We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

It was with some trepidation we awaited the onslaught on Tuesday 13th October. In the event it all went very well. Dylan and Ross worked hard to try and give us minimum disruption, asking us at every stage if all was to our satisfaction. We were impressed by their attention to detail both in the plumbing and clearing up afterwards. It was much appreciated. Although it is not experience we relished as far as we are concerned it was much less hassle than we expected. It is a job very well done. Many thanks to all concerned especially Dylan and Ross. A mention also of Leanne who was helpful when we panicked last Sunday over a small leak. Thanks once again to all concerned.

Andy talked us through the boiler swap and change rads, in plain English at the quote stage, unlike some other companies, was never pushy. Fitters were brilliant, Dylan and Aaron joined later by Kyle Apprentice. Work very hard and kept the house clean & tidy, boss called each day to see if all was well. Sharon & girls in office spot on. I would 100% use them again.

Full heating system fitted in two days complete. Awkward places on walls etc. to work. Woodword, tiling removed and refitted, also plaster work done. I would recommend it to anyone. 24th August 2016 the office suit rang to check if I was satisfied with the work. If any heater problems, contact them any time and they will deal with it.

HEH have recently filed a new boiler at my property, I Initially dealt with Andrew Baxter for the quotation who simplified Information so I was able to understand exactly what was required. The quotated cost was exactly what I paid and the work was completed to a very high standard, leaving the property clean and tidy. I have used HEH for the past 10 years for all my plumbing, heating and gas needs. I have never been disappointed with the service or work which they provide. They offer a text alert service which means you know when your engineer visit is booked for and even when the engineer is on their way to your house.
