The work we had done was the installation of eight radiators. It was done to the agreed schedule and actually finished a little earlier than anticipated and was done to the agreed budget. We found HEH UK Ltd very competitive and extremely good value for money. They stood out for us because they were very easy to deal with and the service they provided efficient and streamlined. Our first impressions of them were of a professional outfit who appeared to be good at what they do, and we were not wrong. They were extremely helpful at all times, George the installer and his colleagues went above and beyond in their work and are a credit to the company, we would not hesitate using them at all in the future. Ongoing communication was excellent at all times from the office to the installers, keeping us abreast of all that was happening, their help, advice and professionalism was outstanding.

The whole team at HEH are very efficient . The engineers could not do enough to help and everywhere was kept as clean as possible. Any issues were resolved swiftly and all jobs were completed in the most professional way . All of the engineers were polite and courteous. Highly recommend .

Had a new boiler installed on the 13th April 2022 and the service and installation was absolutely first class. From the moment of first contact for a quote it was seamless, I was told exactly what I needed and what would be done on installation, I wasn’t put under any pressure to go with the quote and I felt like I could ring with any questions I may have had. The installation was brilliant engineers arrived exactly on time, the installation was perfect, both the engineers were friendly and polite and they were so neat and tidy. Also, Louise in the office was fantastic helped with any questions I had I would highly recommend this local company, absolutely brilliant.

My house is 180 years old and I was anxious about possible problems when my gas boiler needed to be replaced. Especially as there was an ancient tank in the loft (which had started to leak!) I thought it would be a huge job to remove. A friend highly recommended this company to me so I duly booked an appointment for Richard, their Tech Support Manager to visit and quote for the job. I accepted their fair quotation and the work was booked to take 2 1/2 days. On the first day Dave and Chevy arrived and were so calm and competent any fears I had about the scale of the job immediately disappeared. The job was duly completed on time. They left the house clean and tidy and looking as though the job had been a doddle though I think it was quite complicated and needed experienced people to complete the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs replacement boilers or maintenance to their heating systems.. Well done Dave and Chevy and thank you.

Annual service on boiler and first service on a gas fire that had not been recently serviced. Superb service on both but excellent checks and cleaning on the gas fire which is now better than it has ever been. Feel very safe using the fire now.

One of the radiators was leaking which happened on a Sunday morning. My call was answered straight away, I received a text message when the engineer was on his way and he arrived within 50min after the call. He fixed the issue, checked the other radiators and answered all of my questions. He also communicated clearly what information he would feed back to the letting agent. I'm very happy with HEH and their level of service.

We had 4 radiators replaced yesterday. Andy came to do the quote and Dave and Ethan came to remove the old ones and fit the new. They arrived on time and were very polite and tidy - there was absolutely no trace of anyone having been in the house after they'd left. Very pleased with the work done. Sent a text from HEH to tell me engineer in way so that was good. Came in the time frame given. Lovely polite young man came and did a good thorough job. He left everything clean and tidy. HEH fitted our boiler a few years ago. We have a 10-10-10 plan which we pay monthly for and any problems will be covered by this. We just pay extra for the fire to be serviced. Always happy to know there is cover there if needed for the next 10 years from boiler being fitted.

Fantastic service from first survey to completion of installation. The lads couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. The system proposed by Andy is excellent and fulfilled all our requirements. Great tradesmen and engineers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

High Efficiency Heating is certainly an apt name for the company! They have been and remain an example to all businesses who want to foster and maintain a loyal customer base and attract new customers too. We have used them for many years and in that time have they undertaken a boiler replacement and a succession of annual services, all carried out to the highest standards. All the engineers during this time who have been involved, arrived promptly- yes actually arrived - and without exception carried out the work courteously and professionally. Today we had cause to contact HEH because of a central heating problem and as usual the engineer was able to call in the afternoon and swiftly rectified the issue within minutes. The whole process did not deviate in any way from the exceptional levels of service we have come to expect. Their Cover Plan is well worth a look too - it has certainly given us peace of mind. If only many other firms would take some lessons from HEH. I would unhesitatingly recommend HEH as they do what they promise.

If you want a good job doing, then this is for you. We needed a new boiler and everything, from start to finish, went exactly as requested and planned. We knew Andy Baxter from a previous contact when he had impressed with his professionalism, refusing to charge for several home visits because he had been unable to complete the work. Again, this time his prompt advice enabled us to chose the right boiler, have it fitted at our convenience and call on the company as we needed for further advice. Above and beyond was mending our kitchen tap which had responded to the new boiler by misbehaving. We are pretty sure this was not in the job description but Andy could not have been more helpful in offering to mend it. Aftercare has been minimal as everything is working well but when I did contact with a query, again the response was prompt, extremely helpful and immediately resolved. A word too about the two workers, Dylan and Ryan, who fitted the boiler: spot on time, helpful, pleasant, highly efficient and very, very clean and tidy! How reassuring it is to have such an efficient and helpful company in charge of such a vital part of the house’s fittings. We have left the erstwhile British Gas servicing and signed up with HEH, half the price and several times more efficient.

Quick trouble free service after a phone call to pre analyse the problem followed by an engineer visit to correct the fault all under warranty! Fantastic service always.

Had a radiator removed and a new one fitted. Have used HEH numerous times and they have always been professional, reliable, courteous and respectful. They give you a proposed time and always text before arrival. The work carried out is always too and excellent standard, prompt and extremely clean. Very pleasant staff from admin to the plumbers. Rang HEH mid afternoon after finding a leak from the boiler in the loft running into the bedroom below, carpet soaking water coming through the light fitting, we told what we thought was the problem, an engineer could come out 1st thing the following morning incurring a call out charge of which was very reasonable. The engineer had the spare part with him a really nice guy and the job was completed within half hr. We use this company every year for the annual service and satisfaction is above and beyond. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

Andy's crew were back, after 17 years, to replace their previously installed Worcester Bosch boiler with a newer model. I first met Andy in 2006 for the installation and have had the boiler servicing done by HEH since then. Always polite and efficient, with a very detailed estimate and ease of contact for any amendments or clarifications. HEH have been my first port of call for replacement radiators, radiator thermostats and other heating related jobs. The team are always friendly and happy to discuss and explain the work that they are about to do. All of the unwanted materials, appliances and packaging are taken away at the end of the job, without fuss, before cleaning up. When I book in a visit I know that they will attend. Text messages keep me informed. Louise in the office is most helpful too, promptly dealing with any queries. I can certainly recommend this company, and did so in the previous manifestation of Which? Local.

Boiler service done today They installed it 9 years ago, and have maintained it ever since. The one time I had a problem they sorted it out quickly

I contacted HEH on Tuesday to request a visit to assess a leaking radiator thermostatic valve. I arranged for a call out for Friday morning, between 08:00 and 09:00. I was informed of the call out charge. Today, Friday, I received a text message at 07:36 to say that an engineer was on his way. The engineer arrived at exactly 08:00 and, after having inspected the valve, explained what the problem was and that the valve needed replacing; he gave me an idea of the cost. He further said that he might be able to return later in the day to fit a new valve. I received a text at about 11:15 to say that an engineer was on his way. The engineer arrived at about 11:45 and started the job of replacing the faulty valve. It took about half an hour to complete the job. There was no mess made and the valve works perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending HEH.

Great as usual. Have used HEH regularly for several years and always found them to be highly professional, turn up when they say they will with excellent comms (text message to tell me when on their way). Just a great company to deal with.

Great fire and boiler service. Came on time with handy text to let us know engineer on their way. Put mind at rest after discovering rubble behind fire, explained it could be chimney collapse, but thankfully after rubble removal (which they took away) and fire bomb test transpires chimney is fine. Would highly recommend HEH. From the initial call to get a quote to the new boiler being installed was about 3 and a half weeks and everyone I have dealt with at HEH has been so helpful and super friendly. A big shout out to Richard who came to provide the quote. He was so helpful in answering all my questions to help me decide whether to go ahead or not, and put my mind at ease when we discovered an issue with the gas pipe that was feeding the existing boiler, that would need to be replaced before the new boiler was fitted. The quote was very detailed so I knew exactly what work was going to be done including the gas pipe replacement and what I was getting as part of the boiler package. Both Ethan and Jack who came on the day to carry out the work and to fit the new boiler were incredibly professional and so lovely. They made me feel at ease from the moment they arrived. Brilliant service from start to finish!

We bought our ATAG boiler from HEH three years ago. It has just had its regular annual service. Engineer notified us he was on his way and arrived at the arranged time. Very pleasant, polite and efficient engineer.

Our CH boiler broke down, I called HEH, they sent an engineer within 3 hours and diagnosed the fault, then temporarily fixed the boiler. They sent a quote for the job the same day, booked them in for the week after, job completed on time, at the price quoted and the lads were great. No mess, no hassle, they just did what they had to. 10 out of 10. Very good prices too.

I've used HEH for years, and they've provided my plumbing and heating for 15 plus years. I called them this morning as my 15 year old boiler is leaking again. They sent someone this afternoon, and I've decided to renew my boiler. If I agree the price it can be fitted in a few days. Great service, always use them. Professional and friendly engineers, who know what they're doing, which gives customers confidence in their work.
