Booked for a service but there were some issues they needed to come back to fix. Came back the same day and all sorted quickly and efficiently. All engineers really considerate and friendly, and super mindful of my house cat, which I really appreciated! Thank you for a great service.

After struggling for over 10 years with heating issues I was recommended to this company by someone who knew of their work and high standards. They removed our old and useless ufh manifolds and replaced them with ones that actually work!! New thermostats with the latest technology. They then installed a new boiler which is perfect. All the staff who came to our home were excellent, always on time, smart, polite and very knowledgeable. Richard is like a walking encyclopaedia of all things heat related and all his suggestions and help were much appreciated. Dylan, Jake, Dave were all fabulous. The girls on the phone who make the appointments were also so helpful. In this day and age it’s very refreshing to find a company that actually cares about what it does and puts customer service first. I can highly recommend HEH. Fantastic service from start to finish. Two lovely and efficient, clean and tidy engineers who quiety got on with their work. They have fitted a new boiler for us and changed a radiator/ towel rail. Office staff kept us up to date with everything and made sure we were seen quickly and safely. Highly recommend.

Have been using HEH for several years now and have always found them to be professional, efficient, polite and friendly and will answer any questions you ask. You know that the work will be carried out to a very high standard. I have recently had an annual service and know that all is well having had HEH do the work. Should I need any work doing in the future, HEH will be the people to call.

HEH fitted my boiler in 2018, and I have continued to use them for servicing the boiler and gas fire. I’ve always found them to be efficient, polite, knowledgeable, reliable, and helpful, and today was no exception.

Last week I had a fire & boiler service & it was identified there was an issue with my gas fire. Bryn was the engineer who came to undertake the service & he was professional, kind & empathetic. He explained the problem, the action I needed to take & the follow up steps. I took his advice & Bryn returned today to complete the fire service & make sure everything is safe. I cannot recommend HEH highly enough. The service I received was 1st class. Thank you.

Booked at short notice to have a hob disconnected from the gas to make way for an induction one. Andy did a fabulous job, explained everything and fully tested everything.

HEH have recently filed a new boiler at my property, I Initially dealt with Andrew Baxter for the quotation who simplified Information so I was able to understand exactly what was required. The quotated cost was exactly what I paid and the work was completed to a very high standard, leaving the property clean and tidy. I would definitely have no doubts about using this company in the future and recommending to anybody requiring heating and plumbing services.

Received excellent service from the company when having my radiators changed. All the team was extremely polite and listened carefully to my requests. HEH recently serviced our boiler - which they installed a few years ago (great competitive job back then too). We received a text to confirm the time that the named engineer would arrive. I recently had a gas leak, near to a gas fire in the lounge, which involved the Emergency gas service coming to my home and having to cut off my supply. I contacted HEH who attended the same day and isolated the feed concerned so that gas could be restored to my boiler. They then arranged for a follow up visit so that the exact source a of the leak could be identified and repaired. The speed and quality of the service was superb.

Dad had water flooding his bathroom and it was starting to come through the kitchen ceiling when I called to check on him after work. We turned the water off and thought, what do we do next? It was Friday evening after 5:30 on a Bank Holiday weekend. Sharon had left the office, but she contacted Andy who was with us just after six. He made things safe for overnight and was back the next day to fix the overflowing toilet cistern. Now that is what you call fast reliable excellent service. He put the customer, my 83 year old Dad first, into and during a well deserved Bank Holiday weekend break! The fee was extremely reasonable too, thank you Andy.

The engineers who visit are knowledgeable and courteous. Visits are punctual and have attended even in the worst weather. Would happily recommend and good value for money.
