High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd

I was hopeful that the contractor, High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd, might be able to carry out the work needed because they had been recommended to me by friends ( I am now 83 and live alone, my husband having died last year) My concerns included: a) would they work within the costs quoted; b) would they complete the job in good time; c) would the house be left in a mess. I need not have worried. The lads who carried out the job were clearly on top of their profession. From the word go, they listened to my concerns and told me what was going to happen. True to their word in every respect they did a super job with old-fashioned courtesy and professionalism. What impressed me most was the smoothness with which the work was carried out - I hardly noticed they were there. My energy usage has, as promised, already shown a marked decline in costs and, all in all, I am extremely pleased that I listened to friends and followed their recommendation. This review is given in the same spirit: if you need work done on your central heating equipment, you really could not put your faith in a better firm than High Efficiency Heating.

Just had my central heating and gas fire serviced, the engineer that came was first class. Would recommend the company to anyone.

I woke up to no boiler and the weather being -4c and 8 inches of snow, with 2 small children at home. Within 2 hours two friendly and polite staff attended my home and within minutes fixed my boiler. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. I can’t thank them enough.

I recently booked HEH to service boilers at my house and my daughter's house. They are a lovely company to do business with: efficient, courteous and helpful. During the extremely cold weather at the beginning of March, one of the boilers failed. The lady on the phone tried to help me fix the problem myself (frozen condensate pipe), but the boiler still wouldn't fire up. They fitted me in to their schedule, and sent an engineer in the evening. He sorted it out quickly and the firm only charged me £30. Great service. Have used this firm to service boiler ever since it was installed 5 years ago. Always very impressed with them. Our neighbour also uses them following our recommendation! Totally trustworthy and reliable.

From our first survey to the completed job, the service has been second to none. Good contact and all queries answered clearly. The guys who fitted our boiler today were extremely professional and personable and who worked hard to complete the job . All aspects of our new boiler and wireless controls were clearly explained and we are reassured that we can call HEH at anytime if needed. Early morning call to HEH due to a leaking boiler. immediate response and engineers visit within 2 hours. Identified problem and agreed worth contacting Worcester Bosch due to guarantee. Helpful advice and as discussed Worcester Bosch engineer arranged for next day to address under the guarantee. I couldn't fault the service provided by HEH from the initial telephone call to the engineers visit both helpful and informative. As a result we were left feeling confident in the service provided;

Called this morning about a radiator with a small leak. They said they would contact one of their engineers and ring me back with a time. They rang back and the engineer arrived within two hours The leak was solved quickly.

First used HEH 2 to 3 years ago at old house. So impressed with service we've used for all our heating problems and requirements, including a new Worcester Boiler. I can honestly say the service is 1st class. From the ladies in the office to all the engineers who have undertaken work for us. Everything is explained fully and in an easy to understand way. The work is carried out professionally and efficiently. The engineers are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It's great peace of mind to find a company like this and I would recommend to all. The team from ‘High Efficiency Heating’ have been fantastic from start to finish. We initially booked them to complete a service for our two boilers, which soon turned into a boiler replacement job! Everything from booking the appointment, to arranging finance, through to job completion has been fantastic. Not only are the team knowledgable of their trade, they are all friendly, work to a high standard, clean up after themselves amazingly, and are extremely flexible. As we work from home, and struggled to rearrange some meetings, they worked around us really considerately. They even completed some decorating around the boiler pipework! They just went above and beyond, I can’t recommend them enough. Special thanks goes to Sharon, Andy, Gareth, Richard, the two Dave’s, George and Kieran for their professionalism, consideration and attention to detail - you were all fabulous!

Arrived on time, pleasant polite an efficient. Nice neat and tidy job, work finished on time. Would definitely recommend.

Once again Gareth did an excellent job on the annual service of my gas boiler, he found that there was a problem with the circuit board which had worried me for a while and advised me of how to cope with the problem so that I would not have to spend money unnecessarily on remedial work. This has saved me a lot of money. Should the problem become serious, I would certainly have Gareth back to do the work.

Dad had water flooding his bathroom and it was starting to come through the kitchen ceiling when I called to check on him after work. We turned the water off and thought, what do we do next? It was Friday evening after 5:30 on a Bank Holiday weekend. Sharon had left the office, but she contacted Andy who was with us just after six. He made things safe for overnight and was back the next day to fix the overflowing toilet cistern. Now that is what you call fast reliable excellent service. He put the customer, my 83 year old Dad first, into and during a well deserved Bank Holiday weekend break! The fee was extremely reasonable too, thank you Andy.

Gareth capped the gas fire. Done to the agreed price with option to pay on visit or later through office bill. Heh UK Ltd stood out from others as Andy visited to assess work to be carried out free of charge. First impressions from from my initial phone call to the company & visits to the house were of a friendly & helpful company. I liked the ongoing communication with a 2 hour schedule text & a text when on way. Gareth was a very courteous, tidy worker.

Had slight problem with hot water,called heh they came out within 2 hours sorted problem out.brilliant service very helpfull.
