We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

I called this company yesterday because my boiler had stopped working, and they managed to send an engineer out first thing this morning. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and the boiler is now working perfectly again. The engineer was friendly, explained everything clearly. Really impressed with how fast and efficient the whole process was — highly recommend!

Dave was due at 8:00 am. Knock on door at exactly 8:00 am! We had reported a little issue with this otherwise excellent system, and he looked at possible issues and discovered the problem. There’s obviously years of experience there! Phoned Johnson and Starley for advice, who said they would send a part straight away. Good service there too. He left a couple of fan heaters to take the chill off. Very thoughtful. Oh, anyone with ACDC as a ringtone has to be a safe pair of hands!

Cannot fault this Company and their team. I had my gas fire refurbished and a radiator removed from one wall and a new one fitted in a different location. Both jobs were done by the lads with what appeared to be seamless ease. They were both very sociable, as all the team are, and it didn't feel like I had workmen in the house. They did a really good job of tidying up, leaving me with just furniture to put back in place before they went to their next job. Would give them 10/10 and would definitely recommend them.

I had my new Worcester Bosch boiler installed recently and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The engineer was extremely professional, polite and friendly throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, worked very efficiently, and the installation was done to a very high standard. I’m really impressed with his skills and manners a true professional. Due to a boiler failure, we decided it was time to replace it. I made contact through a third-party recommendation, and within a day there was arrangements were made to survey the job. After receiving a quote, we quickly made arrangements to move forward with the job. The guys who turned up were really good, finished the replacement within the day, they were very professional, and the work was done to an excellent standard. An excellent service and one highly recommended.

A gas leak was detected when the smart meter was fitted. Contacted HEH, who sent an engineer around the same afternoon. He was excellent, discovered the source of the leak, isolated it, and arranged for a permanent repair. Absolutely brilliant and excellent impeccable service.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I’ve made an exception for HEH. I felt compelled to write a review to show how pleased I am, from the initial contact with the company to completion, which was the installation of a new boiler and associated changes to radiators and heating controls. I’m always apprehensive about getting tradesmen in to carry out work, but with HEH I definitely selected the right company. Dylan and his team, Josh, Dave, and Richard, were brilliant. They were very polite and carried out the work as if they were doing it at their own homes. The quality of workmanship was exceptional. They left no mess, were very efficient, and kept me informed along the installation journey. I can’t praise them enough for an excellent job, well done. I would recommend HEH to anybody wishing to have central heating work carried out in their home.

This company installed a new heating system last year. The workers who came were courteous, friendly and very professional. The system has worked without any issues for a year. I have just had the boiler serviced, and the technician was just as helpful as the team who installed. The work was done as expected, and the communication from the company and technician was excellent. This is a five-star company who do a brilliant job!! Highly recommend them !!
