Could not get much better. Online quote gave a good indicator of the price. Survey engineer came on time and was great at explaining options and what was required. Installation engineer was brilliant, on time, helpful, no mess and works a treat Prices were not significantly above above average but the service on the whole thing from start to finish was outstanding !

I engaged HEH to convert my old central heating system to a worcester bosch combi system, they came and gave a very fair price for the work, which I excepted, they arrived on time and finished on time ,left no mess, and the two Dylans did a great job, would highly recommend this company, thank you.

The engineer attended promptly and was cheerful and informative. He carried out the replacement with all diligence and took all waste when he left and left everything clean and tidy. We are completely satisfied with the work and would hesitate to recommend HEH.

This was the first time that we have used High Efficiency Heating UK and we will definitely be using them again! I have a home heating plan with HEH and had to call them out as the boiler was triggering off after using the shower for a while. I phoned just after 8.0 am and the engineer arrived a couple of hours later. Chevy was polite, friendly and very efficient. He made a thorough inspection of the boiler and made a couple of repairs. Very satisfied.

Routine boiler service. A text message to say the engineer was on his way....10mins later he turned up. Completed the service quickly and was very polite and courteous. First class company. Highly recommended

Booked my annual service as usual, given a morning appointment. The engineer texted me when he was on his way. Thorough service completed in half an hour, no mess. Friendly and professional. Paid by card, receipt received via email within minutes.

High Efficiency Heating came recommended by a work colleague and I am so glad we chose them to replace our 13 year old Combi boiler with a new one. The quote was detailed and received the same day by email. Once we gave them the go ahead we were given a date for fitting for the following weekend which was brilliant as our old boiler was leaking. The two guys arrived on time and were really nice and very polite. They did a great job and explained everything they had done in detail and made sure we understood how the controls worked before they left. Its always a bit nerve racking using a new company but we were so pleased we had chosen High Efficiency Heating and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our little home was treated with the respect it deserves and my faith has been restored.

Although I was getting hot water through the system, the central heating was not working. I phoned the company and they sent an engineer the same afternoon to check the problem. He found the cause was a faulty valve and it needed replacing. The office called me within the hour with a price for the complete job and a very quick appointment. They arrived exactly on time and completed the work cleanly and efficiently as usual. This is now the third time I have used this company and would highly recommend them. 100% Thank you

Installation crew pleasant and efficient despite working outside whilst snow falling. Not having a working boiler was an issue, HEH made resolving that as easy on us as it could be. HEH advised on installation of an Air-Source-Heat-Pump -to-radiator system, for eco-friendly heating, and when that proved technically impossible due to peculiarities of the site, advised on an air-pump alternative, and sourced a contractor; They then advised and installed efficiently an appropriate water-heating system, removing the old gas boiler and making good - going the extra mile in doing so. The initial stages were a long process (involving the DNO/local national grid), and they stayed the course. Excellent. No hesitation in recommending them!

Arrived back from holiday on 15/12/22 to house at 5 deg, heating off and all pipes frozen. Thought there must be fault with Honeywell but thanks to advice got heating on , next day and defrosted pipes. Engineer came on 22/12 and advised on use of Honeywell so that it would work more effectively. Great service. Thanks

Over the new year holiday period my Mums heating stopped working. Having used HEHUK previously I contacted Andy Baxter who attended her address over the BH period. He quickly identified the fault, but required a new boiler installing. Recognising her age and vulnerability, Andy prioritised the obtaining of the boiler within a couple of days. Mums assessment of the installing staff of HEHUK, was they were courteous, clean and quiet - really excelling and exceeding her expectations. HEHUK, are local, reliable, trustworthy. Andy is honest, straightforward and balanced in his recommendations. An excellent service, by a local reputable tradesman, who if can satisfy the high standards of my Mum, then I recommend him without hesitation.

Andy came out to survey my old central heating boiler, which he installed and serviced, for over 20 years. He explained which one was best for my needs. A very reasonable competitive price was agreed and installation date confirmed. A text message was sent on the arranged day to say that they were on their way. Dylan was very professional, friendly and helpful. They took extra care to clean up after themselves and the work was completed in one day. Before they left they explained how the boiler worked and set up the timer for me. I have always had excellent customer service from office staff to engineers. It’s good to know that this is a company that really cares about its customers, whether old or new, it just cares for you. And for most people that’s really important. Thank You all at HEH.

Have used this company on a couple of occasions and would highly recommend. They noticed a mark on two of new radiators (I couldn’t see it) and so fitted them, then come back to replace. Also refitted eco home system we had bought from old property. Couldn’t be happier

The engineer called as planned but unfortunately my doorbell wasn't working. The office called me and said he would call back and he arrived within an hour. He assessed the problem and promptly carried out the necessary work. He had a very pleasant manner and explained to me what needed to be done. He was very efficient and I would certainly recommend High Efficiency Heating to anyone thinking of using this company.

HEH installed a commercial heating system at our premises in 2019. We’ve been very happy with their initial installation and annual service, that for an extended showroom development we invited HEH to undertake the works. We’ve had good advice from Richard and all of the fitters have been great.

We had an Air Source Heat pump installed by this company in our new build property in 2022. The pre-planning advise from Andy was really helpful and when it came to installation the fitting team were on time and everything was fitted to a very high standard.

As usual absolutely prompt and efficient. Pump failed on our system and they supplied and fitted a new one in super quick time.

Brilliant service as usual with very pleasant and helpful engineer. Very knowledgeable about gas fire safety and full of helpful advice. Finding HEH has been a a moment of reassurance and trust in service for the last good number of years.

Two Guys arrived on time at 9.00am they replaced a very Complicated piece of Equipment worth over £6k in our boiler room within the time that was suggested and a little below budget. Its a great Company Roy

From start to finish, I cannot praise this company highly enough. They arrived on time and as planned, work done was excellent including diagnosing and replacing a stuck valve for the hot water part of the system.

Woke up at 6am to discover a leak under the boiler. Left a message with the office and Sharon rang me back once they were open. Engineer arrived just before 1pm and now has finished tidied up and told me the boiler is good to go. All covered on my annual maintenance plan.

I contacted HEH after being recommended by a neighbour and having been let down previously by someone else. It was my first time using this company and they were brilliant. Reported our boiler with a fault Friday morning before a bank holiday weekend. Knowing we had 2 young kids and not wanting us to have to go until Tuesday without hot water, this kind, friendly, efficient, professional and amazing team, had the part sourced, engineer back out to fit it and the boiler back up and running before the end of the day. After many unsatisfactory years with British Gas, HEH were recommended to my by a family member. The office staff were extremely helpful, I was given a date for a service and, on the day, I was informed when the engineers were on their way. They were very polite and left the area clean and tidy. I’m really impressed with the service I received and won’t hesitate to recommend to others.

HEH installed and have serviced my house boiler over last 10 years. and I have breakdown cover with them. They have always been excellent. Returned from holidays late Friday to discover no hot water or heating. Tried everything then rang the emergency number at 8.30pm. Plumber rang me back within minutes and talked me through various tests. Could not resolve the problem so he came at 8.40 am on Saturday. Immediately diagnosed that the pump had failed - left to pick one up - returned fitted and all working by 10.30am. Brilliant - outstanding service. Thank you HEH

High Efficiency Heating engineers arrived earlier than I thought they would, which was very pleasing indeed. They were professional, polite, efficient and new what they were doing. Within about 15 minutes of arriving the central heating was up and running; job done. I have used HEH UK Ltd on a number of occasions which as involved servicing, checks and repairs and have always found them to be a first class and reliable company. Richard came out and assessed need for a power wash or chemical wash . He was excellent and explained in detail why neither of these options were needed or indeed appropriate at this time. I was sorry to have wasted his time but he saved me upwards £700 . 😊

Richard came to design and quote for our new system - our old system was completely broken. The boiler leaked, no control over the underfloor heating and the upstairs radiators were not working. We had asked other engineers to try and fix it but no one appeared to know what to do. Richard explained what the problem was and how it could be solved. The quote was detailed a came quickly. The office staff were friendly, professional and efficient. It was booked in with no drama and all on time. The engineers Ethan and Jack who came to do the work were fantastic - Very professional and extremely tidy. The workmanship was excellent and in a relatively small space. Pipework is a work of art! Richard came to install the controls and spent time going through this as well. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending HEH.

Phoned HEH out of hours service got great response. Andy (the boss) came on line to talk through potential fixes. They diagnosed control system failure. Engineer called out even earlier than planned. Friendly, fast and efficient. Had parts in van. All fixed within ½ hour. Excellent coordination and communication from Sharron, Andy and Richard (job engineer).
