I had an emergency situation with a rental property that I'd sold through auction and the sale was supposed to complete within a few days. My tenant had no hot water or heat and the buyer was wanting me to resolve the problem or deduct money from the selling price. She thought there was a possibility that a new boiler was needed. Obviously, I had to find out what the situation was - quickly! This company phoned me back within half an hour after I requested a call back and Nick was able to assess the situation for me the following morning. He was very helpful, polite and professional and I felt that I was in good hands. He resolved the issue for me, and provided me with a video that I could send to my solicitor proving that everything was in good working order. I feel that this company is honest and trustworthy and definitely the one to go to if you have an urgent situation like I did. The charge was possibly a bit on the high side, considering that the issue was just broken fuses, but it was worth it to me to get it done the next day, which happened to be a Saturday, so obviously the charge would reflect that, and at the end of the day I wasn't there and he could have told me anything - such as I needed a new boiler - but he didn't, so I am happy to pay a professional to give me the benefit of his knowledge and skill and to sort out an urgent problem for me. Now I can have peace of mind about it. I would highly recommend them.
