We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Two lovely and efficient, clean and tidy engineers who quiety got on with their work. They have fitted a new boiler for us and changed a radiator/ towel rail. Office staff kept us up to date with everything and made sure we were seen quickly and safely. Highly recommend.

Our Central heating boiler failed, but it was 13 years old. They came to check it within an hour of phoning, the boiler needed replacing. We had a survey and a quotation within 24 hours, which we accepted. A boiler was installed 4 days later. The gas engineer's were polite, efficient and professional, and all rubbish was cleared. About 6 hours later everything was working and you couldn't tell they'd been there. I would highly recommend this company.

I requested a survey on old pipes in the garage. Surplus pipes to be removed soon. Asked about new radiator in front room as current one about 60 years old. Got a quote which I'm happy with. Also queried gas fire in front room. I was given excellent advice by Richard, will give his recommendations serious thought and have the changes made in the summer. Thank you Richard.

Needed a gas safety check in support of the sale of our property as requested by the buyers' solicitor. We’ve always used HEH to service our boiler as part of the Annual Heat Plan. The service provided was excellent the engineer was polite, informative, and very efficient in explaining the process involved. The certificate was provided extremely quickly which helped in respect documentation for the sale of our property and our move to Shropshire. My only regret is that HEH doesn’t provide a service in Shropshire as we would definitely want to use them. We would recommend High Efficiency Heating (HEH) and wish them every success for the future.

Our boiler broke down just after the new year and my husband is disabled so we were desperate. This company pulled out all the stops to get our new boiler installed within a few days. Our Vaillant boiler stopped working and the engineer from High Efficiency Heating identified a blockage that was stopping the flow of gas and we are now fully operational again. I have used this company a number of times and I like the way they always come when they say they will and they text me when they are on their way. All of the engineers they have sent have always been very knowledgeable and personable. I recommend the company without reservation.

HEH installed a gas fire for my mum on 15.01.2025. Andy helped her choose the fire that was appropriate for the room and easy to use with a remote control. Mum has arthritis in her hands and struggled with the old fire's ignition. The job was completed as requested, the old fire was removed and taken away. The new fire was installed in a couple of hours and the room left as it was found. Other than the new fire you would never know work had been carried out. Andy, Louise, Charlotte and all the team are always helpful (they have serviced my mum's gas fire annually for several years). I highly recommend HEH.

Richard and Ethan arrived to correct an ongoing wiring problem. Working together in a restricted access area was an unenviable position but it was done methodically and with a smiley face. It was resolved and is now working perfectly. A radiator problem was explained to me and a further visit in the warmer months to rectify this and to replace an ageing boiler is to be arranged. What great service is offered by Heh UK. Appointments were made and kept and a text to say engineers are on the way on repair day. Would recommend totally.
