We've been with HEH for over 20 years and can't speak highly enough of their excellent service and great workmanship. Would recommend to others. Already put several friends in touch with them.

Arrived same day as breakdown call out. Very pleasant engineers who were polite and friendly and got on with work immediately. Problem was initially puzzling but they sought telephone backup and system was running again within about 30 minutes of their arrival. Great service in difficult circumstances due to inclement weather conditions.

Great company, have used them fir years. Just had a replacement boiler, the service was great from our initial phone call through to the installation, the fitters were very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Good communication via phone & email. Office staff empathetic & knowledgeable. Surveyor listened & took time to make sure we understood the available options. Installed our new boiler on a Saturday. Installation crew pleasant and efficient despite working outside whilst snow falling. Not having a working boiler was an issue, HEH made resolving that as easy on us as it could be. Annual boiler service as arranged. We were sent a text message to confirm the engineer was on his way to carry out the service. He arrived as expected, carried out the service efficiently and was very pleasant and informative about the work carried out.

This company installed a new boiler 4 years and the installation and subsequent servicing has been first rate. Highly recommended

Had a new boiler fitted. 2 engineers arrived on time. Friendly, well mannered. Very efficient. Found a leak in original pipe which they resolved with no problem. Checked all pipes, radiators & gas fire. Installed 2 carbon monoxide detectors where I wanted them. Cleaned up very thoroughly leaving no mess at all. Overall they were super efficient. They even considered my nervy dog, making sure she was ok with them.

Once again the instructions provided by Worcester were not very clear. Thank you to Richard for a masterclass on how to set the thermostat controls.

Arrived within time slot agreed. Have done annual service on my boiler since installing it in 2017. A very thorough job by Mr Taylor, who was very polite and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Have complete confidence in this company.

Although I was getting hot water through the system, the central heating was not working. I phoned the company and they sent an engineer the same afternoon to check the problem. He found the cause was a faulty valve and it needed replacing. The office called me within the hour with a price for the complete job and a very quick appointment. They arrived exactly on time and completed the work cleanly and efficiently as usual. This is now the third time I have used this company and would highly recommend them. 100% Thank you

We had 4 radiators replaced yesterday. Andy came to do the quote and Dave and Ethan came to remove the old ones and fit the new. They arrived on time and were very polite and tidy - there was absolutely no trace of anyone having been in the house after they'd left. Very pleased with the work done. Would definitely use HEH again.

One of the radiators was leaking which happened on a Sunday morning. My call was answered straight away, I received a text message when the engineer was on his way and he arrived within 50min after the call. He fixed the issue, checked the other radiators and answered all of my questions. He also communicated clearly what information he would feed back to the letting agent. I'm very happy with HEH and their level of service.

I’ve had my boiler serviced and maintained by these guys for the last 5 years and their service and professionalism cannot be faulted.

High Efficiency Heating came recommended by a work colleague and I am so glad we chose them to replace our 13 year old Combi boiler with a new one. The quote was detailed and received the same day by email. Once we gave them the go ahead we were given a date for fitting for the following weekend which was brilliant as our old boiler was leaking. The two guys arrived on time and were really nice and very polite. They did a great job and explained everything they had done in detail and made sure we understood how the controls worked before they left. Its always a bit nerve racking using a new company but we were so pleased we had chosen High Efficiency Heating and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our little home was treated with the respect it deserves and my faith has been restored.

As my boiler was still under warranty I reached out for help to set my timer clock as I'd forgotten how to do since it was installed in March. Same day visit from the lovely Richard who sorted it and took time to advise me on how to maximise my heating efficiency Great service

Extremely professional, friendly and courteous engineers arrived exactly when they said they would after receiving a text message to confirm their arrival time. Booked my annual service as usual, given a morning appointment. The engineer texted me when he was on his way. Thorough service completed in half an hour, no mess. Friendly and professional. Paid by card, receipt received via email within minutes.

This company cannot be recommended highly enough. I rang at 8 am as I had no heating or hot water. An engineer was here 2 hours later and solved the problem very quickly and efficiently. You can't get better than that

I had a new boiler installed by HEH a few months ago but obviously, it was not used for the central heating until about a month ago. At 5.30 this evening I went to the thermostat to turn it on and there was a message that the pressure was low. Got out the handbook which was as clear as mud and finished up phoning the out of hours number. The call was answered by Billy who explained to me what to do but as the boiler is situated in a very awkward position and I can't see underneath it he came straight round to help me. It turned out that following his instructions I had managed to increase the pressure so he just checked to make sure everything was OK. By 6.15 I had heat and Billy was on his way. A very efficient and polite young man. Thank you.

As usual, very polite young man carried out the agreed work. Excellent service and on time as always. I’ve used this company for 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would highly recommend HEH, even the office staff very efficient and friendly.

Annual service on boiler and first service on a gas fire that had not been recently serviced. Superb service on both but excellent checks and cleaning on the gas fire which is now better than it has ever been. Feel very safe using the fire now.

I phoned HEH this morning to report a fault on the boiler. An engineer arrived within two hours an made a thorough check on the boiler. He replaced ignition parts and heat and hot water were quickly restored.
