I’ve had my boiler serviced and maintained by these guys for the last 5 years and their service and professionalism cannot be faulted.

Another service completed without any issues. Every engineer that has visited my house has been very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend HEH.

A scheduled three day job that was carried out professionally, efficiently, on time, and considering the extent of the work, with little mess. In all, the team comprised of Dave, George, Ethan and last but by no means least, Jack. Each and everyone of them a credit to a great company. I had been anxious from the get go as it was such an undertaking but after witnessing them in action, I had confidence in their skills. I was asked to check each part of their work before starting another to see if I was satisfied with the outcome. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot praise them highly enough, thank you gents. I have been in contact with everyone involved from the outset, senior management Andy and Richard, office staff Leanne and Louise (who are all lovely) and been given relevant information, help and advice at all times. I would not hesitate in recommending this company. I cannot finish without thanking Dave in particular. After scrambling about under my floorboards, he uncovered a treasure that has been hiding for almost forty years - a small jewelry box of my late mum's containing my daughter's silver christening bracelet and other precious items that my mum had bought for her. Visited to check out my boiler same day I reported the fault, got a text beforehand to let me know the engineer was on his way, he was very polite & helpful as he answered my questions. Great customer service.

The engineer called as planned but unfortunately my doorbell wasn't working. The office called me and said he would call back and he arrived within an hour. He assessed the problem and promptly carried out the necessary work. He had a very pleasant manner and explained to me what needed to be done. He was very efficient and I would certainly recommend High Efficiency Heating to anyone thinking of using this company.

Sent a text from HEH to tell me engineer in way so that was good. Came in the time frame given. Lovely polite young man came and did a good thorough job. He left everything clean and tidy. HEH fitted our boiler a few years ago. We have a 10-10-10 plan which we pay monthly for and any problems will be covered by this. We just pay extra for the fire to be serviced. Always happy to know there is cover there if needed for the next 10 years from boiler being fitted.

Over the new year holiday period my Mums heating stopped working. Having used HEHUK previously I contacted Andy Baxter who attended her address over the BH period. He quickly identified the fault, but required a new boiler installing. Recognising her age and vulnerability, Andy prioritised the obtaining of the boiler within a couple of days. Mums assessment of the installing staff of HEHUK, was they were courteous, clean and quiet - really excelling and exceeding her expectations. HEHUK, are local, reliable, trustworthy. Andy is honest, straightforward and balanced in his recommendations. An excellent service, by a local reputable tradesman, who if can satisfy the high standards of my Mum, then I recommend him without hesitation.

Had a radiator removed and a new one fitted. Have used HEH numerous times and they have always been professional, reliable, courteous and respectful. They give you a proposed time and always text before arrival. The work carried out is always too and excellent standard, prompt and extremely clean. Very pleasant staff from admin to the plumbers. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I've had High Efficiency Heating servicing my old boiler for some years now. I'm so pleased I stuck with them when I needed a new boiler and I wasn't persuaded by others to go elsewhere. The fitting team they sent were excellent. Highly professional as well as neat and tidy. Mine was not an easy fit but they coped admirably despite having to negotiate behind three kitchen cupboards. I would recommend High Efficiency Heating for all gas appliances work.

From survey to completion of a boiler replacement for my elderly mother I cannot praise this company enough. The work needed doing very quickly and they managed to squeeze us in to complete the work to a very high standard.

Responded to the phone call. The engineer arrived within a couple of hours. Polite professional Helpful - answered my questions and solved the problem.

Boiler annual service booked in several weeks ago, was offered am or pm appointment, elected afternoon received a text at lunch time stating engineers were on their way they arrived promptly afterwards, polite and Curtios when they arrived. Boiler serviced engineer explained what had been done as part of service. Took no time at all very happy with service from having boiler installed to yearly service can’t fault them 😀

As usual absolutely prompt and efficient. Pump failed on our system and they supplied and fitted a new one in super quick time.

Gas pipe for the new boiler routed under the house and up the outside wall. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I have used High Efficiency Heating Ltd from Ashton for servicing and repair of my combi boiler for the last 8 years. Although they are not local to me they have always provided a prompt and efficient service, they are reliable and value for money. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful - this applies to engineers and office staff alike. Old- fashioned, good customer service.

HEH replaced my boiler and radiators in my home 2 years ago. The job was done at a very reasonable price and the installation team were superb. They provided with me a fully detailed quotation and explained everything clearly. During the installation itself, they kept me informed of all the work as they were doing it, keeping the work areas (and my carpets!) clean. They finished ahead of time and everyone involved was extremely courteous and professional. January 2023 was the first annual boiler service, which went equally efficiently. In December 2023 I received a text message to remind me that my next boiler service was due in January 2024. I rang the office to make my booking and was given a choice of dates and times from which I could pick the most convenient. Immediately afterwards I received a text message confirming all the details of the booking. On the day itself, I received another text message confirming the booked time slot again, and another text message advising when the engineer was actually on his way to my house. When the engineer arrived, he was extremely professional & polite, asked if I had any problems or questions he could help with. Once he had completed the service and left, within a few minutes I received a final text message thanking me for using HEH. All my dealings with HEH have been a positive experience, with everyone including the owner, the engineers and the office team all being extremely helpful and courteous.

Fabulous company to have chosen 10/ 12 yrs ago. No regrets what so ever. They conduct themselves in a top professional way , service and maintenance my whole system with an urgency when things are not working as they should and very competitive on price. Total satisfied with there service.

Leaking boiler, called them yesterday and they came today as requested. We always use them to service our boiler and they were just as efficient fixing the leak. Great service at a reasonable price.

I have just had a very old heating system replaced with a combi boiler. The company sent Jack and Ethan to install the system. I cannot praise their work and work ethic highly enough. They were on time and worked diligently . They were so respectful of my property and everywhere was sheeted up and protected. The lads were an absolute pleasure to have in my home and they are two fantastic ambassadors for this company. I chose the company because they completed work for my elderly parents last year . I was so impressed by the company, it’s communication and standard of work I didn’t bother to approach any other company when I wanted my heating system changed. Thank you so much for such a brilliant experience I am over the moon with the work and how well the guys treated my home . They were such lovely lads and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a first rate service!!

HEH installed our boiler in 2008 and we have a service contract with them. When there is a problem they are always very responsive and attend urgently when necessary. Three days ago they came to replace a stuck valve but unfortunately it seems the new part was faulty and the boiler then stopped working in the middle of a cold snap ( -7C last night). Although clearly very busy with many call outs in the cold they came and fixed the problem and got our heating back within 3 hours. Great service.

HEH is a small but brilliantly run business. They are efficient it’s in the name. Good engineers who give a great service at a competitive price.

Had arranged a visit to get s quote to remove a non working gas fire as my father wanted to replace it for an electric fire. The engineer who came, Andy Baxter, was very friendly and gave my father all the information he needed. He advised that they could fit any fire we bought on the same day as removing the gas fire. This was something I wasn't expecting but was very happy with the overall quote. Very reasonable and exceedingly customer-friendly

I’ve used HEH for years and I cannot fault Andy and his team. From the first call to the office to the visit and sign-off, first class service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

We have used HEH for many years to service and maintain the boiler in our home and a property we let out. HEH are a reliable and efficient company - true to their name - if we have a problem they respond to our calls by sorting it out on the same day. Their engineers are always polite and explain the issue which they are rectifying.

HEH have serviced our boiler for several years and we can't fault them. We rang to say we had no heating and hot water and Billy arrived, well organised, cheerful and ready to get on with the job. He soon worked out that the pump needed replacing, and he had one on his van, meaning the job was completed straight away. He was pleasant throughout , explained what he was doing and answered all our questions.

I requested a survey on old pipes in the garage. Surplus pipes to be removed soon. Asked about new radiator in front room as current one about 60 years old. Got a quote which I'm happy with. Also queried gas fire in front room. I was given excellent advice by Richard, will give his recommendations serious thought and have the changes made in the summer. Thank you Richard.

An outstanding company whose customer service is second to none, in addition to skilled and knowledgeable engineers who can be trusted to do a first class job. They really stepped up in fitting in a replacement boiler the week before Christmas as an emergency response for my elderly mum. All my dealings with the company at every point, were met with care and sensitivity. All the personnel have the same ethos and I have to say from the off I was filled with confidence and trust in the company and they certainly delivered!

I needed pipework sorting in my garage so I could fully open the back door. Lads did a brilliant job. Very sociable, spent time talking with me about the next job I want doing. Can't fault this company. Glad I took a neighbour's advice and switched from British Gas.

Unfortunately the radiator has been leaking at the thermostat valve for some time and has gone undetected and blackened wooden floor. HEH UK Ltd to the rescue. Arrived promptly and sorted within an hour. Tidy, efficient, polite and well presented. Brilliant company to have on your mobile phone list!

Called for assistance and they were able to send an engineer within 48hrs. Engineer arrived on time identified the issue quickly and provided cost. Work was completed quickly without any problems. Young man cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend this company

Dylan and colleague were very helpful and professional when installing our new boiler. Left a clean and tidy workspace. And they went the extra mile in identifying and repairing a gas leak from our oven. We are very happy with the result.

HEH installed and have serviced my house boiler over last 10 years. and I have breakdown cover with them. They have always been excellent. Returned from holidays late Friday to discover no hot water or heating. Tried everything then rang the emergency number at 8.30pm. Plumber rang me back within minutes and talked me through various tests. Could not resolve the problem so he came at 8.40 am on Saturday. Immediately diagnosed that the pump had failed - left to pick one up - returned fitted and all working by 10.30am. Brilliant - outstanding service. Thank you HEH
