HEH installed our boiler 6 years ago and have serviced it since then. We had a problem with the pressure dropping, they were able to come out at a time suitable for us and within a few days of us calling them. The engineer was friendly, polite and professional. He gave us advice on the current job and also on work we have planned in the coming months. He left everything spotless as well. We’ve always been very happy with HEH, we feel we are in safe hands, thanks.

We had a small problem with a radiator, from speaking on the phone to make an appointment the service was excellent. They sorted the problem out very efficiently 15 minutes after they arrived, the engineer was very friendly and helpful. Superb service, thanks alot HEH.

Upstairs radiators fitted. Received text that engineer was on his way. Arrived promptly despite the snow. Job completed to the highest standard (as always). Boiler also serviced. I can't recommend them highly enough. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We initially had HEH out to look at our existing boiler which was in the house when we moved here. We eventually decided to replace the existing boiler with a new one as it was apparent it had multiple faults due to its age and asked HEH for a survey and quote. This decision was based off advice from HEH but also from the manufacturer of our current boiler who agreed with the advice from HEH. HEH booked a survey and Richard arrived early on the Monday to take a look. He provided us with great advice which allowed us to make a decision on the boiler and accessories that we wanted and opted for an ATAG boiler. As our existing boiler wasn't working and we had no hot water or heating we were classed as urgent and booked in promptly for the work to be carried out in a reasonable time frame. The installers, Adam and his colleague were very professional and polite. They completed the work with minimal disruption to myself and I was able to carry on working in the house as they meticulously fitted the boiler. Adam also showed me how to setup our new WiFi thermostat and talked me through the app. Before they left they invited me into the loft to look at the boiler and be talked through the settings. I am the kind of person that likes things to be neat and tidy even if out of sight and the installation met my expectations. The wiring was very tidy and there was no mess left around the boiler or house. I would 100% recommend HEH for any work they offer.

Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler and radiator fitted. Great quote with superb knowledge from the boss. No salesman just honest tradesmen. Explained how things would be fitted and notified me water pressure was low and who to contact to rectify situation. Fitters were prompt with much appreciated text to say on way. Great job completed in timely manner, cleaned up after themselves and went through appropriate paperwork. Couldn't ask for better. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them,they really know their stuff.

These guys know what they're doing and take great care to protect furnishings and carpets etc. They were all very friendly and helpful which makes for a much easier experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HEH to anyone who needs any kind of central heating work.

Dave and his mate worked brilliantly.taking out the old boiler and water tank a nd fitting the new one and then flushing out the whole system.All the rubbish was gone too. I recently had a gas leak, near to a gas fire in the lounge, which involved the Emergency gas service coming to my home and having to cut off my supply. I contacted HEH who attended the same day and isolated the feed concerned so that gas could be restored to my boiler. They then arranged for a follow up visit so that the exact source a of the leak could be identified and repaired. The speed and quality of the service was superb.

After having no heating or hot water I rang heh who sent a engineer out and tried to get it going he called another engineer who turned up within 15 minutes and found the problem being the pump. I always use heh and highly recommend this company no rip off fees and no adding parts you don’t need truly honest company.

We had our new boiler about four years ago now and they were friendly, punctual and did a good job. We had the boiler out on finance which is good when you suddenly need a new one close to Christmas. We have had no hassle from finance company and payments are never messed up, we ha e the boiler services every year by friendly efficient staff. They keep you updated by text as well as to when they are on their way and who will be turning up ... good bunch of people who want you to have no issues.

I always get my boiler serviced every year. I receive a letter reminding me of my service and give me a price. When I contact to arrange a service it's always at my convenience. I get a text message prior to the visit to let me know who is on their way, and the engineer is always professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. I have had other work done by HEH and can't fault them.

We had a new boiler fitted by HEH on the 5th September, the two engineers were David & George. They arrived at the exact time we were given, our boiler is situated upstairs in a cupboard on the landing so the lads laid down full protection on our stair and landing carpet. No mess was made at all. Right from our call to the office of HEH and speaking to Sharon & Louise and received the quote from Andy every thing was dealt with efficiently. Very satisfied customers.

I cannot speak highly enough of High Efficiency Heating. I had been left in the lurch by a builder who walked off the job and left me with no heating in my new build house, despite having been paid for it. HEH was recommended to me by a friend, and after the owner, Andy Baxter himself came out to look at the problem I had been left with, I promptly received a written quote, and a time frame to finish the work. The job was far from straightforward as some pipework had already been installed incorrectly by the builder. When HEH came to pressurize the system to test it, there were leaks all over the place, where the builder had not fitted the joints properly. As a result, the plasterboard ceilings were ruined, and had to be taken down to find, and then access the leaking joints. HEH fixed all the leaks, and got my heating system working, so that I could at least move in. Since the initial work, whenever i've needed advice on operating the heating controls, their Technical Manager Richard Perrins has called round and helped me out every time - not once has it been too much trouble for him. High Efficiency have shown how a proper company operates - the level of aftercare and customer service I've received, has been outstanding, and a real breath of fresh air. They fitted a new heating boiler and updated valves on several radiators. The work was completed in a single day as agreed at an initial meeting with the manager They came at the time agreed, covered all non working areas and tidied and moved furniture back into place when the jobs were completed. They were helpful and polite throughout and returned the following day to answer questions about the most effective use of the thermostat. Their workmanship was excellent.

The engineers are always on time, they send you a text when they are near. Always friendly and explained exactly what the issue is and options to fix in a manner I could understand, we had radiators that had stopped working and needed some repiping. Really happy with the service thank you.

From phoning HEH, you get the best efficient service you could want, from price to work being completed. Very smart well mannered lads and office staff. They get on with work and it’s done to a standard, that you wouldn’t know they had been, as an elder person you felt very safe and at ease, whilst they got on with the work. Gareth is a credit to the company. Every consideration was taken to be covid compliant. Messaged ahead with ETA and arrived and completed boiler service to agreed schedule. Very informative. Answered all my queries in a way that didn't make me feel stupid and made me feel confident in his advice and expertise. Had a lot of stress recently with a bungled bathroom conversion by another contractor, so was refreshing to deal with someone so competent, with excellent customer service.

Booked HEH to upgrade the heating in my open plan kitchen/diner, which was always cold. Andy (owner) talked us through the pros/cons of the various options in advance & we agreed that a plinth heater (connected to my CH system) was the best option. Dave & George came to install the heater (with Andy popping in to check they knew exactly what to do & how). They could not have been more helpful or accommodating, treating our home as if it was their own & checking that we were happy at every stage. We have used HEH for the last 8 years & would not hesitate to recommend them.

Using High Efficiency followed a recommendation by a friend. Booked annual boiler service as previous person retired so a little dubious. Great service from the initial call through to the end service visit. Text alert to confirm booking and en route. Professional guy attended who was very courteous. Woke this morning to find boiler had stopped functioning and house cold. Called HEH at 8.40 am who rang straight back after the initial call to confirm an engineer would be there in AM. He arrived less than 2 hours later to check and fix the issue and all heating restored. Excellent.

Found the company to be efficient, effective and economical. Showed great attention to detail and explained in layman's language. Paid attention to Covid restrictions and were very courteous. No problem in rating them 5 stars.

The engineer arrived at the time stated, worked confidently and efficiently was very courteous, cleaning everything and taking away all the rubbish we are very pleased with all aspects of the job, from the initial quote to installation.

HEH fitted my boiler and have serviced it for the past 14 years. this week my energy provider changed the meter and condemned the gas supply with a leak, so I had no heat, hot water, or gas hob. I rang HEH and two engineers were out within a couple of hours, checked all the appliances but were unable to find the leak. Came back today (36 hours later) to rip up floorboards and try to trace it in the pipes, no joy. Andy came out, looked over the situation and made a perfectly acceptable suggestion that didn't involve ripping into the walls or pulling up the tiled bathroom. The lads did the work, cleaned up after themselves and even the bill wasn't as horrendous as I'd thought it might be. They've also always done a really good job on the servicing and the odd emergency call out over the years with friendly efficient and tidy engineers.
