HEH UK Ltd were recommended to me by my Gas Test Certification Engineer. The carried out a strip out of existing system and installation of new , including a new Gas supply from front to rear of house. There reaction to my request was prompt , there price very competitive, and the installation carried out quickly and efficiently, with minimum disruption to my tenant. My tenant ask that I thank the team for the work they carried out. The team cleaned up each night before leaving and were tidy in the whole of the operation. The tenant was very pleased as I was , when I inspected the installation. A great Job all round , I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending the firm. S. Bamber

Andy, Sharon, Richard, Barry & Gary, we're all great from start to finish. Andy Baxter was recommended by a friend and I'm glad to say I'm glad they did my new boiler and radiators throughout. I even added the wave controller after the quote and this was fitted and explained by Richard within the days required to do the job. In my opinion attention to customer service skills is a must and I would give the 100% rating from Sharon in the office to Andy overseeing the job. I'm so happy so far with my boiler and hope it saves me money on gas over the winter. The lads Barry and Gary were clean and efficient explaining as they went through bits of the job, taking away any rubbish, old radiators and boiler etc with them. It was nice to see them cover the carpets so they also didn't get dirty as they were coming in and out. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all, excellent job throughout, fast, clean, friendly and efficient, and a great back up service too. What more can you ask! I recently booked HEH to service boilers at my house and my daughter's house. They are a lovely company to do business with: efficient, courteous and helpful. During the extremely cold weather at the beginning of March, one of the boilers failed. The lady on the phone tried to help me fix the problem myself (frozen condensate pipe), but the boiler still wouldn't fire up. They fitted me in to their schedule, and sent an engineer in the evening. He sorted it out quickly and the firm only charged me £30. Great service. Great company from quoting to installation couldn't ask for better. Had several quotes elsewhere but went with HEH due to their knowledge and professionalism. They guided me on best product choice and even discovered our water pressure wasn't enough and how/where to get it sorted even what pressures should be. No one else even checked! The installers were superb had new boiler and radiator fitted, minor leak on radiator after fitting but true to their word were over straight away to sort it. Nothing too much trouble a truly great company. I would recommend them to everyone.

We've been in HEH's Home Care Heat Plan for 2 years now and only wish we'd known about this company earlier. What an improvement on our previous provider! Gareth from HEH arrived on time, got on with the service and gave me some insights into the work being done Very professional and time efficient. HEH fitted the boiler originally and have done every service since over a 5 year period which I think says more than any review could. The company gave regular updates via text as well which was helpful, the annual “your boiler service is due” letter is great as it always prompts me to get it booked in my diary. HEH installed my new boiler 7 years ago to a high standard. Since then they have serviced it every year. Their communication to punctuality is excellent.

Polite young man clean workers and easy to communicate with. Quality of the work appears to be excellent system is working perfectly and to be honest you wouldn’t have known they were here. The two gentlemen Dilan and George who carried the job were professional during the whole day when they were working. They were very courteous and polite and pleasant. They left the place clean and tidy after finishing the job. We were very impressed with their workmanship. Dilan was very patient when setting the system on the mobile phone, which was causing a lot of issues in allowing to download the apps. He fixed the problem patiently and never showed any disgruntling. We are very satisfied and would recommend High-Efficiency heating to our friends and family without any hesitation

Developed leak in boiler. Telephone call to HEH out of hours engineer who gave us good advice and arranged visit next morning. Arrived as promised and replaced part efficiently. Impressed with HEH Covid arrangements despite the government’s relaxation on masks etc. Given our experience we would recommend HEH.

I have had HEH out a couple of times, for various works completed as well as yearly boiler checks. Always 5* service. Amazing company that really values its customers. Even came a week early to our appointment.

Have just had my annual boiler and fire service by HEH (UK) Ltd and as always really pleased with service. As always very professional and the lad did a brilliant job. My fire was cleaned thoroughly so it looks like new. The boiler also was checked thoroughly and as always I feel that I can totally trust HEH to do a brilliant job. Also their punctuality is impeccable and you even receive a text to let you know the engineer is on their way.
