Had my boiler annual service. Team were efficient reliable and very respectful. Came on time as promised.

Everything from booking the service to receiving the visit from the engineer went smoothly. The engineer was polite and friendly. I received an ETA and the engineer wasn't late.

High Efficiency Heating engineers arrived earlier than I thought they would, which was very pleasing indeed. They were professional, polite, efficient and new what they were doing. Within about 15 minutes of arriving the central heating was up and running; job done. I have used HEH UK Ltd on a number of occasions which as involved servicing, checks and repairs and have always found them to be a first class and reliable company. I have no hesitation in recommending High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd to anyone.

This is the company I trust to visit my 89 year old mother who lives alone. They’re really great. Efficient, clean, knowledgeable and highly professional. Today they serviced the boiler. Thank you HEH for being so generally wonderful.

I have just had a brand new boiler fitted by the fantastic team at HEH and just as the visit the previous day the service and professionalism and attention to detail was superb. HEH carried out a routine service of our gas boiler A post-visit text was sent to remind us of his appointment and the efficient engineer arrived within the agreed time period. He was most respectful of our home and carried out the work with this in mind He was very professional, efficient and experienced also meticulous in his service routine On completion of the work, he was able to totally reassure us that the boiler was running normally and safely, which is paramount He was a pleasant well-mannered young man and we felt confident to connect HEH at any time if we had any problems or concerns Thank you, The Baileys

High Efficiency Heating came recommended by a work colleague and I am so glad we chose them to replace our 13 year old Combi boiler with a new one. The quote was detailed and received the same day by email. Once we gave them the go ahead we were given a date for fitting for the following weekend which was brilliant as our old boiler was leaking. The two guys arrived on time and were really nice and very polite. They did a great job and explained everything they had done in detail and made sure we understood how the controls worked before they left. Its always a bit nerve racking using a new company but we were so pleased we had chosen High Efficiency Heating and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our little home was treated with the respect it deserves and my faith has been restored.

One of the radiators was leaking which happened on a Sunday morning. My call was answered straight away, I received a text message when the engineer was on his way and he arrived within 50min after the call. He fixed the issue, checked the other radiators and answered all of my questions. He also communicated clearly what information he would feed back to the letting agent. I'm very happy with HEH and their level of service.

We've been with HEH for a number of years and have recommended them to several friends. Their annual contract is very reasonable and includes 24/7 breakdown and annual service. Their engineers are always polite and reliable. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

First time I have used High Efficiency. Not long moved into our house. The young man who called did a full service check on all gas appliances was helpful and informative. Will be taking out a payment plan for future checks. Would highly recommend this company.

The company High Efficiency Heating is a family-run company. The family who owns it and the staff who works there are knowledgeable, very professional and highly efficient and experienced. I had a new boiler installed by this company. They arrived to do the job on time, they were polite and considerate. Cleaned up when finished working. Highly recommend them.

I have used HEH for my gas boiler heating system for the past 6 years and I have found them to be exelent in their servicing ,especially when I had my 15 year old boiler. I changed the boiler 3 years ago and HEH supplied the boiler and fitting and no problems todate. Just had it's anual service and all OK. All the engineers are professional.and good to deal with. I can.thorouly recomend them.

I have used HEH a few times in two properties. The excellent service starts from the wonderful reception staff. Always polite and very professional. Details taken and a date given. Text when plumbers on their way, very prompt and work completed to the highest standard. Would highly recommend.

Great fire and boiler service. Came on time with handy text to let us know engineer on their way. Put mind at rest after discovering rubble behind fire, explained it could be chimney collapse, but thankfully after rubble removal (which they took away) and fire bomb test transpires chimney is fine. Great engineer can't recommend this company highly enough. Thanks

I have been with HEH for a good many years and the service has always been excellent. But when my old boiler needed repair/renewal - well HEH really did pull out all the stops and they were absolutely brilliant not only did they fit a new boiler but had to replace 15mm pipe with 22mm pipe from one corner of the house to the diagonal opposite corner (no mean achievement) All done in a day from about 8-00am till 6-30pm and in a rainy cold day. The engineers deserved a gold medal for their work and dedication. Would recommend HEH without hesitation.

We got our combi from HEH several years ago, and have a service contract. They have always been friendly and efficient, and done any repairs as part of the deal without question.

We have had HEH for 20+ years and have had excellent service for heating and boilers in 2 properties. The engineers are always helpful and personable. Any queries we may have had have been answered in a way we can understand. We would highly recommend this company and have done so to at least 2 of our friends.

Had my boiler replaced today, two lads came, think one was an apprentice, sorry I forgot the lads name who did the job. But he was very nice and kept me informed of what he was doing, he explained the new app I had with the boiler, he was very patient when I asked him to explain things again to me, you could see it was very important to him that he did everything properly, he wanted to make sure I was happy and that nothing would be too much trouble. Thanks again to the HEH for another great job.

Our boiler broke down just after the new year and my husband is disabled so we were desperate. This company pulled out all the stops to get our new boiler installed within a few days. The lads that worked on the job(main one Ethen) were polite, & good workers. I highly recommend HEH. They kept me updated throughout & they were very clean

HEH have just completed an annual service on our boiler, which they installed five years ago. The level of service from HEH is outstanding and we recommend the company wholeheartedly. From reminders about the service coming up to booking to delivery, everyone is skilled, polite, and friendly. A great job all round!

A gas leak was detected when the smart meter was fitted. Contacted HEH, who sent an engineer around the same afternoon. He was excellent, discovered the source of the leak, isolated it, and arranged for a permanent repair. Absolutely brilliant and excellent impeccable service.

Due to a boiler failure, we decided it was time to replace it. I made contact through a third-party recommendation, and within a day there was arrangements were made to survey the job. After receiving a quote, we quickly made arrangements to move forward with the job. The guys who turned up were really good, finished the replacement within the day, they were very professional, and the work was done to an excellent standard. An excellent service and one highly recommended.

Every time we have needed a callout (very few), HEH has been reliable and efficient. No complaints at all.

Cannot fault this Company and their team. I had my gas fire refurbished and a radiator removed from one wall and a new one fitted in a different location. Both jobs were done by the lads with what appeared to be seamless ease. They were both very sociable, as all the team are, and it didn't feel like I had workmen in the house. They did a really good job of tidying up, leaving me with just furniture to put back in place before they went to their next job. Would give them 10/10 and would definitely recommend them.

We had a new gas fire complete with a Hearth,Back panel and Surround fitted on the 10th December 2015 by "HIGH EFFICIENCY HEATING". The workmanship by David (the fitter) was exemplary,everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the process. The end result is outstanding and also at a very competitive price. If you want quality,top workmanship and reliability i have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you so much and well done to all the staff.

We cannot fault the service we received, starting with Sharron booking us in. The fitter arrived on time, and was very friendly, he was here over 3 hours and never stopped. His work was first class, and my husband and myself are very very pleased with the workmanship, and would highly recommend this company.

I have used this firm for all my plumbing and heating needs. I had my boiler installed 9 years ago and today it was serviced for the 8th time. I get a letter informing me that I am due the annual service,and on the day of the service I get a text message telling me the engineer is on his way and the name of the engineer. The service was thorough and carried out to a high standard ,with helpful advice delivered in a pleasant friendly manner. There is always a prompt response to phone calls if you have an emergency, and I feel that as it is a local family firm you get the best.
