3 day job as a pre-advised, Scott & George were both hard-working & professional. The only 'issue' was that they weren't here when the windows were delivered due to traffic. With the delivery truck only having a driver, I helped with the unloading until Scott & George arrived to finish up. Not a complaint per se but an unfortunate inconvenience.

Very professional from start to finish. Salesmen not pushy, all workmen knowledgeable, polite, happy to answer questions and took pride in their work. Was kept informed of next steps, who to expect and when. Prompt, reliable. Customer service and satisfaction clearly very important. Very satisfied with end result.
