Great experience once again with HEH. Quick and courteous call to report a faulty boiler. An engineer arrived, investigated and repaired the problem within an hour. Andy visited and assessed numerous boilers for us at different locations, sent a report on the same day and completed the works necessary to avoid costly condensate pipe freezing issues before winter comes. The text messaging service was really helpful as it is a handy reminder of the appointments. Five star service, would highly recommend.

One radiator was not getting hot - Andy from HEH came the next day and resolved the problem within 10 minutes. He used PPE and kept socially distanced. Brilliant service, friendly and helpful.

During my annual boiler service it was discovered the heating had a blockage and could breakdown at any time, My service engineer could not do the job but got in touch with High Efficiency. They phoned me the same day with an appointment. Andy Baxter, came a couple of days later. He explained a complete heating system was required. Went away priced the job. Two weeks later two lovely young men came. They worked very hard for the 3 days it took. They were very pleasant, helpful nothing too much trouble. I have mobility problems and am old but treated me with respect, and chatted to me when in the room. I now have lovely new radiators and combi boiler. They put everything back in its place. Even sealed my leaking gutter whilst they had the ladder at the back. It is a lovely Company to deal with and lovely staff.

Had 2 radiators changed and a boiler service. Install team arrived at agreed time, work carried out quickly and cleanly. Service engineer arrived just after install team and carried out full service on boiler. Engineer and install team checked system was working correctly before leaving. I had a kitchen heater which was broken and wouldn't spark. The engineer who came, C Rogers, was polite and efficient. He explained all the job to me and even, even though the heater has been condemned, arranged for a replacement to be sorted for me as soon as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my boiler and gas fire servicing.

Woke this morning to a leaking boiler so rang High Efficiency Heating. They were extremely busy but managed to get an engineer to me to look at the problem. Once the engineer saw the boiler he had it fixed in half an hour giving us our heating and hot water back. Great service and reasonable price. High Efficiency from the call taker to the engineer, can definitely recommend these for your boiler needs.

I've used High Efficiency Heating quite a few times and each time they have risen to the occasion ranging from simple (but not for me) problems to the more complex.

Phoned regarding a leak on central heating system. Within the hour the job was done. Very well presented engineer who spoke in none-technical language which I appreciated. Can't speak highly enough of this local,caring company. Wouldn't think of using any other firm.

I have been having my boiler serviced by HEH for the past three years. I would highly recommend them for your heating and servicing needs. Always professional, on time, and great to deal with. They are one of those firms that after being used, you will no longer need to shop around. A good quality firm is always worth sticking with and this is certainly the case with HEH.

Annual boiler service at new property, expected some issues but there were none. Talked through some of the common faults, sorted out the key issue to fill the boiler. Even showed me how to sort out the batteries in the thermostat.

I've been a customer of HEH for a very long time, I can honestly say Andy and Sharron and their team are brilliant at what they do. Over the years I've had some breakdowns on my boiler, some at weekends and some in the evenings, Andy never makes me feel like that's a problem. The standard of work is always top quality, I know Andy wouldn't put up with anything less. I've just had my yearly boiler service, what a really nice lad who came, friendly and efficient, he spotted a problem and put it right. Thank you for the usual brilliant service.

I was let down badly by my usual gas servicer when my boiler failed over the bank holiday. One call to HEH solved all my problems. An engineer (Chevvy) called the next morning + diagnosed the problem. The company sourced a new fan + it was fitted (by Gareth) the next day which fixed the problem. Customer service and advice was faultless. I recommend them highly.

We had a new boiler installed this week. We agreed the quotation three months ago and given a start date of the 10th May (our choice). The fitters arrived on that date and completed the work within the given three days. All the work was done with almost no disruption. The fitters were pleasant and courteous and cleaned up at the finish. I would definitely recommend this company and have done so to family and friends. I have also found this company very approachable when speaking to the office.

As the previous house owner was a customer for years, I decided to stick with them. I asked them to remove the old gas fire and back boiler so I could get the fireplace removed and the area prepared for a different fire. Andy 'The Boss' came out to assess the job and told me he'd also return to advise on the replacement (I was hoping to use a gas fired 'wood burner' stove, I'd brought with me), once I'd had the fireplace removed. On the day, the guys not only removed the fire and boiler but said, as they'd done it so quickly, they'd get the fireplace out too. All done very quickly, efficiently and cleanly! They've taken photos of the area and made suggestions on what can be done so I can install my stove, as the current space isn't quite big enough. The fire and boiler have been taken away and the fireplace and rubble, neatly stacked outside. Masks were also part of their uniform! Super impressed with this company.

Appointment was easy to do, communication from HEH was excellent. I knew exactly when the engineer would arrive. Regular texts to confirm the appointment. He arrived at the agreed time answered all my questions, provided information at the end of the service and left the area clean and tidy Great job

I always use HEH and they didn't disappoint this morning. On time, professional and a perfect service on my boiler.

First used HEH 8 years ago when we had a full central heating system fitted. Dust coverings were put down before the start of any work. Removal of the old system including the large water tank from the loft which was in itself a difficult job. After leaving them with all brewing info we went out and left them to it. Returning 4/5 later the team were just removing the dust covers. You would never know they had fitted a new heating system very room was spotless . HEH have carried out an annual service over the last 7 years and again been first class. We have recommended HEH to family /neighbours and friends all have had the same First class service. We would like to thank Andy & Sharon Baxter & all their team for all the work they have carried out for us.

Installed new Combi Boiler, work kept to schedule and budget. Care was taken in the home to create minimum mess and work finished off neatly, taking into consideration the look of the house. Eg, replacement bricks, pipes, etc match existing colours. Everything was explained to me, the engineers were very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service. 👍

We've been using this company for 30 years & have always found them to be very responsive in an emergency, Plus they always turn up on time for planned works & boiler services. 13 years ago a new radiator they'd installed for us failed because it's an old house & the pipes were corroded. They identified the problem straight away. They dug up the concrete flooring, re-laid the pipes & floor, and supplied us with a much better quality radiator than we had before!

We had a problem with our old boiler two weeks before Christmas, not an ideal time. HEH, who we've used for over twenty years came out to assess the boiler which was beyond economical repair. We managed to get the boiler replaced at a good price by efficient, friendly engineers who not only cleaned everything up after their selves but also took the time to explain the operations of the new boiler, and all before Christmas.

Today I had my new Bosch boiler fitted by HEH UK LTD. It was a big job taking a old boiler from a back bedroom to a new boiler being fitted downstairs. The work meant a lot of floorboards had to come up and lots of piping re-routed but none of this seemed to bother Dave or Liam the two Gas engineers. It was a 2 day job, after day one we had no heating but we knew this was going to happen but they gave us heaters to use overnight the next day they arrived on time again, after a quick chat they got hard at it. They both worked great as a team and by 3 pm everything was completed. I was amazed at how everything looked normal again, floorboards all laid correctly and they even hovered up after themselves. I couldn’t fault their workmanship and will be passing on the company name to anyone who asks me do I know any plumbers. Outstanding work and my wife and I would like to say a big thank you.

Boiler service efficient as always (installed boiler originally 12 years ago). Text before arrival, knowledgeable engineer arrived promptly, good future advice given but thankfully not with a sales pitch manner. Cleaned up and i was able to pay contactless immediately. Good service.

We are so incredibly happy and over the moon with the quality, workmanship, efficiency, service and professionalism Dave and his team conducted from the onset of replacing our whole heating system to the incredible results and standard we are so delighted to have in our home. Prior to finding High Efficiency Heating in a magazine in Saddleworth we had spent a miserable 10 months constantly persuing other heating instillation companies who continually let us down, were unreliable and unprofessional. After seeing their advert, we were drawn to the company being local, specialists of installing Worcester boilers (which we wanted), the awards they had received and they just looked professional. When Richard came around to do the quote, we felt at that stage we were dealing with a professional company. Dave and the boys delivered beyond our expectations, every day extremely punctual, working hard and leaving the house in perfect condition. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Have used HEH for years for my boiler service but used an independent for my gas fire. I was let down badly and requested HEH service my fire. I’m so glad I did as the service was quick efficient and clean. I have known David for years, he is always pleasant and polite. I will definitely be staying with HEH for both appliance services in the future.

On the day, they contacted me with the time they were arriving (no waiting in all day) came on time did the service,the chap was polite cleaned up and assured me as to what had been done and that everything was fine. A scheduled three day job that was carried out professionally, efficiently, on time, and considering the extent of the work, with little mess. In all, the team comprised of Dave, George, Ethan and last but by no means least, Jack. Each and everyone of them a credit to a great company. I had been anxious from the get go as it was such an undertaking but after witnessing them in action, I had confidence in their skills. I was asked to check each part of their work before starting another to see if I was satisfied with the outcome. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot praise them highly enough, thank you gents. I have been in contact with everyone involved from the outset, senior management Andy and Richard, office staff Leanne and Louise (who are all lovely) and been given relevant information, help and advice at all times. After scrambling about under my floorboards, he uncovered a treasure that has been hiding for almost forty years - a small jewelry box of my late mum's containing my daughter's silver christening bracelet and other precious items that my mum had bought for her.
