We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

High Efficiency Heating came recommended by a work colleague and I am so glad we chose them to replace our 13 year old Combi boiler with a new one. The quote was detailed and received the same day by email. Once we gave them the go ahead we were given a date for fitting for the following weekend which was brilliant as our old boiler was leaking. The two guys arrived on time and were really nice and very polite. They did a great job and explained everything they had done in detail and made sure we understood how the controls worked before they left. Its always a bit nerve racking using a new company but we were so pleased we had chosen High Efficiency Heating and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our little home was treated with the respect it deserves and my faith has been restored.

This company cannot be recommended highly enough. I rang at 8 am as I had no heating or hot water. An engineer was here 2 hours later and solved the problem very quickly and efficiently. You can't get better than that

I had a new boiler installed by HEH a few months ago but obviously, it was not used for the central heating until about a month ago. At 5.30 this evening I went to the thermostat to turn it on and there was a message that the pressure was low. Got out the handbook which was as clear as mud and finished up phoning the out of hours number. The call was answered by Billy who explained to me what to do but as the boiler is situated in a very awkward position and I can't see underneath it he came straight round to help me. It turned out that following his instructions I had managed to increase the pressure so he just checked to make sure everything was OK. By 6.15 I had heat and Billy was on his way. A very efficient and polite young man. Thank you.

Annual service on boiler and first service on a gas fire that had not been recently serviced. Superb service on both but excellent checks and cleaning on the gas fire which is now better than it has ever been. Feel very safe using the fire now.

I phoned HEH this morning to report a fault on the boiler. An engineer arrived within two hours an made a thorough check on the boiler. He replaced ignition parts and heat and hot water were quickly restored.

From the initial visit & quote by Richard, dealing with the admin team regarding booking, financing & then rearranging the install at the last minute, to the team who carried out the installation, everyone at HEH was polite & courteous, helpful & most informative. A scheduled three day job that was carried out professionally, efficiently, on time, and considering the extent of the work, with little mess. In all, the team comprised of Dave, George, Ethan and last but by no means least, Jack. Each and everyone of them a credit to a great company. I had been anxious from the get go as it was such an undertaking but after witnessing them in action, I had confidence in their skills. I was asked to check each part of their work before starting another to see if I was satisfied with the outcome. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot praise them highly enough, thank you gents. I have been in contact with everyone involved from the outset, senior management Andy and Richard, office staff Leanne and Louise (who are all lovely) and been given relevant information, help and advice at all times. I would not hesitate in recommending this company. I cannot finish without thanking Dave in particular. After scrambling about under my floorboards, he uncovered a treasure that has been hiding for almost forty years - a small jewelry box of my late mum's containing my daughter's silver christening bracelet and other precious items that my mum had bought for her. I asked Richard at HEH to assess a fault on my heating system and he identified a failed control valve. I also asked for help with installing a Nest smart thermostat. Richard was helpful throughout and accommodating with the timing of the work. In my case, I sourced the equipment and Richard fitted it. I'm very happy with the service.

We selected this company from 3 quotations. The difference in price was minimal but the company was recommended by family members. The quotation, given personally, was the most comprehensive, detailing fully the parts needed and the time it would take to complete the work. The workmen arrived on time. They were pleasant, polite and reassuring when we asked any questions. The boiler was in the garage and on completion, the two men cleaned up the area! The workmen clarified the boiler's workings, explained how the control panel worked-to both my husband and myself -and left us with the product pack. Obviously we were in contact with their office re payment etc. Their office staff were equally as pleasant and helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

What seemed at first to be one faulty radiator turned into a much bigger job where all the pipes on the ground floor had to be replaced. HEH came out several times to get to the bottom of the problem and we're determined to sort it out. When the job was done the 2 lads arrived on time, were really friendly and completed the work on time. We went out and left them to it and when we got back you wouldn't have known they'd been; the house was so clean.

My house is 180 years old and I was anxious about possible problems when my gas boiler needed to be replaced. Especially as there was an ancient tank in the loft (which had started to leak!) I thought it would be a huge job to remove. A friend highly recommended this company to me so I duly booked an appointment for Richard, their Tech Support Manager to visit and quote for the job. I accepted their fair quotation and the work was booked to take 2 1/2 days. On the first day Dave and Chevy arrived and were so calm and competent any fears I had about the scale of the job immediately disappeared. The job was duly completed on time. They left the house clean and tidy and looking as though the job had been a doddle though I think it was quite complicated and needed experienced people to complete the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs replacement boilers or maintenance to their heating systems.. Well done Dave and Chevy and thank you.

I have a home heating plan with HEH and had to call them out as the boiler was triggering off after using the shower for a while. I phoned just after 8.0 am and the engineer arrived a couple of hours later. Chevy was polite, friendly and very efficient. He made a thorough inspection of the boiler and made a couple of repairs. Very satisfied.
