Andy, Sharon, Richard, Barry & Gary, we're all great from start to finish. Andy Baxter was recommended by a friend and I'm glad to say I'm glad they did my new boiler and radiators throughout. I even added the wave controller after the quote and this was fitted and explained by Richard within the days required to do the job. In my opinion attention to customer service skills is a must and I would give the 100% rating from Sharon in the office to Andy overseeing the job. I'm so happy so far with my boiler and hope it saves me money on gas over the winter. The lads Barry and Gary were clean and efficient explaining as they went through bits of the job, taking away any rubbish, old radiators and boiler etc with them. It was nice to see them cover the carpets so they also didn't get dirty as they were coming in and out. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all, excellent job throughout, fast, clean, friendly and efficient, and a great back up service too. What more can you ask! I recently booked HEH to service boilers at my house and my daughter's house. They are a lovely company to do business with: efficient, courteous and helpful. During the extremely cold weather at the beginning of March, one of the boilers failed. The lady on the phone tried to help me fix the problem myself (frozen condensate pipe), but the boiler still wouldn't fire up. They fitted me in to their schedule, and sent an engineer in the evening. He sorted it out quickly and the firm only charged me £30. Great service. HEH have fitted a new heating system (pressurised, unvented boiler) to our house last year and I can’t praise the company enough! From the pre-installation service over the quality of fitting & work (attention to detail) to the aftersale/customer service. We are very happy. They always go the extra mile to help you out, explain everything in detail and answer all your questions. The response is very quick and you get a text message confirmation as soon as one of their engineers is on the way to you. I would recommend HEH to anyone needing a new boiler, boiler service or anything else related to heating and plumbing (e.g. we also have them fitting new radiators whenever we do up a room in the house and need a professional, precise and neat job done)

This was the first time I had used High Efficiency Heating. I needed a boiler servicing so called in to their office in Ashton under Lyne and arranged for a service engineer to call. On the day of the service, I received a text to say that the engineer would be with me at the arranged time and he duly turned up within 5 minutes of that time. He carried out the service efficiently, explaining to me what he was checking and why. I received a form to explain the service and printouts of the boilers efficiency and he left. No mess at all was left.

The wonderful engineers that fitted our boiler were punctual, courteous and friendly. They updated us as the work went on, answered all the questions we had and did not leave until they we were happy we really knew how to use the boiler. We would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.

Dave and his mate worked brilliantly.taking out the old boiler and water tank a nd fitting the new one and then flushing out the whole system.All the rubbish was gone too. Gareth capped the gas fire. Done to the agreed price with option to pay on visit or later through office bill. Heh UK Ltd stood out from others as Andy visited to assess work to be carried out free of charge. First impressions from from my initial phone call to the company & visits to the house were of a friendly & helpful company. I liked the ongoing communication with a 2 hour schedule text & a text when on way. Gareth was a very courteous, tidy worker.

From start to finish; all work carried out by HEHUK Ltd is professional and fit for purpose. I particularly like the SMS updates telling you when the appointment was booked; giving a reminder; and telling you the name of the engineer who will be turning up at your property.

First used HEH 2 to 3 years ago at old house. So impressed with service we've used for all our heating problems and requirements, including a new Worcester Boiler. I can honestly say the service is 1st class. From the ladies in the office to all the engineers who have undertaken work for us. Everything is explained fully and in an easy to understand way. The work is carried out professionally and efficiently. The engineers are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It's great peace of mind to find a company like this and I would recommend to all. Had slight problem with hot water,called heh they came out within 2 hours sorted problem out.brilliant service very helpfull.

Great company from quoting to installation couldn't ask for better. Had several quotes elsewhere but went with HEH due to their knowledge and professionalism. They guided me on best product choice and even discovered our water pressure wasn't enough and how/where to get it sorted even what pressures should be. No one else even checked! The installers were superb had new boiler and radiator fitted, minor leak on radiator after fitting but true to their word were over straight away to sort it. Nothing too much trouble a truly great company. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had a new boiler fitted by HEH on the 5th September, the two engineers were David & George. They arrived at the exact time we were given, our boiler is situated upstairs in a cupboard on the landing so the lads laid down full protection on our stair and landing carpet. No mess was made at all. Right from our call to the office of HEH and speaking to Sharon & Louise and received the quote from Andy every thing was dealt with efficiently. Very satisfied customers.

They fitted a new heating boiler and updated valves on several radiators. The work was completed in a single day as agreed at an initial meeting with the manager They came at the time agreed, covered all non working areas and tidied and moved furniture back into place when the jobs were completed. They were helpful and polite throughout and returned the following day to answer questions about the most effective use of the thermostat. Their workmanship was excellent.

Gareth from HEH arrived on time, got on with the service and gave me some insights into the work being done Very professional and time efficient. HEH fitted the boiler originally and have done every service since over a 5 year period which I think says more than any review could. The company gave regular updates via text as well which was helpful, the annual “your boiler service is due” letter is great as it always prompts me to get it booked in my diary. Highly recommended company.

We've been in HEH's Home Care Heat Plan for 2 years now and only wish we'd known about this company earlier. What an improvement on our previous provider! Andy and his team are always reliable, thorough, professional and thoughtful. They actually care about their customers. We highly recommend them.

We have used HEH three times now for general servicing and system upgrades. They are reliable, friendly and totally professional. We get a text to say they are on their way and another after they have left to confirm that we are happy with the service. The engineers cover their shoes when they come in and, when they were replacing radiators, covered the carpets with clingfilm. They clean up after themselves so no mess. When they've finished they explain what they've done and make sure you're happy before they leave site. We'd recommend HEH without any hesitation.
