After struggling for over 10 years with heating issues I was recommended to this company by someone who knew of their work and high standards. They removed our old and useless ufh manifolds and replaced them with ones that actually work!! New thermostats with the latest technology. They then installed a new boiler which is perfect. All the staff who came to our home were excellent, always on time, smart, polite and very knowledgeable. Richard is like a walking encyclopaedia of all things heat related and all his suggestions and help were much appreciated. Dylan, Jake, Dave were all fabulous. The girls on the phone who make the appointments were also so helpful. In this day and age it’s very refreshing to find a company that actually cares about what it does and puts customer service first. I can highly recommend HEH. Routine boiler service arranged over the phone. Engineer arrived on time (and with a courtesy text confirming arrival time), was pleasant and courteous, completed the work and explained that all was good before leaving. I noticed my boiler was leaking around 9.00 this morning. I rang HEH and was promised someone would be with me before 12.00 noon. It is now 10.56 and my boiler is fixed. What brilliant service I cannot recommend them highly enough, well done guys you're brilliant!!!

HEH carried out a routine service of our gas boiler A post-visit text was sent to remind us of his appointment and the efficient engineer arrived within the agreed time period. Gas leak sorted very quickly and professionally. Can't rate this company more highly. Would definitely use them again, highly recommended. Billy, who came to fix our problem, was prompt, efficient, polite and explained everything carefully and left no mess .

We've always used HEH for our boiler service, and can definitely recommend them, and on this occasion an engineer called Billy he was fantastic very polite and respectful to our property, he did the service and explained everything that he'd done plus he cleaned up before leaving. We have just moved house and after 2 weeks the boiler stopped working🥴 we rang HEH on Tuesday the 6th May and they came on Wednesday 7th May to fix our boiler. I can fully recommend these guys as they are totally reliable, professional and extremely knowledgeable and do a great job. So good in fact they are fitting our new boiler on the 8th May, now that’s great service. Shout out to Billy the engineer who came to our rescue👍👍👍

A great service from the estimated to the completed work. Installers arrived on time and covered the working area with dust sheets, and asked if it was OK to bring in their tool boxes and equipment for the job. Once install was complete they had a good clean up. They went through the new controls and made sure that I understood everything before leaving. They were polite and courteous throughout.

The guy who turned up for our annual service to my home was courteous and extremely professional. I had no issues with leaving him alone to complete the service. This is one of the best companies in the North West.

Kept losing water pressure in boiler and had no hot water or heating. Radiators seemed fine and one person came to house, took call out charge and left me no better off. HEH were recommended to me by a reputable company. Professional outfit. Located the source of the problem. Some air gadget thingy. Soon sorted. Would use again and recommend.

Last week I had a fire & boiler service & it was identified there was an issue with my gas fire. Bryn was the engineer who came to undertake the service & he was professional, kind & empathetic. He explained the problem, the action I needed to take & the follow up steps. I took his advice & Bryn returned today to complete the fire service & make sure everything is safe. I cannot recommend HEH highly enough. The service I received was 1st class. Thank you.

HEH have serviced our boiler for several years and we can't fault them. We rang to say we had no heating and hot water and Billy arrived, well organised, cheerful and ready to get on with the job. He soon worked out that the pump needed replacing, and he had one on his van, meaning the job was completed straight away. He was pleasant throughout , explained what he was doing and answered all our questions.

Booked for a service but there were some issues they needed to come back to fix. Came back the same day and all sorted quickly and efficiently. All engineers really considerate and friendly, and super mindful of my house cat, which I really appreciated! Thank you for a great service.
