We have used HEH three times now for general servicing and system upgrades. They are reliable, friendly and totally professional. We get a text to say they are on their way and another after they have left to confirm that we are happy with the service. The engineers cover their shoes when they come in and, when they were replacing radiators, covered the carpets with clingfilm. They clean up after themselves so no mess. When they've finished they explain what they've done and make sure you're happy before they leave site. We'd recommend HEH without any hesitation.

Full boiler service, work done quickly and efficiently, nature of repairs explained by engineer, work carried out to high standard and site left clean and tidy.

They fitted a new heating boiler and updated valves on several radiators. The work was completed in a single day as agreed at an initial meeting with the manager They came at the time agreed, covered all non working areas and tidied and moved furniture back into place when the jobs were completed. They were helpful and polite throughout and returned the following day to answer questions about the most effective use of the thermostat. Their workmanship was excellent.

From the beginning to end an exceptional service to replace our old boiler. Upon making first contact the whole organisation proved to be trustworthy and reliable. Andy Baxter, The Boss, came to our home to undertake a survey and to provide us with advice. No bull, just clear information from a man who knows is stuff. Received detailed quotation with options and had no hesitation in proceeding with them. Working in a property built in 1820 cannot be easy with various challenges but Dylan and Dylan worked professionally to get the job done on time. Their attention to detail, workmanship and helpfulness could not be faulted. Constantly communicated with my wife and myself and left our home each day clean and tidy and also with an update on the days progress. If you are looking to have this work done then look no further, I and many others cannot recommend them enough.

Great experience once again with HEH. Quick and courteous call to report a faulty boiler. An engineer arrived, investigated and repaired the problem within an hour. We started using HEH A few years ago, after problems with the ignition on our gas fire. The issue was sorted out then, and since then we have use them annually for our boiler and gas fire service. Customer service is very efficient and the engineer always arrives on time, usually sending a text to say he’s on his way. All the staff we have dealt with have been very friendly and efficient and the engineers always clean up afterwards.

I had an old boiler and tank and had an upgrade to a combi bolier. I received the quote straight away no chasing, full details of installation, boiler model and payment options. On the day they came on time and finished the job earlier so I was lucky. Excellent job and friendly service, they was mindful as I working from home. They also fixed a tiny leak in my bathroom straight away. I would definitely recommend.

As usual. Everything done efficiently and when booked . So well looked after, immediate response to initial proble, care taken to ensure heating working.

My old French boiler broke down on 29 December 2023, after supplying 2 kitchens, two shower rooms, and 7 circuits of underfloor heating for 17 years. A local engineer had struggled for a year to keep it going, but it was now dead. My only hot water was a kettle. My only heating was an electric convector heater. For the whole of January I was in communication with the 12 Trusted Traders near my home, but none gave me confidence that they would be able to replace the entire system of gas boiler, thermostats and underfloor heating controls. In desperation I phoned the 13th nearest Trusted Trader: High Efficiency Heating. The Receptionist was so friendly, and she understood exactly what I needed. She made an appointment for Richard, the Technical Support Manager, to visit me a few days later. By the end of the week, I received a very thorough 9-page report, with exact details and costs of the entire project. I was very happy to pay the deposit, and the work was scheduled for the four days before Easter. Dylan and his apprentices were so friendly and efficient. They finished most of the work in 3 days, then came back after Easter to make some adjustments. The boiler was making an unusual intermittent humming noise, so HEH arranged a visit from Worcester Bosch at no charge, and the boiler was silenced within an hour. Everyone in HEH is genuinely friendly and efficient, and they are quick to respond when anything needs to be adjusted. They are simply the best!

I've used HEH for years, and they've provided my plumbing and heating for 15 plus years. I called them this morning as my 15 year old boiler is leaking again. They sent someone this afternoon, and I've decided to renew my boiler. If I agree the price it can be fitted in a few days. Great service, always use them. Professional and friendly engineers, who know what they're doing, which gives customers confidence in their work.

This company is polite and efficient throughout, the support staff at their office are as good as the engineers, they seem to resolve the problem without giving us a long commentary on why the last engineer from another company were poor. Richard came to design and quote for our new system - our old system was completely broken. The boiler leaked, no control over the underfloor heating and the upstairs radiators were not working. We had asked other engineers to try and fix it but no one appeared to know what to do. Richard explained what the problem was and how it could be solved. The quote was detailed a came quickly. The office staff were friendly, professional and efficient. It was booked in with no drama and all on time. The engineers Ethan and Jack who came to do the work were fantastic - Very professional and extremely tidy. The workmanship was excellent and in a relatively small space. Pipework is a work of art! Richard came to install the controls and spent time going through this as well. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending HEH.

We rang because our heating was not getting up to temperature. Andy came & rebooted the boiler. Explained some of the old radiators were causing problems with need to flush out - to be done . Excellent response/service as usual and advice given.

We were having a new gas smart meter installed and the installer detected a gas leak so would not switch the gas supply back on. This was an unexpected shock and we called high efficiency heating. They were fantastic and an engineer was with us within the hour to detect the leak. Within 48 hours our leak was fixed and our gas back on. Amazing service from the office staff to the engineer who was polite friendly and efficient. We can’t rate our experience highly enough.

Phoned HEH out of hours service got great response. Andy (the boss) came on line to talk through potential fixes. They diagnosed control system failure. Engineer called out even earlier than planned. Friendly, fast and efficient. Had parts in van. All fixed within ½ hour. Excellent coordination and communication from Sharron, Andy and Richard (job engineer).

Fantastic service from start to finish. Two lovely and efficient, clean and tidy engineers who quiety got on with their work. They have fitted a new boiler for us and changed a radiator/ towel rail. Office staff kept us up to date with everything and made sure we were seen quickly and safely. Highly recommend.

I phoned on Friday whilst away on holiday. The App said we had an issue. The telephonist took control and arranged for an engineer to call around on Saturday morning. He made everything secure and got the system working again during the exceptionally cold period. Fantastic service and excellent communication. I Can’t rate them highly enough. Richard and Ethan arrived to correct an ongoing wiring problem. Working together in a restricted access area was an unenviable position but it was done methodically and with a smiley face. It was resolved and is now working perfectly. A radiator problem was explained to me and a further visit in the warmer months to rectify this and to replace an ageing boiler is to be arranged. What great service is offered by Heh UK. Appointments were made and kept and a text to say engineers are on the way on repair day. Would recommend totally.

Last week I had a fire & boiler service & it was identified there was an issue with my gas fire. Bryn was the engineer who came to undertake the service & he was professional, kind & empathetic. He explained the problem, the action I needed to take & the follow up steps. I took his advice & Bryn returned today to complete the fire service & make sure everything is safe. After struggling for over 10 years with heating issues I was recommended to this company by someone who knew of their work and high standards. They removed our old and useless ufh manifolds and replaced them with ones that actually work!! New thermostats with the latest technology. They then installed a new boiler which is perfect. All the staff who came to our home were excellent, always on time, smart, polite and very knowledgeable. Richard is like a walking encyclopaedia of all things heat related and all his suggestions and help were much appreciated. Dylan, Jake, Dave were all fabulous. The girls on the phone who make the appointments were also so helpful. Have been using HEH for several years now and have always found them to be professional, efficient, polite and friendly and will answer any questions you ask. You know that the work will be carried out to a very high standard. I have recently had an annual service and know that all is well having had HEH do the work. Should I need any work doing in the future, HEH will be the people to call.

HEH fitted my boiler in 2018, and I have continued to use them for servicing the boiler and gas fire. I’ve always found them to be efficient, polite, knowledgeable, reliable, and helpful, and today was no exception.
