HEH came and fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler last March. Prior to the fitting they came and looked at our existing system, discussed what we needed & created a written quote there and then. I didn't feel under any pressure during the discussion. I also liked the fact that the quote meant there would be no extras when they came to fit - everything was included. On the day they were professional, organised, and efficient. Everything was done in time and with no fuss. They cleaned up very well and left everything tidy. The service is due at the start of April and we've already spoken with them about this. They're not cheap but you get what you pay for, and in this case I'd say you're paying for high quality work. Spot on all round.

Andy, Sharon, Richard, Barry & Gary, we're all great from start to finish. Andy Baxter was recommended by a friend and I'm glad to say I'm glad they did my new boiler and radiators throughout. I even added the wave controller after the quote and this was fitted and explained by Richard within the days required to do the job. In my opinion attention to customer service skills is a must and I would give the 100% rating from Sharon in the office to Andy overseeing the job. I'm so happy so far with my boiler and hope it saves me money on gas over the winter. The lads Barry and Gary were clean and efficient explaining as they went through bits of the job, taking away any rubbish, old radiators and boiler etc with them. It was nice to see them cover the carpets so they also didn't get dirty as they were coming in and out. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all, excellent job throughout, fast, clean, friendly and efficient, and a great back up service too. What more can you ask! Received excellent service from the company when having my radiators changed. All the team was extremely polite and listened carefully to my requests. They carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard. I would highly recommend them and will be contacting them in the future should I require any further work.

We’ve just had two old boilers swapped to one combi. The work was carried out efficiently and conscientiously all in the same day including patching up the holes on the outside walls. Everything was very professional and we are extremely happy with our new boiler.

Rang at 12:45am, engineers called round 20 mins later and fixed my combi boiler. Excellent friendly service!

This was the first time I had used High Efficiency Heating. I needed a boiler servicing so called in to their office in Ashton under Lyne and arranged for a service engineer to call. On the day of the service, I received a text to say that the engineer would be with me at the arranged time and he duly turned up within 5 minutes of that time. He carried out the service efficiently, explaining to me what he was checking and why. I received a form to explain the service and printouts of the boilers efficiency and he left. No mess at all was left.

Extremely impressed from start to finish. This company supplied and fitted a new gas fire. From the initial enquiry to the work itself, they were extremely helpful, quick and professional. They went the extra mile to get things done very quickly for us. Special mention must go to Dave and George who fitted the fire. We could not have been more impressed with them - really pleasant, careful and knowledgeable and they cleaned up perfectly after they had finished the job. Outstanding and highly recommended.

After having a problem with a previous Gas Engineer, I was recommended by a friend to use High Efficiency Heating who are local to me. Gareth carried out the service and also did a repair job which had previously been neglected. I will certainly be calling on Gareth's services next year and would recommend HEH to my neighbours.

I called HEH to ask for assistance with a boiler fault, they diagnosed the problem immediately from my description over the phone. They arranged for an engineer to call the following day with parts. Engineer (Andy) arrived at the allotted time, described fully the solution and fixed the problem, he provided sound advice to ensure future reliability of the boiler, no pushy after sales, no mess, no fuss, just excellent service at a very reasonable price. Throughout HEH kept me informed by txt when to expect their engineer and everything went just as they has discussed at the time of the first call, very efficient process throughout from first call to resolving the problem, great people to do business with, would highly recommend, thanks to all at HEH

A big thank you to Sharon for fitting in an engineers visit to fix my daughter's cooker which had a gas leak.This is her first Christmas in her own home and she wanted to do the roast.The service was professional from start to finish.Gary the engineer was brilliant and explained the test he was doing before and after he'd replaced the faulty parts which was reassuring.

I've used HEH for a number of years now. I have always received fast, quality service at a good price. Today Richard came to do a heating survey for us. He was prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've always felt I was in good hands with HEH.

The wonderful engineers that fitted our boiler were punctual, courteous and friendly. They updated us as the work went on, answered all the questions we had and did not leave until they we were happy we really knew how to use the boiler. We would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.

I have used high efficiency heating for a many years, they are professional, honest and reliable, i have had occasions where ive had to call Andy on a saturday evening or a sunday morning and his response is always the same, he, says its no trouble im here to help at anytime, he never makes you feel like its an inconvience to contact him at these times, he is always there when i need him on those cold days when my heating breaks down. Always good quality work and a friendly service from all the staff including the girls in the office. Please dont hesitate to use this company, they will not let you down.

Chevy Rogers carried out our first service since the boilers was installed twelve months ago. He notified us prior to his arrival and carried out the service quickly and effficiently, and responded to our additional requests and queries in a friendly, helpful and clear manner. Engineer arrived on time as usual. He had notified me that he was 15 minutes away prior to the appointment time. Serviced my boiler efficiently, giving me print outs for my records. He refilled my central heating water with system cleaner as I had asked him to do, checked for any leakage, and even checked the gas system for leaks. First class service and no mess left behind. Thank you.

I just wanted to say I am very pleased with the quick and professional service I received from HEH UK Ltd. From the very courteous people who take your initial call to the very professional heating engineer that came to see us. We had Gareth who was very knowledgeable and efficient in the service he provided. He seemed to know straight away what was the issue with our Worcester boiler. Even though our boiler is now in its twilight years I never felt I was being pressured into buying another boiler. Instead he offered his opinion on what could be done and left it with us to make the decision. In the end we chose his suggested fix and he came a couple of days later to do the work. Currently the repair has fixed our boiler issue and we are back to having a fully working central heating system. Just hope it keeps us going for at least another few years. When it does finally die I won’t feed any need to look elsewhere and I will be happy to go with this local firm I now know I can trust. Thanks to all the team.

This review is based on the time from the original quote to a few days after the job was completed. My old boiler was on it's last legs, and i could only get a few hours out of it a day. It was grim at times due to lack of heat (in December). Contacted HEH, and they came round and gave me a quote, and also spotted a couple of other problems (one radiator needed replacing due to corrosion). They pushed the job through for me due to circumstances in my house (ie near lack of heating in winter), at a busy time of the year. They fitted the (Worcester) boiler and changed the radiator, and did a really clean and tidy job. Both in terms of work on the boiler (and some external piping work for the boiler), and in terms of the state of my house when they left. You could tell the lads took pride in their work.

Was recommended to ring this company regarding my heating not turning off in one area. Rang yesterday and today arrived and fixed the problem. Had the part already on the vehicle. Can recommend this company 100%.

High Efficiency Heating has conducted the annual service on my Worcester Bosch boiler for the last three years. They send a text and a letter to remind you that the service is due, prompting you to arrange an engineer visit. Once arranged, they send a confirmation text with the agreed date and time: on the day, they send a text ahead of the engineer’s arrival, with the option to rearrange, in case circumstances have changed. The visiting engineers are friendly, whilst getting on with the job, and always leave with a “any problems, give us a call”. They live up to their name; efficient and friendly with excellent pre and post-visit communications.
