High Efficiency Heating installed my boiler about 1 year ago.This cold winter my boiler failed.I contacted HEH and within a few minutes the engineer came and resolved the problem. My heating was back to normal. I am very grateful to this company. Excellent service.They are very reliable and trustworthy. Later this week Andy Baxter came back to adjust my condensing pipe. I recently booked HEH to service boilers at my house and my daughter's house. They are a lovely company to do business with: efficient, courteous and helpful. During the extremely cold weather at the beginning of March, one of the boilers failed. The lady on the phone tried to help me fix the problem myself (frozen condensate pipe), but the boiler still wouldn't fire up. They fitted me in to their schedule, and sent an engineer in the evening. He sorted it out quickly and the firm only charged me £30. Great service. On March 13th HEH repaced our boiler and thermostat with a WAVE system. On his initial visit, Richard Perrins advised us on the best system for our needs, and explained the technical side in language that we could understand which was a great help. We agreed to have the new system fitted, and the "text alert" system was a great help in letting us know when the team would arrive. The actual fitting by Nathan Davis and his team was clean and efficient, with a minimum of mess and disruption and what mess there was was cleared up as the job progressed. The fitters were cheerful and polite throughout, and kept us informed about the progress of the job and answered any questions we had. Richard Perrins gave us a good after-sales explanation of how the WAVE system works, and nothing has been too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a boiler installation. Excellent.

Recently had a boiler fitted by this company. Excellent service, two engineers came on time and fitted boiler efficiently and with no mess. Cleaned up after their work and were very pleasant. Would most definitely recommend this company to anyone. Great job.

We’ve just had two old boilers swapped to one combi. The work was carried out efficiently and conscientiously all in the same day including patching up the holes on the outside walls. Everything was very professional and we are extremely happy with our new boiler.

Received excellent service from the company when having my radiators changed. All the team was extremely polite and listened carefully to my requests. They carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard. I would highly recommend them and will be contacting them in the future should I require any further work.

Had a new boiler and new shower fitted. Really helpful from the beginning, making sure we got what was just right for our house. Very tidy and had someone sent out really quickly everytime. Even when I gave the wrong shower measurements they were as helpful as ever making sure we got it sorted and ended up with the perfect shower and boiler for us!

We have been dealing with HEH UK Ltd since 2014. From boiler service to radiator replacement, Andy and his team are extremely professional and helpful, we simply can’t praise them enough. They are always a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend this company.

Dad had water flooding his bathroom and it was starting to come through the kitchen ceiling when I called to check on him after work. We turned the water off and thought, what do we do next? It was Friday evening after 5:30 on a Bank Holiday weekend. Sharon had left the office, but she contacted Andy who was with us just after six. He made things safe for overnight and was back the next day to fix the overflowing toilet cistern. Now that is what you call fast reliable excellent service. He put the customer, my 83 year old Dad first, into and during a well deserved Bank Holiday weekend break! The fee was extremely reasonable too, thank you Andy.

The engineers who visit are knowledgeable and courteous. Visits are punctual and have attended even in the worst weather. Would happily recommend and good value for money.
