We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

I have used this company before today I had my boiler serviced they are prompt and all the workers are professional. They arrive on time and are always respectful of my property. The work is completed to a high standard and the worker always keeps me updated whilst completing the work. Bryn came to service our boiler on 31st October. He arrived within the time slot and was very polite. He was very respectful of the property and took time to place shoe protection on his shoes. He carried out the work without fuss and left our property in a very clean and tidy manner. A great ambassador for this company. I can highly recommend High Efficiency Heating UK to anyone. They are an excellent and reputable company.

First time I used HEH for our boiler service. I walked into their office inquired about service. We agreed a date for service. Staff efficiently booked engineer appointment. On the day Engineer sent me a text half an hour before he due to come. Bren was very polite and pleasant. He explained about what kind of service he was going to do. He carried out the job very efficiently. Excellent. I would highly recommend HEH to anyone.

Leaking boiler

1st class service again from first call to job completion. Called HEH at 9am this morning to report a leak from our boiler and was given a two hr time frame for the engineer to attend. Also received a text message 10 minutes before the engineer arrived. Part replaced and boiler repaired by 12! Polite, efficient engineer who identified the problem immediately. No waiting for parts as he had them available and no mess. Price for the job brilliant. We would have paid the same just as a call out charge with other providers. We have also used HEH for our annual boiler service for years now and have never had a better service.

I called HEH around 10.30 this morning because of two leaking radiators. About an hour later an engineer turned up to repair them. Fantastic time scale. The engineer was extremely polite and efficient and was totally respectful of my property. Even though he had to go out to his van several times. He put shoe covers on each time he returned. I have used this company for many years and always find their service second to none. I would never have any hesitation is recommending them to anyone.

Replacement Boiler

We have been using HEH for a number of years for services and when the time came for a new boiler we trusted them to do the job. The surveyor came and explained what needed doing and shortly after his visit we received the quote which we happily accepted. On the day of the installation Jack and Dylan arrived on time and confirmed what they were doing. They worked steadily during the day and kept us informed about what was going on. The second morning Josh came to help with the brickwork for the new flue. All the lads were great and they cleaned up after themselves. I can't express how happy we were with the job they did.

I called this company yesterday because my boiler had stopped working, and they managed to send an engineer out first thing this morning. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and the boiler is now working perfectly again. The engineer was friendly, explained everything clearly. Warm air system service

Dave was due at 8:00 am. Knock on door at exactly 8:00 am! We had reported a little issue with this otherwise excellent system, and he looked at possible issues and discovered the problem. There’s obviously years of experience there! Phoned Johnson and Starley for advice, who said they would send a part straight away. Good service there too. He left a couple of fan heaters to take the chill off. Very thoughtful. Oh, anyone with ACDC as a ringtone has to be a safe pair of hands!

Cannot fault this Company and their team. I had my gas fire refurbished and a radiator removed from one wall and a new one fitted in a different location. Both jobs were done by the lads with what appeared to be seamless ease. They were both very sociable, as all the team are, and it didn't feel like I had workmen in the house. They did a really good job of tidying up, leaving me with just furniture to put back in place before they went to their next job. Would give them 10/10 and would definitely recommend them.

Due to a boiler failure, we decided it was time to replace it. I made contact through a third-party recommendation, and within a day there was arrangements were made to survey the job. After receiving a quote, we quickly made arrangements to move forward with the job. The guys who turned up were really good, finished the replacement within the day, they were very professional, and the work was done to an excellent standard. An excellent service and one highly recommended.
