We had an old (very old) back boiler that needed to be replaced with a combi boiler. Wow what can I say Aaron and Kyle worked cleanly, effectively and quickly and got the job done to the highest quality. We are over the moon with the service we received and I have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone. I have recently had the pleasure of using this company to replace an old back boiler with a combi boiler and after the experience I received could not recommend them highly enough. From booking the job to completion the whole company were informative, communicative and so professional. The workmen were courteous and polite and respected my property at all times. It was a 2 day job and on the first day they left my house rubbish free and as tidy as when they found it. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

A Bank Holiday is not a good time for the central heating to pack up but HEHUK responded promptly to the call out, despite a lot of other 'priority jobs that they had to deal with that day, They identified the fault and fixed the problem. A great family firm who do jobs to a high standard and always charge a fair price for the job

I was hopeful that the contractor, High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd, might be able to carry out the work needed because they had been recommended to me by friends ( I am now 83 and live alone, my husband having died last year) My concerns included: a) would they work within the costs quoted; b) would they complete the job in good time; c) would the house be left in a mess. I need not have worried. The lads who carried out the job were clearly on top of their profession. From the word go, they listened to my concerns and told me what was going to happen. True to their word in every respect they did a super job with old-fashioned courtesy and professionalism. What impressed me most was the smoothness with which the work was carried out - I hardly noticed they were there. My energy usage has, as promised, already shown a marked decline in costs and, all in all, I am extremely pleased that I listened to friends and followed their recommendation. This review is given in the same spirit: if you need work done on your central heating equipment, you really could not put your faith in a better firm than High Efficiency Heating.

Was recommended to ring this company regarding my heating not turning off in one area. Rang yesterday and today arrived and fixed the problem. Had the part already on the vehicle. Can recommend this company 100%.

The team from ‘High Efficiency Heating’ have been fantastic from start to finish. We initially booked them to complete a service for our two boilers, which soon turned into a boiler replacement job! Everything from booking the appointment, to arranging finance, through to job completion has been fantastic. Not only are the team knowledgable of their trade, they are all friendly, work to a high standard, clean up after themselves amazingly, and are extremely flexible. As we work from home, and struggled to rearrange some meetings, they worked around us really considerately. They even completed some decorating around the boiler pipework! They just went above and beyond, I can’t recommend them enough. Special thanks goes to Sharon, Andy, Gareth, Richard, the two Dave’s, George and Kieran for their professionalism, consideration and attention to detail - you were all fabulous!

This company has excellent communication from the people in the office to the site visit, everything is explained.The guys who fitted our boiler are true professionals and happy with the price all in all very happy to recommend these guys to everyone thanks Ian William.

I called Andy who arranged for one of his fitters, Dave Taylor, to look at the boiler. To install a new one, I was notified by text when he was arriving. Dave did a great job. Andy's firm has been doing wonderful service for years.

Ours was a big, three-day job. To remove a Baxi back boiler and pump from the living room and water tanks from the loft and airing cupboard, and replace these with a combi boiler in the garage, new radiators and pipework. The new system works wonderfully. It was installed by Dylan Taylor and his colleague Dylan without fuss or mess and when we returned home after the work was completed there was no sign that they had been here except for the lovely new heating system! They were thoroughly professional in every aspect of their work including customer care. Dylan Taylor spent a good hour setting up and clearly explaining how the electronic controls worked. On hearing that a decorator was about to paint our dining room, they even came back the next day to remove a radiator until the painting had been completed. This is a terrific company which has impressed us at every stage with the quality of their work and customer care. We would highly recommend them.

There was no heating and hot water. Phoned High-Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd to arrange for an engineer to come round and deal with the problem. As soon as he arrived he got straight on with the job and in no time at all the problem had been found, dealt with and explained. The engineer was a very pleasant man, easy to converse with and it came across that he really knows his job and with a wealth of knowledge and experience. From the first phone call to HEH (UK) LTD to the engineer leaving my home with the problem solved was a very efficient service indeed and would recommend them most highly.

An intermittent, loud noise and vibration from the water tank in the loft on running the hot taps from anywhere in the house was investigated by High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd who diagnosed it as a probable faulty ball-cock. It was agreed that a new one would be fitted at a subsequent date. However, a week after the initial investigation there had not been so much as a murmur from the water tank. I spoke to the chap who had come and he explained he had tweaked the ball-cock whilst he was here, and said that so long as the problem does not return there was no need to replace the part. I was not even charged for the initial call-out. I will certainly use this company again no matter how big or small the job. Highly recommended.

We would highly recommend this company. Excellent work at an excellent price - good value from a local company who were far more competitive than the “big boys” ! From the initial quote right through to completion of the work all staff and workmen extremely friendly knowledgeable competent and helpful. Dave and George arrived precisely on time on the day of installation and worked non-stop all day to make sure work was completed to our satisfaction and ensuring everywhere had been put back in place and was tidy. If you’re contemplating having any heating work done give them a go and support our local businesses.

Replacement boiler needed, Andy Baxter surveyed, no fuss, no hard sell, gave options and fully detailed quote for replacing existing boiler and pipe work and explained process of installation, professional on the outset. The two engineers who came and installed are a credit to the company, clean, tidy, polite and considerate to our needs, they were a pleasure to have them working in our home. The workmanship is outstanding, attention to detail went far beyond our expectations, no mess and no disruption. We have no hesitation in recommending High Efficiency Heating to anyone. Woke this morning to a leaking boiler so rang High Efficiency Heating. They were extremely busy but managed to get an engineer to me to look at the problem. Once the engineer saw the boiler he had it fixed in half an hour giving us our heating and hot water back. Great service and reasonable price. High Efficiency from the call taker to the engineer, can definitely recommend these for your boiler needs.

Had to wait for a little as they were busy. However once ordered, the date was fixed they turned up as promised. Work was carried out to a high standard and included removal of old boiler, relocation and installation of new Worcester boiler and smart controls. The fitters Dylan and George were easy to talk to, explained everything well and were happy to answer my questions. They tidied up as they went and went above and beyond to do a complete job. I can now control each radiator manually and individually using an app and can also have one or more schedules. Takes a little bit of getting used to but is good when you get the hang of it. Given that the old system was complex and difficult to access and had a lot of redundant fittings, valves and pumps they did a great job of tidying up and simplifying the system. I would not hesitate to recommend as they are so professional. The company always responds efficiently when needed and even sent a Christmas card.

I had a new Worcester boiler installed by HEH UK. Although they were very busy they kindly scheduled me in fairly quickly as I had been without heating and hot water for a few weeks. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The job took all day but the lads who carried out the work arrived at specified time and were very professional explaining everything as they went along. The wall that the boiler was fixed to was found to be in disrepair and the lads went above and beyond to repair the area so that I could have my new boiler installed. Aftercare was also excellent - I was contacted to make sure I was happy with the job. Overall I had an excellent experience with HEH UK and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have been having my boiler serviced by HEH for the past three years. I would highly recommend them for your heating and servicing needs. Always professional, on time, and great to deal with. They are one of those firms that after being used, you will no longer need to shop around. A good quality firm is always worth sticking with and this is certainly the case with HEH.

Phoned regarding a leak on central heating system. Within the hour the job was done. Very well presented engineer who spoke in none-technical language which I appreciated. Can't speak highly enough of this local,caring company. Wouldn't think of using any other firm.

I have used this company for many years. I would definitely recommend. They message you before arriving and always arrive when they say they will, if there is a problem (only happened once) they keep you informed. They are always efficient and professional.

Our old boiler broke down and HEH arranged a quote and installation in a very efficient manner. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, laying down protective floor covers before they started and cleared up every speck of dust afterwards. They explained about the new boiler and how to use the new controls clearly.

Using High Efficiency followed a recommendation by a friend. Booked annual boiler service as previous person retired so a little dubious. Great service from the initial call through to the end service visit. Text alert to confirm booking and en route. Professional guy attended who was very courteous. I was let down badly by my usual gas servicer when my boiler failed over the bank holiday. One call to HEH solved all my problems. An engineer (Chevvy) called the next morning + diagnosed the problem. The company sourced a new fan + it was fitted (by Gareth) the next day which fixed the problem. Customer service and advice was faultless. I recommend them highly.

HEH carry out both annual support and maintenance on our, quite complicated, heating system. They do so with professionalism, great service, knowledge and excellent communication. Highly recommended.

I have used HEH for over 14 years now and would always use them for any plumbing and boiler work. I contacted HEH about moving my existing combi boiler from one wall to another in the kitchen, they did a brilliant job and the pipe work was clean and laid in nice lines. Communication with the office was also easy and they did the work as agreed.

As the previous house owner was a customer for years, I decided to stick with them. I asked them to remove the old gas fire and back boiler so I could get the fireplace removed and the area prepared for a different fire. Andy 'The Boss' came out to assess the job and told me he'd also return to advise on the replacement (I was hoping to use a gas fired 'wood burner' stove, I'd brought with me), once I'd had the fireplace removed. On the day, the guys not only removed the fire and boiler but said, as they'd done it so quickly, they'd get the fireplace out too. All done very quickly, efficiently and cleanly! They've taken photos of the area and made suggestions on what can be done so I can install my stove, as the current space isn't quite big enough. The fire and boiler have been taken away and the fireplace and rubble, neatly stacked outside. Masks were also part of their uniform! Super impressed with this company.
