We recently had a boiler issue where none of our radiators were heating up, even though we still had hot water. Nick came to our home to fix the problem, and from start to finish, he was absolutely excellent. He was very professional, polite, and communicated everything clearly. Nick took the time to explain what was wrong, what steps he was going to take to fix it, and made sure we understood everything along the way. He was extremely thorough and careful with his work, and it was clear he really knew what he was doing. Thanks to Nick, our heating is now working perfectly again.
