I (and other members of my family) have service agreement with this firm They are efficient, utterly reliable and the whole team, office staff and engineers are very helpful, friendly and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. On this occasion, after telling them that I have serious health issues - they pulled out all the stops

Liam arrived on time and with a professional, cheerful manner. He made sure the floors were covered with dust sheets and quickly got to work. He talked me through the whole process throughout the day. When he completed the job he showed me how everything worked before leaving. I would highly recommend this firm. They visited my house on Tuesday to see what the problem was and on Friday were able to fit a new boiler. Everywhere was left spotless and Liam made sure I was happy with the job before leaving.

Excellent service and perfect job, arrived on time, text message sent to say they were on their way. The team of Dave and George were excellent. Polite young man clean workers and easy to communicate with. Quality of the work appears to be excellent system is working perfectly and to be honest you wouldn’t have known they were here. We have been using HEH now for several years and have always been happy with their work. This job was boxing in some radiator pipes in our living room. The job was done to a high spec and the room was left clean. They also serviced our boiler. I always recommend HEH whenever the opportunity arises.

High Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd fitted a fire surround and gas fire in my lounge yesterday. The engineers arrived on time and worked hard all day. They were very clean and tidied up on completion. They completed the work to a high standard and plastered the chimney breast to a smooth and professional finish. Andy and his lads were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. The only problem was the lights on the fire surround were faulty which was my fault as I supplied my own fire surround and lights. Even though the problem was not their fault, they agreed to come back and fit the lights when they had been replaced by the company I purchased the fire surround from. I would recommend this company to anybody.

I've been putting off looking at a new boiler for many years, my old Worcester 24SI II was on its last legs. Found HEH through Worcester recommended installers. Turned up to quote on time, quoted quickly, price was good. Turned up to install on time, fitted a new Greenstar 4000 in a day, and replaced two radiators and did a stealthy condensate pipe route leaving only minimal pipe exposed to the outdoors. Guys were great, clean and tidy, and they went the extra mile on super neat routing of the new copper pipes. They were also very fast to respond to my initial queries and post-install queries. Ten out of ten. Great follow-up calls from the office too. Very impressed would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again.

Great work to cap off a gas hob, completed work fast, checked boiler once gas was turned back on. And got a great price.

Lovely H.E.H. came out to fix our leaking boiler. They always ring and let you know when the engineer is on route. Lovely genuine engineers. Would always recommend their customer service and quality work . A pleasure to be one of their customers.

Just had annual boiler/fire service. As always a thorough and efficient job. We have been with this company for several years and have always found every member of staff to be pleasant and professional.

Could not get much better. Online quote gave a good indicator of the price. Survey engineer came on time and was great at explaining options and what was required. Installation engineer was brilliant, on time, helpful, no mess and works a treat Prices were not significantly above above average but the service on the whole thing from start to finish was outstanding !

I have a home heating plan with HEH and had to call them out as the boiler was triggering off after using the shower for a while. I phoned just after 8.0 am and the engineer arrived a couple of hours later. Chevy was polite, friendly and very efficient. He made a thorough inspection of the boiler and made a couple of repairs. Very satisfied.

Although I was getting hot water through the system, the central heating was not working. I phoned the company and they sent an engineer the same afternoon to check the problem. He found the cause was a faulty valve and it needed replacing. The office called me within the hour with a price for the complete job and a very quick appointment. They arrived exactly on time and completed the work cleanly and efficiently as usual. This is now the third time I have used this company and would highly recommend them. 100% Thank you

I phoned HEH this morning to report a fault on the boiler. An engineer arrived within two hours an made a thorough check on the boiler. He replaced ignition parts and heat and hot water were quickly restored.

Annual service on boiler and first service on a gas fire that had not been recently serviced. Superb service on both but excellent checks and cleaning on the gas fire which is now better than it has ever been. Feel very safe using the fire now.

Just used High Efficiency Heating UK for first time, came recommended, for boiler service. I was really impressed, two nice polite young men very helpful. Will definitely stay with them and go on the twelve month scheme with them. A text to say they're on their way as well. Explained what they had done and if anything needed doing.

Very professional, friendly, clean and tidy. Arrived on time. Covered everywhere to ensure no mess/damage. Removed all waste. No fuss. Took the time to ensure radiators were balanced and all working properly. Price was also competitive. Would definitely recommend them.

Arrived back from holiday on 15/12/22 to house at 5 deg, heating off and all pipes frozen. Thought there must be fault with Honeywell but thanks to advice got heating on , next day and defrosted pipes. Engineer came on 22/12 and advised on use of Honeywell so that it would work more effectively. Great service. Thanks

Had a new boiler fitted. 2 engineers arrived on time. Friendly, well mannered. Very efficient. Found a leak in original pipe which they resolved with no problem. Checked all pipes, radiators & gas fire. Installed 2 carbon monoxide detectors where I wanted them. Cleaned up very thoroughly leaving no mess at all. Overall they were super efficient. They even considered my nervy dog, making sure she was ok with them.

Annual boiler service as arranged. We were sent a text message to confirm the engineer was on his way to carry out the service. He arrived as expected, carried out the service efficiently and was very pleasant and informative about the work carried out.

Good communication via phone & email. Office staff empathetic & knowledgeable. Surveyor listened & took time to make sure we understood the available options. Installed our new boiler on a Saturday. Installation crew pleasant and efficient despite working outside whilst snow falling. Not having a working boiler was an issue, HEH made resolving that as easy on us as it could be. High Efficiency Heating is certainly an apt name for the company! They have been and remain an example to all businesses who want to foster and maintain a loyal customer base and attract new customers too. We have used them for many years and in that time have they undertaken a boiler replacement and a succession of annual services, all carried out to the highest standards. All the engineers during this time who have been involved, arrived promptly- yes actually arrived - and without exception carried out the work courteously and professionally. Today we had cause to contact HEH because of a central heating problem and as usual the engineer was able to call in the afternoon and swiftly rectified the issue within minutes. The whole process did not deviate in any way from the exceptional levels of service we have come to expect. Their Cover Plan is well worth a look too - it has certainly given us peace of mind. If only many other firms would take some lessons from HEH. I would unhesitatingly recommend HEH as they do what they promise.

HEH installed a commercial heating system at our premises in 2019. We’ve been very happy with their initial installation and annual service, that for an extended showroom development we invited HEH to undertake the works. We’ve had good advice from Richard and all of the fitters have been great.

High Efficiency Heating made a visit to replace a valve in our gas CH boiler. Dave and Josh were extremely efficient and completed the work within an hour. They also gave us advice on an issue with our boiler. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Contacted H E H about the fault code explained the problem, engineer called and rectified the problem Happy days 😊.

Andy's crew were back, after 17 years, to replace their previously installed Worcester Bosch boiler with a newer model. I first met Andy in 2006 for the installation and have had the boiler servicing done by HEH since then. Always polite and efficient, with a very detailed estimate and ease of contact for any amendments or clarifications. HEH have been my first port of call for replacement radiators, radiator thermostats and other heating related jobs. The team are always friendly and happy to discuss and explain the work that they are about to do. All of the unwanted materials, appliances and packaging are taken away at the end of the job, without fuss, before cleaning up. When I book in a visit I know that they will attend. Text messages keep me informed. Louise in the office is most helpful too, promptly dealing with any queries. I can certainly recommend this company, and did so in the previous manifestation of Which? Local.

What can I say? I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They rescued my very elderly parents who had no heating. They are professionals who really know their stuff. They are always courteous, clean, and conscientious. The office staff are equally as kind and helpful. They are highly recommended.

Great as usual. Have used HEH regularly for several years and always found them to be highly professional, turn up when they say they will with excellent comms (text message to tell me when on their way). Just a great company to deal with.

From start to finish, I cannot praise this company highly enough. They arrived on time and as planned, work done was excellent including diagnosing and replacing a stuck valve for the hot water part of the system.

Excellent, efficient and expert service as always, I have been using HEH for 5 years now and they have done everything right from day one.

Great company from quoting to installation couldn't ask for better. Had several quotes elsewhere but went with HEH due to their knowledge and professionalism. They guided me on best product choice and even discovered our water pressure wasn't enough and how/where to get it sorted even what pressures should be. No one else even checked! The installers were superb had new boiler and radiator fitted, minor leak on radiator after fitting but true to their word were over straight away to sort it. Nothing too much trouble a truly great company. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had a new boiler fitted by HEH on the 5th September, the two engineers were David & George. They arrived at the exact time we were given, our boiler is situated upstairs in a cupboard on the landing so the lads laid down full protection on our stair and landing carpet. No mess was made at all. Right from our call to the office of HEH and speaking to Sharon & Louise and received the quote from Andy every thing was dealt with efficiently. Very satisfied customers.

HEH fitted the boiler originally and have done every service since over a 5 year period which I think says more than any review could. The company gave regular updates via text as well which was helpful, the annual “your boiler service is due” letter is great as it always prompts me to get it booked in my diary.
