Really happy with decorating from the HouseForce team. From The initial quote through to the completed project, they’ve been lovely to work with and the rooms they worked on look fantastic.

Rob and his son Owen transformed a large boiler cupboard into a great coat cupboard in the hallway, and I’m delighted with their work. They came back to paint a double bedroom and en-suite & completed it in just 3 days, and it looks amazing ! They are very efficient & friendly, tidy up each afternoon and are a delight to have in the house. I have a list of future jobs for them !! Rob’s other son is an electrician. He is also a lovely guy and has done some work for me. I recommend them all !

Rob and his son Owen decorated a double bedroom and carried out a couple of other odd jobs. The work was completed within two days to a very high standard. They worked quietly, and left everything tidy and clean. Highly impressed!

This is the second time we have used House Force. House Force completed the internal decorations of our house on 1st May. We were very satisfied with their work which was completed to a very high standard and to our complete satisfaction. Rob visited us to provide a quote and made some very constructive options about the work to be done and how long the work would take. He kept us informed all the while the work was being undertaken and all his employees were very polite and helpful. Rob and his staff always tidied up after each day and left all areas he was working clean. Rob and his staff were always on time and on one occasion when they were delayed by road works phoned us to say he was delayed and gave us his expected time to arrive. I have no hesitation in recommending House Force.

We are very happy with the work Rob and his son did at our house, decorating the lounge and bathroom. Communication was great throughout, I received the estimate very quickly and work commenced just a few weeks later. The room was always left tidy at the end of the day and the work was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

We had an electrician chase two separate walls out leaving significant gaps either side of an original Victorian dado rail. Rob expertly filled these voids and decorated them to such a high standard you would have no idea the electrician had left such a mess. It's made an unbelievable difference. Top notch.

After visiting "Paper, paint & scissors" to find ideas for our bedroom. We were helped to choose wallpaper and paint and were also given Rob's business card to get a quote. Rob phoned and came round quickly - we were impressed by the quote and he started work on the 9th May. Very personable, room was always tidy at the end of the day and we were kept up to date on progress. It took 3 days to complete. The quality of the finish to the room is amazing. We would definitely use both the shop and Rob (Houseforce) again and would happily recommend them to family & friends.

Rob and his son Owen redecorated our hall, stairs and landing (including one rather high ceiling) in a very fuss-free few days. They were a pleasure to have in the house and we are very happy with the results.

Rob and his son painted our kitchen, which has high ceilings and some awkward angles, using lime wash paint. Job done well and promptly.

Rob and his two sons Euan and Owen painted the whole interior of our four bedroom house. An excellent experience from start to finish, they're very polite, friendly and hardworking. And we're very pleased with the quality and high standard of the work! One of the bedrooms needed a lot of preparation, ie stripping, filling and sanding before applying extra coats of painting. Small repairs or additional coat of paint on the wall was not added to final invoice so the initial quote and final invoice remained the same. They're absolute professionals, knowledgeable, flexible and very thorough. Highly recommended!

Rob and his 2 sons, Euan and Owen painted the exterior of our house. It hadn’t been painted for a while so needed a lot of preparation. It is also large and unusually shaped being an unconventional semi detached yet nothing was too much trouble for them. The work was completed to a high standard and we are delighted with it. At least 2 of my friends are actively asking Rob for quotes on the basis of this job.

We had the exterior of our house and garage (rendering and woodwork etc.) redecorated by Rob and his two sons. They did an excellent job both carefully and speedily and it was a pleasure to have them working on our property. Some additional work not quoted for in the original estimate was done with no additional charge. Highly recommended.

Rob and his two sons decorated my sitting room, hallway and did remedial work in the front room and upper landing. I was absolutely delighted with the result. I had great confidence in Rob and his knowledge of decorating is obvious. He did exactly what I asked him to do and I have no hesitation in recommending him .

Rob and his two sons came to decorate my entire hallway (5 bedroom house). Everything we originally agreed to be done was completed to a very high standard. We wanted the whole exterior of our house redecorating, and Rob and Euan did a really good job. We were relieved that when the job was discussed initially Rob said there was no need for scaffolding. There was rain during the week that the work was due to start, therefore we lost a bit of time but they worked hard and made up the time. Odd bits of repair to render and woodwork were carried out in addition to the painting, but the invoiced cost was as per original quote. No complaints!

We were getting rain water leaking through into our internal bedroom walls underneath our windows in our Victorian-built house. After getting quotes from various builders and no one being sure of what was causing the problem, we decided to go with Rob as he took a practical approach to trying to solve it, with a fair price, rather than suggesting a full overhaul that might be unnecessary. Rob also suggested the work could be done on ladders, saving us the huge cost of erecting scaffolding. He was friendly and knowledgeable throughout our discussions. Rob attended with his son to complete the work in one day, removing the old flaking paint and masonry from the sills and columns, before filling and repairing them, and applying 3 coats of paint. They worked quickly and carefully and cleared up completely. Great work, thank you! If we need something else done in future, we will be in touch.

I ‘found’ Rob listed as a recommended trader on the Which? website and decided to ask him to quote for the work. He responded to my call promptly and gave me a quote, which I thought was reasonable. He kept to the schedule and budget set out and he and his team were courteous, friendly and considerate. I am very pleased with the finish and would not hesitate to use them again.

Rob & his son Euan supplied & fitted a new fence to my garden (I have used them previously to paint my entire house) the fence was put up in one day. I had a strict time frame to stick to and they worked hard and took all debris away with them. Good value for money. I would certainly recommend, nothing is too much trouble. (They even painted my front door - which was not part of the original quote) thanks Guys:)

We have used Rob on a number of occasions and have always found his work to be of a high standard and on time and budget. This time Rob and his son decorated our Kitchen, Bathroom and main Bedroom. All work was done to a high standard with minimum disruption . Rob and his son Ewen were extremely polite and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.
