We had a new Bosch boiler and new radiators throughout a number of years ago. HEH have serviced the boiler each year since and completed our log book for any warranty issues. These services are carried out at our convenience by a fully trained engineer. Everything is explained, the work is completed in a clean and professional manner and left spotless on completion. We used to be with British Gas. Not anymore.

I would have no hesitation in recommending HEH to anyone. Andy, Sharron, Leanne and the rest of the Team are excellent. Their work is of a very high standard, professional and all the Engineers are polite, clean and explain everything they are working on. It's a fantastic family firm.

From the first phone call to the completed job I can't fault this company. Everybody I spoke to was professional and friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. I needed a gas fire re-fitted which involved knocking out a lot of bricks. Dave the engineer did a brilliant job, he arrived on time and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I have just had my new boiler fitted by HEH UK Ltd and cannot praise the team enough. Right from the start when Andy came out to quote for the boiler through to the installation yesterday by Dylan and Kyle the whole experience was professional and stress free. Dylan and Kyle arrived exactly at the time I was given and worked right through the day until completion. They were very polite, hardworking and easy to work around. They treated my property with respect and made sure all surfaces and floors were completed covered for protection. After the installation they cleaned up everything, so much so that after they left no-one would have believed I had just had a new boiler installed! From my initial contact with Sharron I received professional, friendly service. Andy visited my home I explained to him what I work I required, Andy surveyed my current system and then explained clearly what options were available to me, and quoted a clear and competitive price and timescale for the work to be carried out. On the day the work was carried out Ross the Engineer arrived promptly and worked tirelessly through the day. Ross was polite, professional and works to a meticulous standard. My new boiler and associated pipework is Top class, Ross has produced a work of art!. It was a pleasure to allow HEH into my home to carry out this work. This company was recommended to me by the former owner of my home. I decided to have my boiler replaced and have the old water tank (immersion?) taken out. I received a visit from Andy who explained everything and the plumber and apprentice who did the job (it was quite a task at 3 days) were great. Very pleased, definitely going to carry on using this company.

We've always had brilliant service from HEH and whether it's a big job, we had our boiler replaced last year, or a smallish job, rerouting of a pipe last month, the high standard is always maintained. The guys who come to do the job are friendly, efficient and respectful. I always feel confident they will do a top job and so far I've never been disappointed. As well as this, the ladies in the office are friendly and well informed and always keep us up to date regarding the arrival of the engineers.

These guys know what they're doing and take great care to protect furnishings and carpets etc. They were all very friendly and helpful which makes for a much easier experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HEH to anyone who needs any kind of central heating work.
