I had a ceiling water leak, which was sourced from the upstairs under the floor heating system. My insurance would not cover the repair and was during the Christmas break. This was a business which returned my message and arranged an early visit to fix the problem, preventing further damage. The heating engineer who attended on time, he was friendly, approachable and positive. He fixed the leak, although the replacement part was not available and an alternative option was applied. The business had only allocated a small assessment time, but the job required 3 times that length. They adjusted their appointments to resolve my matter. A credit to the business and staff.

First service on the boiler since installation last year. What should have been relatively easy, was in fact impeded by the kitchen fitters installing the cupboard over the boiler, inadvertently preventing the cover being removed. I was at work, and the wife called to inform me. A dash home to meet the engineer, who pointed out the offending area. 2 minutes later I was brandishing a saw and removing the offending part of the cupboard. The engineer was patient, polite, and friendly as always. Any future services should be plain sailing. Pleasing to see the engineer didn't just pack up and leave, nor did they go chopping bits of the kitchen apart. Handled an unexpected problem well.

I was having trouble with my gas fire and contacted High Efficiency Heating. They came and found the problem and thoroughly serviced it and left me with a working fire. The engineer was very helpful and explained everything to me and I am completely satisfied.

I have been with HEH since 2013 when they installed a new boiler for me. Since then it has been serviced regularly along with my gas fire, apart from during the lockdown. I haven’t had to call them very often but when I have someone has come out promptly and fixed the problem. They are totally reliable and being on my own it has given me peace of mind about the boiler and heating. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough and when you call and Sharon, the owner's wife answers, her lovely friendly voice assure you you are in the right hands!!!!!

Men arrived at the agreed time were very efficient and clean with their work, did all the job agreed and finished in the time specified. I have used this company several times and been fully satisfied with all their work. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful from office staff to workmen. Price has always been as quoted (no hidden extras).

We had a new Bosch boiler and new radiators throughout a number of years ago. HEH have serviced the boiler each year since and completed our log book for any warranty issues. These services are carried out at our convenience by a fully trained engineer. Everything is explained, the work is completed in a clean and professional manner and left spotless on completion. We used to be with British Gas. Not anymore.

Our Central heating boiler failed, but it was 13 years old. They came to check it within an hour of phoning, the boiler needed replacing. We had a survey and a quotation within 24 hours, which we accepted. A boiler was installed 4 days later. The gas engineer's were polite, efficient and professional, and all rubbish was cleared. About 6 hours later everything was working and you couldn't tell they'd been there. I would highly recommend this company.

When we moved in four years ago H.E.H helped to rectify our heating system we inherited. It soon became obvious a new boiler would be required to be more efficient. We approached H.E.H for advice and a subsequent quote. The job was completed early September with minimal disruption by Dylan and Dylan who were excellent. However, during November we were losing pressure and had to repressurise every 3/4 days. After phoning H.E.H. they soon realised we had a leak. Once again The two Dylan’s located the leak on old existing pipework and repaired accordingly. We now have an efficient system working perfectly. We cannot praise this company enough and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation

Late yesterday afternoon, we had no hot water and central heating. The HEH office line was closed, so I rang the emergency mobile number. I spoke to George, who was brilliant, a credit to both himself and HEH. He asked questions, explained what to check for and said he would come round in the next hour. George was superb, very helpful, friendly and efficient. Also, very patient with us seniors, as it was all our fault, we had accidentally turned off the fuse switch! Thank you and Well Done George.

HEH have just fitted a boiler at my property and the whole process from getting a quote to completing the installation went very smoothly. The staff are polite and take care in their work, they explained all the information I required very clearly. A good local company who I highly recommend.

Boiler serviced, they installed it to some years ago. Any issues I know I can rely on them and they are always available to give honest advice. A pleasure to use and I have no complaints at all with nothing but praise for the team. Thanks.

Routine boiler service, got a text message to say on the way arrived within fifteen minutes, the engineer was polite, professional & gave helpful advice re boiler settings. Would highly recommend the company.

Called HEH to repair radiator valve. Within twenty four hours of call to them an engineer called and repaired the fault with a new valve. We have always had excellent service from HEH over the past twenty years and have recommended them to several friends.

On time to the minute for appointment. Very polite, pleasant young man. Patiently answered a few questions i had to check i was operating system correctly. As usual cannot fault the excellent service received. Been a customer for quite a number of years and would recommend heh to anybody.

Dylan and Kyle completed a tricky boiler relocation with no fuss. The job was completed on schedule and the quality is great

We had a complete new central heating system: boiler, radiators and all pipework. The new system is wonderful - HEH advice was spot on! Every room in the house was affected, and we feared great disruption. However, the work was efficient and clean, with all the staff taking a pride in a good job. Floorboards were replaced better than they were found; bathroom fittings which had to be moved were re-fitted better than before too. We had expected to have to replace carpets and flooring, after such a big job, but this is not necessary. We are very pleased and recommend HEH wholeheartedly. From the beginning Andy Baxter was very professional when came for the first survey for the quote, After which I had more questions, which Andy Baxter come around for a second time to clarify and answer all questions I had, which found the main gas pipe route (showing his years of experience), so lowering the overall price!. As I needed to move the Boiler from 1st floor to ground floor, as we did not know where the main gas pipe routed in the house. In term of the install two days, it was done by Aaron and Andy O, who were very professional, polite, understanding and very experienced! Actually during the install Aaron found a better, simpler and cleaner (in term of building work) to route for the pipes from up to down stairs. Which I was very happy with, as it ment not breaking the wall in the middle room to route pipes. So keeping my middle room as it was. So be honest they did a MUCH better and professional job than I expected! Plus they cleaned up after the work was done each day! Make sure keep the guys fitted up with coffee and biscuits :) Very much would recommended High Efficiency Heating

Have been with HEH for 8 years and have always been pleased with everything they have done. Their employees are pleasant and efficient and always willing to help in anyway they can. We have a heating plan with them and and they always replace any parts that require doing they always seem to give priority to the heating plan customers and and never quibble about anything that needs doing. I would highly recommend them.

Dylan and Jack did an excellent job on a tricky flue installation. They arrived on time, worked hard, cleared up extremely well and were a pleasure to have in our apartment. It was a first class job.
