We had a small problem with a radiator, from speaking on the phone to make an appointment the service was excellent. They sorted the problem out very efficiently 15 minutes after they arrived, the engineer was very friendly and helpful. Superb service, thanks alot HEH.

The team from ‘High Efficiency Heating’ have been fantastic from start to finish. We initially booked them to complete a service for our two boilers, which soon turned into a boiler replacement job! Everything from booking the appointment, to arranging finance, through to job completion has been fantastic. Not only are the team knowledgable of their trade, they are all friendly, work to a high standard, clean up after themselves amazingly, and are extremely flexible. As we work from home, and struggled to rearrange some meetings, they worked around us really considerately. They even completed some decorating around the boiler pipework! They just went above and beyond, I can’t recommend them enough. I called Andy who arranged for one of his fitters, Dave Taylor, to look at the boiler. To install a new one, I was notified by text when he was arriving. Dave did a great job. Andy's firm has been doing wonderful service for years.

Ours was a big, three-day job. To remove a Baxi back boiler and pump from the living room and water tanks from the loft and airing cupboard, and replace these with a combi boiler in the garage, new radiators and pipework. The new system works wonderfully. It was installed by Dylan Taylor and his colleague Dylan without fuss or mess and when we returned home after the work was completed there was no sign that they had been here except for the lovely new heating system! They were thoroughly professional in every aspect of their work including customer care. Dylan Taylor spent a good hour setting up and clearly explaining how the electronic controls worked. On hearing that a decorator was about to paint our dining room, they even came back the next day to remove a radiator until the painting had been completed. This is a terrific company which has impressed us at every stage with the quality of their work and customer care. We would highly recommend them.

Replacement boiler needed, Andy Baxter surveyed, no fuss, no hard sell, gave options and fully detailed quote for replacing existing boiler and pipe work and explained process of installation, professional on the outset. The two engineers who came and installed are a credit to the company, clean, tidy, polite and considerate to our needs, they were a pleasure to have them working in our home. Woke this morning to a leaking boiler so rang High Efficiency Heating. They were extremely busy but managed to get an engineer to me to look at the problem. Once the engineer saw the boiler he had it fixed in half an hour giving us our heating and hot water back. Great service and reasonable price. High Efficiency from the call taker to the engineer, can definitely recommend these for your boiler needs.

I had a new Worcester boiler installed by HEH UK. Although they were very busy they kindly scheduled me in fairly quickly as I had been without heating and hot water for a few weeks. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The job took all day but the lads who carried out the work arrived at specified time and were very professional explaining everything as they went along. The wall that the boiler was fixed to was found to be in disrepair and the lads went above and beyond to repair the area so that I could have my new boiler installed. Aftercare was also excellent - I was contacted to make sure I was happy with the job. Overall I had an excellent experience with HEH UK and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have been having my boiler serviced by HEH for the past three years. I would highly recommend them for your heating and servicing needs. Always professional, on time, and great to deal with. Using High Efficiency followed a recommendation by a friend. Booked annual boiler service as previous person retired so a little dubious. Great service from the initial call through to the end service visit. Text alert to confirm booking and en route. Professional guy attended who was very courteous. HEH carry out both annual support and maintenance on our, quite complicated, heating system. They do so with professionalism, great service, knowledge and excellent communication. Highly recommended.

I was let down badly by my usual gas servicer when my boiler failed over the bank holiday. One call to HEH solved all my problems. An engineer (Chevvy) called the next morning + diagnosed the problem. The company sourced a new fan + it was fitted (by Gareth) the next day which fixed the problem. Customer service and advice was faultless. I recommend them highly.

HEH fixed my boiler and also serviced it. Excellent, friendly and efficient service on both occasions.

An intermittent, loud noise and vibration from the water tank in the loft on running the hot taps from anywhere in the house was investigated by High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd who diagnosed it as a probable faulty ball-cock. It was agreed that a new one would be fitted at a subsequent date. However, a week after the initial investigation there had not been so much as a murmur from the water tank. I spoke to the chap who had come and he explained he had tweaked the ball-cock whilst he was here, and said that so long as the problem does not return there was no need to replace the part. I was not even charged for the initial call-out. I will certainly use this company again no matter how big or small the job. Highly recommended.

There was no heating and hot water. Phoned High-Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd to arrange for an engineer to come round and deal with the problem. As soon as he arrived he got straight on with the job and in no time at all the problem had been found, dealt with and explained. The engineer was a very pleasant man, easy to converse with and it came across that he really knows his job and with a wealth of knowledge and experience. From the first phone call to HEH (UK) LTD to the engineer leaving my home with the problem solved was a very efficient service indeed and would recommend them most highly.

We would highly recommend this company. Excellent work at an excellent price - good value from a local company who were far more competitive than the “big boys” ! From the initial quote right through to completion of the work all staff and workmen extremely friendly knowledgeable competent and helpful. Dave and George arrived precisely on time on the day of installation and worked non-stop all day to make sure work was completed to our satisfaction and ensuring everywhere had been put back in place and was tidy. If you’re contemplating having any heating work done give them a go and support our local businesses.

Had to wait for a little as they were busy. However once ordered, the date was fixed they turned up as promised. Work was carried out to a high standard and included removal of old boiler, relocation and installation of new Worcester boiler and smart controls. The fitters Dylan and George were easy to talk to, explained everything well and were happy to answer my questions. They tidied up as they went and went above and beyond to do a complete job. I can now control each radiator manually and individually using an app and can also have one or more schedules. Takes a little bit of getting used to but is good when you get the hang of it. Given that the old system was complex and difficult to access and had a lot of redundant fittings, valves and pumps they did a great job of tidying up and simplifying the system. I would not hesitate to recommend as they are so professional. The company always responds efficiently when needed and even sent a Christmas card.

Phoned regarding a leak on central heating system. Within the hour the job was done. Very well presented engineer who spoke in none-technical language which I appreciated. Can't speak highly enough of this local,caring company. Wouldn't think of using any other firm.

I have used this company for many years. I would definitely recommend. They message you before arriving and always arrive when they say they will, if there is a problem (only happened once) they keep you informed. They are always efficient and professional.

Our old boiler broke down and HEH arranged a quote and installation in a very efficient manner. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, laying down protective floor covers before they started and cleared up every speck of dust afterwards. They explained about the new boiler and how to use the new controls clearly.

HEH fitted my boiler and have serviced it for the past 14 years. this week my energy provider changed the meter and condemned the gas supply with a leak, so I had no heat, hot water, or gas hob. I rang HEH and two engineers were out within a couple of hours, checked all the appliances but were unable to find the leak. Came back today (36 hours later) to rip up floorboards and try to trace it in the pipes, no joy. Andy came out, looked over the situation and made a perfectly acceptable suggestion that didn't involve ripping into the walls or pulling up the tiled bathroom. The lads did the work, cleaned up after themselves and even the bill wasn't as horrendous as I'd thought it might be. They've also always done a really good job on the servicing and the odd emergency call out over the years with friendly efficient and tidy engineers.

I have used HEH for over 14 years now and would always use them for any plumbing and boiler work. I contacted HEH about moving my existing combi boiler from one wall to another in the kitchen, they did a brilliant job and the pipe work was clean and laid in nice lines. Communication with the office was also easy and they did the work as agreed.

As the previous house owner was a customer for years, I decided to stick with them. I asked them to remove the old gas fire and back boiler so I could get the fireplace removed and the area prepared for a different fire. Andy 'The Boss' came out to assess the job and told me he'd also return to advise on the replacement (I was hoping to use a gas fired 'wood burner' stove, I'd brought with me), once I'd had the fireplace removed. On the day, the guys not only removed the fire and boiler but said, as they'd done it so quickly, they'd get the fireplace out too. All done very quickly, efficiently and cleanly! They've taken photos of the area and made suggestions on what can be done so I can install my stove, as the current space isn't quite big enough. The fire and boiler have been taken away and the fireplace and rubble, neatly stacked outside. Masks were also part of their uniform! Super impressed with this company.

Had boiler installed 11 months ago. Had issue which turned out to be unrelated to boiler but an engineer was scheduled to attend within the hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for boiler installation or after sales service. Friendly professional, experienced company

First used HEH 8 years ago when we had a full central heating system fitted. Dust coverings were put down before the start of any work. Removal of the old system including the large water tank from the loft which was in itself a difficult job. After leaving them with all brewing info we went out and left them to it. Returning 4/5 later the team were just removing the dust covers. You would never know they had fitted a new heating system very room was spotless . HEH have carried out an annual service over the last 7 years and again been first class. We have recommended HEH to family /neighbours and friends all have had the same First class service. We would like to thank Andy & Sharon Baxter & all their team for all the work they have carried out for us.

Today I had my new Bosch boiler fitted by HEH UK LTD. It was a big job taking a old boiler from a back bedroom to a new boiler being fitted downstairs. The work meant a lot of floorboards had to come up and lots of piping re-routed but none of this seemed to bother Dave or Liam the two Gas engineers. It was a 2 day job, after day one we had no heating but we knew this was going to happen but they gave us heaters to use overnight the next day they arrived on time again, after a quick chat they got hard at it. They both worked great as a team and by 3 pm everything was completed. I was amazed at how everything looked normal again, floorboards all laid correctly and they even hovered up after themselves. I couldn’t fault their workmanship and will be passing on the company name to anyone who asks me do I know any plumbers. Outstanding work and my wife and I would like to say a big thank you.

First snow of 2022 and our boiler packs up, but not before flooding the cupboard where it resides. We have HomeCare with British Gas, but that proved to be completely useless with no appointment for over 72 hours. We rang HEH out of desperation and with low expectations, but the whole experience was a complete breath of fresh air. The staff manning the phones were delightful, empathetic and professional. They explained they had no availability today (hardly a surprise), but they would put us on a waitlist in case they had a cancellation later in the day. We were pleasantly surprised (actually “astonished” would be a better description) when the phone rang and were told that they could get to us around 5pm. True to their word, the engineer arrived and had us up and running again in less than 30 mins. I cannot praise HEH enough and we’re extremely grateful that they sorted us out in such a timely manner. The work we had done was the installation of eight radiators. It was done to the agreed schedule and actually finished a little earlier than anticipated and was done to the agreed budget. We found HEH UK Ltd very competitive and extremely good value for money. They stood out for us because they were very easy to deal with and the service they provided efficient and streamlined. Our first impressions of them were of a professional outfit who appeared to be good at what they do, and we were not wrong. They were extremely helpful at all times, George the installer and his colleagues went above and beyond in their work and are a credit to the company, we would not hesitate using them at all in the future. I called Andy Baxter office at 10 -15 to explain the boiler was not working. I was asked if there would be somebody in the house today and they'll send an engineer round but could not give an exact time which was not a problem to me. Less than 1 hour later an engineer arrived and 2o minutes later boiler fixed and working . First class service.

I engaged HEH to convert my old central heating system to a worcester bosch combi system, they came and gave a very fair price for the work, which I excepted, they arrived on time and finished on time ,left no mess, and the two Dylans did a great job, would highly recommend this company, thank you.

For some bizarre reason term professional is not normally a term used with a heating engineer and tradesmen.However on this occasion I honestly think this word best describes the gentleman that visited me yesterday. Andy the engineer was prompt and extremely professional and in truth his advice and genuine experience in his trade has probably saved me thousands of pounds.The way he systematically diagnosed a fault in my heating system was truly remarkable. Other companies had diagnosed all sorts of weird and wonderful issues that would have required all sorts of work to be carried out but fortunately for me Andy from HEH found a fault in the system that was a due to the manufacturer. This has enabled me to get the problem resolved at very little cost. This kind of professional is very rare and I can’t recommend Andy and his company highly enough. 👍👍👍

What seemed at first to be one faulty radiator turned into a much bigger job where all the pipes on the ground floor had to be replaced. HEH came out several times to get to the bottom of the problem and we're determined to sort it out. When the job was done the 2 lads arrived on time, were really friendly and completed the work on time. We went out and left them to it and when we got back you wouldn't have known they'd been; the house was so clean.

We selected this company from 3 quotations. The difference in price was minimal but the company was recommended by family members. The quotation, given personally, was the most comprehensive, detailing fully the parts needed and the time it would take to complete the work. The workmen arrived on time. They were pleasant, polite and reassuring when we asked any questions. The boiler was in the garage and on completion, the two men cleaned up the area! The workmen clarified the boiler's workings, explained how the control panel worked-to both my husband and myself -and left us with the product pack. Obviously we were in contact with their office re payment etc. Their office staff were equally as pleasant and helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

A scheduled three day job that was carried out professionally, efficiently, on time, and considering the extent of the work, with little mess. In all, the team comprised of Dave, George, Ethan and last but by no means least, Jack. Each and everyone of them a credit to a great company. I had been anxious from the get go as it was such an undertaking but after witnessing them in action, I had confidence in their skills.
