Our boiler broke down just after the new year and my husband is disabled so we were desperate. This company pulled out all the stops to get our new boiler installed within a few days. The lads that worked on the job(main one Ethen) were polite, & good workers. I highly recommend HEH. They kept me updated throughout & they were very clean

We got our combi from HEH several years ago, and have a service contract. They have always been friendly and efficient, and done any repairs as part of the deal without question.

Andy's crew were back, after 17 years, to replace their previously installed Worcester Bosch boiler with a newer model. I first met Andy in 2006 for the installation and have had the boiler servicing done by HEH since then. Always polite and efficient, with a very detailed estimate and ease of contact for any amendments or clarifications. HEH have been my first port of call for replacement radiators, radiator thermostats and other heating related jobs. The team are always friendly and happy to discuss and explain the work that they are about to do. All of the unwanted materials, appliances and packaging are taken away at the end of the job, without fuss, before cleaning up. When I book in a visit I know that they will attend. Text messages keep me informed. Louise in the office is most helpful too, promptly dealing with any queries. I can certainly recommend this company, and did so in the previous manifestation of Which? Local.

I contacted HEH on Tuesday to request a visit to assess a leaking radiator thermostatic valve. I arranged for a call out for Friday morning, between 08:00 and 09:00. I was informed of the call out charge. Today, Friday, I received a text message at 07:36 to say that an engineer was on his way. The engineer arrived at exactly 08:00 and, after having inspected the valve, explained what the problem was and that the valve needed replacing; he gave me an idea of the cost. He further said that he might be able to return later in the day to fit a new valve. I received a text at about 11:15 to say that an engineer was on his way. The engineer arrived at about 11:45 and started the job of replacing the faulty valve. It took about half an hour to complete the job. There was no mess made and the valve works perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending HEH.

Great as usual. Have used HEH regularly for several years and always found them to be highly professional, turn up when they say they will with excellent comms (text message to tell me when on their way). Just a great company to deal with.

Great fire and boiler service. Came on time with handy text to let us know engineer on their way. Put mind at rest after discovering rubble behind fire, explained it could be chimney collapse, but thankfully after rubble removal (which they took away) and fire bomb test transpires chimney is fine. Would highly recommend HEH. From the initial call to get a quote to the new boiler being installed was about 3 and a half weeks and everyone I have dealt with at HEH has been so helpful and super friendly. A big shout out to Richard who came to provide the quote. He was so helpful in answering all my questions to help me decide whether to go ahead or not, and put my mind at ease when we discovered an issue with the gas pipe that was feeding the existing boiler, that would need to be replaced before the new boiler was fitted. The quote was very detailed so I knew exactly what work was going to be done including the gas pipe replacement and what I was getting as part of the boiler package. Both Ethan and Jack who came on the day to carry out the work and to fit the new boiler were incredibly professional and so lovely. They made me feel at ease from the moment they arrived. Brilliant service from start to finish!

We bought our ATAG boiler from HEH three years ago. It has just had its regular annual service. Engineer notified us he was on his way and arrived at the arranged time. Very pleasant, polite and efficient engineer.

Our CH boiler broke down, I called HEH, they sent an engineer within 3 hours and diagnosed the fault, then temporarily fixed the boiler. They sent a quote for the job the same day, booked them in for the week after, job completed on time, at the price quoted and the lads were great. No mess, no hassle, they just did what they had to. 10 out of 10. Very good prices too.

I've used HEH for years, and they've provided my plumbing and heating for 15 plus years. I called them this morning as my 15 year old boiler is leaking again. They sent someone this afternoon, and I've decided to renew my boiler. If I agree the price it can be fitted in a few days. Great service, always use them. Professional and friendly engineers, who know what they're doing, which gives customers confidence in their work.

We had a new gas fire complete with a Hearth,Back panel and Surround fitted on the 10th December 2015 by "HIGH EFFICIENCY HEATING". The workmanship by David (the fitter) was exemplary,everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the process. The end result is outstanding and also at a very competitive price. From contacting Sharron in the office, to the survey and installation, HEH were first class. My previous boiler had been condemned and I had no heating or hot water. Andy ensured that the installation was done as soon as possible when he realised that there was a vulnerable person in the house. The work was carried out in a professional manner. HEH were extremely professional and thorough from start to finish, cannot fault their work or the way they dealt with us. We had no doubts about them from the moment Andy first came to do the survey and that opinion was confirmed once they were on site. Extremely tidy, thoughtful and knowledgeable, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I contacted this company about a boiler replacement because they are listed on Which Trusted Traders and have excellent reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The survey was done within a couple of days and the work carried out within a couple of weeks, all done in a day with no mess left behind and at a fair up front price with no hard sell. Aaron who carried out the work did a very good job and tidied up all the pipe work so it all looks very neat now. The replacement boiler is excellent, even in the current cold weather I've been able to reduce the time the central heating needs to be on because the house is so warm. I have no hesitation recommending this company and I will use them again in the future.

We desperately needed a new boiler fitting at short notice, I was panicking as our boiler was on the blink and was worried I couldn't get it fitted before Christmas. I contacted Andy @ HEH who called and got everything arranged and assured me it would be done before Christmas. It was done on Saturday and the lads fitting it were brilliant. A Bank Holiday is not a good time for the central heating to pack up but HEHUK responded promptly to the call out, despite a lot of other 'priority jobs that they had to deal with that day, They identified the fault and fixed the problem. A great family firm who do jobs to a high standard and always charge a fair price for the job

Great service from the initial survey and quote by Andy right through to the installation by Aaron and Kyle. Professional and quick service. Kept fully informed at all times and the installation was performed with minimum disruption and no mess. After installation we were given a thorough explanation of the system and how to use it as well as a walkthrough of the service pack and details of how to contact the company in the event of any questions, queries or problems. Highly recommended.
