I was recommended to Hydro Install by a neighbour and have used the company three times this year. The company has a very professional approach and the engineer arrives with a very well-equipped vehicle, in order to support the work to be done. The work has been carried in a professional manner which gives confidence and the necessary action taken to cover the maintenance or fault, which was the purpose of the visit.

Igor arrived on time and the work was completed in the time he said - 3 hours. He was clean, tidy and efficient. I would recommend him and will use him again.

I needed 2 new taps fitting. Igor preferred me to choose and obtain them. Igor is prompt communicator so always in the picture. I cannot recommend him highly enough as one of the taps was particularly problematic but Igor persisted and would not leave until he was happy that everything was just so. He had to go out and buy an additional part - he got a perfect match. I am very grateful for his persistence, his professionalism and his perfectionism. He took his shoes off without being asked and tidied up. Very happy to use him again and recommend him

Igor came to work on our gas heating system. He replaced two thermostatic controllers and reviewed the pressure in our expansion vessel. I appreciated that he was very willing to explain his findings to me (specialist trades often talk down to customers). That was very useful, as he diagnosed the cause of the lack of heat in two radiators and I felt confident to give the go-ahead for additional work at additional cost. I get the impression that Igor really likes his work and that he's interested in finding solutions. Igor's invoice was itemised and clear. I can't say how competitive it was but it felt fair for the work done. He's very efficient, carries a number of parts with him and was very prompt picking up the one part he didn't have. I also like his confirmation emails and text message updates on arrival times. I will ask Igor back without hesitation.

Carried out an annual service on my gas boiler Cold water tank flow valve replaced Filler tank flow valve washer replaced Cleaning and adjusting WC flow valve washer Had all replacement parts in van, so no extra time collecting parts for the job. Kept me well informed of arrival date and time. Responded to messages in a timely manner, via email and text. The job came in below the quote Will be using Igor in the future and recommending him to all my neighbours. A first class service

We had a major problem of a leak from a pressurised pipe - we needed the water back on that night. Igor came within 2 hours of my call - fitted new hosing and an expansion vessel and sorted the problem out. Really impressed with this level of service.

A roofer had put silicon in the join of a soil pipe and the toilet blocked within a couple of days. I called Hydro and they came to the house to see the problem on 17 December. He listened to what had happened, tried to unblock the toilet which didn't work, suggested a way to fix the soil pipe blockage and gave me a quote. I agreed to the quote and he fixed the blockage pipe on the Monday. He was fast, efficient and tidy. I would definitely use him again.

Annual boiler service completed quickly but thoroughly. Had time to accommodate a last-minute outdoor tap fitting. Arrived on time, clean and tidy, happy and friendly.

Igor is up there with the nicest tradesmen I have ever met. Not only was he very punctual, but he was incredibly friendly and professional. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him, and he was able to articulate the problem really well, and show me exactly what needed doing. There were no hidden fees, and he left the place very clean, which you can't say very often about other trades people. If you need a plumber in London look no further!

We emailed Igor with some pictures of a difficult tap that needed replacing and a broken radiator valve, he was able to diagnose the problems from the pictures and advised us on what sort of tap to get, and once it had arrived he came round within a couple of days to fit it. Really helpful and friendly, no surprises at all: he estimated 90 minutes of work (apologetic he couldn't do it in one) and that's exactly what it took, including the time to saw through the wood at the back of the fitting that was making replacing the tap impossible. An absolute pleasure to work with, super reliable and trustworthy, highly recommended.

Hydro were quick to respond and efficient to complete the work required. Very clear in talking through the process of a power flush and the operations of the heating system. Very pleasant to work with and would highly recommend
