Developed leak in boiler. Telephone call to HEH out of hours engineer who gave us good advice and arranged visit next morning. Arrived as promised and replaced part efficiently. Impressed with HEH Covid arrangements despite the government’s relaxation on masks etc. Given our experience we would recommend HEH.

HEH have fitted a new heating system (pressurised, unvented boiler) to our house last year and I can’t praise the company enough! From the pre-installation service over the quality of fitting & work (attention to detail) to the aftersale/customer service. We are very happy. They always go the extra mile to help you out, explain everything in detail and answer all your questions. The response is very quick and you get a text message confirmation as soon as one of their engineers is on the way to you. I would recommend HEH to anyone needing a new boiler, boiler service or anything else related to heating and plumbing (e.g. we also have them fitting new radiators whenever we do up a room in the house and need a professional, precise and neat job done)

This was the first time I had used High Efficiency Heating. I needed a boiler servicing so called in to their office in Ashton under Lyne and arranged for a service engineer to call. On the day of the service, I received a text to say that the engineer would be with me at the arranged time and he duly turned up within 5 minutes of that time. He carried out the service efficiently, explaining to me what he was checking and why. I received a form to explain the service and printouts of the boilers efficiency and he left. No mess at all was left.

Dave and his mate worked brilliantly.taking out the old boiler and water tank a nd fitting the new one and then flushing out the whole system.All the rubbish was gone too. This is on a house that I have recently bought and have had several workmen in. These two were by far the best. THE perfect title for this company. HIGH EFFICIENCY HEATING

Gareth capped the gas fire. Done to the agreed price with option to pay on visit or later through office bill. Heh UK Ltd stood out from others as Andy visited to assess work to be carried out free of charge. First impressions from from my initial phone call to the company & visits to the house were of a friendly & helpful company. I liked the ongoing communication with a 2 hour schedule text & a text when on way. Gareth was a very courteous, tidy worker.

From start to finish; all work carried out by HEHUK Ltd is professional and fit for purpose. I particularly like the SMS updates telling you when the appointment was booked; giving a reminder; and telling you the name of the engineer who will be turning up at your property.

First used HEH 2 to 3 years ago at old house. So impressed with service we've used for all our heating problems and requirements, including a new Worcester Boiler. I can honestly say the service is 1st class. From the ladies in the office to all the engineers who have undertaken work for us. Everything is explained fully and in an easy to understand way. The work is carried out professionally and efficiently. The engineers are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It's great peace of mind to find a company like this and I would recommend to all. The wonderful engineers that fitted our boiler were punctual, courteous and friendly. They updated us as the work went on, answered all the questions we had and did not leave until they we were happy we really knew how to use the boiler. We had a new boiler fitted by HEH on the 5th September, the two engineers were David & George. They arrived at the exact time we were given, our boiler is situated upstairs in a cupboard on the landing so the lads laid down full protection on our stair and landing carpet. No mess was made at all. Right from our call to the office of HEH and speaking to Sharon & Louise and received the quote from Andy every thing was dealt with efficiently. Very satisfied customers.

We've been in HEH's Home Care Heat Plan for 2 years now and only wish we'd known about this company earlier. What an improvement on our previous provider! Andy and his team are always reliable, thorough, professional and thoughtful. They actually care about their customers. We highly recommend them.

They fitted a new heating boiler and updated valves on several radiators. The work was completed in a single day as agreed at an initial meeting with the manager They came at the time agreed, covered all non working areas and tidied and moved furniture back into place when the jobs were completed. They were helpful and polite throughout and returned the following day to answer questions about the most effective use of the thermostat. Their workmanship was excellent.

Gareth from HEH arrived on time, got on with the service and gave me some insights into the work being done Very professional and time efficient. HEH fitted the boiler originally and have done every service since over a 5 year period which I think says more than any review could. The company gave regular updates via text as well which was helpful, the annual “your boiler service is due” letter is great as it always prompts me to get it booked in my diary. Have just had my annual boiler and fire service by HEH (UK) Ltd and as always really pleased with service. As always very professional and the lad did a brilliant job. My fire was cleaned thoroughly so it looks like new. The boiler also was checked thoroughly and as always I feel that I can totally trust HEH to do a brilliant job. Also their punctuality is impeccable and you even receive a text to let you know the engineer is on their way.

From quote to install every step was clear and simple. George and Jack did an awsome job they were friendly and respected my property. My new boiler is spot on for my needs thank you so much to all the team .

Liam arrived on time and with a professional, cheerful manner. He made sure the floors were covered with dust sheets and quickly got to work. He talked me through the whole process throughout the day. When he completed the job he showed me how everything worked before leaving. I would highly recommend this firm. They visited my house on Tuesday to see what the problem was and on Friday were able to fit a new boiler. Everywhere was left spotless and Liam made sure I was happy with the job before leaving.

High Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd fitted a fire surround and gas fire in my lounge yesterday. The engineers arrived on time and worked hard all day. They were very clean and tidied up on completion. They completed the work to a high standard and plastered the chimney breast to a smooth and professional finish. Andy and his lads were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. The only problem was the lights on the fire surround were faulty which was my fault as I supplied my own fire surround and lights. Even though the problem was not their fault, they agreed to come back and fit the lights when they had been replaced by the company I purchased the fire surround from. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Liam and Dave from HEH came round to modify our existing heating system and install a new boiler, all new radiators and remove an old gas fire. We gave them a key and left them to do the work whilst we went to work at the office. They did a fantastic job, always pleasant and happy to help. They kept everything clean and tidied up after every day. They even collected our amazon orders when they arrived and let the electrician in to do other work when he came round also. Really happy with the end result (heat and hot water!) and the price was very good. Have already recommended them to my father in law and would recommend to anyone. Will get them back to install a plinth heater in the near future!

I've been putting off looking at a new boiler for many years, my old Worcester 24SI II was on its last legs. Found HEH through Worcester recommended installers. Turned up to quote on time, quoted quickly, price was good. Turned up to install on time, fitted a new Greenstar 4000 in a day, and replaced two radiators and did a stealthy condensate pipe route leaving only minimal pipe exposed to the outdoors. Guys were great, clean and tidy, and they went the extra mile on super neat routing of the new copper pipes. They were also very fast to respond to my initial queries and post-install queries. Ten out of ten. Great follow-up calls from the office too. Very impressed would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again.

Great work to cap off a gas hob, completed work fast, checked boiler once gas was turned back on. And got a great price.

I have had a new boiler fitted today and I am also extremely pleased with the work that has been carried out. From the initial consultation with this company through to the final installation I cannot fault them. Just had annual boiler/fire service. As always a thorough and efficient job. We have been with this company for several years and have always found every member of staff to be pleasant and professional.

Could not get much better. Online quote gave a good indicator of the price. Survey engineer came on time and was great at explaining options and what was required. Installation engineer was brilliant, on time, helpful, no mess and works a treat Prices were not significantly above above average but the service on the whole thing from start to finish was outstanding !

I have a home heating plan with HEH and had to call them out as the boiler was triggering off after using the shower for a while. I phoned just after 8.0 am and the engineer arrived a couple of hours later. Chevy was polite, friendly and very efficient. He made a thorough inspection of the boiler and made a couple of repairs. Very satisfied.

Although I was getting hot water through the system, the central heating was not working. I phoned the company and they sent an engineer the same afternoon to check the problem. He found the cause was a faulty valve and it needed replacing. The office called me within the hour with a price for the complete job and a very quick appointment. They arrived exactly on time and completed the work cleanly and efficiently as usual. This is now the third time I have used this company and would highly recommend them. 100% Thank you

I phoned HEH this morning to report a fault on the boiler. An engineer arrived within two hours an made a thorough check on the boiler. He replaced ignition parts and heat and hot water were quickly restored.

Annual service on boiler and first service on a gas fire that had not been recently serviced. Superb service on both but excellent checks and cleaning on the gas fire which is now better than it has ever been. Feel very safe using the fire now.

Just used High Efficiency Heating UK for first time, came recommended, for boiler service. I was really impressed, two nice polite young men very helpful. Will definitely stay with them and go on the twelve month scheme with them. A text to say they're on their way as well. Explained what they had done and if anything needed doing.

Quick trouble free service after a phone call to pre analyse the problem followed by an engineer visit to correct the fault all under warranty! Fantastic service always.

High Efficiency Heating is certainly an apt name for the company! They have been and remain an example to all businesses who want to foster and maintain a loyal customer base and attract new customers too. We have used them for many years and in that time have they undertaken a boiler replacement and a succession of annual services, all carried out to the highest standards. All the engineers during this time who have been involved, arrived promptly- yes actually arrived - and without exception carried out the work courteously and professionally. Today we had cause to contact HEH because of a central heating problem and as usual the engineer was able to call in the afternoon and swiftly rectified the issue within minutes. The whole process did not deviate in any way from the exceptional levels of service we have come to expect. Their Cover Plan is well worth a look too - it has certainly given us peace of mind. If only many other firms would take some lessons from HEH. I would unhesitatingly recommend HEH as they do what they promise.
