Immaculate recently renovated our balcony and utility room flat roof. The balcony was leaking and in a very poor state of repair, there was moss growing in between the floor tiles and all the facia boards had rotted through. Immaculate striped both the balcony and roof and laid a new fibreglass floor with new facials and guttering. They even saved our railings but using a lift system which was genius. At all stages of the job they cleaned up after themselves and each evening made sure everything was clean and tidy. They worked with polite efficiency and were a pleasure to have working here. I would thoroughly recommend Immaculate and they will be my first point of call for future projects.

We needed some improvements to our kitchen, it was not a large job, but did require 4 different trades to be involved. James and his electrician came and decided on the best way to do the work. The estimate and time scale were fine so the work was started. The work was completed to a very high standard in 2 days (as promised). The trades all worked well together and left everything clean and tidy, when the work was finished. We did have a minor issue with the sink but a call to James soon had that sorted. Everyone was friendly, courteous and very professional and I have every confidence in recommending them to friends and family.

Two porthole windows added to back of house. All work was carried out in a professional manner and co-ordinated by James which made life so easy for us. All the workmen were polite, friendly and extremely good at their jobs. The rooms were left clean and tidy. Very pleased with result.

Immaculate undertook a substantial project to virtually double the size of our property. The project included a large 2-story extension. In addition, the original 1939 house was completely renovated/re-modeled. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. James Scott has an excellent team of sub-contractors who were extremely helpful and professional throughout the 9 month project. They offered the benefit of their experience when required and accommodated our changes without complaint. We are delighted with the outcome and thank James and his team for all their hard work.

Immaculate were the main contractor for a total interior and exterior renovation of my house costing around £60,000. All of the work was carried out to a very high standard. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They allowed many changes to the agreed plan and never had any issues this. The work did take a little longer than agreed but this was because quality always seemed to be paramount for all work, whether it was painting, plumbing, electrical, tiling or building. The attention to detail was incredible. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
