In this instance however we cant help feeling like we have let you down somehow with significantly less than a 5 star service. We are a little puzzled though as when you called having lost all your keys at the weekend, you accepted our quote and 'no refund on cancellation policy', paid, and booked in for early the following morning. On finding your keys late the evening before the work was due to be completed we actually agreed to offer you a full refund or a cheaper alternative spare key to prevent this situation happening again. You opted for the spare aftermarket key, which comes with a limited lifetime warranty while you own the vehicle, and significantly cheaper and more convenient than some other alternative companies. I feel we offered a very fast response and booking time, and also allowed you to change the terms in your favour when your keys were found.
