HEH UK Ltd were recommended to me by my Gas Test Certification Engineer. The carried out a strip out of existing system and installation of new , including a new Gas supply from front to rear of house. There reaction to my request was prompt , there price very competitive, and the installation carried out quickly and efficiently, with minimum disruption to my tenant. My tenant ask that I thank the team for the work they carried out. The team cleaned up each night before leaving and were tidy in the whole of the operation. The tenant was very pleased as I was , when I inspected the installation. A great Job all round , I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending the firm. S. Bamber

I have used this firm for all my plumbing and heating needs. I had my boiler installed 9 years ago and today it was serviced for the 8th time. I get a letter informing me that I am due the annual service,and on the day of the service I get a text message telling me the engineer is on his way and the name of the engineer. The service was thorough and carried out to a high standard ,with helpful advice delivered in a pleasant friendly manner. There is always a prompt response to phone calls if you have an emergency, and I feel that as it is a local family firm you get the best.

I can personally recommend HEH having used them for many years , They are reliable trustworthy clean prompt,always good advice on system management, and Andy Baxter is Top Man .

Andy, Sharon, Richard, Barry & Gary, we're all great from start to finish. Andy Baxter was recommended by a friend and I'm glad to say I'm glad they did my new boiler and radiators throughout. I even added the wave controller after the quote and this was fitted and explained by Richard within the days required to do the job. In my opinion attention to customer service skills is a must and I would give the 100% rating from Sharon in the office to Andy overseeing the job. I'm so happy so far with my boiler and hope it saves me money on gas over the winter. The lads Barry and Gary were clean and efficient explaining as they went through bits of the job, taking away any rubbish, old radiators and boiler etc with them. It was nice to see them cover the carpets so they also didn't get dirty as they were coming in and out. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all, excellent job throughout, fast, clean, friendly and efficient, and a great back up service too. What more can you ask! I recently booked HEH to service boilers at my house and my daughter's house. They are a lovely company to do business with: efficient, courteous and helpful. During the extremely cold weather at the beginning of March, one of the boilers failed. The lady on the phone tried to help me fix the problem myself (frozen condensate pipe), but the boiler still wouldn't fire up. They fitted me in to their schedule, and sent an engineer in the evening. He sorted it out quickly and the firm only charged me £30. Great service. Dave and his mate worked brilliantly.taking out the old boiler and water tank a nd fitting the new one and then flushing out the whole system.All the rubbish was gone too. HEH have fitted a new heating system (pressurised, unvented boiler) to our house last year and I can’t praise the company enough! From the pre-installation service over the quality of fitting & work (attention to detail) to the aftersale/customer service. We are very happy. They always go the extra mile to help you out, explain everything in detail and answer all your questions. The response is very quick and you get a text message confirmation as soon as one of their engineers is on the way to you. I would recommend HEH to anyone needing a new boiler, boiler service or anything else related to heating and plumbing (e.g. we also have them fitting new radiators whenever we do up a room in the house and need a professional, precise and neat job done)

This was the first time I had used High Efficiency Heating. I needed a boiler servicing so called in to their office in Ashton under Lyne and arranged for a service engineer to call. On the day of the service, I received a text to say that the engineer would be with me at the arranged time and he duly turned up within 5 minutes of that time. He carried out the service efficiently, explaining to me what he was checking and why. I received a form to explain the service and printouts of the boilers efficiency and he left. No mess at all was left.

Gareth capped the gas fire. Done to the agreed price with option to pay on visit or later through office bill. Heh UK Ltd stood out from others as Andy visited to assess work to be carried out free of charge. First impressions from from my initial phone call to the company & visits to the house were of a friendly & helpful company. I liked the ongoing communication with a 2 hour schedule text & a text when on way. Gareth was a very courteous, tidy worker.

From start to finish; all work carried out by HEHUK Ltd is professional and fit for purpose. I particularly like the SMS updates telling you when the appointment was booked; giving a reminder; and telling you the name of the engineer who will be turning up at your property.

First used HEH 2 to 3 years ago at old house. So impressed with service we've used for all our heating problems and requirements, including a new Worcester Boiler. I can honestly say the service is 1st class. From the ladies in the office to all the engineers who have undertaken work for us. Everything is explained fully and in an easy to understand way. The wonderful engineers that fitted our boiler were punctual, courteous and friendly. They updated us as the work went on, answered all the questions we had and did not leave until they we were happy we really knew how to use the boiler. We would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.

Contacted High Efficiency with regards to a broken boiler. Due to the emergency of the situation they arranged for the replacement boiler to be fitted the next day. Adam and Joe came to fit the boiler found them both to be very friendly, professional, efficient and tidy a job well done. Highly recommend this company and continuing to use them in the future.

Woke this morning to find boiler had stopped functioning and house cold. Called HEH at 8.40 am who rang straight back after the initial call to confirm an engineer would be there in AM. He arrived less than 2 hours later to check and fix the issue and all heating restored. Excellent.

I feel safe having had them do a job for me and know that the service or job was done by people who care. HEH installed my new boiler 7 years ago to a high standard. Since then they have serviced it every year. Their communication to punctuality is excellent.

The two gentlemen Dilan and George who carried the job were professional during the whole day when they were working. They were very courteous and polite and pleasant. They left the place clean and tidy after finishing the job. We were very impressed with their workmanship. Dilan was very patient when setting the system on the mobile phone, which was causing a lot of issues in allowing to download the apps. He fixed the problem patiently and never showed any disgruntling. We are very satisfied and would recommend High-Efficiency heating to our friends and family without any hesitation

Developed leak in boiler. Telephone call to HEH out of hours engineer who gave us good advice and arranged visit next morning. Arrived as promised and replaced part efficiently. Impressed with HEH Covid arrangements despite the government’s relaxation on masks etc. Given our experience we would recommend HEH.

Have just had my annual boiler and fire service by HEH (UK) Ltd and as always really pleased with service. As always very professional and the lad did a brilliant job. My fire was cleaned thoroughly so it looks like new. The boiler also was checked thoroughly and as always I feel that I can totally trust HEH to do a brilliant job. Also their punctuality is impeccable and you even receive a text to let you know the engineer is on their way.

From quote to install every step was clear and simple. George and Jack did an awsome job they were friendly and respected my property. My new boiler is spot on for my needs thank you so much to all the team .

Liam and Dave from HEH came round to modify our existing heating system and install a new boiler, all new radiators and remove an old gas fire. We gave them a key and left them to do the work whilst we went to work at the office. They did a fantastic job, always pleasant and happy to help. They kept everything clean and tidied up after every day. They even collected our amazon orders when they arrived and let the electrician in to do other work when he came round also. Really happy with the end result (heat and hot water!) and the price was very good. Have already recommended them to my father in law and would recommend to anyone. Will get them back to install a plinth heater in the near future!
