On March 13th HEH repaced our boiler and thermostat with a WAVE system. On his initial visit, Richard Perrins advised us on the best system for our needs, and explained the technical side in language that we could understand which was a great help. We agreed to have the new system fitted, and the "text alert" system was a great help in letting us know when the team would arrive. The actual fitting by Nathan Davis and his team was clean and efficient, with a minimum of mess and disruption and what mess there was was cleared up as the job progressed. The fitters were cheerful and polite throughout, and kept us informed about the progress of the job and answered any questions we had. Richard Perrins gave us a good after-sales explanation of how the WAVE system works, and nothing has been too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a boiler installation. Excellent.

We had our new boiler about four years ago now and they were friendly, punctual and did a good job. We had the boiler out on finance which is good when you suddenly need a new one close to Christmas. We have had no hassle from finance company and payments are never messed up, we ha e the boiler services every year by friendly efficient staff. They keep you updated by text as well as to when they are on their way and who will be turning up ... good bunch of people who want you to have no issues.

Came promptly, quoted price, arrived on time completed work, cleared up and left. What more do you need.

After having a problem with a previous Gas Engineer, I was recommended by a friend to use High Efficiency Heating who are local to me. Gareth carried out the service and also did a repair job which had previously been neglected. I will certainly be calling on Gareth's services next year and would recommend HEH to my neighbours.

I called HEH to ask for assistance with a boiler fault, they diagnosed the problem immediately from my description over the phone. They arranged for an engineer to call the following day with parts. Engineer (Andy) arrived at the allotted time, described fully the solution and fixed the problem, he provided sound advice to ensure future reliability of the boiler, no pushy after sales, no mess, no fuss, just excellent service at a very reasonable price. Throughout HEH kept me informed by txt when to expect their engineer and everything went just as they has discussed at the time of the first call, very efficient process throughout from first call to resolving the problem, great people to do business with, would highly recommend, thanks to all at HEH

Extremely impressed from the initial enquiry to completing the job. This company supplied and fitted a new gas boiler and radiators. They were extremely helpful, quick and professional. They got things done very quickly causing least disruption as was possible. Special mention must go to Dave and Harry who fitted the boiler and radiators. We could not have been more impressed with them - really pleasant, careful and knowledgeable and they cleaned up perfectly after they had finished the job. Outstanding and highly recommended.

Woke up to no hot water or heating.we have 2 boilers as our house is on 3 levels . Being a Sunday and a very cold one I didn't think I would have much chance of anybody coming out to us. Not only did Andy come out and very quickly but also got both boilers working again and explained exactly what problem with each one was and a future plan .very impressed and warm again.would highly recommend. We had a small problem with a radiator, from speaking on the phone to make an appointment the service was excellent. They sorted the problem out very efficiently 15 minutes after they arrived, the engineer was very friendly and helpful. Superb service, thanks alot HEH.

The team from ‘High Efficiency Heating’ have been fantastic from start to finish. We initially booked them to complete a service for our two boilers, which soon turned into a boiler replacement job! Everything from booking the appointment, to arranging finance, through to job completion has been fantastic. Not only are the team knowledgable of their trade, they are all friendly, work to a high standard, clean up after themselves amazingly, and are extremely flexible. As we work from home, and struggled to rearrange some meetings, they worked around us really considerately. They even completed some decorating around the boiler pipework! They just went above and beyond, I can’t recommend them enough. Was recommended to ring this company regarding my heating not turning off in one area. Rang yesterday and today arrived and fixed the problem. Had the part already on the vehicle. Can recommend this company 100%.

I called Andy who arranged for one of his fitters, Dave Taylor, to look at the boiler. To install a new one, I was notified by text when he was arriving. Dave did a great job. Andy's firm has been doing wonderful service for years.

Replacement boiler needed, Andy Baxter surveyed, no fuss, no hard sell, gave options and fully detailed quote for replacing existing boiler and pipe work and explained process of installation, professional on the outset. The two engineers who came and installed are a credit to the company, clean, tidy, polite and considerate to our needs, they were a pleasure to have them working in our home. Woke this morning to a leaking boiler so rang High Efficiency Heating. They were extremely busy but managed to get an engineer to me to look at the problem. Once the engineer saw the boiler he had it fixed in half an hour giving us our heating and hot water back. Great service and reasonable price. High Efficiency from the call taker to the engineer, can definitely recommend these for your boiler needs.

An intermittent, loud noise and vibration from the water tank in the loft on running the hot taps from anywhere in the house was investigated by High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd who diagnosed it as a probable faulty ball-cock. It was agreed that a new one would be fitted at a subsequent date. However, a week after the initial investigation there had not been so much as a murmur from the water tank. I spoke to the chap who had come and he explained he had tweaked the ball-cock whilst he was here, and said that so long as the problem does not return there was no need to replace the part. I was not even charged for the initial call-out. I will certainly use this company again no matter how big or small the job. Highly recommended.

Our old boiler broke down and HEH arranged a quote and installation in a very efficient manner. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, laying down protective floor covers before they started and cleared up every speck of dust afterwards. They explained about the new boiler and how to use the new controls clearly.

Using High Efficiency followed a recommendation by a friend. Booked annual boiler service as previous person retired so a little dubious. Great service from the initial call through to the end service visit. Text alert to confirm booking and en route. Professional guy attended who was very courteous. Had boiler installed 11 months ago. Had issue which turned out to be unrelated to boiler but an engineer was scheduled to attend within the hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for boiler installation or after sales service. Friendly professional, experienced company

Appointment was easy to do, communication from HEH was excellent. I knew exactly when the engineer would arrive. Regular texts to confirm the appointment. He arrived at the agreed time answered all my questions, provided information at the end of the service and left the area clean and tidy Great job

Extremely reliable company who surveyed the job as promised on time and quoted a good price. Turned up at the date and time and carried out the installation of the high efficiency gas fire. I called Andy Baxter office at 10 -15 to explain the boiler was not working. I was asked if there would be somebody in the house today and they'll send an engineer round but could not give an exact time which was not a problem to me. Less than 1 hour later an engineer arrived and 2o minutes later boiler fixed and working . First class service.

Engineer arrived on time serviced my Central Heating Boiler was very polite and helpful HEH are very efficient and have an excellent central heating plan I recommend anyone to have a look at this document

Phoned regarding a leak on central heating system. Within the hour the job was done. Very well presented engineer who spoke in none-technical language which I appreciated. Can't speak highly enough of this local,caring company. Wouldn't think of using any other firm.
