we would definitely want to use them. We would recommend High Efficiency Heating (HEH) and wish them every success for the future.

HEH carried out the annual sevice of our boiler and identified a small problem which they explained and rectified promptly. There sevice plan is excellent and gives us peace of mind that they are only a call away.

Following an issue with my boiler, I rang HEH and Andy arrived, checked everything, explained everything all within a few hours.

I requested a call out and Richard came to sort my thermostat out. It was a problem easily resolved using his expert knowledge.

1st class service again from first call to job completion. Called HEH at 9am this morning to report a leak from our boiler and was given a two hr time frame for the engineer to attend. Also received a text message 10 minutes before the engineer arrived. Part replaced and boiler repaired by 12! Polite, efficient engineer who identified the problem immediately. No waiting for parts as he had them available and no mess. Price for the job brilliant. We would have paid the same just as a call out charge with other providers. We have also used HEH for our annual boiler service for years now and have never had a better service.

Bryn came to service our boiler on 31st October. He arrived within the time slot and was very polite. He was very respectful of the property and took time to place shoe protection on his shoes.
